The results show that during exploitation in seams with large inclined angle, rotational subsidence of the main roof under the gob area is small and can maintain balance, so there is no need to provide artificial permanent support resistance for the main roof near the upper side to control rotational subsidence. | 3 | Sonodynamic therapy with immune modulatable two-dimensional coordination nanosheets for enhanced anti-tumor immunotherapy显示文摘Ultrasound with deep penetration depth and high security could be adopted in sonodynamic therapy(SDT)by activating sonosensitizers to generate cytotoxic reactive oxygen species(ROS).Herein,two-dimensional(2D)coordination nanosheets composed of Zn^(2+)and Tetrakis(4-carboxyphenyl)porphyrin(TCPP)are fabricated.While exhibiting greatly enhanced ultrasoundtriggered ROS generation useful for noninvasive SDT,such Zn-TCPP 2D nanosheets show high loading capacity of oligodeoxynudeotides such as cytosine—phosphorothioate-guanine(CpG),which is a potent toll like receptor 9(TLR9)agonist useful in activating immune responses.Highly effective SD T of primary tumors could release tumor-associated antigens,which working together with Zn-TCPP/CpG adjuvant nanosheets could function like whole-tumor-cell vaccines and trigger tumor-specific immune responses.Interestingly,ultrasound itself could strengthen anti-tumor immune responses by improving the tumor-infiltration of T cells and limiting regulatory T cells in the tumor microenvironment.Thus,SDT using Zn-TCPP/CpG nanosheets after destruction of primary tumors could induce potent antitumor immune responses to inhibit distant abscopal tumors without direct SD T treatment.Moreover,SDT with Zn-TCPP/CpG could trigger strong immunological memory effects to inhibit cancer recurrence after elimination of primary tumors.Therefore,the 2D coordination nanosheet may be a promising platform to deliver potent SDT-triggered immunotherapy for highly effective cancer treatment. | Wenjun Zhu Qian Chen Qiutong Jin Yu Chao Lele Sun Xiao Han Jun Xu Longlong Tian Jinglei Zhang Teng Liu Zhuang Liu | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,1: | 3 |

| 13 | Cylindrical cavity expansion responses in anisotropic unsaturated soils under plane stress condition显示文摘In this paper,an anisotropic critical state model for saturated soils was extended to unsaturated conditions by introducing suction into its yield function.Combining this model with soil-water characteristic curves related to porosity ratio was employed to characterize the coupled hydromechanical behavior of unsaturated anisotropic soil.Based on the plane stress condition,the problem of the cylindrical cavity expansion in unsaturated anisotropic soils was transformed into first-order differential equations using the Lagrangian description.The equations were solved as an initial value problem using the Runge-Kutta algorithm,which can reflect the soil-water retention behavior during cavity expansion.Parametric analyses were conducted to investigate the influences of overconsolidation ratio(OCR),suction,and degree of saturation on the expansion responses of a cylindrical cavity in unsaturated anisotropic soil under plane stress condition.The results show that the above factors have obvious influences on the cavity responses,and the plane strain solution tends to overestimate expansion pressure and degree of saturation but underestimates suction around the cavity compared to the proposed plane stress solution.The theoretical model proposed in this paper provides a reasonable and effective method for simulating pile installation and soil pressure gauge tests near the ground surface of the unsaturated soils. | Haohua Chen Xiaolin Weng Lele Hou Dean Sun | 2022 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2022,14,6: | 0 |
| 14 | Magnetic properties,crystalline and magnetic microstructures of dual-main-phase(Nd,Ce)-Fe-B sintered magnets显示文摘The(Nd,Ce)-Fe-B sintered magnets were prepared by a dual-main-phase(DMP)process under the same conditions using different combinations of Nd-Fe-B with Ce-Fe-B and(Nd,Ce)-Fe-B strips.The crystalline and magnetic microstructures of DMP(Nd,Ce)-Fe-B magnets with the remanence of 11.92-12.68 kGs,the intrinsic coercivity of 3.97-5.31 kOe,and the maximum energy product of 23.08-32.99 MGOe have been investigated.Magnetic force microscope(MFM)investigations reveal that the DMP(Nd,Ce)-Fe-B magnets show maze-like patterns,which are like that of standard anisotropy Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets by and large.However,much finer domain structures mixing with coarse ones can be observed obviously in DMP(Nd,Ce)-Fe-B sintered magnets.The size distribution of the domain width of the DMP(Nd,Ce)-Fe-B magnet is not uniform obviously.The average domain width is W=0.912μm,and the fine domain width has only 0.216μm.The smaller domain width and more branch domain patterns exist in poorer coercivity DMP magnets.This is caused by the non-uniform Ce composition of poorer property DMP magnets and the grain boundary microstructure that is not conducive to improving the coercivity.Furthermore,it is found that some domains of rare-earth-rich grain boundary phases exhibit the characteristics of plate-like patterns rather than no-contrast by using MFM,indicating their ferromagnetism.Obvious correlations between the crystalline microstructure,chemical composition of phases,and magnetic structure were demonstrated for the DMP magnets. | Yifei Xiao Lele Zhang Tao Liu Xiaolong Song Qisong Sun Yikun Fang Minggang Zhu Wei Li | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,31: | 0 |

| 16 | Defensins as a promising class of tick antimicrobial peptides: a scoping review显示文摘Background: Ticks are hematophagous parasites that transmit an extensive range of pathogens to their vertebrate hosts.Ticks can destroy invading microorganisms or alleviate infection via their rudimentary but orchestrated innate immune system.Antimicrobial peptides(AMPs)are important components of tick innate immunity.Among these humoral effector molecules,defensins are well-studied and widely identified in various species of Ixodidae(hard ticks)and Argasidae(soft ticks).This review was aimed at presenting the characterization of tick defensins from structure-based taxonomic status to antimicrobial function.Main text: All published papers written in English from 2001 to May 2022 were searched through PubMed and Web of Science databases with the combination of relevant terms on tick defensins.Reports on identification and characterization of tick defensins were included.Of the 329 entries retrieved,57 articles were finally eligible for our scoping review.Tick defensins mainly belong to the antibacterial ancient invertebrate-type defensins of the cis-defensins superfamily.They are generally small,cationic,and amphipathic,with six cysteine residues forming three intra-molecular disulfide bonds.Tick defensins primarily target membranes of a variety of pathogens,including Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria,fungi,viruses,and protozoa.Since tick defensins have a high degree of variability,we summarize their common biological properties and enumerate representative peptides.Along with the various and potent antimicrobial activities,the role of tick defensins in determining vector competence is discussed.Conclusions: Due to their broad-spectrum antimicrobial activities,tick defensins are considered novel candidates or targets for controlling infectious diseases. | Jiahui Wu Xia Zhou Qiaoqiao Chen Zhiqiang Chen Jinyu Zhang Lele Yang Yuxuan Sun Guohui Wang Jianfeng Dai Tingting Feng | 2022 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2022,11,3: | 0 |
| 17 | Regioselective acylation of pyridoxine catalyzed by immobilized lipase in ionic liquid显示文摘The regioselective acylation of pyridoxine catalyzed by immobilized lipase(Candida Antarctica)in 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate([BMIM]PF_(6))has been investigated,and compared with that in acetonitrile(ACN).The acetylation of pyridoxine using acetic anhydride in[BMIM]PF6 gave comparable conversion of pyridoxine to 5-monoacetyl pyridoxine with considerably higher regioselectivity(93%-95%)than that in ACN(70%-73%).Among the tested parameters,water activity(aw)and temperature have profound effects on the reaction performances in either[BMIM]PF6 or ACN.For the reaction in[BMIM]PF6,higher temperature(50℃-55℃)and lower aw(<0.01)are preferable conditions to obtain better conversion and regioselectivity.Mass transfer limitation and intrinsic kinetic from the ionic nature of ionic liquids(ILs)may account for a different rate-temperature profile and a lower velocity at lower temperature in[BMIM]PF_(6)-mediated reaction.Moreover,consecutive batch reactions for enzyme reuse also show that lipase exhibited a much higher thermal stability and better reusability in[BMIM]PF_(6)than in ACN,which represents another advantage of ILs as an alternative to traditional solvents beyond green technology. | Shu BAI Mengyuan REN Lele WANG Yan SUN | 2008 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2008,2,3: | 0 |
| 18 | Nonlinear dynamic response and stability analysis of the stapes reconstruction in human middle ear显示文摘Stapes fracture causes hearing loss and instability in the middle ear hearing system(MEHS). The material used in the stapes reconstruction restores stapes, but the effects of the nonlinear material parameters on the stability of the MEHS are still unknown. To address this challenge, the nonlinear dynamic response and stability of the stapes reconstruction are investigated using a multi-degree-of-freedom mechanical model. The material parameters of the implant are tentatively determined by analyzing the natural frequencies of the undamped system. The dynamical properties of the MEHS are characterized under different external excitations. The approximate solution of the MEHS near the resonant frequency is derived through the multiple-time-scale method(MTSM). | 20 | Investigation on the Current Situation of China’s DTP Pharmacy and Suggestions for Its Development显示文摘Objective To summarize the main characteristics and development approaches of direct-to-patient(DTP)pharmacies,and to explore its future development trend.Methods Firstly,relevant policies of DTP pharmacies were sorted out based on some documents on the government website,and related articles were studied.Secondly,499 DTP pharmacies were investigated.Finally,the current status of the industry was summarized and analyzed.Results and Conclusion Policies on China’s DTP pharmacy have been constantly improved.According to industry standards,the current compliance rate of DTP pharmacies is about 46.09%.In terms of varieties,the market share concentration rate of biological products is higher than that of chemical drugs.The regional distribution of these drugs is mainly concentrated in the central and eastern provinces.However,63.45%of DTP pharmacies have less than 50 product specifications.DTP pharmacies have an average of 7.3 pharmacy technicians and 2.3 licensed pharmacists,which is higher than that of ordinary pharmacies.Due to the policy promotion,DTP pharmacies will be paid more attention by the public and the government,and the market share will become larger than before.Patients shifting from hospitals to drug-to-pharmacies can make them better layout.Besides,pharmaceutical services will become more specialized,and disease division will be more detailed.With the deepening of medical reform and the continuous improvement of national medical security as well as drug procurement and medical insurance payment methods,DTP pharmacies can play an important role in the national basic medical security system. | Wen Dong Dou Lele Sun Yuyuan Wang Shuling | 2023 | Asian Journal of Social Pharmacy2023,18,2: | 0 |
