2Degradation analysis of A^2/O combined with AgNO3 + K2FeO4 on coking wastewater显示文摘In this work, a coking wastewater was selected and a biochemical A^2/O treatment device for fractional degradation was designed and employed. After each stage of the treatment, the products were analyzed through gas chromatography–mass spectroscopy(GC–MS) to determine their composition. Finally, AgNO_3+ K_2 FeO_4 was used as an advanced deep catalytic oxidation treatment. It was concluded from the analysis that cyclic organics could be degraded and the chemical oxygen demand(COD) was controlled within 50 mg·L^(-1), in line with the target value. Meanwhile, the spectra obtained from the GC–MS were in accordance with the conclusions reached based on the COD. The research results showed that all hard-degradable organics in coking wastewater could be eliminated through the A^2/O bio-membrane treatment and the advanced treatment of making use of K_2FeO_4 as an oxidant and Ag+as a catalyst, the catalytic efficiency with Ag+as a catalyst of K+2FeO_4 was very high. 3Impulsivity-related right superior frontal gyrus as a biomarker of internet gaming disorder显示文摘Background Internet gaming disorder(IGD)is a mental health issue that affects individuals worldwide.However,the lack of knowledge about the biomarkers associated with the development of IGD has restricted the diagnosis and treatment of this disorder.Aims We aimed to reveal the biomarkers associated with the development of IGD through resting-state brain network analysis and provide clues for the diagnosis and treatment of IGD.Methods Twenty-six patients with IGD,23 excessive internet game users(EIUs)who recurrently played internet games but were not diagnosed with IGD and 29 healthy controls(HCs)performed delay discounting task(DDT)and Iowa gambling task(IGT).Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)data were also collected.Results Patients with IGD exhibited significantly lower hubness in the right medial orbital part of the superior frontal gyrus(ORBsupmed)than both the EIU and the HC groups.Additionally,the hubness of the right ORBsupmed was found to be positively correlated with the highest excessive internet gaming degree during the past year in the EIU group but not the IGD group;this might be the protective mechanism that prevents EIUs from becoming addicted to internet games.Moreover,the hubness of the right ORBsupmed was found to be related to the treatment outcome of patients with IGD,with higher hubness of this region indicating better recovery when undergoing forced abstinence.Further modelling analysis of the DDT and IGT showed that patients with IGD displayed higher impulsivity during the decision-making process,and impulsivity-related parameters were negatively correlated with the hubness of right ORBsupmed.Conclusions Our findings revealed that the impulsivity-related right ORBsupmed hubness could serve as a potential biomarker of IGD and provide clues for the diagnosis and treatment of IGD.Pengyu Zhang Yu Pan Rujing Zha Hongwen Song Cunfeng Yuan Qian Zhao Yi Piao Jiecheng Ren Yijun Chen Peipeng Liang Ran Tao Zhengde Wei Xiaochu Zhang 2023General Psychiatry2023,36,4:1

8Selective oxidation of ethane to aldehydes over SBA-15 supported molybdenum catalyst显示文摘SBA-15 supported Mo catalysts(Moy/SBA-15) were prepared by an ultrasonic assisted incipient-wetness impregnation method. The physical and chemical properties of the catalysts were characterized by means of N2-adsorption-desorption, XRD, TEM, UV-Vis, Raman, XANES and H2-TPR. The results showed that a trace amount of MoO3 was produced on high Mo content samples. Turn-over frequency(TOF) and product selectivity are dependent on the molybdenum content. Both Mo0.75/SBA-15 and Mo1.75/SBA-15 catalysts give the higher catalytic activity and the selectivity to the total aldehydes for the selective oxidation of C2H6. At the reaction temperature of 625℃, the maximum yield of aldehydes reached 4.2% over Mo0.75/SBA-15 catalyst. 9Automatic Satisfaction Analysis in Call Centers Considering Global Features of Emotion and Duration显示文摘Analysis of customers' satisfaction provides a guarantee to improve the service quality in call centers.In this paper,a novel satisfaction recognition framework is introduced to analyze the customers' satisfaction.In natural conversations,the interaction between a customer and its agent take place more than once.One of the difficulties insatisfaction analysis at call centers is that not all conversation turns exhibit customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction. To solve this problem,an intelligent system is proposed that utilizes acoustic features to recognize customers' emotion and utilizes the global features of emotion and duration to analyze the satisfaction. Experiments on real-call data show that the proposed system offers a significantly higher accuracy in analyzing the satisfaction than the baseline system. 10Atomically Dispersed Iron Active Sites Promoting Reversible Redox Kinetics and Suppressing Shuttle Effect in Aluminum-Sulfur Batteries显示文摘Rechargeable aluminum-sulfur(Al-S)batteries have been considered as a highly potential energy storage system owing to the high theoretical capacity,good safety,abundant natural reserves,and low cost of Al and S.However,the research progress of Al-S batteries is limited by the slow kinetics and shuttle effect of soluble polysulfides intermediates.Herein,an interconnected free-standing interlayer of iron sin-gle atoms supported on porous nitrogen-doped carbon nanofibers(FeSAs-NCF)on the separator is developed and used as both catalyst and chemical barrier for Al-S batteries.The atomically dispersed iron active sites(Fe-N_(4))are clearly identified by aberration-corrected high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy and X-ray absorption near-edge structure.The Al-S battery with the FeSAs-NCF shows an improved specific capacity of 780 mAh g^(−1)and enhanced cycle stability.As evidenced by experimental and theoretical results,the atomically dispersed iron active centers on the separator can chemically adsorb the polysulfides and accelerate reaction kinetics to inhibit the shuttle effect and promote the reversible conversion between aluminum polysulfides,thus improving the electrochemical performance of the Al-S battery.This work provides a new way that can not only promote the conversion of aluminum sulfides but also suppress the shuttle effect in Al-S batteries.Fei Wang Min Jiang Tianshuo Zhao Pengyu Meng Jianmin Ren Zhaohui Yang Jiao Zhang Chaopeng Fu Baode Sun 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,10:0
11Spatial Pattern of Compulsory Education Resources in Shijingshan District of Beijing under the Background of Big Data显示文摘With the continuous development of promoting high-quality and balanced basic education and the continuous advancement of research on spatial layout of school,it aims to ensure that the public enjoys educational resources fairly.Based on 63 items of POI data of primary and secondary schools in Shijingshan District,Beijing,this study analyzes the spatial layout,degree supply,and coverage of primary and secondary schools in Shijingshan District using three spatial analysis methods:ArcGIS average nearest neighbor,kernel density analysis,and standard deviation ellipse.The results show that the spatial layout of primary and secondary schools in Shijingshan District,Beijing is characterized by overall clustering:the central region is high-density distribution,while the eastern and western parts are scattered.Moreover,this spatial structure continues to develop along the northwest-southeast direction.Although the high-density population areas in the nine streets correspond to the high-density distribution of schools,the service scope of primary and secondary schools does not cover all residential areas,and the distribution of residential areas within the coverage range is uneven.At the same time,the actual degree supply in Shijingshan District is insufficient.LIU Ping WANG Zhihao DING Yuqi MA Minghao REN Pengyu 2023Journal of Landscape Research2023,15,6:0
12Identification of the candidate gene controlling tiller angle in common wheat through genome-wide association study and linkage analysis显示文摘Wheat tiller angle(TA)is an important agronomic trait that contributes to grain production by affecting plant architecture.It also plays a crucial role in high-yield wheat breeding.An association panel and a recombinant inbred line(RIL)population were used to map quantitative trait loci(QTL)for TA.Results showed that 470 significant SNPs with 10.4%–28.8%phenotypic variance explained(PVE)were detected in four replicates by a genome-wide association study(GWAS).Haplotype analysis showed that the TA_Hap_4B1 locus on chromosome 4B was a major QTL to regulate wheat TA.Ten QTL were totally detected by linkage mapping with the RIL population,and QTA.hau-4B.1 identified in six environments with the PVE of 7.88%–18.82%was a major and stable QTL.A combined analysis demonstrated that both TA_Hap_4B1 and QTA.hau-4B.1 were co-located on the same region.Moreover,QTA.hau-4B.1 was confirmed by bulked segregant RNA-Seq(BSR-Seq)analysis.Phenotypic analysis showed that QTA.hau-4B.1was also closely related to yield traits.Furthermore,Traes CS4B02G049700 was considered as a candidate gene through analysis of gene sequence and expression.This study can be potentially used in cloning key genes modulating wheat tillering and provides valuable genetic resources for improvement of wheat plant architecture.Lei Zhao Canguan Wang Tongzhu Wang Jinyuan Liu Qi Qiao Yulu Yang Pengyu Hu Leilei Zhang Simin Zhao Daiying Chen Yan Ren Ning Zhang Zhongdong Dong Feng Chen 2023The Crop Journal2023,11,3:0
13Role of Intracellular Distribution of Feline and Bovine SAMHD1 Proteins in Lentiviral Restriction显示文摘Human SAMHD1(h SAM)restricts lentiviruses at the reverse transcription step through its d NTP triphosphohydrolase(d NTPase)activity.Besides humans,several mammalian species such as cats and cows that carry their own lentiviruses also express SAMHD1.However,the intracellular distribution of feline and bovine SAMHD1(f SAM and b SAM)and its significance in their lentiviral restriction function is not known.Here,we demonstrated that f SAM and b SAM were both predominantly localized to the nucleus and nuclear localization signal(11KRPR14)-deleted f SAM and b SAM relocalized to the cytoplasm.Both cytoplasmic f SAM and b SAM retained the antiviral function against different lentiviruses and cytoplasmic f SAM could restrict Vpx-encoding SIV and HIV-2 more efficiently than its wild-type(WT)protein as cytoplasmic h SAM.Further investigation revealed that cytoplasmic f SAM was resistant to Vpx-induced degradation like cytoplasmic h SAM,while cytoplasmic b SAM was not,but they all demonstrated the same in vitro d NTPase activity and all could interact with Vpx as their WT proteins,indicating that cytoplasmic h SAM and f SAM can suppress more SIV and HIV-2 by being less sensitive to Vpx-mediated degradation.Our results suggested that f SAM-and b SAM-mediated lentiviral restriction does not require their nuclear localization and that f SAM shares more common features with h SAM.These findings may provide insights for the establishment of alternative animal models to study SAMHD1 in vivo.Chu Wang Lina Meng Jialin Wang Kaikai Zhang Sizhu Duan Pengyu Ren Yingzhe Wei Xinyu Fu Bin Yu Jiaxin Wu Xianghui Yu 2021Virologica Sinica2021,36,5:0
