| 1 | Restraining effect of nitrogen on coal oxidation in different stages:Non-isothermal TG-DSC and EPR research显示文摘Nitrogen is widely used to prevent the spontaneous combustion of coal in underground coal mines. A spontaneous combustion-prone coal seam was studied to investigate the restraining effect of nitrogen on coal oxidation in different oxidation stages, based on non-isothermal thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC) and electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR) experiments. We found that the key feature temperatures grow steadily with increasing nitrogen in the oxidation environment,resulting in longer oxidation stages. The most significant finding is that there is a stagnation of the inhibitory effect of nitrogen on coal oxidation in the range of 85.0–95.0% nitrogen in the slow and the rapid oxidation stages, owing to the competitive adsorption of coal by nitrogen and oxygen. However, the restraining effect cannot be reflected by the kinetic parameters of the coal before it reaches the thermal decomposition and combustion stage. Nitrogen can also affect free radical types and free radical concentrations during coal oxidation: the higher the concentration of nitrogen in the oxidation environment, the greater the number of free radical types and the lower the free radical concentration. | 2 | A high-surface-area silicoaluminophosphate material rich in Brnsted acid sites as a matrix in catalytic cracking显示文摘A transparent gel-like mesoporous silicoaluminophosphate material (SAP) with a Si/Al molar ratio of 20 was synthesized by hydrothermal method. The physicochemical features of SAP were characterized by XRD, XRF, BET, SEM and FT-IR spectroscopy of pyridine adsorption techniques. The results indicated that incorporation of phosphorus (P) into aluminasilica system altered the basic textural characteristics of aluminasilica. Especially after hydrothermal treatment, the material with large special surface area (up to 492 m 2 /g) exhibited a good performance on hydrothermal stability. Moreover, the phosphorus modifier can not only increase the amount of Bro¨nsted acidic sites (up to 48.44 μmol/g) and the percentage of weak acidic sites in total acidic sites, but also regulate the acid type, such as the ratio of B/L (Bro¨nsted acid/Lewis acid) increases to 1.15. The performances of samples as matrices for the catalytic cracking of heavy vacuum gas oil (VGO) were investigated. | 3 | Radiative transfer models(RTMs)for field phenotyping inversion of rice based on UAV hyperspectral remote sensing显示文摘The nondestructive and rapid acquisition of rice field phenotyping information is very important for the precision management of the rice growth process.In this research,the phenotyping information LAI(leaf area index),leaf chlorophyll content(C_(ab)),canopy water content(C_(w)),and dry matter content(C_(dm))of rice was inversed based on the hyperspectral remote sensing technology of an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV).The improved Sobol global sensitivity analysis(GSA)method was used to analyze the input parameters of the PROSAIL model in the spectral band range of 400-1100 nm,which was obtained by hyperspectral remote sensing by the UAV.The results show that C_(ab) mainly affects the spectrum on 400-780 nm band,C_(dm) on 760-1000 nm band,C_(w) on 900-1100 nm band,and LAI on the entire band.The hyperspectral data of the 400-1100 nm band of the rice canopy were acquired by using the M600 UAV remote sensing platform,and the radiance calibration was converted to the canopy emission rate.In combination with the PROSAIL model,the particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to retrieve rice phenotyping information by constructing the cost function.The results showed the following:(1)an accuracy of R^(2)=0.833 and RMSE=0.0969,where RMSE denotes root-mean-square error,was obtained for C_(ab) retrieval;R^(2)=0.816 and RMSE=0.1012 for LAI inversion;R^(2)=0.793 and RMSE=0.1084 for C_(dm);and R^(2)=0.665 and RMSE=0.1325 for C_(w).The C_(w) inversion accuracy was not particularly high.(2)The same band will be affected by multiple parameters at the same time.(3)This study adopted the rice phenotyping information inversion method to expand the rice hyperspectral information acquisition field of a UAV based on the phenotypic information retrieval accuracy using a high level of field spectral radiometric accuracy.The inversion method featured a good mechanism,high universality,and easy implementation,which can provide a reference for nondestructive and rapid inversion of rice biochemical parameters using UAV hyperspectral remote sensing. | Yu Fenghua Xu Tongyu Du Wen Ma Hang Zhang Guosheng Chen Chunling | 2017 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,4: | 8 |

| 10 | Ridge subduction, magmatism, and metallogenesis显示文摘Modern oceans contain large bathymetric highs(spreading oceanic ridges,aseismic ridges or oceanic plateaus and inactive arc ridges)that,in total,constitute more than 20–30%of the total area of the world’s ocean floor.These bathymetric highs may be subducted,and such processes are commonly referred to as ridge subduction.Such ridge subduction events are not only very common and important geodynamic processes in modern oceanic plate tectonics,they also play an important role in the generation of arc magmatism,material recycling,the growth and evolution of continental crust,the deformation and modification of the overlying plates,and metallogenesis at convergent plate boundaries.Therefore,these events have attracted widespread attention.The perpendicular or high-angle subduction of mid-ocean spreading ridges is commonly characterized by the occurrence of a slab window,and the formation of a distinctive adakite–high-Mg andesite–Nb-enriched basalt-oceanic island basalt(OIB)or a mid-oceanic ridge basalt(MORB)-type rock suite,and is closely associated with Au mineralization.Aseismic ridges or oceanic plateaus are traditionally considered to be difficult to subduct,to typically collide with arcs or continents or to induce flat subduction(low angle of less than 10°)due to the thickness of their underlying normal oceanic crust(>6–7 km)and high topography.However,the subduction of aseismic ridges and oceanic plateaus occurred on both the western and eastern sides of the Pacific Ocean during the Cenozoic.On the eastern side of the Pacific Ocean,aseismic ridges or oceanic plateaus are being subducted flatly or at low angles beneath South and Central American continents,which may cause a magmatic gap.But slab melting can occur and adakites,or an adakite–high-Mg andesite–adakitic andesite–Nb-enriched basalt suite may be formed during the slab rollback or tearing.Cu-Au mineralization is commonly associated with such flat subduction events.On the western side of the Pacific Ocean,however,aseismic ridges and oceanic plateaus are subducted at relatively high angles(>30°).These subduction processes can generate large scale eruptions of basalts,basaltic andesites and andesites,which may be derived from fractional crystallization of magmas originating from the subduction zone fluid-metasomatized mantle wedge.In addition,some inactive arc ridges are subducted beneath Southwest Japan,and these subduction processes are commonly associated with the production of basalts,high-Mg andesites and adakites and Au mineralization.Besides magmatism and Cu-Au mineralization,ridge subduction may also trigger subduction erosion in subduction zones.Future frontiers of research will include characterizing the spatial and temporal patterns of ridge subduction events,clarifying the associated geodynamic mechanisms,quantifying subduction zone material recycling,establishing the associated deep crustal and mantle events that generate or influence magmatism and Cu-Au mineralization,establishing criteria to recognize pre-Cenozoic ridge subduction,the onset of modernstyle plate tectonics and the growth mechanisms for Archean continental crust. | Qiang WANG Gongjian TANG Lulu HAO Derek WYMAN Lin MA Wei DAN Xiuzheng ZHANG Jinheng LIU Tongyu HUANG Chuanbing XU | 2020 | Science China Earth Sciences2020,63,10: | 3 |

| 13 | Low molecular weight heparin reduces arterial blood lactic acid content and increases estimated glomerular filtration rate in patients with moderate Covid-19 pneumonia显示文摘Background:Coronavirus disease 2019(Covid-19)remains a serious health threat worldwide.We aimed to investigate whether low molecular weight heparin(LMWH)can promote organ function recovery in moderate Covid-19 pneumonia patients.Methods:We initiated an LMWH protocol in Covid-19 patients with increased D-dimer,body mass index>30 kg/m^(2) or a history of diabetes from January 18,2020 at Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center.In this retrospective study,we assigned moderate Covid-19 pneumonia patients admitted between January 18th and April 18,2020 receiving the LMWH protocol to the LMWH group.Moderate patients who met the inclusion criteria but did not receive LMWH protocol were included in the control group by 1:2 propensity score matching.General clinical information,indicators for renal function,arterial blood gas analyses,arterial blood lactic acid content(mmol/L),and coagulation indexes at 0 day,3 days,7 days,and 11 days after admission were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results:There were 41 patients in the LMWH group and 82 patients in the control group.General information in both groups were similar.Compared to the control group,the arterial blood lactic acid content(mmol/L)at day 11(1.3[1.1,1.7]vs.1.2[0.9,1.3],P=0.016)was reduced in the LMWH group.The estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)in the LMWH group was higher than that in the control group at day 7(108.54[89.11,128.17]vs.116.85[103.39,133.47],P=0.039)and day 11(113.74[94.49,126.34]vs.128.31[112.75,144.12],P=0.003).The serum creatinine levels(Scr)in the LMWH group were lower than that in the control group at day 7(62.13[51.47,77.64]vs.55.49[49.50,65.75],P=0.038)and day 11(63.35[50.17,75.73]vs.51.62[44.62,61.24],P=0.005).Conclusions:LMWH treatment can reduce arterial blood lactic acid levels and improve eGFR in moderate Covid-19 pneumonia patients.Randomized controlled trials are warranted to further investigate this issue. | Li Ma Yigang Zeng Bing ZhaoL ili Xu Jian Li Tongyu Zhu Enqiang Mao | 2022 | Chinese Medical Journal2022,,6: | 3 |

| 19 | Oxaliplatin,Fluorouracil and Leucovorin (FOLFOX) as First-line Chemotherapy for Metastatic or Recurrent Colorectal Cancer Patients显示文摘OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficiency and safety of the oxaliplatin, fluorouracil(5-FU)and leucovorin regimen(FOLFOX)in previously untreated patients with metastatic or recurrent colorectal cancer. METHODS Previously untreated patients with metastatic or recurrent colorectal cancer received 100 mg/m2 of oxaliplatin intravenously(IV)over 2 h on day 1,and IV 400 mg/m2 of leucovorin over 2 h followed by a bolus of 400 mg/m2 of 5-FU.Then 2,600~3,000 mg/m2 of 5-FU was administered by continuous infusion over 46 h. RESULTS An evaluated response rate was determined for 97 of 105 treated patients.The overal response rate was 35.1%,9 patients(9.3%) had a complete response and 25 patients(25.8%)a partial response.Thirty-two patients(33.0%)developed stable disease and 32.0%of the patients progressed.The median time to progression(TTP)was 7.7 months and the median overal survival 20.5 months.One and 2-year survival rates were 68%and 32%.Toxic effects based on the National Cancer Institute-Common Toxicity Criteria(NCI-CTC),reaching grade 3/4 were:neutropenia 12.3%, anemia 11.3%,vomiting 4.1%and diarrhea 7.2%.Grade 3 neuropathy was 5.1%.The overall survival rate of patients who had received a radical resection was superior to the patients who had not received a operation,or had received a pal iative resection(P=0.0658).The serum levels of CEA,ALP and LDH had no relationship with survival(P>0.05).
