1Detection and parameter estimation of multicomponent LFM signal based on the fractional Fourier transform显示文摘This paper presents a new method for the detection and parameter estimation of multicomponent LFM signals based on the fractional Fourier transform. For the optimization in the fractional Fourier domain, an algorithm based on Quasi-Newton method is proposed which consists of two steps of searching, leading to a reduction in computation without loss of accuracy. And for multicomponent signals, we further propose a signal separation technique in the fractional Fourier domain which can effectively suppress the interferences on the detection of the weak components brought by the stronger components. 2Regulation of FN1 degradation by the p62/SQSTM1-dependent autophagy-lysosome pathway in HNSCC显示文摘Epithelial–mesenchymal transition(EMT)is involved in both physiological and pathological processes.EMT plays an essential role in the invasion,migration and metastasis of tumours.Autophagy has been shown to regulate EMT in a variety of cancers but not in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC).Herein,we investigated whether autophagy also regulates EMT in HNSCC.Analyses of clinical data from three public databases revealed that higher expression of fibronectin-1(FN1)correlated with poorer prognosis and higher tumour pathological grade in HNSCC.Data from SCC-25 cells demonstrated that rapamycin and Earle’s balanced salt solution(EBSS)promoted autophagy,leading to increased FN1 degradation,while 3-methyladenine(3-MA),bafilomycin A1(Baf A1)and chloroquine(CQ)inhibited autophagy,leading to decreased FN1 degradation.On the other hand,autophagic flux was blocked in BECN1 mutant HNSCC Cal-27 cells,and rapamycin did not promote autophagy in Cal-27 cells;also in addition,FN1 degradation was inhibited.Further,we identified FN1 degradation through the lysosome-dependent degradation pathway using the proteasome inhibitor MG132.Data from immunoprecipitation assays also showed that p62/SQSTM1 participated as an autophagy adapter in the autophagy–lysosome pathway of FN1 degradation.Finally,data from immunoprecipitation assays demonstrated that the interaction between p62 and FN1 was abolished in p62 mutant MCF-7 and A2780 cell lines.These results indicate that autophagy significantly promotes the degradation of FN1.Collectively,our findings clearly suggest that FN1,as a marker of EMT,has adverse effects on HNSCC and elucidate the autophagy–lysosome degradation mechanism of FN1.Xinchen Liu Lin Meng Xing Li Daowei Li Qilin Liu Yumeng Chen Xiangwei Li Wenhuan Bu Hongchen Sun 2020International Journal of Oral Science2020,12,4:7

4Hierarchical porous carbon heterojunction flake arrays derived from metal organic frameworks and ionic liquid for H2O2 electrochemical detection in cancer tissue显示文摘The development of hierarchical nanostructure is demonstrated as an effective strategy to improve catalytic activity and stability of electrocatalysts.Herein,a novel leaf-like hierarchically porous heterojunction flake arrays(FAs),integrated graphitic N-doped carbon(NC)with amorphous B,N-doped carbon(BNC),has been designed and grown on flexible carbon fiber(CF)using metal-organic framework(MOF)FAs and green ionic liquids as precursors.The hierarchical heterojunction structure possesses micro-and nano-scaled pores,large surface areas,and exposed high-density catalytic active sites,which enhances electronic conductivity and offers accessible transport channels for effectively decreasing mass transport resistance.The results of discrete Fourier transform(DFT)calculations and experiments also suggest that the catalytic activity has been promoted by the heterojunction structure through narrowing the banding gap.Consequently,the resultant nanohybrid microelectrode exhibits remarkable electrochemical sensing performance towards H2O2 with a low detection limit of 50 nM,and a high sensitivity of 213μA×mM-1×cm-2,as well as good anti-interference capability.The practical application of nanohybrid fiber microelectrode has been explored by real-time monitoring H2O2 released from live colon cells and surgically-resected fresh colon cancer tissue,which can provide important information for the identification of different types of cells as well as distinguish cancer cells from normal ones.We believe this research will pave the way towards the development of advanced carbon nanomaterials for application in the fields of electrochemistry,biosensing,and cancer diagnosis.Yan Zhang Qiying Lv Kai Chi Qilin Li Huiling Fan Bo Cai Fei Xiao Shuai Wang Zheng Wang Lin Wang 2021Nano Research2021,14,5:2

7Internet of things intrusion detection model and algorithm based on cloud computing and multi-feature extraction extreme learning machine显示文摘With the rapid development of the Internet of Things(IoT),there are several challenges pertaining to security in IoT applications.Compared with the characteristics of the traditional Internet,the IoT has many problems,such as large assets,complex and diverse structures,and lack of computing resources.Traditional network intrusion detection systems cannot meet the security needs of IoT applications.In view of this situation,this study applies cloud computing and machine learning to the intrusion detection system of IoT to improve detection performance.Usually,traditional intrusion detection algorithms require considerable time for training,and these intrusion detection algorithms are not suitable for cloud computing due to the limited computing power and storage capacity of cloud nodes;therefore,it is necessary to study intrusion detection algorithms with low weights,short training time,and high detection accuracy for deployment and application on cloud nodes.An appropriate classification algorithm is a primary factor for deploying cloud computing intrusion prevention systems and a prerequisite for the system to respond to intrusion and reduce intrusion threats.This paper discusses the problems related to IoT intrusion prevention in cloud computing environments.Based on the analysis of cloud computing security threats,this study extensively explores IoT intrusion detection,cloud node monitoring,and intrusion response in cloud computing environments by using cloud computing,an improved extreme learning machine,and other methods.We use the Multi-Feature Extraction Extreme Learning Machine(MFE-ELM)algorithm for cloud computing,which adds a multi-feature extraction process to cloud servers,and use the deployed MFE-ELM algorithm on cloud nodes to detect and discover network intrusions to cloud nodes.In our simulation experiments,a classical dataset for intrusion detection is selected as a test,and test steps such as data preprocessing,feature engineering,model training,and result analysis are performed.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively detect and identify most network data packets with good model performance and achieve efficient intrusion detection for heterogeneous data of the IoT from cloud nodes.Furthermore,it can enable the cloud server to discover nodes with serious security threats in the cloud cluster in real time,so that further security protection measures can be taken to obtain the optimal intrusion response strategy for the cloud cluster.Haifeng Lin Qilin Xue Jiayin Feng Di Bai 2023Digital Communications and Networks2023,9,1:1

9Sericin microparticles enveloped with metal-organic networks as a pulmonary targeting delivery system for intra-tracheally treating metastatic lung cancer显示文摘Chemotherapy is one of the major approaches for the treatment of metastatic lung cancer.However,systemic chemotherapy is limited by poor therapeutic efficiency and severe toxic side effects,due to the extremely low delivery efficacy and non-specificity of anticancer drugs.Herein,we report a sericin microparticles enveloped with metal-organic networks as a pulmonary delivery system for treating lung metastasis of breast cancer in an animal model.The sericin microparticles(SMPs)were prepared using water in oil(w/o)emulsification method.After doxorubicin(DOX)loading,tannic acid(TA)/ferric irons(Fe3+)based metal organic networks(MON)were coated on the particles to obtain DOX-loaded microparticles(DOX@SMPs-MON).The SMPs-MON with good biocompatibility could effectively encapsulate DOX and sustainably unload cargos in a pH-dependent manner.The DOX-loaded microparticles could be uptaken by 4T1 cells,and effectively kill the cancer cells.In vivo,DOX@SMPs-MON was deposited in the lungs and remained for over 5 days after pulmonary administration.In contrast to conventional DOX treatment that did not show significantly inhibitory effects on lung metastatic tumor,DOX@SMPs-MON markedly decreased the number and size of metastatic nodules in lungs,and the lung weight and appearance were similar to those of healthy mice.In summary,the sericin microparticles with MON wrapping might be a promising pulmonary delivery system for treating lung metastatic cancer.Jia Liu Yan Deng Daan Fu Ye Yuan Qilin Li Lin Shi Guobin Wang Zheng Wang Lin Wang 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,1:1

19Semi-global weighted output average tracking of discrete-time heterogeneous multi-agent systems subject to input saturation and external disturbances显示文摘In this paper,we revisit the semi-global weighted output average tracking problem for a discrete-time multi-agent system subject to input saturation and external disturbances.The multi-agent system consists of multiple heterogeneous linear systems as leader agents and multiple heterogeneous linear systems as follower agents.We design both the state feedback and output feedback control protocols for each follower agent.In particular,a distributed state observer is designed for each follower agent that estimates the state of each leader agent.In the output feedback case,state observer is also designed for each follower agent to estimate its own state.With these estimates,we design low gain-based distributed control protocols,parameterized in a scalar low gain parameter.It is shown that,for any bounded set of the initial conditions,these control protocols cause the follower agents to track the weighted average of the outputs of the leader agents as long as the value of the low gain parameter is tuned sufficiently small.Simulation results illustrate the validity of the theoretical results.Qilin Song Yuanlong Li Yijing Xie Zongli Lin 2023Control Theory and Technology2023,21,3:0
20Near-infrared responsive shape memory hydrogels with programmable and complex shape-morphing显示文摘In this work,semi-crystalline nanocomposite hydrogels(i.e.,PAAmA_(11)A/GO gels)were synthesized by micellar copolymerization of acrylamide and N-acryloyl-11-aminoundecanoic acid(A_(11)A)in the presence of a large amount of sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS)micelles and GO nanosheets.The resulting hydrogels(SMHs)not only demonstrated high strength and high toughness,but also exhibited good shape memory property.Because of near-infrared(NIR)light absorbability of GO nanosheets,shape recovery and shape of PAAmA_(11)A/GO gels could be tuned by NIR irradiation.Moreover,bilayer hydrogels and trilayer hydrogels were also fabricated by the integration of shape-memorized PAAmA_(11)A/GO gel and elastic hydrophobic associated hydrogel(E-gel).Based on the NIR-responsive shape memory property and layered structure,shape deformation of bilayer hydrogels and trilayer hydrogels was rather different from the single PAAmA_(11)A/GO gel.Each kind of gel structure exhibited diverse and complex shapes via programmable NIR irradiation.More importantly,the shape morphing of NIR-SMHs-based hydrogels could mimic the hand and flower and be used as actuators.WANG QiLin ZHU Lin WEI DanDan SUN Huan TANG Chen LIU Zhao LI Ke YANG Jia QIN Gang SUN GengZhi CHEN Qiang 2021Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,8:0
