1Parameters optimum matching of pure electric vehicle dual-mode coupling drive system显示文摘As an important development direction of pure electric vehicle drive system,the distributed drive system has the advantages of compact structure,high transmission efficiency,and flexible control,but there are some serious problems such as high performance requirements to the drive motors,complex control strategies,and poor reliability.To solve these problems,a two motors dual-mode coupling drive system has been developed at first,which not only has the capacity of two-speed gear shifting,but also can automatically switch between the distributed drive and the centralized drive by means of modes change control.So,the performance requirements to the drive motors can be reduced,the problem of abnormal running caused by the fault of unilateral distributed drive systems also can be resolved by replacing the drive mode with centralized drive.Then,the system parameters primary and the optimum matching under the principle of efficiency optimization have been carried out,which makes the drive system achieve predetermined functions and meet the actual demands of different operating statuses.At last,the economic comparison of a pure electric vehicle installation with a dual-mode coupling drive sytem,a single-motor centralized drive system or a dual-motor distributed drive system in the simulation conditions has been completed.Compared with other systems,the driving range of the electric vehicle driven by the designed system is significantly increased,which proves the better efficiency and application value of the system.ZHANG LiPeng LI Liang QI BingNan WANG Chong ZHANG YaHui SONG Jian 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,11:22
2Interfacial Microstructure and Properties of a Vacuum Hot Roll-bonded Titanium-Stainless Steel Clad Plate with a Niobium Interlayer显示文摘Vacuum hot roll bonding(VHRB)was used to bond pure titanium(Ti)plate to a 304 stainless steel(SS)plate with a niobium(Nb)interlayer,with the aim of producing a high-quality Ti-SS clad plate.The roll-bonding process was performed at diferent temperatures in the range of 850–1000 C,followed by characterization of microstructure and mechanical properties.The study demonstrates that the interfaces are free from cracks and discontinuities,and interdifusion between the stainless steel and the titanium is efectively prevented by inserting a layer of pure Nb foil.No intermetallic reaction layer occurred at the Nb-Ti interface at any of the investigated temperatures.An intermetallic FeNb phase was formed at the Nb-SS interface when bonding was performed at 950 C and above.The presence of the FeNb layer was confirmed by x-ray difraction.The maximum shear strength of^396 MPa was obtained when bonding is carried out at 900 C.However,the formation of the FeNb layer at roll bonding temperature greater than 900 C led to decrease in shear strength.Ductile fracture occurred through the Ti-Nb interface for roll-bonded temperatures of up to 900 C.On the other hand,at temperature of 950 C and above,failure occurred through the Nb-SS interface,with brittle fracture characteristics.Zongan LUO Guanglei WANG Guangming XIE Lipeng WANG Kun ZHAO 2013Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2013,26,6:18

4A study on turbulence transportation and modification of Spalart–Allmaras model for shock-wave/turbulent boundary layer interaction flow显示文摘It is of great significance to improve the accuracy of turbulence models in shock-wave/ boundary layer interaction flow. The relationship between the pressure gradient, as well as the shear layer, and the development of turbulent kinetic energy in impinging shock-wave/turbulent boundary layer interaction flow at Mach 2.25 is analyzed based on the data of direct numerical simulation(DNS). It is found that the turbulent kinetic energy is amplified by strong shear in the separation zone and the adverse pressure gradient near the separation point. The pressure gradient was non-dimensionalised with local density, velocity, and viscosity. Spalart–Allmaras(S–A) model is modified by introducing the non-dimensional pressure gradient into the production term of the eddy viscosity transportation equation. Simulation results show that the production and dissipation of eddy viscosity are strongly enhanced by the modification of S–A model. Compared with DNS and experimental data, the wall pressure and the wall skin friction coefficient as well as the velocity profile of the modified S–A model are obviously improved. 5Powertrain design and energy management of a novel coaxial series-parallel plug-in hybrid electric vehicle显示文摘For a series plug-in hybrid electric vehicle,higher working efficiency can be achieved by the drive system with two small motors in parallel than that with one big motor alone.However,the overly complex structure will inevitably lead to a substantial increase in the development cost.To improve the system price-performance ratio,a new kind of series-parallel hybrid system evolved from the series plug-in hybrid system is designed.According to the technical parameters of the selected components,the system model is established,and the vehicle dynamic property and pure electric drive economy are evaluated.Based on the dynamic programming,the energy management strategy for the drive system under the city driving cycle is developed,and the superiority validation of the system is completed.For the studied vehicle driven by the designed series-parallel plug-in hybrid system,compared with the one driven by the described series plug-in hybrid system,the dynamic property is significantly improved because of the multi-power coupling,and the fuel consumption is reduced by 11.4%with 10 city driving cycles.In a word,with the flexible configuration of the designed hybrid system and the optimized control strategy of the energy management,the vehicle performance can be obviously improved.ZHANG LiPeng QI BingNan ZHANG RunSheng LIU JingChao WANG LiQiang 2016Science China(Technological Sciences)2016,59,4:7
6Integration, Quality Assurance, and Usage of Global Aircraft Observations in CRA显示文摘This paper presents a detailed description of integration, quality assurance procedure, and usage of global aircraft observations for China's first generation global atmospheric reanalysis(CRA) product(1979–2018). An integration method named 'classified integration' is developed. Aircraft observations from nine different sources are integrated into the Integrated Global Meteorological Observation Archive from Aircraft(IGMOAA), a new dataset from the National Meteorological Information Center(NMIC) of the China Meteorological Administration(CMA). IGMOAA consists of global aircraft temperature, wind, and humidity data from the surface to 100 h Pa, extending from 1973 to the present. Compared with observations assimilated in the Climate Forecast System Reanalysis(CFSR) of NCEP,the observation number of IGMOAA increased by 12.9% between 2010 and 2014, mainly as a result of adding more Chinese Aircraft Meteorological Data Relay(AMDAR) data. Complex quality control procedures for aircraft observations of NCEP are applied to detect data errors. Observations are compared with ERA-Interim reanalysis from 1979 to 2018 to investigate data quality of different types and aircraft, and subsequently to develop the blacklists for CRA. IGMOAA data have been assimilated in CRA in 2018 and are real-time updated at the CMA Data-as-a-Service(CMADaa S) platform. For CRA, the fits to observations improve over time. From 1994 to 2018, root-meansquare error(RMSE) of observations relative to CRA background decreases from 1.8 to 1.0℃ for temperature above 300 h Pa, and from 4.5 to 3 m s^(-1) for zonal wind. 7Natural vegetation restoration of Liaodong oak(Quercus liaotungensis Koidz.) forests rapidly increased the content and ratio of inert carbon in soil macroaggregates显示文摘The lack of clarity of how natural vegetation restoration influences soil organic carbon(SOC) content and SOC components in soil aggregate fractions limits the understanding of SOC sequestration and turnover in forest ecosystems.The aim of this study was to explore how natural vegetation restoration affects the SOC content and ratio of SOC components in soil macroaggregates(>250 μm), microaggregates(53–250 μm), and silt and clay(<53 μm) fractions in 30-, 60-, 90-and 120-year-old Liaodong oak(Quercus liaotungensis Koidz.) forests, Shaanxi, China in 2015.And the associated effects of biomasses of leaf litter and different sizes of roots(0–0.5, 0.5–1.0, 1.0–2.0 and >2.0 mm diameter) on SOC components were studied too.Results showed that the contents of high activated carbon(HAC), activated carbon(AC) and inert carbon(IC) in the macroaggregates, microaggregates and silt and clay fractions increased with restoration ages.Moreover, IC content in the microaggregates in topsoil(0–20 cm) rapidly increased;peaking in the 90-year-old restored forest, and was 5.74 times higher than AC content.In deep soil(20–80 cm), IC content was 3.58 times that of AC content.Biomasses of 0.5–1.0 mm diameter roots and leaf litter affected the content of aggregate fractions in topsoil, while the biomass of >2.0 mm diameter roots affected the content of aggregate fractions in deep soil.Across the soil profiles, macroaggregates had the highest capacity for HAC sequestration.The effects of restoration ages on soil aggregate fractions and SOC content were less in deep soil than in topsoil.In conclusion, natural vegetation restoration of Liaodong oak forests improved the contents of SOC, especially IC within topsoil and deep soil.The influence of IC on aggregate stability was greater than the other SOC components, and the aggregate stability was significantly affected by the biomasses of litter, 0.5–1.0 mm diameter roots in topsoil and >2.0 mm diameter roots in deep soil.Natural vegetation restoration of Liaodong oak forests promoted SOC sequestration by soil macroaggregates.SUN Lipeng HE Lirong WANG Guoliang JING Hang LIU Guobin 2019Journal of Arid Land2019,11,6:5
8A Deep Reinforcement Learning Algorithm for the Power Order Optimization Allocation of AGC in Interconnected Power Grids显示文摘The integration of distributed generations(solar power,wind power),energy storage devices,and electric vehicles,causes unpredictable disturbances in power grids.It has become a top priority to coordinate the distributed generations,loads,and energy storages in order to better facilitate the utilization of new energy.Therefore,a novel algorithm based on deep reinforcement learning,namely the deep PDWoLF-PHC(policy dynamics based win or learn fast-policy hill climbing)network(DPDPN),is proposed to allocate power order among the various generators.The proposed algorithm combines the decision mechanism of reinforcement learning with the prediction mechanism of a deep neural network to obtain the optimal coordinated control for the source-grid-load.Consequently it solves the problem brought by stochastic disturbances and improves the utilization rate of new energy.Simulations are conducted with the case of the improved IEEE two-area and a case in the Guangdong power grid.Results show that the adaptability and control performance of the power system are improved using the proposed algorithm as compared with using other existing strategies.Lei Xi Lipeng Zhou Lang Liu Dongliang Duan Yanchun Xu Liuqing Yang Shouxiang Wang 2020CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2020,6,3:4
9CRA-40/Atmosphere—The First-Generation Chinese Atmospheric Reanalysis(1979–2018):System Description and Performance Evaluation显示文摘Atmospheric reanalysis reproduces the past atmospheric conditions through assimilation of historical meteorological observations with fixed version of a numerical weather prediction(NWP)model and data assimilation(DA)system.It is widely used in weather,climate,and even business-related research and applications.This paper reports the development of CMA’s first-generation global atmospheric reanalysis(RA)covering 1979–2018(CRA-40;CRA refers to CMA-RA).CRA-40 is produced by using the Global Spectral Model(GSM)/Gridpoint Statistical Interpolation(GSI)at a 6-h time interval and a TL574 spectral(34-km)resolution with the model top at 0.27 hPa.A large number of reprocessed satellite data and widely collected conventional observations were assimilated during the reanalyzing process,including the reprocessed atmospheric motion vector(AMV)products from FY-2C/D/E/G satellites,dense conventional observations(at about 120 radiosonde and 2400 synoptic stations)over China,as well as MWHS-2 and GNSS-RO observations from FY-3C.The reanalysis fitting to observations is improved over time,especially for surface pressure with root-mean-square error reduced from 1.05 hPa in 1979 to 0.8 hPa,and for upper air temperature from 1.65 K in 1979 to 1.35 K,in 2018.The patterns of global analysis increments for temperature,specific humidity,and zonal wind are consistent with the changes in the observing system.Near surface temperature from the model’s 6-h forecast reflects the global warming trend reasonably.The CRA-40 precipitation pattern matches well with those of GPCP and other reanalyses.CRA-40 also successfully captures the QBO and its vertical and temporal development,hemispherical atmospheric circulation change,and moisture transport by the East Asian summer monsoon.CRA is now operationally running in near real time as a climate data assimilation system in CMA.Zhiquan LIU Lipeng JIANG Chunxiang SHI Tao ZHANG Zijiang ZHOU Jie LIAO Shuang YAO Jingwei LIU Minyan WANG Huiying WANG Xiao LIANG Zhisen ZHANG Yan YAO Ting ZHU Zhe CHEN Wenhui XU Lijuan CAO Hui JIANG Kaixi HU 2023Journal of Meteorological Research2023,37,1:4
10Synthesis of Mesoporous Anatase TiO2 Sphere with High Surface Area and Enhanced Photocatalytic Activity显示文摘Mesoporous anatase TiO_2 spheres with high surface area(119 m^2g^(-1)) were successfully synthesized via a facile and green template-free method. The prepared TiO_2 was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),N_2 adsorption, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and UV–vis absorbance spectra. It was found that the prepared TiO_2 is characterized by pure anatase phase, which shows uniform spheres and has a typical mesostructure with a high specific surface area and a large pore volume. The effects of complexant(acetylacetone) amount, crystallization temperature and calcination temperature were also investigated. Based on the results, a sketch for the preparation of mesoporous TiO_2 was proposed. First, complex formed between tetrabutyl titanate and acetylacetone in ethanol. After introduction of aqueous of ammonia sulfate and urea, hydrolysis of tetrabutyl titanate would occur slowly,and sol of TiO_2 was formed. Then, crystallization proceeded under hydrothermal conditions. Calcination process favored the formation of bigger TiO_2 crystal through combining of the small crystals in TiO_2.This led to the formation of bigger mesopores between TiO_2 crystals. 11Gecko-inspired composite micro-pillars with both robust adhesion and enhanced dry self-cleaning property显示文摘Self-cleaning surfaces are desirable in many engineering applications where low energy consumption,reusability and sustainability are of the biggest concerns.Inspired by the gecko’s unique ’dry selfcleaning’ hierarchical structures.Here we fabricated artificial Fe304/PDMS composites that show robust self-cleaning capabilities.The enhanced adhesion performance is attributable to the decrease of PDMS polymerization degree and the load transfer between PDMS matrix and Fe304 magnetic particles.The self-cleaning surfaces showed up to 24.3% self-cleaning rate with as few as 4 steps.Simulation result indicated that the changing of cross linking between Fe304 and PDMS is the main reason for the enhanced self-cleaning surfaces.This work reveals an alternative route of making high-performance self-cleaning smart surfaces that are applicable in the textile industry,robotic locomotion/gripping technology,outerspace explorations and tissue engineering.Xiaoxiao Dong Hong Zhao Zhihang Wang Miray Ouzounian Travis Shihao Hu Yongjian Guo Lipeng Zhang Quan Xu 2019Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,12:3

13Dehydrogenation characteristics of LiAlH4 improved by in-situ formed catalysts显示文摘The hydrogen storage properties and catalytic mechanism of FeCl_2-doped LiAlH_4 were investigated in minute details. LiAlH_4-2 mol% FeCl_2 samples start to release hydrogen at 76 °C, which is 64 °C lower than that of as-received LiAlH_4. Isothermal desorption measurements show that the 2 mol% FeCl_2-doped sample releases 7.0 wt% of hydrogen within 17 min at 250 °C. At lower temperatures of 110 °C and 80 °C, the sample can release 4.4 wt% and 3 wt% of hydrogen, respectively. The apparent activation energy of LiAlH_4-2 mol% FeCl_2 samples for R2 is 105.02 k J/mol, which is 67 k J/mol lower than that of pure LiAlH_4. 17Role ofβ(FeA1)nanoparticles in abnormal grain growth in the annealing of cast Cu-Al-Mn-Fe shape memory alloys显示文摘In this study,the low-cost production of Cu-AI-Mn-Fe shape memory alloy single crystals exceeding 46 mm by abnormal grain growth was realized only through annealing their cast alloys.The results show that the mis-orientation formed during annealing may be responsible for such abnormal grain growth process.It was con-firmed that this misorientation resulted from the dissolution of bec B(FeAI)nanoparticles during heat treatment at a sufficiently temperature of approximately 1173 K.The rate of migration of the abnormal grain boundary was experimentally measured to be approximately9.3 x 10^-m s^-1within 2 min of the commencement of abnormal grain growth.Additionally,the range of composition of the alloys that can lead to abnormal grain growth was determined.When the Cu-13.0AI-6.5Mn-3.2Fe single crystal close to the[100]direction was deformed to a pre-strain of 12%,full shape recovery happened without any residual strain.At that time,the superelastic strain was approximately 9%.Such a superelastic characteristic remained nearly constant over 50 cycles,showing excellent fatigue resistance.The superelastic properties of the present Cu-13.0AI-6.5Mn-3.2Fe single crystal are compared to those of commercial Ni-Ti-based shape memory alloys.Therefore,it can be considered as a new kind of superelastic material having practical applications.The obtained results should be of great significance in the development of Cu based shape memory alloys.Furthermore,it is expected that a similar microstructure can be designed for the production of more metallic single crystals.Shuiyuan Yang Xinyu Qing Jixun Zhang Lipeng Guo Shen Hong Mingpei Li Jinbin Zhang Cuiping Wang Xingjun Liu 2020Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2020,30,4:2

19Investigation on overvoltage caused by vacuum circuit breaker switching off shunt reactor in offshore wind farms显示文摘The multiple reignitions of vacuum circuit braker(VCB)while switching off the shunt reactor in an offshore wind farm(OWF)would produce a high overvoltage.The post-arc process of ion movement in the vacuum interrupter is analysed.Considering the sheath growth and ion concentration variation,the expression for dielectric recovery strength inside the VCB interrupter is derived.A novel VCB model is implemented in the environment of electromagnetic transient programme based on the new reignition criterion.Then,the switching overvoltage is computed and analysed in detail.For the OWF with high rising rate of transient recovery voltage,the sheath growth must be considered in the VCB model;otherwise,the overvoltage may be underestimated.Using resistor–capacitor(RC)snubber,a new installation scheme is proposed to suppress the overvoltage in the OWF.The results indicate that the proposed scheme can not only reduce the peak and steepness of overvoltage but also damp the high-frequency oscillation.It would not affect the steady-state operation of OWF.Besides,the capacitor of RC snubber normally does not bear the electric stress,and its life expectancy would be greatly enhanced.Zhi Zheng Qiuqin Sun Jianlan Yang She Chen Feng Wang Lipeng Zhong 2022High Voltage2022,7,5:2
20Third-order nonlinear optical properties of WTe2 films synthesized by pulsed laser deposition显示文摘The prominent third-order nonlinear optical properties of WTe2 films are studied through the Z-scan technique using a femtosecond pulsed laser at 1030 nm.Open-aperture(OA)and closed-aperture(CA)Z-scan measurements are performed at different intensities to investigate the nonlinear absorption and refraction properties of WTe2 films.OA Z-scan results show that WTe2 films always hold a saturable absorption characteristic without transition to reverse saturable absorption.Further,a large nonlinear absorption coefficientβis determined to be-3.37×10^3 cm∕GW by fitting the OA Z-scan curve at the peak intensity of 15.603 GW∕cm^2.In addition,through the slow saturation absorption model,the ground state absorption cross section,excited state absorption cross section,and absorber's density were found to be 1.4938×10^-16 cm^2,1.2536×10^-16 cm^2,and 6.2396×10^20 cm^-3,respectively.CA Z-scan results exhibit a classic peak–valley shape of the CA Z-scan signal,which reveals a self-defocusing optical effect of WTe2 films under the measured environment.Furthermore,a considerable nonlinear refractive index value n2 can be obtained at-1.629×10^-2 cm^2∕GW.Ultimately,the values of the real and imaginary parts of the third-order nonlinear susceptibility of WTe2 are roughly estimated to be-5.93×10^-9 and-1.01×10^-8 esu with the help of first-principles calculations.WTe2 possesses sizeable thirdorder nonlinear coefficients compared with other materials,which suggests that it has great potential to improve performance in nonlinear optical devices.MI HE YEQUAN CHEN LIPENG ZHU HUAN WANG XUEFENG WANG XINLONG XU ZHANYU REN 2019Photonics Research2019,7,12:1
