| 1 | 晚期非小细胞肺癌免疫检查点抑制剂新型生物标志物:血液PD-L1动态检测显示文摘背景免疫检查点抑制剂(immune checkpoint inhibitors,ICIs)具有良好疗效已成为恶性肿瘤治疗领域备受瞩目的翘楚。然而,仅有小部分患者获得长期临床获益。如何选择生物标志物来筛查ICIs治疗优势人群仍是一大热点。方法收集51例晚期恶性肿瘤患者的肿瘤组织和配对血样本,进行PD-L1表达的相关性分析。40例晚期非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)患者接受ICIs治疗,2个月时检测血液PD-L1(bloodPD-L1,bPD-L1)表达的动态变化,包括PD-L1 mRNA、外泌体PD-L1(exosomalPD-L1,exoPD-L1)蛋白和可溶性PD-L1(solublePD-L1,sPD-L1)。应用R软件计算最佳截断值,用于预测最佳客观缓解(best objective response,b OR)、无进展生存期(progression-free survival,PFS)和总生存期(overall survival,OS)。结果51例不同恶性肿瘤患者中,组织PD-L1(tissuePD-L1,tPD-L1)表达阳性患者的PD-L1mRNA表达水平显著升高。40例接受ICIs治疗的晚期NSCLC患者中,bPD-L1 mRNA上调≥2.04的患者b OR、PFS和OS更佳;21例接受ICIs治疗的晚期NSCLC患者中,exoPD-L1上调≥1.86的患者临床获益更大。sPD-L1动态变化与ICIs疗效无显著相关性。PD-L1 mRNA和exoPD-L1联合检测更有利于预测ICIs治疗疗效。结论bPD-L1表达与tPD-L1表达存在正相关;晚期NSCLC患者ICIs治疗初期PD-L1 mRNA和(或)exoPD-L1表达升高,可作为评估临床获益的新型生物标志物。 | Qiao YANG Mingjing CHEN Jiaoyang GU Kai NIU Xianlan ZHAO Linpeng ZHENG Zihan XU Yongxin YU Feng LI Lingxin MENG Zhengtang CHEN Wenlei ZHUO Luping ZHANG Jianguo SUN 杨峤(译) 孙建国(译) | 2021 | 中国肺癌杂志2021,24,12: | 10 |
| 2 | The giant magnetocaloric effect in Gd_(5)Si_(2)Ge_(2)with low purity gadolinium显示文摘The giant magnetocaloric effect Gd5Si2Ge2 alloy was prepared with 99wt% low purity commercial Gd. Pow-der XRD and magnetic measurements showed that the Gd5Si2Ge2 alloy annealed at 1200℃ for 1 h had a significant magnetic- crystallographic first order phase transition at about 270 K. The maximal magnetic entropy change is 17.55 J·kg?1·K?1 under a magnetic field change of 0―5 T. | 4 | The Colony Predation Algorithm显示文摘This paper proposes a new stochastic optimizer called the Colony Predation Algorithm(CPA)based on the corporate predation of animals in nature.CPA utilizes a mathematical mapping following the strategies used by animal hunting groups,such as dispersing prey,encircling prey,supporting the most likely successful hunter,and seeking another target.Moreover,the proposed CPA introduces new features of a unique mathematical model that uses a success rate to adjust the strategy and simulate hunting animals'selective abandonment behavior.This paper also presents a new way to deal with cross-border situations,whereby the optimal position value of a cross-border situation replaces the cross-border value to improve the algorithm's exploitation ability.The proposed CPA was compared with state-of-the-art metaheuristics on a comprehensive set of benchmark functions for performance verification and on five classical engineering design problems to evaluate the algorithm's efficacy in optimizing engineering problems.The results show that the proposed algorithm exhibits competitive,superior performance in different search landscapes over the other algorithms.Moreover,the source code of the CPA will be publicly available after publication. | Jiaze Tu Huiling Chen Mingjing Wang Amir H.Gandomi | 2021 | Journal of Bionic Engineering2021,18,3: | 1 |
| 5 | A state-of-the-art review on shallow geothermal ventilation systems with thermal performance enhancement-system classifications,advanced technologies and applications显示文摘Geothermal energy with abundance and large quantity can partially cover building heating/cooling loads and promote the carbon-neutrality transitions.Shallow geothermal ventilation(SGV)system,with a little initial in-vestment cost,is one of promising technologies to partly replace the conventional air-conditioning system for air pre-cooling/pre-heating.This paper reviews applications of SGV system for improving thermal performance over latest two decades,which mainly includes the reclassification of SGV system,coupling with other advanced energy-saving technologies,application potentials for building cooling/heating under various weather conditions.Heat transfer mechanism and mathematical modelling techniques have been reviewed,together with in-depth analysis on current research trends,existing limitations,and recommendations of SGV system.Phase change materials,with considerable latent energy density,can stabilize the thermal performance with high reliability.The review identifies that optimization designs and advanced approaches need to be investigated to address the existing urgent issues of SGV system(e.g.,large land occupation,difficulty in centralized collection of condensate water timely for horizontal buried pipe,bacteria growth,polluted supply air,and high construction cost for ver-tical buried pipe).A plenty of studies show that the SGV system could greatly expand the application scope and improve system energy efficiency by combining with other energy-saving technologies.This paper will provide some guidelines for the scientific researchers and engineers to keep track on recent advancements and research trends of SGV system for the building thermal performance enhancement and pave path for future research works. | Zhengxuan Liu Mingjing Xie Yuekuan Zhou Yingdong He Lei Zhang Guoqiang Zhang Dachuan Chen | 2023 | Energy and Built Environment2023,4,2: | 1 |

| 7 | Scan BIST with biased scan test signals显示文摘The conventional test-per-scan built-in self-test (BIST) scheme needs a number of shift cycles followed by one capture cycle. Fault effects received by the scan flip-flops are shifted out while shifting in the next test vector like scan testing. Unlike deterministic testing, it is unnecessary to apply a complete test vector to the scan chains. A new scan-based BIST scheme is proposed by properly controlling the testsignals of the scan chains. Different biased random values are assigned to the test signals of scan flip-flops in separate scan chains. Capture cycles can be insertedat any clock cycle if necessary. A new testability estimation procedure according to the proposed testing scheme is presented. A greedy procedure is proposed to select a weight for each scan chain. | 13 | Toughness improvement mechanism and evaluation of cement concrete for road pavement:A review显示文摘Traditional cement concrete has the disadvantages of low tensile strength,poor toughness,and rapid development of cracks while cracking,which causes a significantly negative influence on the safety and durability of concrete road pavement.This paper presents a state-of-the-art review of toughness improvement mechanisms and evaluation methods of cement concrete for road pavement.The review indicates that(i)The performance of concrete material depends on its material composition and internal structure.Aggregate size,cement properties and admixtures are the main factors of concrete toughness.(ii)The incorporation of rubber or fiber in pavement concrete improves the toughness of concrete materials.However,these additions must be maintained within a reasonable range.The amount of rubber and fiber are encouraged not more than 30%of the volume of fine aggregate and 2%of the volume of concrete,respectively.(iii)The toughness of pavement concrete material includes the toughness regarding bending,impact and fracture.The toughness of cement concrete for highway and municipal pavement is generally evaluated by bending and fracture toughness,while the toughness of airfield pavement concrete is more focused on impact toughness.(iv)The toughening measures of cement concrete for road pavement are mainly mixed with rubber or fiber,while these two materials have their defects,and the application of hightoughness cement concrete in the actual road still faces many challenges.For example,the synergistic effect of rubber and fiber,the development and application of new flexible admixtures,and the formulation of the toughness index of pavement cement concrete materials need further research. | Mingjing Fang Yiming Chen Yungang Deng Zhe Wang Mengjun Zhu | 2023 | Journal of Road Engineering2023,3,2: | 1 |
