2Turbidity maximum formation and its seasonal variations in the Zhujiang(Pearl River)Estuary,southern China显示文摘Real-time observations in the field and numerical simulations(with Delft3D) were combined to study the formation, distribution and the relevant influencing factors of turbidity maximum(TM) in the Zhujiang(Pearl River) Estuary(ZE). The spatial distribution pattern of the TM varies with the longitudinal distributions of salinity and suspended sediment concentration(SSC). The SSC is enhanced and the TM is intensified during dry seasons,whereas the center of the TM moves upstream by a distance of 10 km during wet seasons. 3Printed stretchable circuit on soft elastic substrate for wearable application显示文摘In this paper, a flexible and stretchable circuit has been fabricated by the printing method based on Ag NWs/PDMS composite. The randomly oriented Ag NWs were buried in PDMS to form a conductive and stretchable electrode. Stable conductivity was achieved with a large range of tensile strain(0-50%) after the initial stretching/releasing cycle. The stable electrical response is due to the buckling of the Ag NWs/PDMS composite layer. 4Distribution of Intra-Crustal Low Velocity Zones beneath Yunnan from Seismic Ambient Noise Tomography显示文摘Previous studies have reached consensus that low velocity zones are widespread in the crust beneath Yunnan region. However, the relationships between the low velocity zones and large faults, earthquake distribution are less investigated by available studies. By analyzing the seismic ambient noise recorded by Yunnan Seismic Networks and Tengchong volcano array, we construct a 3D crustal shear wave velocity model for the Yunnan region, which provides more details of the distribution of intra-crustal low velocity zones all over Yunnan. The distribution of low velocity zones shows different features at different depths. At shallow depths, the results are well correlated with near surface geological features. With increasing depth, the low velocity zones are gradually concentrated on the northern part of our study area, most likely reflecting variations in crustal thickness beneath the Yunnan region. The low velocity zones are truncated at depth by several large faults in Yunnan. It is interesting that most strong earthquakes(Ms≥5.0) occurred in Yunnan are distributed in low velocity zones or the transition zones between low and high velocity anomalies within the upper-to-middle crust. 5Learning curve of totally thoracoscopic pulmonarysegmentectomy显示文摘Totally thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy (TTPS) is a feasible and sale technique that requiresadvanced thoracoscopic skills and knowledge of pulmonary anatomy. However, data describing the learning curveof TTPS have yet to be obtained. In this study, 128 patients who underwent TTPS between September 2010 andDecember 2013 were retrospectively analyzed to evaluate the learning curve and were divided chronologically intothree phases, namely, ascending phase (A), plateau phase (B), and descending phase (C), through cumulativesummation (CUSUM) for operative time (OT). Phases A, B, and C comprised 39, 33, and 56 cases, respectively. OTand blood loss decreased significantly from phases A to C (P 〈 0.01), and the frequency of intraoperativebronchoscopy for target bronchus identification decreased gradually (A, 8/39; B, 4/33; C, 3/56; P = 0.06). Nosignificant differences were observed in demographic factors, conversion, complications, hospital stay, andretrieved lymph nodes among the three phases. Surgical outcomes and techniques improved with experience andvolume. 12Ecological wetland paradigm drives water source improvement in the stream network of Yangtze River Delta显示文摘Jiaxing created a precedent using bypass riparian marshes to purify micro-polluted water sources in China.Pond-wetland complex with constructed root channel technology becomes a paradigm which can be analogized as'human-body wetland model'based on bionics or biomimetics.Heterogeneous plant-bed/ditch system with highly active land/water ecotone interfaces,especially meandering boundaries,breeds many biochemical reactions'living areas'.Optimization of hydraulic regulation promotes redox environment alternations and wetland treatment efficiency.Here we reported a series of upgrades and performances in Guanjinggang wetland after the Shijiuyang prototype.Morphological reform of plant-bed/ditch system played a vital role.Spatially root channel zone was main force of wetland purification,and temporally the treatment effect was higher in low-temperature seasons indicating non-temperature dependent mechanisms worked.Water pollution comprehensive index improved steadily from IV to III,and comprehensive pollution load was reduced by ca.40%–60%.Comprehensive evaluation function value further showed the gradients purification effect of the upgraded wetland.Ecological wetlands ameliorated source water quality,and reduced drinking water treatment reagents,thereby bringing about economic benefits.Through wetlands operation,people can see how the micro-polluted surface water becomes clear and clean,so promoting a significant social benefit.As a viable component of urban green space,wetlands could beautify regional eco-environment,freshen the air,increase urban ecological taste,and enhance the eco-environmental protection publicity.Thus,the multifunctional service values and indirect benefits are substantial.Jiaxing ecological wetlands provide a typical paradigm for water pollution remediation in developing countries and plays a leading role in technology engineering radiation effect.Weidong Wang Ting Yang Weibing Guan Weixi Peng Ping Wu Bin Zhong Chundong Zhou Qinghua Chen Rongbin Zhang Kewen Xu Chengqing Yin 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,12:1

17吉非替尼联合立体定向放疗一线治疗EGFR突变的高龄肺腺癌患者较单用吉非替尼具有更好疗效(英文)显示文摘Objective: The senile lung adenocarcinoma patients harboring an activating epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) mutation shows good and rapid response to EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs). Whether gefitinib combined with γ-ray stereotactic body radiation therapy has better efficacy than gefitinib alone for senile lung adenocarcinoma patients with EGFR mutations as first-line regimen is still under investigation. Methods: The 42 senile lung adenocarcinoma patients with EGFR mutations were divided into 2 groups according to the therapy method. Group A was the 22 patients treated with gefitinib combined with γ-ray stereotactic body radiation therapy(SBRT). Group B was the 20 patients treated with gefitinib alone. All of the patients received gefitinib of 250 mg/d from the first day until disease progression or other reasons. The patients of Group A were treated with γ-ray stereotactic body radiation therapy from the second day. Radiation fields included the primary lesions and the integration of lymph nodes. Dose curve of this group was 50%–80%. Encircled dose was 4.0–6.5 Gy per fraction and the range of total dose was 40–52 Gy. We treated the patients 8–12 times and treated five times every week. Results: All the patients were examined by enhanced double helix CT at the second month. The tumor response rate(RR) of group A was 81.8%(18/22). Disease control rate(DCR) was 90.9%(20/22). The median overall survival(OS) was 24.2 months(range 8–58 months) and the progression-free survival(PFS) was 18.6 months. The overall 1-year survival rate was 72.3%(16/22) and 2-year survival rate was 54.5%(12/22). The main side effects included skin rash and diarrhea. The RR of group B was 50.0 %(10/20). DCR was 75.0%(15/20). OS was 17.4 months(range 6–32 months) and PFS was 12.1 months. The overall 1-year survival rate was 60.0%(12/20) and 2-year survival rate was 40.0%(8/20). The main side effects included skin rash and diarrhea. The group A who were treated with gefitinib combined with γ-ray stereotactic body radiation therapy had a higher short term therapeutic effects(RR) and long term therapeutic effects(OS) than group B who were treated with gefitinib alone respectively(81.8% vs 50.0%, P = 0.029 < 0.05, χ2 = 4.773 and 24.2 vs 17.4, P = 0.024 < 0.05, χ2 = 5.098). Conclusion: Gefitinib combined with γ-ray stereotactic body radiation therapy has better efficacy than gefitinib alone for senile lung adenocarcinoma patients with EGFR mutations as first-line regimen. 19Mathematical model of dynamic imbibition in nanoporous reservoirs显示文摘The oil-water imbibition equation in the nano-scale pores considering the dynamic contact angle effect, nanoconfinement effect, inertia effect, and inlet end effect was established, and the relation between the friction coefficient of solid-oil-water three-phase contact line and the fluid viscosity in the interface zone was derived. In combination with the capillary bundle model and the lognormal distribution theory, the imbibition model of tight core was obtained and key parameters affecting imbibition dynamics were analyzed. The study shows that in the process of nanopore imbibition, the dynamic contact angle effect has the most significant impact on the imbibition, followed by nanoconfinement effect(multilayer sticking effect and slippage effect), and the inertia effect and inlet end effect have the least impact;in the initial stage of imbibition, the effect of inertial force decreases, and the effect of contact line friction increases, so the dynamic contact angle gradually increases from the initial equilibrium contact angle to the maximum and then remains basically stable;in the later stage of imbibition,the effect of contact line friction decreases, and the contact angle gradually decreases from the maximum dynamic contact angle and approaches the initial equilibrium contact angle;as the pore radius decreases, the dynamic contact angle effect increases in the initial stage of imbibition and decreases in the later stage of imbibition;as the oil-water interfacial tension increases, the imbibition power increases, and the dynamic contact angle effect increases;there is a critical value for the influence of interfacial tension on the imbibition dynamics.
