3Testing method and distribution characteristics of spatial pesticide spraying deposition quality balance for unmanned aerial vehicle显示文摘In order to explore the spatial pesticide spraying deposition distribution,the downwash flow field characteristics for unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)pesticide application with accurate flight height and velocity and the relationship of these two aspects,a novel measurement method was proposed in this paper.A model‘3WQF80-10’single-rotor diesel UAV was tested using this method in wheat field and the effects of flight direction,flight parameters and crosswind on the distribution of spatial spraying deposition quality balance(SSDQB)and the downwash flow field distribution were researched.A cuboid aluminum sampling frame of spatial spraying deposition quality balance(SFSSDQB)with monofilament wires was made for collecting the droplets in four directions,and a set of multi-channel micro-meteorology measurement system(MMMS)was applied for measuring the downwash wind speed in three directions.Besides,BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BNSS)was used for controlling and recording the working height,velocity and track of this model of single-rotor UAV.The results showed the distribution of the spatial spray deposition and the downwash flow field of UAV could be measured effectively at exact flight height and velocity via this method.When the average wind speed was 0.9 m/s,the average temperature was 31.5℃ and the average relative humidity was 34.1%,and the average distribution ratios of spraying deposition for model‘3WQF80-10’UAV on the upwind part,the top part,the downwind part and the bottom part were 4.4%,2.3%,50.4%and 43.7%,respectively.The flight directions of forward and backward had an impact on droplet deposition distribution and the working effect of flying backwards,with 60%of deposition ratio of the bottom part of the SFSSDQB,was better than flying forward.There was a linear negative correlation between the coefficient of variation(CV)of the bottom part and the flight height and the coefficient of determination was 0.9178,which means that the deposition distribution becomes more uniform with the increase of height.Additionally,there was a linear positive correlation between weighted mean deposition rate and crosswind speed and the coefficient of determination was 0.9684,which shows the deposition distribution gets more concentrated towards the downwind part with the rise of crosswind speed.Therefore,according to the results of tests of downwash airflow speed,it is shown that regardless of the flight direction and height and the crosswind,all these factors influence the droplet deposition distribution via weakening the intensity of the downwash airflow field in the direction perpendicular to the ground.The results can provide valuable information for the research of UAV pesticide application techniques and the establishment of the standard of spraying deposition and drift tests of UAV in crop field.Changling Wang Xiongkui He Xiaonan Wang Zhichong Wang Shilin Wang Longlong Li Jane Bonds Andreas Herbst Zhiguo Wang 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,2:14
4Efficient production of ethyl levulinate from cassava over Al2(SO4)3 catalyst in ethanol–water system显示文摘One-pot achievement of ethyl levulinate from cassava was conducted in ethanol-water system over several simple sulfate salt catalysts.Al_2(SO_4)_3 catalyst had the best performance in synthesizing ethyl levulinate comparing with those of a series of sulfate salts.The highest yields of ethyl levulinate was up to39.27%as well as 7.78%levulinate acid when cassava was catalyzed in ethanol medium by adding 10 wt%water.^(13)C and ~1H NMR spectroscopic investigations confirmed that isomerization of glucose to fructose over Al_2(SO_4)_3 catalyst is an important step in producing ethyl levulinate and levulinate acid.Due to aggregations of Al^(3+) under hydrothermal conditions,tiny amount of Al^(3+) were detected in filtrate at the percentage of 0.32%even if in absolute water.Bronsted and Lewis acids could improve the yield of ethyl levulinate and levulinate acid by synergistic effect.All results suggested that A1_2(SO_4)_3 was a simple and efficient catalyst for ethyl levulinate and levulinate acid production.Jin Tan Qiying Liu Lungang Chen Tiejun Wang Longlong Ma Guanyi Chen 2017Journal of Energy Chemistry2017,26,1:11
5An isoflavone derivative potently inhibits the angiogenesis and progression of triple-negative breast cancer by targeting the MTA2/SerRS/VEGFA pathway显示文摘Objective:Angiogenesis plays a vital role in tumor growth and metastasis.Here,we aimed to find novel efficient antiangiogenic molecules targeting vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGFA)at the transcriptional level to treat triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).Methods:We used a cell-based seryl tRNA synthetase(SerRS)promoter-driven dual-luciferase reporter system to screen an in-house library of 384 naturally occurring small molecules and their derivatives to find candidate molecules that could upregulate the expression of SerRS,a potent transcriptional repressor of VEGFA.The levels of SerRS and VEGFA were examined by quantitative RT-PCR(qRT-PCR),western blotting,and/or ELISAs in TNBC cells after candidate molecule administration.Zebrafish,the Matrigel plug angiogenesis assay in mice,the TNBC allograft,and xenograft mouse models were used to evaluate thein vivoanti-angiogenic and anti-cancer activities.Furthermore,the potential direct targets of the candidates were identified by proteomics and biochemical studies.Results:We found the most active compound was 3-(4-methoxyphenyl)quinolin-4(1H)-one(MEQ),an isoflavone derivative.In TNBC cells,MEQ treatment resulted in increased SerRS mRNA(P<0.001)and protein levels and downregulated VEGFA production.Both the vascular development of zebrafish and Matrigel plug angiogenesis in mice were inhibited by MEQ.MEQ also suppressed the angiogenesis in TNBC allografts and xenografts in mice,resulting in inhibited tumor growth and prolonged overall survival(P<0.05).Finally,we found that MEQ regulated SerRS transcription by interacting with MTA2(Metastasis Associated 1 Family Member 2).Conclusions:Our findings suggested that the MTA2/SerRS/VEGFA axis is a drug-treatable anti-angiogenic target,and MEQ is a promising anti-tumor molecule that merits further investigation for clinical applications.Xiaotong Zhang Gengyi Zou Xiyang Li Lun Wang Tianyu Xie Jin Zhao Longlong Wang Shunchang Jiao Rong Xiang Haoyu Ye Yi Shi 2020Cancer Biology & Medicine2020,17,3:6
6Transition-Metal-Free Defluorosilylation of Fluoroalkenes with Silylboronates显示文摘Silylated fluoroalkenes are important synthetic intermediates with complementary reactivity,which play a key role in the construction of natural products,pharmaceuticals,and manmade materials.Converting the normally highly stable fiuoroalkenes into silylated fluoroalkenes by selective defluorosilylation is a challenging task.Herein,we report a simple,inexpensive and robust defluorosilylation of a variety of fluoroalkenes with silylboronates in the presence of alkoxy base to directly synthesize various silylated fluoroalkenes.The protocol features mild and safe reaction conditions that avoid a catalyst,a transition metal,a ligand,and high reaction temperature and tolerates a wide scope of fluoroalkene substrates without compromising the efficiency.Density functional theory calculations show that transient silyl anion complex undergoes an SN2,or SNv substitution,which is responsible for this base-mediated defluorosilylation.Pan Gao Guoqiang Wang Longlong Xi Minyan Wang Shuhua Li Zhuangzhi Shi 2019Chinese Journal of Chemistry2019,37,10:5
7Petrological evidence for isobaric cooling of ultrahightemperature pelitic granulites from the Khondalite Belt,North China Craton显示文摘The ultrahigh-temperature(UHT) pelitic granulites from the Khondalite Belt, North China Craton(NCC), contain ilmenite in the matrix, which has been partially replaced by rutile. Based on this observation and the growth of biotite by garnet-consuming reaction, the UHT rocks are inferred to have recorded three metamorphic stages: the peak metamorphic stage(M1) and two retrograde metamorphic stages(M2 and M3). The M1 stage is represented by the assemblage of perthite+sillimanite+ ilmenite in the matrix, and quartz inclusions bearing(in the cores) garnet porphyroblasts. The M2 stage is defined by rutile-replacing ilmenite and growth of garnet mantles and rims containing acicular sillimanite inclusions, with the garnet+ perthite+ sillimanite+rutile+ ilmenite+ quartz assemblage. The M3 stage is recorded by the growth of biotite in the matrix, with the garnet+ biotite+ perthite+ sillimanite+rutile+ilmenite+quartz assemblage. 8Integrative analysis of DNA methylation and gene expression identified cervical cancer-specific diagnostic biomarkers显示文摘Cervical cancer is the leading cause of death among women with cancer worldwide.Here,we performed an integrative analysis of Illumina HumanMethylation450K and RNA-seq data from TCGA to identify cervical cancer-specific DNA methylation markers.We first identified differentially methylated and expressed genes and examined the correlation between DNA methylation and gene expression.The DNA methylation profiles of 12 types of cancers,including cervical cancer,were used to generate a candidate set,and machine-learning techniques were adopted to define the final cervical cancer-specific markers in the candidate set.Then,we assessed the protein levels of marker genes by immunohistochemistry by using tissue arrays containing 93 human cervical squamous cell carcinoma samples and cancer-adjacent normal tissues.Promoter methylation was negatively correlated with the local regulation of gene expression.In the distant regulation of gene expression,the methylation of hypermethylated genes was more likely to be negatively correlated with gene expression,while the methylation of hypomethylated genes was more likely to be positively correlated with gene expression.Moreover,we identified four cervical cancer-specific methylation markers,cg07211381(RAB3C),cg12205729(GABRA2),cg20708961(ZNF257),and cg26490054(SLC5A8),with 96.2%sensitivity and 95.2%specificity by using the tenfold cross-validation of TCGA data.The four markers could distinguish tumors from normal tissues with a 94.2,100,100,and 100%AUC in four independent validation sets from the GEO database.Overall,our study demonstrates the potential use of methylation markers in cervical cancer diagnosis and may boost the development of new epigenetic therapies.Wanxue Xu Mengyao Xu Longlong Wang Wei Zhou Rong Xiang Yi Shi Yunshan Zhang Yongjun Piao 2019Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2019,4,1:4
9Precipitation of rutile needles in garnet from sillimanite-bearing pelitic granulite from the Khondalite Belt, North China Craton显示文摘Pelitic granulite from the Khondalite Belt,North China Craton,is composed of garnet,sillimanite,perthite,biotite and quartz.Oriented rutile needles in garnet are reported for the first time from the granulite.The rutile needles have been identified by optical microscopy and confirmed by in situ Raman spectroscopy,where they show the characteristic bands at 446–448 and 610 cm-1.Because of their very strong shape preferred orientation in3–4 easily observable directions,these rutile needles are interpreted to have formed by precipitation during exhumation and cooling following peak metamorphism.The ternary feldspar geothermometer gives a peak metamorphic temperature of*980°C at 10 kbar.The presence of oriented rutile needles in garnet is suggested to be a valuable indicator of ultrahigh-temperature(UHT)metamorphism in the Khondalite Belt and therefore likely in other UHT terrains.Longlong Gou Chengli Zhang Lifei Zhang Quan Wang 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,32:4
10Selective hydrogenolysis of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural to 2,5-dimethylfuran over Co_3O_4 catalyst by controlled reduction显示文摘2,5-dimethyfuran(DMF), which is produced from 5-hydroxymethyfurfural(HMF) by hydrodeoxygenation(HDO), is a high quality fuel due to the high heating value, the high octane number and the suitable boiling point. Selective hydrogenation of HMF into liquid fuel DMF has been widely researched. In this paper, Co_3O_4 catalyst was prepared by co-precipitation and was reduced at different temperatures to form Co–CoO_x catalysts. The characterization of catalysts was tested by XRD, TEM, XPS, TPR, BET and NH3-TPD.Co–CoO_x possessed a high amount of Co metal and CoO_x acidic sites, wherein Co worked as the active hydrogenation sites and CoO_x acted as the acid promoter to facilitate the selective HDO of HMF to DMF.The synergistic effect of Co–CoO_x is the key for HDO of HMF, obtaining 83.3% of DMF yield at 170 °C, 12 h and the reduction temperature of 400 °C. 11Flexoelectric materials and their related applications: A focused review显示文摘Flexoelectricity refers to the mechanical-electro coupling between strain gradient and electric polarization, and conversely, the electro-mechanical coupling between electric field gradient and mechanical stress. This unique effect shows a promising size effect which is usually large as the material dimension is shrunk down. Moreover, it could break the limitation of centrosymmetry, and has been found in numerous kinds of materials which cover insulators, liquid crystals, biological materials, and semiconductors. In this review, we will give a brief report about the recent discoveries in flexoelectricity, focusing on the flexoelectric materials and their applications. The theoretical developments in this field are also addressed. 12Geochemistry and zircon U-Pb geochronology of the rhyolitic tuff on Port Island, Hong Kong: Implications for early Cretaceous tectonic setting显示文摘Early Cretaceous rhyolitic tuffs,widely distributed on Port Island,provide insights into the volcanism and tectonic setting of Hong Kong.In this paper we present petrological,geochronological and geochemical data of the rhyolitic tuff to constrain the diagenesis age and petrogenesis of the rocks,tectonic setting and early Cretaceous volcanism of Hong Kong.The first geochronological data show that the zircons in the volcanic rocks have U-Pb age of 141.1-139.5 Ma,which reveals that the rhyolitic tuff on Port Island was formed in the early Cretaceous(K_1).Geochemically,these acid rocks,which are enriched in large ion lithophile elements(LILEs) and light rare earth elements(LREEs),and depleted in high field strength elements(HFSEs),belong to the high K calc-alkaline to shoshonite series with strongly-peraluminous characteristic.The geochemical analyses suggest that the volcanic rocks were derived from deep melting in the continental crust caused by basaltic magma underplating.Based on the geochemical analysis and previous studies,we concluded that the rhyolitic tuffs on Port Island were formed in a backarc extension setting in response to the subduction of the Paleo-Pacific Plate beneath the Eurasian Plate.Longlong Zhao Lulin Wang Mingzhong Tian Fadong Wu 2017Geoscience Frontiers2017,8,3:4
13Selection and characterization of the novel anti-human PD-1 FV78 antibody from a targeted epitope mammalian cell-displayed antibody library显示文摘Currently,display-based methods are well established and widely used in antibody engineering for affinity maturation and structural stability improvement.We obtained a novel anti-human programmed death 1(PD-1)antibody using computer-aided design and a mammalian cell display technology platform.We used computer-aided modeling and distance geometry methods to predict and assign the key residues that contributed to the binding of human PD-L1 to PD-1.Then,we analyzed the sequence of nivolumab(an anti-human PD-1 antibody,referred to as MIL75 in the article)to determine the template for antibody design and library construction.We identified a series of potential substitutions on the obtained template and constructed a virtual epitope-targeted antibody library based on the physicochemical properties and each possible location of the assigned key residues.The virtual antibody libraries were displayed on the surface of mammalian cells as the antigen-binding fragments of full-length immunoglobulin G.Then,we used flow cytometry and sequencing approaches to sort and screen the candidates.Finally,we obtained a novel anti-human PD-1 antibody named FV78.FV78 competitively recognized the PD-1 epitopes that interacted with MIL75 and possessed an affinity comparable to MIL75.Our results implied that FV78 possessed equivalent bioactivity in vitro and in vivo compared with MIL75,which highlighted the probability and prospect of FV78 becoming a new potential antibody therapy.Longlong Luo Shi Wang Xiaoling Lang Tingting Zhou Jing Geng Xinying Li Chunxia Qiao Jiannan Feng Beifen Shen Ming Lv Yan Li 2018Cellular & Molecular Immunology2018,15,2:4
14Slope stability prediction using ensemble learning techniques: A case study in Yunyang County, Chongqing, China显示文摘Slope stability prediction plays a significant role in landslide disaster prevention and mitigation.This study develops an ensemble learning-based method to predict the slope stability by introducing the random forest(RF)and extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost).As an illustration,the proposed approach is applied to the stability prediction of 786 landslide cases in Yunyang County,Chongqing,China.For comparison,the predictive performance of RF,XGBoost,support vector machine(SVM),and logistic regression(LR)is systematically investigated based on the well-established confusion matrix,which contains the known indices of recall rate,precision,and accuracy.Furthermore,the feature importance of the 12 influencing variables is also explored.Results show that the accuracy of the XGBoost and RF for both the training and testing data is superior to that of SVM and LR,revealing the superiority of the ensemble learning models(i.e.XGBoost and RF)in the slope stability prediction of Yunyang County.Among the 12 influencing factors,the profile shape is the most important one.The proposed ensemble learning-based method offers a promising way to rationally capture the slope status.It can be extended to the prediction of slope stability of other landslide-prone areas of interest.Wengang Zhang Hongrui Li Liang Han Longlong Chen Lin Wang 2022Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2022,14,4:4
15FeCo alloy catalysts promoting polysulfide conversion for advanced lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘Lithium sulfur batteries(LSBs)draw extensive interest because of the ultra-high capacity and low material cost.However,the sluggish lithium polysulfides(LIPSs)conversion processes are detrimental to cycle stability and rate capability,inhibiting the commercial application of LSBs.Here we present the well-designed Fe Co alloy catalysts anchored on porous carbon(FeCo-C)as sulfur host to improve the electrochemical performance by accelerating the conversion reactions.The FeCo alloy demonstrates high catalytic effect and strong adsorption capability of LIPSs,in which potential polarization can be greatly decreased and'shuttle effects'can be largely avoided.As a result,the obtained S/Fe Co-C composites show an initial specific capacity of 791.9 m Ah g^-1 at a large current density of 2 C and maintain 502.5 mAh g^-1 even after 500 cycles.Moreover,720 m Ah g^-1(corresponding to 70%retention)can be achieved after 100 cycles at 0.2 C with a high sulfur content of 80 wt%,enabling high sulfur utilization.This work not only provides a new insight to investigate the conversion kinetics of Li PSs,but also opens up a new avenue for advanced lithium sulfur batteries.Hongyi Li Linfeng Fei Rong Zhang Shenglan Yu Yongyi Zhang Longlong Shu Yong Li Yu Wang 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,10:3
16Palynological constraints on the age of the Mississippi Valley-type Changdong Pb-Zn deposit,Sanjiang belt,West China显示文摘Mississippi Valley-type(MVT)Pb-Zn deposits serve as the world’s major supply of Pb-Zn resources.However,the age constraint of MVT Pb-Zn deposits has long been a big challenge,due to the lack of minerals that are unequivocally related to ore deposition and that can be used for radioisotopic dating.Here we show sporopollens can provide useful chronological information on the Changdong MVT Pb-Zn deposit in the Simao basin,Sanjiang belt,West China.The Pb-Zn ores in the Changdong deposit are hosted by internal sediments in paleo-karst caves of meteoric origin.Sphalerite and galena occur as replacements of carbonate minerals and void infillings in the internal sediments.The relations suggest that the Pb-Zn mineralization occurred after the deposition of the internal sediments.A palynological assemblage mainly composed of angiosperm pollen dominated by Castanea,Quercus,and Carya and fern spores dominated by Polypodiaceae,Pteris,and Athyriaceae was identified.These pollen and spores place the ore-hosting internal sediments and the Changdong paleo-karst at early to middle Oligocene.Consequently,the Changdong Pb-Zn deposit must have formed after the early Oligocene(~34 Ma).These age constraints,together with the geological characteristics,indicate that the Changdong Pb-Zn deposit is a paleo-karst-controlled MVT deposit related to fold-thrust systems in the Sanjiang belt.The Changdong deposit is similar to other MVT Pb-Zn deposits in the northern part of the Sanjiang belt,making it possible to extend this Pb-Zn belt 500 km further to the South.Results presented here highlights the potential of sporopollens in dating the age of MVT deposits related to paleo-karst formation in young orogenic belts.Yingchao LIU Yucai SONG Zengqian HOU Dangpeng XI Suping LI Longlong YUE Wang MA Bolang TANG 2022Science China Earth Sciences2022,65,1:2
17Strain Hardening Associated with Dislocation,Deformation Twinning,and Dynamic Strain Aging in Fe–20Mn–1.3C–(3Cu) TWIP Steels显示文摘The effects of Cu on stacking fault energy,dislocation slip,mechanical twinning,and strain hardening in Fe–20Mn–1.3C twinning-induced plasticity(TWIP) steels were systematically investigated.The stacking fault energy was raised with an average slope of 2 mJ/m2 per 1 wt% Cu.The Fe–20Mn–1.3C–3Cu steel exhibited superior tensile properties,with the ultimate tensile strength reached at 2.27 GPa and elongation up to 96.9% owing to the high strain hardening that occurred.To examine the mechanism of this high strain hardening,dislocation density determination by XRD was calculated.The dislocation density increased with the increasing strain,and the addition of Cu resulted in a decrease in the dislocation density.A comparison of the strain-hardening behavior of Fe–20Mn–1.3C and Fe–20Mn–1.3C–3Cu TWIP steels was made in terms of modified Crussard–Jaoul(C–J) analysis and microstructural observations.Especially at low strains,the contributions of all the relevant deformation mechanisms—slip,twinning,and dynamic strain aging—were quantitatively evaluated.The analysis revealed that the dislocation storage was the leading factor to the increase of the strain hardening,while dynamic strain aging was a minor contributor to strain hardening.Twinning,which interacted with the matrix,acted as an effective barrier to dislocation motion.Lingyan Zhao Dingyi Zhu Longlong Liu Zhenming Hu Mingjie Wang 2014Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2014,27,4:2
18Geological Characteristics and Genesis of the Jiamoshan MVT Pb–Zn Deposit in the Sanjiang belt, Tibetan Plateau显示文摘The carbonate-hosted Pb–Zn deposits in the Sanjiang metallogenic belt on the Tibetan Plateau are typical of MVT Pb–Zn deposits that form in thrust-fold belts. The Jiamoshan Pb–Zn deposit is located in the Changdu area in the middle part of the Sanjiang belt, and it represents a new style of MVT deposit that was controlled by karst structures in a thrust–fold system. Such a karst-controlled MVT Pb–Zn deposit in thrust settings has not previously been described in detail, and we therefore mapped the geology of the deposit and undertook a detailed study of its genesis. The karst structures that host the Jiamoshan deposit were formed in Triassic limestones along secondary reverse faults, and the orebodies have irregular tubular shapes. The main sulfide minerals are galena, sphalerite, and pyrite that occur in massive and lamellar form. The ore-forming fluids belonged to a Mg2+–Na+–K+–SO2-4–Cl-–F-–NO-3–H2 O system at low temperatures(120–130°C) but with high salinities(19–22% NaCl eq.). We have recognized basinal brine as the source of the ore-forming fluids on the basis of their H–O isotopic compositions(-145‰ to-93‰ for δDV-SMOW and-2.22‰ to 13.00‰ for δ18 Ofluid), the ratios of Cl/Br(14–1196) and Na/Br(16–586) in the hydrothermal fluids, and the C–O isotopic compositions of calcite(-5.0‰ to 3.7‰ for δ13 CV-PDB and 15.1‰ to 22.3‰ for δ18 OV-SMOW). These fluids may have been derived from evaporated seawater trapped in marine strata at depth or from Paleogene–Neogene basins on the surface. The δ34 S values are low in the galena(-3.2‰ to 0.6‰) but high in the barite(27.1‰), indicating that the reduced sulfur came from gypsum in the regional Cenozoic basins and from sulfates in trapped paleo-seawater by bacterial sulfate reduction. The Pb isotopic compositions of the galena samples(18.3270–18.3482 for 206 Pb/204 Pb, 15.6345–15.6390 for 207 Pb/204 Pb, and 38.5503–38.5582 for 208 Pb/204 Pb) are similar to those of the regional Triassic volcanic-arc rocks that formed during the closure of the Paleo-Tethys, indicating these arc rocks were the source of the metals in the deposit.
