| 3 | LEO Enhanced Global Navigation Satellite System(LeGNSS):progress,opportunities,and challenges显示文摘With the completion of Chinese BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS),the world has begun to enjoy the Positioning,Navigation,and Timing(PNT)services of four Global Navigation Satellite Systems(GNSS).In order to improve the GNSS performance and expand its applications,Low Earth Orbit(LEO)Enhanced Global Navigation Satellite System(LeGNSS)is being vigorously advocated.Combined with high-,medium-,and low-earth orbit satellites,it can improve GNSS performance in terms of orbit determination,Precise Point Positioning(PPP)convergence time,etc.This paper comprehensively reviews the current status of LeGNSS,focusing on analyzing its advantages and challenges for precise orbit and clock determination,PPP convergence,earth rotation parameter estimation,and global ionosphere modeling.Thanks to the fast geometric change brought by LEO satellites,LeGNSS is expected to fundamentally solve the problem of the long convergence time of PPP without any augmentation.The convergence time can be shortened within 1 minute if appropriate LEO constellations are deployed.However,there are still some issues to overcome,such as the optimization of LEO constellation as well as the real time LEO precise orbit and clock determination. | Haibo Ge Bofeng Li Song Jia Liangwei Nie Tianhao Wu Zhe Yang Jingzhe Shang Yanning Zheng Maorong Ge | 2022 | Geo-Spatial Information Science2022,25,1: | 4 |

| 5 | Cognitive effects of atypical antipsychotic drugs in first-episode drug-nave schizophrenic patients显示文摘Cognitive impairment is a core feature of schizophrenia. The present randomized open study enrolled antipsychotic-nave patients who were experiencing their first episode of schizophrenia. After baseline neurocognitive tests and clinical assessment, subjects were randomly assigned to olanzapine, risperidone and aripiprazole treatment groups. A battery of neurocognitive tests showed that risperidone produced cognitive benefits in all five cognitive domains, including verbal learning and memory, visual learning and memory, working memory, processing speed, and selective attention; olanzapine improved processing speed and selective attention; and aripiprazole improved visual learning and memory, and working memory. However, the three atypical antipsychotic drugs failed to reveal any significant differences in the composite cognitive scores at the study endpoint. In addition, the three drugs all significantly improved clinical measures without significant differences between the drugs after 6 months. These results suggest that the atypical antipsychotics, olanzapine, risperidone and aripiprazole may improve specific cognitive domains with similar global clinical efficacy. | 7 | Organosilicon modified method to improve Li^+ storage capacity of graphene oxide (GO)显示文摘Organosilicon modified reduced graphene oxide(Mr GO) has been fabricated by direct organosilicon modification of graphene oxide(GO). Interestingly,it is observed that 3D rGO-like structures occurred after directly carrying out the organosilicon modification on the surface of GO. The obtained organosilicon Mr GO displays the more remarkable improvement of electrochemical performances than GO,which was verified by electrochemical measurements in detail. For instance,the organosilicon MrGO shows the cycling performances at 901 mA hg^-1 after 200 cycles at 0.1 Ag^-1 and 446 mA hg^-1 after 300 cycles at 2.0 Ag^-1,respectively. | 8 | A square root information filter for multi-GNSS real-time precise clock estimation显示文摘Real-time satellite orbit and clock estimations are the prerequisite for Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)real-time precise positioning services.To meet the high-rate update requirement of satellite clock corrections,the computational efficiency is a key factor and a challenge due to the rapid development of multi-GNSS constellations.The Square Root Information Filter(SRIF)is widely used in real-time GNSS data processing thanks to its high numerical stability and computational efficiency.In real-time clock estimation,the outlier detection and elimination are critical to guarantee the precision and stability of the product but could be time-consuming.In this study,we developed a new quality control procedure including the three standard steps:i.e.,detection,identification,and adaption,for real-time data processing of huge GNSS networks.Effort is made to improve the computational efficiency by optimizing the algorithm to provide only the essential information required in the processing,so that it can be applied in real-time and high-rate estimation of satellite clocks.The processing procedure is implemented in the PANDA(Positioning and Navigation Data Analyst)software package and evaluated in the operational generation of real-time GNSS orbit and clock products.We demonstrated that the new algorithm can efficiently eliminate outliers,and a clock precision of 0.06 ns,0.24 ns,0.06 ns,and 0.11 ns can be achieved for the GPS,GLONASS,Galileo,and BDS-2 IGSO/MEO satellites,respectively.The computation time per epoch is about 2 to 3 s depending on the number of existing outliers.Overall,the algorithm can satisfy the IGS real-time clock estimation in terms of both the computational efficiency and product quality. | Xiang Zuo Xinyuan Jiang Pan Li Jungang Wang Maorong Ge Harald Schuh | 2021 | Satellite Navigation2021,2,1: | 2 |
| 9 | Bioactive hyaluronic acid fragments inhibit lipopolysaccharideinduced inflammatory responses via the Toll-like receptor 4 signaling pathway显示文摘The high-and the low-molecular weight hyaluronic acids(HMW-HA and LMW-HA,respectively)showed different biological activities in inflammation.However,the role of LMW-HA in inflammatory response is controversial.In this study,we aimed to investigate the effect of bioactive hyaluronan(B-HA)on lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced inflammatory responses in human macrophages and mice.B-HA was produced from HA treated with glycosylated recombinant human hyaluronidase PH20.Human THP-1 cells were induced to differentiate into macrophages.THP-1-derived macrophages were treated with B-HA,LPS,or B-HA+LPS.The mRNA expression and the production of inflammatory cytokines were determined using quantitative real-time PCR and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The phosphorylation levels of proteins in the nuclear factor-kB(NF-kB),mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK),and IRF-3 signaling pathways were measured using Western blot.The in vivo efficacy of B-HA was assessed in a mouse model of LPS-induced inflammation.Results showed that B-HA inhibited the expression of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1,and IFN-β,and enhanced the expression of the antiinflammatory cytokine IL-10 in LPS-induced inflammatory responses in THP-1-derived macrophages and in vivo.B-HA significantly suppressed the phosphorylation of the TLR4 signaling pathway proteins p65,IKKα/β,IkBα,JNK1/2,ERK1/2,p38,and IRF-3.In conclusion,our results demonstrated that the B-HA attenuated the LPSstimulated inflammatory response by inhibiting the activation of the TLR4 signaling pathway.B-HA could be a potential anti-inflammatory drug in the treatment of inflammatory disease. | Na You Sasa Chu Binggang Cai Youfang Gao Mizhou Hui Jin Zhu Maorong Wang | 2021 | Frontiers of Medicine2021,15,2: | 2 |

| 17 | Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate therapy in patients with chronic hepatitis B and advanced fibrosis or compensated cirrhosis显示文摘Background and aims:Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate(TDF)is the first-line therapy for chronic hepatitis B.This interim analysis presents the efficacy and safety data for TDF at Week 144 in patients with chronic hepatitis B and advanced fibrosis or compensated cirrhosis from China.Methods:Patients were assessed for incidence of newly diagnosed hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and disease progression,liver stiffness measurement(LSM),virological suppression(serum hepatitis B virus DNA<20 IU/mL),alanine aminotransferase normalization,hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)loss and seroconversion,histological liver fibrosis score,and safety at Week 144.Results:Overall,197 patients were enrolled.At Week 144,the incidence of newly diagnosed HCC was observed in 2.1%patients,and the incidence of disease progression was observed in 3.6%patients.The mean(standard deviation)change in LSM from baseline was5.1(5.85)kPa.Serum hepatitis B virus DNA<20 IU/mL was observed in 94.1%patients,alanine aminotransferase normalization in 33.5%patients,HBeAg loss in 35.6%patients,and HBeAg seroconversion in 14.4%patients.Among patients with stage F3 or F4 fibrosis at baseline by LSM,38.3%patients regressed to stage F0/1,and 22.0%of patients regressed to stage F2 at Week 144.Overall,67.7%patients experienced≥1 adverse events,13.8%patients experienced TDF-related adverse events,and 16.4%patients experienced serious(none were TDF-related).Conclusions:At Week 144 of TDF treatment,low incidence of HCC and disease progression were reported.Virological suppression was observed in 94.1%patients,which was associated with fibrosis regression.No new safety events were identified. | Huiying Rao Jia Shang Qing Xie Jianqi Lian Pujun Gao Junping Shi Xinyue Chen Jiefei Wang Min Xu Liaoyun Zhang Yingren Zhao QingMao Maorong Wang Wei Zhao Zong Zhang Jidong Jia Hong Tang Jiming Zhang Xin Zheng Chang Liu Lai Wei | 2022 | iLIVER2022,1,3: | 1 |
