| 1 | Amended Kalman Filter for Maneuvering Target Tracking显示文摘The conventional Kalman filter(KF) which uses the current measurement to estimate the current state is a posterior estimation. KF is identified as the optimal estimation in linear models with Gaussian noise. However,the performance of KF with incomplete information may be degraded or diverged. In order to improve the performance of KF, an Amended KF(AKF) is proposed by using more posterior measurements. The principle, derivation and recursive process of AKF are presented. The differences among Kalman smoother, adaptive fading method and AKF are analyzed. Based on the Progressive Edge-Growth (PEG) algorithm, a new algorithm which can both eliminate short cy- cles and keep the distribution of the random code structure is presented. | 4 | Comparing dark-and photo-Fenton-like degradation of emerging pollutant over photo-switchable Bi2WO6/CuFe2O4: Investigation on dominant reactive oxidation species显示文摘The extensive use of tetracycline hydrochloride(TCH)poses a threat to human health and the aquatic environment.Here,magnetic p-n Bi2WO6/CuFe2O4 catalyst was fabricated to efficiently remove TCH.The obtained Bi2WO6/CuFe2O4 exhibited 92.1%TCH degradation efficiency and 50.7%and 35.1%mineralization performance for TCH and raw secondary effluent from a wastewater treatment plant in a photo-Fenton-like system,respectively.The remarkable performance was attributed to the fact that photogenerated electrons accelerated the Fe(III)/Fe(II)and Cu(II)/Cu(I)conversion for the Fenton-like reaction between Fe(II)/Cu(I)and H2O2,thereby generating abundant·OH for pollutant oxidation.Various environmental factors including H2O2 concentration,initial pH,catalyst dosage,TCH concentration and inorganic ions were explored.The reactive oxidation species(ROS)quenching results and electron spin resonance(ESR)spectra confirmed that·O2-and·OH were responsible for the dark and photo-Fenton-like systems,respectively.The degradation mechanisms and pathways of TCH were proposed,and the toxicity of products was evaluated.This work contributes a highly efficient and environmentally friendly catalyst and provides a clear mechanistic explanation for the removal of antibiotic pollutants in environmental remediation. | Jingjing Jiang Jiaying Gao Shu Niu Xingyue Wang Tianren Li Shengda Liu Yanhong Lin Tengfeng Xie Shuangshi Dong | 2021 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,8: | 1 |

| 6 | Improved particle swarm optimization based on particles' explorative capability enhancement显示文摘Accelerating the convergence speed and avoiding the local optimal solution are two main goals of particle swarm optimization(PSO). The very basic PSO model and some variants of PSO do not consider the enhancement of the explorative capability of each particle. Thus these methods have a slow convergence speed and may trap into a local optimal solution. To enhance the explorative capability of particles, a scheme called explorative capability enhancement in PSO(ECE-PSO) is proposed by introducing some virtual particles in random directions with random amplitude. The linearly decreasing method related to the maximum iteration and the nonlinearly decreasing method related to the fitness value of the globally best particle are employed to produce virtual particles. The above two methods are thoroughly compared with four representative advanced PSO variants on eight unimodal and multimodal benchmark problems. | 11 | Covalent organic hollow nanospheres constructed by using AIEactive units for nitrophenol explosives detection显示文摘The development of conjugated nanomaterials with high sensitivity and super-amplified quenching effect for the detection of nitrophenol explosives is still a great challenge. Herein, we developed conjugated hollow nanospheres constructed by using aggregation-induced emission(AIE) active 1,3,5-tris(4-formyl-phenyl)benzene(TFPB). The high emission hollow nanospheres with uniform size and admirable dispersiveness exhibited obvious fluorescence quenching response with the addition of nitrophenol explosives owing to the photoinduced electron transfer(PET) from the hollow nanospheres to nitrophenol explosives. The Stern-Volmer constants of hollow spheres for 2,4,6-trinitrophenol(TNP), 4-nitrophenol(NP) and 2,4-dinitrophenol(DNP) can reach 9.67×10^5, 3.14×10^5 and 4.8×10^4 M-1, respectively. Furthermore, the handy test paper coated with hollow nanospheres was prepared and showed a good response toward TNP solutions and vapor. | 12 | The status and development proposal of carbon sources and sinks monitoring satellite system显示文摘In order to mitigate global warming,the international communities actively explore low-carbon and green development methods.According to the Paris Agreement that came into effect in 2016,there will be a global stocktaking plan to carry out every 5 years from 2023 onwards.In September 2020,China proposed a'double carbon'target of carbon peaking before 2030 and carbon neutrality before 2060.Achieving carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals requires accurate carbon emissions and carbon absorptions.China’s existing carbon monitoring methods have insufficient detection accuracy,low spatial resolution,and narrow swath,which are difficult to meet the monitoring requirement of carbon sources and sinks monitoring.In order to meet the needs of carbon stocktaking and support the monitoring and supervision of carbon sources and sinks,it is recommended to make full use of the foundation of the existing satellites,improve the detection technical specifications of carbon sources and sinks monitoring measures,and build a multi-means and comprehensive,LEO-GEO orbit carbon monitoring satellite system to achieve higher precision,higher resolution and multi-dimensional carbon monitoring.On this basis,it is recommended to strengthen international cooperation,improve data sharing policy,actively participate in the development of carbon retrieval algorithm and the setting of international carbon monitoring standards,establish an independent and controllable global carbon monitoring and evaluation system,and contribute China’s strength to the global realization of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. | Guang Meng Yuan Wen Miaomiao Zhang Yilei Gu Wei Xiong Zijun Wang Shengda Niu | 2022 | Carbon Neutrality2022,1,1: | 0 |
