| 1 | 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). | 3 | Geologic characteristics, controlling factors and hydrocarbon accumulation mechanisms of China’s Large Gas Provinces of low porosity and permeability显示文摘Based on the analysis of the geological characteristics and controlling factors, we analyzed the formation mechanism of different types of gas reservoirs. The main characteristics of gas provinces with low porosity and permeability are mainly as follows: large area, low abundance, small gas pools and large gas provinces; widely distributed excellent hydrocarbon source rocks with closely contacted source-reservoir-cap association; development mainly in large continental depressions or in paralic shallow-river delta systems; many kinds of traps coexisting in large areas, dominantly para-layered lithologic, digenetic and capillary pressure traps; double fluid flow mechanisms of Darcy flow and non-Darcy flow; complicated gas and water relations; and having the resource distribution of highly productive 'sweet spots', banding concentration, and macroscopically large areas integrated. The main controlling factors of large sandstone gas provinces with low porosity and permeability are stable dynamic backgrounds and gentle structural frameworks which control the extensive distribution of alternate (interbedded) sandstones and mudstones; weak hydropower of large gentle lake basins controlling the formation of discontinuous, low porosity and permeability reservoirs in shallow-water deltas; regionally differential diagenesis and no homogeneous digenetic facies controlling the development of favorable reservoirs and digenetic traps; and weak and dispersive reservoir-forming dynamic forces leading to the widely distributed small traps with low abundance. | 4 | Clinical features and outcomes of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma based on nodal or extranodal primary sites of origin:Analysis of 1,085 WHO classified cases in a single institution in China显示文摘Objective: To explore the clinicobiologic features and outcomes of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)patients in China according to the primary site.Methods: A total of 1,085 patients diagnosed with DLBCL in National Cancer Center/Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College during a 6-year period were enrolled. Their clinical characteristics and outcomes were analyzed according to the primary site.Results: In the 1,085 patients, 679(62.6%) cases were nodal DLBCL(N-DLBCL) and 406 cases(37.4%) were extranodal DLBCL(EN-DLBCL). The most common sites of N-DLBCL were lymphonodus(64.8%), Waldeyer's ring(19.7%), mediastinum(12.8%) and spleen(2.7%), while in EN-DLBCL, stomach(22.4%), intestine(16.0%),nose and sinuses(8.9%), testis(8.4%), skin(7.9%), thyroid(6.9%), central nervous system(CNS)(6.4%), breast(5.7%), bone(3.4%), and salivary gland(2.7%) were most common. N-DLBCL patients tend to present B symptoms, bulky disease, and elevated LDH more often, while age >60 years, extranodal sites >1, Ann Arbor stage I or II, bone marrow involvement, and Ki-67 index >90% were usually seen in EN-DLBCL. The 5-year overall survival(OS) rate and progression-free survival(PFS) rate for all patients were 62.5% and 54.2%. The 5-year OS rate for patients with N-DLBCL and EN-DLBCL were 65.5% and 56.9%(P=0.008), and the 5-year PFS were57.0% and 49.0%(P=0.020). Waldeyer's ring originated DLBCL possessed the highest 5-year OS rate(83.6%) and PFS rate(76.9%) in N-DLBCL. The top five EN-DLBCL subtypes with favorable prognosis were stomach,breast, nose and sinuses, lung, salivary gland, with 5-year OS rate: 70.3%, 69.6%, 69.4%, 66.7% and 63.6%,respectively. While CNS, testis, oral cavity and kidney originated EN-DLBCL faced miserable prognosis, with 5-year OS rate of 26.9%, 38.2%, and 42.9%.Conclusions: In our study, primary sites were associated with clinical characteristics and outcomes. | 5 | Giant photonic spin Hall effect in momentum space in a structured metamaterial with spatially varying birefringence显示文摘The photonic spin Hall effect(SHE)in the reflection and refraction at an interface is very weak because of the weak spin-orbit interaction.Here,we report the observation of a giant photonic SHE in a dielectric-based metamaterial.The metamaterial is structured to create a coordinate-dependent,geometric Pancharatnam–Berry phase that results in an SHE with a spin-dependent splitting in momentum space.It is unlike the SHE that occurs in real space in the reflection and refraction at an interface,which results from the momentum-dependent gradient of the geometric Rytov–Vladimirskii–Berry phase.We theorize a unified description of the photonic SHE based on the two types of geometric phase gradient,and we experimentally measure the giant spin-dependent shift of the beam centroid produced by the metamaterial at a visible wavelength.Our results suggest that the structured metamaterial offers a potential method of manipulating spin-polarized photons and the orbital angular momentum of light and thus enables applications in spin-controlled nanophotonics. | Xiaohui Ling Xinxing Zhou Xunong Yi Weixing Shu Yachao Liu Shizhen Chen Hailu Luo Shuangchun Wen Dianyuan Fan | 2015 | Light(Science & Applications)2015,4,1: | 15 |
| 6 | (La0.2Ce0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Eu0.2)PO4: A high-entropy rare-earth phosphate monazite ceramic with low thermal conductivity and good compatibility with Al2O3显示文摘Low thermal conductivity, matched thermal expansion coefficient and good compatibility are general requirements for the environmental/thermal barrier coatings(EBCs/TBCs) and interphases for Al2O3 f/Al2O3 composites. In this work, a novel high-entropy(HE) rare-earth phosphate monazite ceramic (La0.2Ce0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Eu0.2)PO4 is designed and successfully synthesized. This new type of HE rare-earth phosphate monazite exhibits good chemical compatibility with Al2O3, without reaction with Al2O3 as high as 1600℃ in air. Moreover, the thermal expansion coefficient(TEC) of HE (La0.2Ce0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Eu0.2)PO4(8.9 × 10^-6/℃ at 300–1000℃) is close to that of Al2O3. The thermal conductivity of HE (La0.2Ce0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Eu0.2)PO4 at room temperature is as low as 2.08 W·m^-1·K^-1, which is about 42% lower than that of La PO4. | 7 | Spatial structure and scale feature of the atmospheric pollution source impact of city agglomeration显示文摘The spatial structure and multi-scale feature of the atmospheric pollution influence domain of Beijing and its peripheral areas (a rapidly developed city agglomeration) is dissected and analyzed in this paper on the basis of the atmospheric pollution dynamic-chemical process observation data of the urban building ensemble boundary layer of the Beijing City Air Pollution Observation Experiment (BECAPEX) in winter (February) and summer (August) 2003, and relevant meteorological elements and satellite retrieval aerosol optical depth (AOD), etc. comprehensive data with the dynamic-statistical integrated analysis of 'point-surface' spatial structure. Results show that there existed significant difference in the contribution of winter/summer different pollution emission sources to the component character of atmospheric pollution, and the principal component analysis (PCA) results of statistical model also indicate that SO2 and NOX dominated in the component structure of winter aerosol particle; instead, CO and NOX dominated in summer. Surface layer atmospheric dynamic and thermal structures and various pollutant species at the upper boundary of building ensembles at urban different observational sites of Beijing in winter and summer showed an 'in-phase' variation and its spatial scale feature of 'influence domain'. The power spectrum analysis (PSA) shows that the period spectrum of winter/summer particle concentration accorded with those of atmospheric wind field: the longer period was dominative in winter, but the shorter period in summer, revealing the impact of the seasonal scale feature of winter/summer atmospheric general circulation on the period of atmospheric pollution variations. It is found that from analyzing urban area thermal heterogeneity that the multiscale effect of Beijing region urban heat island (UHI) was associated with the heterogeneous expansion of tall buildings area. In urban atmospheric dynamical and thermal characteristic spatial structures, the turbulent scale feature of the urban boundary layer (UBL) of architectural complexes had important impact on the multi-scale feature of urban atmospheric pollution. The comprehensive analyses of the variational analysis field of Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) AOD-surface PM10 under the condition of clear sky and the correlation resultant wind vector field for pollution source-tracing suggest that the emission sources for winter Beijing atmospheric pollution aerosols particle might be remotely traced to the south peripheral greater-scale spatial range of Hebei, Shandong, Tianjin, etc., and the spatial distribution of the high value area of AOD was associated with that of the high value area of resident family number (heating surface source). The backward trajectory feature of winter/ summer air particles exhibits analogous multi-scale feature, and depicts the difference in the scale feature of the pollution sources spatial distribution in different seasons. The peripheral source trajectory paths of urban atmospheric pollution (UAP) mainly come from the fixed industrial surface source or heating surface source in the outskirt of Beijing, and the diffusion and transport distance of peripheral sources in winter is larger than one in summer. The above conclusions depict the multi-scale spatial influence domain and seasonal features caused by UAP source influence and atmospheric dynamical structure. The high value area of the winter Total Ozone Mapping Spectrometer (TOMS) AOD lay in the Beijing region and its south peripheral area, an S-N zonal pattern, which reflects the dynamical effect of peripheral topographic pattern on the diffusion of regional scale atmospheric pollution sources. Study suggests that the extent of winter atmospheric pollution within the 'valley' megarelief in Beijing and periphery was close related with the pollution emission sources of the south peripheral area; and the significant 'anti-phase' variation feature of winter AOD and sunshine duration in Beijing and its peripheral areas, and regional scale correlation of low cloud cover, fog days, and aerosols reflects the local climatic effect of aerosol influence in this region. | 8 | High-entropy(Nd_(0.2)Sm_(0.2)Eu_(0.2)Y_(0.2)Yb_(0.2))_(4)Al_(2)O_(9) with good high temperature stability,low thermal conductivity,and anisotropic thermal expansivity显示文摘The critical requirements for the environmental barrier coating(EBC)materials of silicon-based ceramic matrix composites(CMCs)include good tolerance to harsh environments,thermal expansion matches with the interlayer mullite,good high-temperature phase stability,and low thermal conductivity.Cuspidine-structured rare-earth aluminates RE_(4)Al_(2)O_(9) have been considered as candidates of EBCs for their superior mechanical and thermal properties,but the phase transition at high temperatures is a notable drawback of these materials.To suppress the phase transition and improve the phase stability,a novel cuspidine-structured rare-earth aluminate solid solution(Nd_(0.2)Sm_(0.2)Eu_(0.2)Y_(0.2)Yb_(0.2))_(4)Al_(2)O_(9) was designed and successfully synthesized inspired by entropy stabilization effect of high-entropy ceramics(HECs).The as-synthesized HE(Nd_(0.2)Sm_(0.2)Eu_(0.2)Y_(0.2)Yb_(0.2))_(4)Al_(2)O_(9) exhibits a close thermal expansion coefficient(6.96×10^(-6) K^(-1) at 300-1473 K)to that of mullite,good phase stability from 300 to 1473 K,and low thermal conductivity(1.50 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1) at room temperature).In addition,strong anisotropic thermal expansion has been observed compared to Y_(4)Al_(2)O_(9) and Yb_(4)Al_(2)O_(9).The mechanism for low thermal conductivity is attributed to the lattice distortion and mass difference of the constituent atoms,and the anisotropic thermal expansion is due to the anisotropic chemical bonding enhanced by the large size rare-earth cations. | Zifan ZHAO Huimin XIANG Heng CHEN Fu-Zhi DAI Xiaohui WANG Zhijian PENG Yanchun ZHOU | 2020 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2020,9,5: | 12 |

| 12 | Autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in chemotherapy-sensitive lymphoblastic lymphoma: treatment outcome and prognostic factor analysis显示文摘Objective: The study evaluated the effectiveness of autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(AHSCT) in the treatment of lymphoblastic lymphoma(LL).Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the data from 41 patients with chemotherapy-sensitive LL who underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT) from December 1989 to December 2009 in a single institution.Results: HSCT was conducted as first-line consolidation therapy and salvage therapy in 36 and 5 patients, respectively. The median follow-up was 97.1 months(range, 24.6-173.1 months). The 5-year overall survival(OS) and event-free survival(EFS) rate were 64% and 47% for the initially treated patients, respectively, and were both 20% for the relapsed ones. | 13 | High-entropy(Y0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Eu0.2Er0.2)AlO3:A promising thermal/environmental barrier material for oxide/oxide composites显示文摘Yttrium aluminum perovskite(YAl O3)is a promising candidate material for environmental barrier coatings(EBCs)to protect Al2 O3 f/Al2 O3 ceramic matrix composites(CMCs)from the corrosion of high-temperature water vapor in combustion environments.Nevertheless,the relatively high thermal conductivity is a notable drawback of YAl O3 for environmental barrier coating application.Herein,in order to make REAl O3 more thermal insulating,a novel high-entropy rare-earth aluminate ceramic(Y0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Eu0.2Er0.2)AlO3 was designed and synthesized.The as-prepared(Y0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Eu0.2Er0.2)AlO3 ceramic possesses close thermal expansion coefficient(9.02×10-6/oC measured from room temperature to 1200℃)to that of Al2 O3.The thermal conductivity of(Y0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Eu0.2Er0.2)AlO3 at room temperature is 4.1 W·m-1K-1,which is almost one third of the value of YAl O3.Furthermore,to effectively prevent the penetration of water vapor from possible pores/cracks of coating layer,which are often observed in T/EBCs,a tri-layer EBC system REAl O3/RE3 Al5 O12/(Al2 O3 f/Al2 O3 CMCs)is designed.Close thermal expansion coefficient to Al2 O3 and low thermal conductivity of(Y0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Eu0.2Er0.2)AlO3,as well as the formation of dense garnet layer at(Y0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Eu0.2Er0.2)AlO3/Al2 O3 interface,indicate that this new type of high-entropy ceramic is suitable as a candidate environmental barrier coating material for Al2 O3 f/Al2 O3 CMCs. | Zifan Zhao Heng Chen Huimin Xiang Fu-Zhi Dai Xiaohui Wang Wei Xu Kuang Sun Zhijian Peng Yanchun Zhou | 2020 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,12: | 9 |

| 15 | Aerosol influence domain of Beijing and peripheral city agglomeration and its climatic effect显示文摘The aerosol distribution in Beijing and peripheral cities agglomeration (BPCA) and its re- gional climatic effect are investigated on the basis of the statistical analyses of satellite Total Ozone Map- ping Spectrometer (TOMS) retrieval aerosol optical depth (AOD) and the meteorological data of sunshine duration, fog days, and low cloud cover, observed at Beijing and its peripheral meteorological stations. The analysis on multi-samples variational correction of the satellite remote sensing Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) AOD under the clear sky and stable weather condition in conjunction with surface observations reveal that there was a “triangle-like” distribution pattern of the high values of aerosols in the southern “valley” of the “U-shape” megarelief of Beijing and its peripheral areas. The distribution pattern suggests that the large-scale transfer and diffusion of city agglomeration pollutants might form a relatively persistent characteristic spatial distribution of city agglomeration pollutants much larger than city-scale. Under the background of the particular megarelief effect of Beijing and periph- eral areas, the high value area of TOMS AOD, as well as regional correlation distribution between clear sky sunshine duration and TOMS AOD are also similar to the composite image of MODIS AOD variational fields, that is to say, the effect of atmospheric aerosols was very distinctive in Beijing and peripheral areas. The high value area of the negative correlation between clear sky sunshine duration and TOMS AOD ap-proximately accorded with the significant negative value area of the sunshine duration deviations of the 1980s to the 1990s, and the daily variations of the AOD also showed an anti-phase relation with those of clear sky sunshine duration. The above high cor- relation area of the urban aerosol impact of Beijing- Tianjin region leant towards south peripheral area, with its “center of gravity” in the south of Beijing- Tianjin agglomeration, and the main body of the high correlation area prolongating southwards, forming an aerosol influence domain of “eccentric ellipse” shape, that is to say, there was an aerosol influence domain of some “radius” in Beijing City and its peripheral areas, within and outside which sunshine duration, low cloud cover, and fog days showed a remarkable difference in interannual variation trend. At the downstream of the city agglomeration there was a significant interdecadal increment area of fog or low cloud cover, which might be associated with the local climatic feature of the regional flow convergent field in the diffusion process of city agglomeration pollut- ants in the aerosol influence domain, and such a local dynamical convergence feature might lead to the regional exacerbation of aerosol impact downstream of the city agglomeration. Despite the success of currently approved antiviral treatments for CHB patients, including interferon and nucleotide analogs, which suppress HBV replication and reduce the risk of CHB-related liver diseases, these therapies fail to eradicate the virus in most of the patients. With the development of the cell and animal models for HBV study, a beter understanding of the HBV life cycle has been achieved and a series of novel antiviral strategies that target diferent stages of HBV replication have been designed to overcome the viral factors that contribute to HBV persistence.
