Dynamic Load Restoration Considering the Interdependencies Between Power Distribution Systems and Urban Transportation Systems显示文摘After a major outage, mobile emergency resources(MERs)can be dispatched via the transportation system(TS)for service restoration to critical loads in the power distribution system(PDS).In this case study, the efficiency of service restoration in the PDS is associated with the traffic efficiency of the TS,and vice versa, because the PDS and TS are mutually coupled through traffic lights and MERs.This paper proposes a service restoration method considering interdependency between the PDS and TS,which is formulated as a mixed-integer linear program(MILP).The objective includes maximizing the efficiency of both PDS restoration and TS.By solving the MILP,the dynamic load restoration and MER dispatch strategies can be obtained. For the PDS,the availability of MERs,including mobile sources and repair crews, relates to their dispatch in the TS,and their relationship is formulated as mathematical models. For the TS,the dynamic traffic flow is modeled using the cell transmission model and the effect of traffic lights is considered.Case studies validate the effectiveness of the proposed method. | Ying Wang Yin Xu Jiaxu Li Chen Li Jinghan He Jiayu Liu Qiqi Zhang | 2020 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2020,6,4: | 9
Secondary donor-derived CD19 CAR-T therapy is safe and efficacious in acute lymphoblastic leukemia with extramedullary relapse after first autologous CAR-T therapy显示文摘Despite the advancement of treatments, adults with relapsed/refractory(R/R)B-lineage acute lymphoblastic leukemia(B-ALL)have poor prognosis, with an expected five-year overall survival(OS)rate of 10%‒20%(Nguyen et al.,2008;Oriol et al.,2010).Extramedullary relapse of B-ALL is regarded as a highrisk factor generally associated with poor survival, occurring in about 15%to 20%of all relapsed patients(Ding et al.,2017;Sun et al.,2018).The central nervous system(CNS)and the testes are the most common sites of extramedullary relapse of B-ALL.In addition, extramedullary leukemia can appear in the skin, eyes, breasts, bones, muscles, and abdominal organs. The prognosis of relapsed extramedullary B-ALL after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT)is extremely poor(Spyridonidis et al.,2012;Dahlberg et al.,2019).Conventional chemotherapy or radiation is often ineffective in such patients. At present, there are no optimal treatment strategies for treating extramedullary leukemia after allo-HSCT. | Delin KONG Tingting YANG Jia GENG Ruirui JING Qiqi ZHANG GuoqingWEI He HUANG Yongxian HU | 2022 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2022,23,10: | 2
Magnetic properties and microstructure of nanocrystalline bulk Nd-Fe-B with Ce-Co addition显示文摘The influence of Ce-Co alloy addition and sintering holding time on permanent magnetic properties and micro structure of nanocrystalline Nd-Fe-B bulk alloy were investigated. The coercivity of Nd-Fe-B bulk alloy can be enhanced greatly by more than 100% after adding Ce-Co powders. However, when the concentration of Ce-Co is up to 30 wt%,the density of the magnet can reach the maximum value of 7.58 g/cm^(3),but the coercivity does not increase significantly. On the other hand, with the increase of holding time to 10 min,the density and coercivity of magnets increase gradually, reaching up to 7.55 g/cm^(3) and 1134.3 kA/m,respectively.After the addition of Ce-Co alloy,Ce-Co may easily diffuse into the Nd-Fe-B matrix during hot-pressing and under the high pressure and temperature, thus increasing the content of grain boundary phase and the pinning effect of grain boundary, which leads to the increase of coercivity. The extension of the hot-pressing holding time may be more conducive to the diffusion of CeCo into the Nd-Fe-B matrix. In addition, the effect of Ce-Co addition on the magnetic properties of Nd-FeB with different content of rare earth was also studied. The addition of Ce-Co can effectively increase the coercivity of nanocomposite Nd_(2)Fe_(14)B/α-Fe magnets. The addition of Nb to the parent alloy can further improve the coercivity. For Nd_(11)Fe_(81.5)Nb_(1)Ga_(0.5)B_(6) alloy with 10 wt% Ce-Co addition, the coercivity can increase from 740.28 to 1098.48 kA/m. | Yilong Ma Qiqi Yang Xiaoli Chen Ying He Wenbo Xiang Jiaqi Lai Bin Shao Donglin Guo Dengming Chen Kejian Li | 2021 | Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,6: | 1

Rhesus monkeys exhibiting spontaneous ritualistic behaviors resembling obsessive-compulsive disorder显示文摘Obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD)is a chronic and debilitating psychiatric disorder that affects∼2%–3%of the population globally.Studying spontaneous OCD-like behaviors in non-human primates may improve our understanding of the disorder. In large rhesus monkey colonies,we found 10 monkeys spontaneously exhibiting persistent sequential motor behaviors(SMBs)in individual-specific sequences that were repetitive,time-consuming and stable over prolonged periods.Genetic analysis revealed severely damaging mutations in genes associated with OCD risk in humans.Brain imaging showed that monkeys with SMBs had larger gray matter(GM)volumes in the left caudate nucleus and lower fractional anisotropy of the corpus callosum. The GM volume of the left caudate nucleus correlated positively with the daily duration of SMBs.Notably, exposure to a stressor(human presence)significantly increased SMBs.In addition, fluoxetine,a serotonergic medication commonly used for OCD,decreased SMBs in these monkeys. These findings provide a novel foundation for developing better understanding and treatment of OCD. | Rongwei Zhai Geya Tong Zheqin Li Weichen Song Yang Hu Sha Xu Qiqi Wei Xiaocheng Zhang Yi Li Bingbing Liao Chenyu Yuan Yinqing Fan Ge Song Yinyin Ouyang Wenxuan Zhang Yaqiu Tang Minghui Jin Yuxian Zhang He Li Zhi Yang Guan Ning Lin Dan JStein Zhi-Qi Xiong Zhen Wang | 2023 | National Science Review2023,10,11: | 1
Ultrasmall Pt_(2)Sr alloy nanoparticles as efficient bifunctional electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction and hydrogen evolution in acidic media显示文摘Electrocatalytic oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in acidic media are vital for the applications of renewable energy electrolyzers. However, the low mass activity of noble Pt urgently needs to be improved due to the strong binding energetics of oxygen species(*O)with Pt sites. Here we report fine PtxSr alloy(-2 nm)supported on N-doped carb on(NC)pyrolyzing from ZIF-8 as bifunctional electrocatalysts toward ORR and HER in acidic media. The representative Pt_(2)Sr/NC exhibits an onset potential of 0.94 V vs.RHE and half-wave potential of 0.84 V toward ORR,and a low over-potential of 27 mV(10 mA cm^(-2))toward HER,respectively.Significantly, the mass activities of Pt_(2)Sr/NC are 6.2 and 2.6 times higher than that of Pt/C toward ORR(at 0.9 V)and HER(at-30 mV),respectively.Simultaneously,Pt_(2)Sr/NC possesses a retention rate of 90.97%toward acidic ORR after 35000 s of continuous operation.Through density functional theory(DFT)calculations and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis, the incorporation of Sr into Pt forming Pt_(2)Sr alloy redistributes the electronic structures of Pt-Pt bonds, changing the rate-determining step for the ORR on Pt sites from the formation of*OH from*O to the generation of*OOH along with decreasing the energy barrier, which is also confirmed by the downshift of d band center.Meanwhile, the downshift of d band center also leads to the optimization of the adsorption energy(H*)with Pt,significantly improving Pt_(2)Sr/NC toward HER. | Xiangnan Liu Shaoyun Hao Guokui Zheng Zhiwei Su Yahui Wang Qiqi Wang Lecheng Lei Yi He Xingwang Zhang | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,1: | 1

Reactive oxygen species(ROS)-responsive size-reducible nanoassemblies for deeper atherosclerotic plaque penetration and enhanced macrophage-targeted drug delivery显示文摘Nanoparticle-based therapeutics represent potential strategies for treating atherosclerosis;however, the complex plaque microenvironment poses a barrier for nanoparticles to target the dysfunctional cells. Here,we report reactive oxygen species(ROS)-responsive and size-reducible nanoassemblies, formed by multivalent host-guest interactions betweenβ-cyclodextrins(β-CD)-anchored discoidal recombinant high-density lipoprotein(NP^(3)_(ST))and hyaluronic acid-ferrocene(HA-Fc)conjugates.The HA-Fc/NP^(3)_(ST)nanoassemblies have extended blood circulation time, specifically accumulate in atherosclerotic plaque mediated by the HA receptors CD44 highly expressed in injured endothelium, rapidly disassemble in response to excess ROS in the intimal and release smaller NP^(3)_(ST),allowing for further plaque penetration,macrophage-targeted cholesterol efflux and drug delivery. In vivo pharmacodynamicses in atherosclerotic mice shows that HA-Fc/NP^(3)_(ST)reduces plaque size by 53%,plaque lipid deposition by 63%,plaque macrophage content by 62%and local inflammatory factor level by 64%compared to the saline group.Meanwhile,HA-Fc/NP^(3)_(ST)alleviates systemic inflammation characterized by reduced serum inflammatory factor levels.Collectively,HA-Fc/NP^(3)_(ST)nanoassemblies with ROS-responsive and size-reducible properties exhibit a deeper penetration in atherosclerotic plaque and enhanced macrophage targeting ability, thus exerting effective cholesterol efflux and drug delivery for atherosclerosis therapy. | Jianhua He Wenli Zhang Xiaoju Zhou Fengfei Xu Jiahui Zou Qiqi Zhang Yi Zhao Hongliang He Hu Yang Jianping Liu | 2023 | Bioactive Materials2023,,1: | 1

Modelling soil water dynamics and root water uptake for apple trees under water storage pit irrigation显示文摘Water storage pit irrigation is a new method suitable for apple trees. It comes with advantages such as water saving, water retention and drought resistance.A precise study of soil water movement and root water uptake is essential to analyse and show the advantages of the method. In this study,a mathematical model(WSPI-WR model)for 3D soil water movement and root water uptake under water storage pit irrigation was established based on soil water dynamics and soil moisture and root distributions. Moreover, this model also considers the soil evaporation, pit wall evaporation and water level variation in the pit.The finite element method was used to solve the model, and the law of mass conservation was used to analyse the water level variation. The model was validated by experimental data of the sap flow of apple trees and soil moisture in the orchard. Results showed that the WSPI-WR model is highly accurate in simulating the root water uptake and soil water distributions. The WSPI-WR model can be used to simulate root water uptake and soil water movement under water storage pit irrigation. The simulation showed that orchard soil water content and root water uptake rate centers on the storage pit with an ellipsoid distribution. The maximum distribution region of soil water and root water uptake rate was near the bottom of the pit.Distribution can reduce soil evaporation in the orchard and improve the soil water use efficiency in the middle-deep soil. | Xianghong Guo Tao Lei Xihuan Sun Juanjuan Ma Lijian Zheng Shaowen Zhang Qiqi He | 2019 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,5: | 1
Aristolochic acids exposure was not the main cause of liver tumorigenesis in adulthood显示文摘Aristolochic acids(AAs) have long been considered as a potent carcinogen due to its nephrotoxicity. Aristolochic acid I(AAI) reacts with DNA to form covalent aristolactam(AL)-DNA adducts, leading to subsequent A to T transversion mutation, commonly referred as AA mutational signature. Previous research inferred that AAs were widely implicated in liver cancer throughout Asia. In this study, we explored whether AAs exposure was the main cause of liver cancer in the context of HBV infection in China's Mainland. Totally 1256 liver cancer samples were randomly retrieved from 3 medical centers and a refined bioanalytical method was used to detect AAI-DNA adducts. 5.10% of these samples could be identified as AAI positive exposure. Whole genome sequencing suggested 8.41% of 107 liver cancer patients exhibited the dominant AA mutational signature, indicating a relatively low overall AAI exposure rate. In animal models, long-term administration of AAI barely increased liver tumorigenesis in adult mice, opposite from its tumor-inducing role when subjected to infant mice. Furthermore, AAI induced dose-dependent accumulation of AA-DNA adduct in target organs in adult mice, with the most detected in kidney instead of liver. Taken together, our data indicate that AA exposure was not the major threat of liver cancer in adulthood. | Shuzhen Chen Yaping Dong Xinming Qi Qiqi Cao Tao Luo Zhaofang Bai Huisi He Zhecai Fan Lingyan Xu Guozhen Xing Chunyu Wang Zhichao Jin Zhixuan Li Lei Chen Yishan Zhong Jiao Wang Jia Ge Xiaohe Xiao Xiuwu Bian Wen Wen Jin Ren Hongyang Wang | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,5: | 1
Autocatalytic reduction-assisted synthesis of segmented porous PtTe nanochains for enhancing methanol oxidation reaction显示文摘Morphology engineering has been developed as one of the most widely used strategies for improving the performance of electrocatalysts. However, the harsh reaction conditions and cumbersome reaction steps during the nanomaterials synthesis still limit their industrial applications.Herein,one-dimensional(1D)novel-segmented PtTe porous nanochains(PNCs)were successfully synthesized by the template methods assisted by Pt autocatalytic reduction. The PtTe PNCs consist of consecutive mesoporous architectures that provide a large electrochemical surface area(ECSA)and abundant active sites to enhance methanol oxidation reaction(MOR).Furthermore,1D nanostructure as a robust sustaining frame can maintain a high mass/charge transfer rate in a long-term durability test. After 2,000 cyclic voltammetry(CV)cycles, the ECSA value of PtTe PNCs remained as high as 44.47 m^(2)·gPt^(-1),which was much larger than that of commercial Pt/C(3.95 m^(2)·gPt^(-1)).The high catalytic activity and durability of PtTe PNCs are also supported by CO stripping test and density functional theory calculation. This autocatalytic reduction-assisted synthesis provides new insights for designing efficient low-dimensional nanocatalysts. | Qiqi Zhang Tianyu Xia He Huang Jialong Liu Mengyuan Zhu Hao Yu Weifeng Xu Yuping Huo Congli He Shipeng Shen Cong Lu Rongming Wang Shouguo Wang | 2023 | Nano Research Energy2023,2,1: | 1

Industrial Internet-enabled Resilient Manufacturing Strategy in the Wake of COVID-19 Pandemic: A Conceptual Framework and Implementations in China显示文摘COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the re-shaping of globalized manufacturing industry.Achieving a high level of resilience is thereby a recognized, essential ability of future manufacturing systems with the advances in smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0.In this work,a conceptual framework for resilient manufacturing strategy enabled by Industrial Internet is proposed. It is elaborated as a four-phase,closed-loop process that centered on proactive industry assessment.Key enabling technologies for the proposed framework are outlined in data acquisition and management, big data analysis, intelligent services, and others.Industrial Internet-enabled implementations in China in response to COVID-19 have then been reviewed and discussed from 3Rs’perspective,i.e.manufacturer capacity Recovery, supply chain Resilience and emergency Response. It is suggested that an industry-specific and comprehensive selection coordinated with the guiding policy and supporting regulations should be performed at the national,at least regional level. | Tao Peng Qiqi He Zheng Zhang Baicun Wang Xun Xu | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021,34,3: | 0
Denitrification performance and sulfur resistance mechanism of Sm-Mn catalyst for low temperature NH_(3)-SCR显示文摘MnO_(x)and Sm–Mn catalysts were prepared with the coprecipitation method, and they showed excellent activities and sulfur resistances for the selective catalytic reduction of NO_(x)by NH_(3)between 50 and 300℃in the presence of excess oxygen.0.10Sm–Mn catalyst indicated better catalytic activity and sulfur resistance.Additionally, the Sm doping led to multi-aspect impacts on the phases, morphology structures, gas adsorption, reactions process, and specific surface areas. Therefore,it significantly enhances the NO conversion,N_(2)selectivity,and sulfur resistance.Based on various experimental characterization results, the reaction mechanism of catalysts and the effect of SO_(2)on the reaction process about the catalysts were extensively explored. For 0.10Sm–Mn catalyst, manganese sulfate and sulfur ammonium cannot be generated broadly under the influence of SO_(2)and the amount of surface adsorbed oxygen. The Bronsted acid sites strengthen significantly due to the addition of SO_(2),enhancing the sulfur resistance of the 0.10Sm–Mn catalyst. | Junlin Xie Yanli Ye Qinglei Li Tianhong Kang Sensheng Hou Qiqi Jin Feng He De Fang | 2023 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2023,17,5: | 0
Systematic characterization of small RNAs associated with C.elegans Argonautes显示文摘Argonaute proteins generally play regulatory roles by forming complexes with the corresponding small RNAs(s RNAs).An expanded Argonaute family with 20 potentially functional members has been identified in Caenorhabditis elegans.Canonical s RNAs in C.elegans are mi RNAs,small interfering RNAs including 22G-RNAs and 26G-RNAs,and 21U-RNAs,which are C.elegans pi RNAs.Previous studies have only covered some of these Argonautes for their s RNA partners, and thus,a systematic study is needed to reveal the comprehensive regulatory networks formed by C.elegans Argonautes and their associated s RNAs.We obtained in situ knockin(KI)strains of all C.elegans Argonautes with fusion tags by CRISPR/Cas9 technology.RNA immunoprecipitation against these endogenously expressed Argonautes and high-throughput sequencing acquired the s RNA profiles of individual Argonautes. The s RNA partners for each Argonaute were then analyzed. We found that there were 10Argonautes enriched mi RNAs,17 Argonautes bound to 22G-RNAs,8 Argonautes bound to 26G-RNAs,and 1 Argonaute PRG-1bound to pi RNAs.Uridylated 22G-RNAs were bound by four Argonautes HRDE-1,WAGO-4,CSR-1,and PPW-2.We found that all four Argonautes played a role in transgenerational epigenetic inheritance.Regulatory roles of the corresponding Argonaute-s RNA complex in managing levels of long transcripts and interspecies regulation were also demonstrated. In this study,we portrayed the s RNAs bound to each functional Argonaute in C.elegans.Bioinformatics analyses together with experimental investigations provided perceptions in the overall view of the regulatory network formed by C.elegans Argonautes and s RNAs.The s RNA profiles bound to individual Argonautes reported here will be valuable resources for further studies. | Lei Liu Xiaolin Wang Wenfang Zhao Qiqi Li Jingxin Li He Chen Ge Shan | 2023 | Science China(Life Sciences)2023,66,6: | 0
Pressure-induced disordering of site occupation in iron–nickel nitrides显示文摘Controlled disordering of substitutional and interstitial site occupation at high pressure can lead to important changes in the structural and physical properties of iron–nickel nitrides.Despite important progress that has been achieved, structural characterization of ternary Fe–Ni–N compounds remains an open problem owing to the considerable technical challenges faced by current synthetic and structural approaches for fabrication of bulk ternary nitrides. Here, iron–nickel nitride samples are synthesized as spherical-like bulk materials through a novel highpressure solid-state metathesis reaction.By employing a wide array of techniques, namely, neutron powder diffraction,Rietveld refinement methods combined with synchrotron radiation angle-dispersive x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy/energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy,we demonstrate that high-temperature and high-pressure confinement conditions favor substitutional and interstitial site disordering in ternary iron–nickel nitrides. In addition, the effects of interstitial nitrogen atoms and disorderly substituted nickel atoms on the elastic properties of the materials are discussed. | Binbin Wu Li Lei Feng Zhang Qiqi Tang Shan Liu Meifang Pu Duanwei He Yuanhua Xia Leiming Fang Hiroaki Ohfuji Tetsuo Irifune | 2021 | Matter and Radiation at Extremes2021,6,3: | 0
Engineered poly(A)-surrogates for translational regulation and therapeutic biocomputation in mammalian cells显示文摘Here,we present a gene regulation strategy enabling programmable control over eukaryotic translational initiation.By excising the natural poly-adenylation(poly-A)signal of target genes and replacing it with a synthetic control region harboring RNA-binding protein(RBP)-specific aptamers,cap-dependent translation is rendered exclusively dependent on synthetic translation initiation factors(STIFs)containing different RBPs engineered to conditionally associate with different eIF4F-binding proteins(eIFBPs).This modular design framework facilitates the engineering of various gene switches and intracellular sensors responding to many user-defined trigger signals of interest, demonstrating tightly controlled, rapid and reversible regulation of transgene expression in mammalian cells as well as compatibility with various clinically applicable delivery routes of in vivo gene therapy.Therapeutic efficacy was demonstrated in two animal models. To exemplify disease treatments that require on-demand drug secretion,we show that a custom-designed gene switch triggered by the FDA-approved drug grazoprevir can effectively control insulin expression and restore glucose homeostasis in diabetic mice. For diseases that require instantaneous sense-and-response treatment programs,we create highly specific sensors for various subcellularly(mis)localized protein markers(such as cancer-related fusion proteins)and show that translation-based protein sensors can be used either alone or in combination with other cell-state classification strategies to create therapeutic biocomputers driving self-sufficient elimination of tumor cells in mice. This design strategy demonstrates unprecedented flexibility for translational regulation and could form the basis for a novel class of programmable gene therapies in vivo. | Jiawei Shao Shichao Li Xinyuan Qiu Jian Jiang Lihang Zhang Pengli Wang Yaqing Si Yuhang Wu Minghui He Qiqi Xiong Liuqi Zhao Yilin Li Yuxuan Fan Mirta Viviani Yu Fu Chaohua Wu Ting Gao Lingyun Zhu Martin Fussenegger Hui Wang Mingqi Xie | 2024 | Cell Research2024,34,1: | 0
