1Contemporary crustal movement of continental China obtained by global positioning system(GPS) measurements显示文摘We obtain a unified horizontal velocity field of continental China and vicinity through measurements at 81 GPS stations provided by the National Key Infrastructure Project, Crustal Movement Observation Network of China. The velocity field delineates patterns of movements and deformation of active crustal blocks in continental China under the Eurasia-fixed reference frame. The space-based geodesy also clearly shows for the first time the horizontal movementand deformation of continental China induced by indentation of the Indian plate. 2Red-emitting YAG:Ce,Mn transparent ceramics for warm WLEDs application显示文摘A series of YAG:Ce,Mn transparent ceramics were prepared via a solid-state reaction-vacuum sintering method.The effects of various Mn^2+–Si4+pair doping levels on the structure,transmittance,and luminescence properties were systematically investigated.These transparent ceramics have average grain sizes of 10–16μm,clean grain boundaries,and excellent transmittance up to 83.4%at 800 nm.Under the excitation of 460 nm,three obvious emission peaks appear at 533,590,and 745 nm,which can be assigned to the transition 5 d→4 f of Ce^3+and 4 T1→6 A1 of Mn^2+.Thus,the Mn^2+–Si4+pairs can effectively modulate the emission spectrum by compensating broad orange-red and red spectrum component to yield high quality warm white light.After the optimized YAG:Ce,Mn transparent ceramic packaged with blue light-emitting diode(LED)chips,correlated color temperature(CCT)as low as 3723 K and luminous efficiency(LE)as high as 96.54 lm/W were achieved,implying a very promising candidate for application in white light-emitting diodes(WLEDs)industry.Junrong LING Youfu ZHOU Wentao XU He LIN Shuai LU Bin WANG Kun WANG 2020Journal of Advanced Ceramics2020,9,1:15

4Theoretical study on the charge transport properties of triphenylene discogens with a phenylpropionyloxy or 3-phenylpropenoyloxy side chain显示文摘Charge transport is one of the most important properties in organic materials.Charge transport properties of triphenylene discogens with a phenylpropionyloxy or 3-phenylpropenoyloxy side chain have been investigated computationally on the basis of semi-classical Marcus theory.The results show that three triphenylene derivatives have high charge mobility.Title compounds have much better electronic mobility than the triphenylene.The triphenylenes containing 3-phenylpropenoyloxy have better hole mobility,but smaller electronic mobility than the triphenylenes with phenylpropionyloxy.For the triphenylene discogens with a phenylpropionyloxy,the longer the alkloxy chains,the better the positive charge transfer rate,but the smaller the negative charge transfer rate.CHEN JunRong HUANG ChuRui XU BuYi LI Quan ZHAO KeQing 2009Science China Chemistry2009,52,8:7

6Histological Observation of Germ Cell Development and Discovery of Spermatophores in Ovoviviparous Black Rockfish(Sebastes schlegeli Hilgendorf) in Reproductive Season显示文摘Black rockfish(Sebastes schlegeli) is an important species for culture; however, its reproductive characteristics have not been fully documented. In this study, we investigated the morphology and developmental process of germ cells in this ovoviviparous rockfish in reproductive season(October 2011–November 2012) with histological methods. We found that the gonad of mature fish showed notable seasonal changes in developmental characteristics and morphological structure. The sperm cells matured during a period lasting from October to December, significantly earlier than the oocytes did. A large number of spermatozoa and other cells occurred in testis at different developmental stages. Vitellogenesis in oocytes began in October, and gestation appeared in April next year. Spermatophores were discovered for the first time in Sebastes, which assembled in testis, main sperm duct, oviduct and genital tract, as well as ovarian cavity in October and April. These organs may serve either as production or hiding places for spermatophores and spermatozoa which were stored and transported in form of spermatophores. Testicular degeneration started from the distal part of testis in April, with spermatophores assembled in degenerating testis and waiting for transportation. The copulation probably lasted for a long period, during which the spermatozoa were discharged in batches as spermatophores. 9Model updating based on incomplete modal data显示文摘The objective of model updating is to improve the accuracy of a dynamic model based on the correlation between the measured data and the analytical (finite element) model. In this paper, we intend to update the mass and stiffness matrices of an analytical model when only modal frequencies or spatially incomplete modal data are available. While the proposed method is systematic in nature, it also preserves the initial configuration of the analytical model, and physical equality and/or inequality constraints can be easily incorporated into the solution procedure. Numerical examples associated with a simple 5-DoF (degree of freedom) mass-spring system are chosen to illustrate the detailed procedure and the effectiveness of the proposed method. Numerical scenarios ranging from the updating for stiffness terms only to that for all mass and stiffness terms based on various kinds of incomplete modal data are studied. The obtained model updating results are excellent when the measured modal data are noise-free. 10Improved thermal conductivity and dielectric properties of flexible PMIA composites with modified micro-and nano-sized hexagonal boron nitride显示文摘A series of flexible poly(m-phenylene isophthalamide)(PMIA)-based composites with different sizes and mass fractions of hexagonal boron nitride(hBN)were successfully manufactured for the first time via the casting technique.The effects of modified hBN particles on microstructure,mechanical properties,dielectric properties and thermal conductivities of fabricated composites were investigated.The results indicate that modified hBN particles manifest good compatibility with the PMIA matrix.The Young's modulus and Theat-resistance index of PMIA-based composites are increased with increasing the mass fraction of hBN particles.Due to additional thermal conductive paths and networks formed by nano-sized hBN particles,the K-m/n-hBN-30 composite displays the thermal conductivity of 0.94 W·m^-1·K^-1 higher than that of the K-m-hBN-30 composite(0.86 W·m^-1·K^-1),and more than 4 times higher than that of neat PMIA.Moreover,the obtained PMIA-based composites also show low dielectric constant and ideal dielectric loss.Owing to the excellent comprehensive performance,hBN/PMIA composites present potential applications in the broad field of electronic materials.Cuangyu DUAN Yan WANG Junrong YU Jing ZHU Zuming HU 2019Frontiers of Materials Science2019,13,1:3
11Epidemiological Characteristics of Plague in the Meriones unguiculatus Plague Focus--Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,China,1950−2019显示文摘From 1950 to 2019,a total of 267 plague cases in humans were reported in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region with 133 deaths and 10,710 Yersinia pestis isolates;21 of these cases were reported from the Meriones unguiculatus(M.unguiculatus)plague focus with 6 deaths and 6,771 isolates.According to the plague situation in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the implementation of local preventive measures,the prevalence of plague in humans in the M.unguiculatus plague focus of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region could be divided into four stages.The first stage was the initial stage of plague prevention and control(1950–1959),with 0.80 cases annually and a case fatality rate of 37.50%.The second stage was the plague eradication stage(1960–1979),with 0.15 cases annually and a case fatality rate of 33.33%.The third stage was the plague surveillance stage(1980-1999),with 0.25 cases annually and a case fatality rate of 20.00%.The fourth stage is the comprehensive prevention and control stage under the emergency system(2000-2019),with 0.25 cases annually and a case fatality rate of 20.00%.The surveillance of rodent density(1981-2019)and studies on plague-related factors among M.unguiculatus have shown that the higher the M.unguiculatus density,the higher the nocturnal rodent capture rate(r=0.670,p<0.05)and the higher the indirect hemagglutination assay(IHA)positive rate of M.unguiculatus(r=0.344,p<0.05);the higher the percentage of hosts infected,the lower the M.unguiculatus density(r=-0.361,p<0.05)and the lower the IHA positive rate of M.unguiculatus(r=-0.337,p<0.05);the higher the percentage of nests infected with fleas,the lower the IHA positive rate of M.unguiculatus(r=-0.348,p<0.05).Together,these results suggest that it is necessary to simultaneously monitor the pathogens,serology,and vector index of M.unguiculatus to accurately reflect the plague prevalence among local animals.Although bubonic plague is the main plague type of the M.unguiculatus plague focus,severe pneumonic plague or septic plague may be secondary when the bubonic plague is misdiagnosed or not treated in time.In addition,the plague in animals is relatively virulent in the M.unguiculatus plague focus,and the risk of spreading to humans is higher.For plague in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,comprehensive control efforts should be aimed at the M.unguiculatus focus,covering host animals,vector insects,and humans.Boxi Liu Dayu Zhang Yuhuang Chen Zhaokai He Jun Liu Dongyue Lyu Weiwei Wu Ran Duan Shuai Qin Junrong Liang Huaiqi Jing Xin Wang 2020China CDC weekly2020,2,49:3

13Microstructure and bioactivity of a cold sprayed rough/porous Ta coating on Ti6Al4V substrate显示文摘To improve the bioactivity and biocompatibility of titanium implants,a rough/porous tantalum(Ta)coating was firstly prepared on Ti6Al4V substrate by cold spraying.The results indicated that the surface of Ta coating is extremely rough with lots of visible holes,because of poor deposition quality.Microstructure and microhardness results showed that different layers appeared in the inner and outer parts of coatings,corresponding to porosity,due to lack of subsequent compaction.The simulated body fluid(SBF)soaking test showed that spherical apatite sediments were mineralized on rough/porous surface in SBF after 2–4 weeks,which demonstrated that the cold sprayed Ta coating had good bioactivity.This was mainly attributed to the rough/porous surface of Ta coating obtained by cold spraying,which is conducive to the heterogeneous nucleation of apatite on it.TANG JunRong ZHAO ZhiPo CUI XinYu WANG JiQiang XIONG TianYing 2020Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,5:3

15A Novel Method for Power Analysis Based on Combinational Logic in Block Cipher Circuit显示文摘In this paper, we propose a method that builds power model template according to input transitions of combinatorial logic circuit. By computing its correlation with the overall power consumption of a cryptographic circuit, we are able to recover the secret key. Several simulation-based experiments have been conducted,which verifies the feasibility of our method and shows that the combinatorial logic is also faced with the problem of information leakage in power analysis cases. Compared with DPA(Differential power analysis) and CPA(Correlation power analysis), our attack is fairly effective against the cryptographic circuits whose protection is only implemented on the register parts of the sequential circuit. 16Nonlinear Coupled Analysis of a Single Point Mooring System显示文摘Coupled effects on a single point mooring(SPM) system subjected to the combined action of wind,waves and current are studied in this paper. Due to the complicatedness of the sea state and the huge size of the vessel,physical experimental study is both time consuming and uneconomical,whereas the numerical study is cost-effective and DNV software provides powerful SESAM software in solving the issues. This paper focuses on the modeling process of the SPM system,catenary equilibrium calculation,static analysis of the vessel in three different scenarios,and dynamic response simulation of the SPM system under environmental excitations. The three scenarios in study are as follows:the SPM is under the combined function of(a) wind,waves and current,(b) wind and waves,(c) current and waves. They are so set that one can compare the contributions of different types of loads in both static and dynamic studies. 19Wafer-scale patterned growth of type-II Dirac semimetal platinum ditelluride for sensitive room-temperature terahertz photodetection显示文摘As the lastly unexplored electromagnetic wave,terahertz(THz)radiation has been exploited in a plenty of contexts such as fundamental research,military and civil fields.Most recently,representative two-dimensional(2D)topological semimetal,platinum ditelluride(PtTe_(2))has attracted considerable research interest in THz detection due to its unique physical properties.However,to achieve practical applications,the low-cost,large-scale,controllable synthesis and efficient patterning of 2D materials are key requirements,which remain a challenge for PtTe_(2)and its photodetectors(PDs).Herein,a facile approach is developed to obtain waferscale(2-inches)patterned PtTe_(2)arrays using one-step tellurium-vapor transformation method and micro-Nano technology.PtTe_(2)PD arrays are fabricated with the as-grown PtTe_(2)arrays evenly distributed on a 2-inch wafer,exhibiting high conductivity(~2.7×105 S m^(-1))and good electrical consistency.Driven by the Dirac fermions,PtTe_(2)PDs achieve a broadband(0.02-0.3 THz)response with a fast response speed(~4.7μs),a high sensitivity(~47 pW Hz^(-1/2))and high-resolution transmission THz-imaging capability,which displays the potential of large-area THz array imaging.These results are one step towards the practical applications of integrated PD arrays based on 2D materials.Zhuo Dong Wenzhi Yu Libo Zhang Liu Yang Luyi Huang Yan Zhang Zeqian Ren Haoran Mu Cheng Chen Junrong Zhang Jie Li Lin Wang Kai Zhang 2023InfoMat2023,5,5:1
