1Pre-collision Granites and Post-collision Intrusive Assemblage of the Kelameili-Harlik Orogenic Belt显示文摘The main types of intrusive rocks in the Kelameili-Harlik Hercynian erogenic belt include calc-alkaline granites, diabase dykes, kaligranites and alkaline granites. Investigation in field geology, petrology, mineralogy and geochemistry shows that the calc-alkaline granites belong to the syntexis-type (or I-type) and were formed in a pre-collisional magmatic arc environment. In consideration of the fact that kaligranites have many features of alkaline granites with higher consolidation temperatures than the calc-alkaline granites and show a discontinuity of minor element and REE evolution in respect to the calc-alkaline granites, they could not have been derived by differentiation of magmas for the calc-alkaline granites, but are likely to have been generated in an environment analogous to that for alkaline granites. The triplet of basic dyke swarms, kaligranites and alkaline granites could be regarded as a prominent indication of the initial stage of post-collisional delamination and extension. 3Origin of gray-green sandstone in ore bed of sandstone type uranium deposit in north Ordos Basin显示文摘Dongsheng sandstone-type uranium deposit is located in the northern part of Ordos Basin, occurring in the transitional zones between gray-green and gray sandstones of Jurassic Zhiluo Formation. Sandstones in oxidized zone of the ore bed look gray-green, being of unique signature and different from one of ordinary inter-layered oxidation zone of sandstone-type uranium deposits. The character and origin of gray-green sandstones are systematically studied through their petrology, mineralogy and geochemistry. It is pointed out that this color of sandstones is originated from secondary oil-gas reduction processes after paleo-oxidation, being due to acicular-leaf chlorite covering surfaces of the sandstone grains. 4A carbon-oxygen-bridged ladder-type building block for efficient donor and acceptor materials used in organic solar cells显示文摘A carbon-oxygen-bridged ladder-type donor unit(CO5) was invented and prepared via an ‘‘intramolecular demethanolization cyclization' approach. Its single crystal structure indicates enhanced planarity compared with the carbon-bridged analogue indacenodithiophene(IDT). Owing to the stronger electron-donating capability of CO5 than IDT, CO5-based donor and acceptor materials show narrower bandgaps. A donor-acceptor(D-A) copolymer donor(PCO5TPD) and an A-D-A nonfullerene acceptor(CO5IC) demonstrated higher performance than IDT-based counterparts, PIDTTPD and IDTIC, respectively. 5Acupuncture-movement therapy for acute lumbar sprain: a randomized controlled clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE: Several studies have reported that acupuncture is effective for treatment of acute lumbar sprain, but they neglected to consider that acupuncture cannot remarkably improve lumbar activity. We performed a randomized controlled trial to evaluate the effect of acupuncture-movement therapy versus conventional acupuncture in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain.METHODS: Sixty patients were randomized into four groups: the acupuncture-movement(AM)group, sham acupuncture-movement(SAM) group,conventional acupuncture(CA) group, and physical therapy(PT) group. Patients in the AM group were treated with acupuncture at Yintang(EX-HN 3) and exercise of the lumbar region during acupuncture.Patients in the SAM group were treated with sham acupuncture at Yintang(EX-HN 3) and exercise of the lumbar region during sham acupuncture. Conventional acupuncture was performed in the CA group, and physical therapy was applied in the PT group. Each treatment lasted for 20 min. Patients were assessed before and after treatment using a visual analogue scale(VAS) and the Roland Morris Questionnaire(RMQ).RESULTS: The VAS and RMQ scores in the AM group were significantly lower after than before treatment(P < 0.01). The AM group reported lower RMQ scores in after-treatment and 24 h after treatment and lower VAS score in 24 h after treatment in comparison with those of the CA, SAM, and PT groups(P < 0.05).CONCULSION: Acupuncture-movement therapy is effective for treating acute lumbar sprain with a persistent pain-relief and remarkable improvement of lumbar activity. 7Effect of stimulating acupoint Guanyuan(CV 4) on lower back pain by burning moxa heat for different time lengths: a randomized controlled clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of different heat-stimulating time lengths on lower back pain.METHODS: Forty participants were randomly assigned to four groups of various heating time lengths. The short heating time length group(SL),moderate heating time length group(ML), and long heating time length group(LL) respectively received 15, 30, and 60 min of moxibustion therapy stimulating the acupoint Guanyuan(CV 4). The conventional acupuncture group(CA) received needle acupuncture treatment as a control group. The participants were treated continuously over a 2-week treatment period for a total of 10 sessions, with five sessions given per week. Participants were assessed weekly by blinded assessors, using the visual analogue scale(VAS) and Roland Morris Questionnaire(RMQ).RESULTS: The VAS and RMQ scores reduced in all four groups during treatment. There were significant differences in VAS scores(P < 0.01) and RMQ scores(P < 0.01) between before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment in the LL group. 8Tungsten Inert Gas Welding–Brazing of AZ31B Magnesium Alloy to TC4 Titanium Alloy显示文摘Tungsten inert gas(TIG) welding-brazing technology using Mg-based filler was developed to join AZ31 B Mg alloy to TC4 Ti alloy in a lap configuration.The results indicate that robust joints can be obtained with welding current in the range of 60-70 A.The joint interface was found to be likely composed of Mg-Ti diffusion reaction layer accompanied with Mg_(17)Al_(12) precipitate phase,indicating that metallurgical joining was achieved.The optimized joint with average tensile-shear strength of 190 N/mm^2 was obtained and fracture occurred at the Ti/fusion zone interfacial layer during tensile test.Moreover,the fracture surface was characterized by equiaxed dimple patterns accompanied with a few lamellar tearing.Finally,finite element modeling(FEM) numerical simulation was developed to analyze the distribution characteristics of the temperature field of joints.Chuan Xu Guangmin Sheng Hui Wang Ke Feng Xinjian Yuan 2016Journal of Materials Science & Technology2016,32,2:11
9In-situ fabrication of PtSe2/GaN heterojunction for self-powered deep ultraviolet photodetector with ultrahigh current on/off ratio and detectivity显示文摘The research of ultraviolet photodetectors(UV PDs)have been attracting extensive attention,due to their important applications in many areas.In this study,PtSe2/GaN heterojunction is in-situ fabricated by synthesis of large-area vertically standing two-dimensional(2D)PtSe2 film on n-GaN substrate.The PtSe2/GaN heterojunction device demonstrates excellent photoresponse properties under illumination by deep UV light of 265 nm at zero bias voltage.Further analysis reveals that a high responsivity of 193 mA·W^-1,an ultrahigh specific detectivity of 3.8 × 10^14 Jones,linear dynamic range of 155d B and current on/off ratio of^10^8,as well as fast response speeds of 45/102μs were obtained at zero bias voltage.Moreover,this device response quickly to the pulse laser of 266 nm with a rise time of 172 ns.Such high-performanee PtSe2/GaN heteroj u nction UV PD demonstrated in this work is far superior to previously reported results,suggesting that it has great potential for deep UV detection.Ranran Zhuo Longhui Zeng Huiyu Yuan Di Wu Yuange Wang Zhifeng Shi Tingting Xu Yongtao Tian Xinjian Li Yuen Hong Tsang 2019Nano Research2019,12,1:11
10The coseismic displacement field of the Zhangbei-Shangyi earthquake mapped by differ-ential radar interferometry显示文摘The coscismic deformation produced by 1998 earthquake (M8 = 6.2) in Zhangbei-Shangyi of northern China is measured by the differential synthetic aperture radar interferometry (D-InSAR) technique using the European Remote Sensing satellite (ERS) SAR data. Interferograms are constructed from the ERS-1/2 SAR data by the three-pass method. The line-of-sight displacement map indicates that the deformation center of the earthquake is located at E114°20’, N40°57’, with the maximum uplift of 25 cm. The extent of the displacement is around 300 km2. The focal mechanism and earthquake-induced structures are analyzed based on the spatial distribution of the deformation. 11Ground Surface Ruptures and Near-Fault,Large-Scale Displacements Caused by the Wenchuan Ms8.0 Earthquake Derived from Pixel Offset Tracking on Synthetic Aperture Radar Images显示文摘The 12 May 2008 Wenchuan Ms8.0 earthquake produced surface displacements along the causative fault,the Yingxiu-Beichuan Fault,which are up to several meters near the fault.Because of the large gradient,satellite synthetic aperture radar(SAR) interferometric data are strongly incoherent;the usual SAR interferometry method does not allow such displacements to be measured.In the present study,we employed another approach,the technique based on pixel offset tracking,to solve this problem.The used image data of six tracks are from the Advanced Land Observing Satellite,Phased Array type L-band Synthetic Aperture Radar(ALOS/PALSAR) dataset of Japan.The results show that the entire surface rupture belt is 238 km long,extending almost linearly in a direction of 42° north-east.It is offset left laterally by a north-west-striking fault at Xiaoyudong,and turns at Gaochuan,where the rupture belt shifts toward the south by 5 km,largely keeping the original trend.In terms of the features of the rupture traces,the rupture belt can be divided into five sections and three types.Among them,the Beichuan-Chaping and Hongkou-Yingxiu sections are relatively complex,with large widths and variable traces along the trend.The Pingtong-Nanba and Qingping-Jingtang sections appear uniform,characterized by straight traces and small widths.West of Yingxiu,the rupture traces are not clear.North of the rupture belt,surface displacements are 2.95 m on average,mostly 2-3.5 m,with 7-9 m the maximum near Beichuan.South of the rupture belt,the average displacement is 1.75 m,dominated by 1-2 m,with 3-4 m at a few sites.In the north,the displacements in the radar line of sight are of subsidence,and in the south,they are uplifted,in accordance with a right-slip motion that moves the northern wall of the fault to the east,and the southern wall to the west,respectively.Along the Guanxian-Jiangyou Fault,there is a uplift zone in the radar line of sight,which is 66 km long,1.5-6 km wide,and has vertical displacements of approximately 2 m,but no observable rupture traces.QU Chunyan SHAN Xinjian LIU Yunhua ZHANG Guohong SONG Xiaogang ZHANG Guifang GUO Liming HAN Yufei 2012Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2012,86,2:10

13Enhancing the efficiency of direct reprogramming of human primary fibroblasts into dopaminergic neuron-like cells through p53 suppression显示文摘Dopaminergic(DA)neuron-like cells obtained through direct reprogramming of primary human fibroblasts offer exciting opportunities for treatment of Parkinson’s disease.A significant obstacle is the low efficiency of conversion during the reprogramming process.Here,we demonstrate that the suppression of p53 significantly enhances the efficiency of transcription factor-mediated conversion of human fibroblasts into functional dopaminergic neurons.In particular,blocking p53 activity using a dominant-negative p53(p53-DN)in IMR90 cells increases the conversion efficiency by 5–20 fold.The induced DA neuron-like cells exhibit dopamine neuron-specific gene expression,significant dopamine uptake and production capacities,and enables symptomatic relief in a rat Parkinson’s disease model.Taken together,our findings suggest that p53 is a critical barrier in direct reprogramming of fibroblast into dopaminergic neurons.LIU XinJian HUANG Qian LI Fang LI Chuan-Yuan 2014Science China(Life Sciences)2014,57,9:8

16Visible calculation of mining index based on stope 3D surveying and block modeling显示文摘Aimed at the CMS laser scanning theory and characteristic, a combined actual situation of stope N4-5 of Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine and complementary monitoring of the stope were carried out by carefully choos- ing two measuring points. The cavity 3D visible model was created by large-scale mining industry soft- ware Surpac after changing the measured data. The stope mine design model, bottom structural model and backfill model of the south and north sides of the stope N4-5 were established according to the stope design data. On this basis, the stope block model was established, and then block attribute was estimated. The amount the ore remains, mullock, backfill and total mined ore were calculated through the solid model restrains. Finally, the stope mining dilution rate and loss rate reached 8.2% and 1.47%, respectively. The practice indicates that the mining index visible calculation method based on cavity 3D monitoring and stope block modeling can make up the deficiency of adopting the solid model to directly carry out the Boolean operation. 17Whole-genome sequencing provides insights into the genetic diversity and domestication of bitter gourd(Momordica spp.)显示文摘Bitter gourd(Momordica charantia)is a popular cultivated vegetable in Asian and African countries.To reveal the characteristics of the genomic structure,evolutionary trajectory,and genetic basis underlying the domestication of bitter gourd,we performed whole-genome sequencing of the cultivar Dali-11 and the wild small-fruited line TR and resequencing of 187 bitter gourd germplasms from 16 countries.The major gene clusters(Bi clusters)for the biosynthesis of cucurbitane triterpenoids,which confer a bitter taste,are highly conserved in cucumber,melon,and watermelon.Comparative analysis among cucurbit genomes revealed that the Bi cluster involved in cucurbitane triterpenoid biosynthesis is absent in bitter gourd.Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the TR group,including 21 bitter gourd germplasms,may belong to a new species or subspecies independent from M.charantia.Furthermore,we found that the remaining 166 M.charantia germplasms are geographically differentiated,and we identified 710,412,and 290 candidate domestication genes in the South Asia,Southeast Asia,and China populations,respectively.This study provides new insights into bitter gourd genetic diversity and domestication and will facilitate the future genomics-enabled improvement of bitter gourd.Junjie Cui Yan Yang Shaobo Luo Le Wang Rukui Huang Qingfang Wen Xiaoxia Han Nansheng Miao Jiaowen Cheng Ziji Liu Changyuan Zhang Chengcheng Feng Haisheng Zhu Jianwen Su Xinjian Wan Fang Hu Yu Niu Xiaoming Zheng Yulan Yang Dai Shan Zhensheng Dong Weiming He Narinder P.S.Dhillon Kailin Hu 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:7
18The effect of aneurismal-wall mechanical properties on patient-specific hemodynamic simulations:two clinical case reports显示文摘Hemodynamic factors such as the wall shearstress play an important role in the pathogenesis and treatmentof cerebral aneurysms. In present study, we apply computationalfluid-structure interaction analyses on cerebralaneurysms with two different constitutive relations for aneur-ismalwall in order to investigate the effect of the aneur-ismal wall mechanical properties on the simulation results.We carry out these analyses by using two patient-specificmodels of cerebral aneurysms of different sizes located indifferent branches of the circle of Willis. The models areconstructed from 3D rotational angiography image data andblood flow dynamics is studied under physiologically representativewaveform of inflow. From the patient models analyzedin this investigation, we find that the deformations ofcerebral aneurysms are very small. But due to the nonlinearcharacter of the Navier-Stokes equations, these smalldeformations could have significant influences on the flowcharacteristics. In addition, we find that the aneurismal-wallmechanical properties have great effects on the deformationdistribution of the aneurysm, which also affects the wall shearstress distribution and flow patterns. 20Crosstalk-free achromatic full Stokes imaging polarimetry metasurface enabled by polarization-dependent phase optimization显示文摘Imaging polarimetry is one of the most widely used analytical technologies for object detection and analysis.To date,most metasurface-based polarimetry techniques are severely limited by narrow operating bandwidths and inevitable crosstalk,leading to detrimental effects on imaging quality and measurement accuracy.Here,we propose a crosstalkfree broadband achromatic full Stokes imaging polarimeter consisting of polarization-sensitive dielectric metalenses,implemented by the principle of polarization-dependent phase optimization.Compared with the single-polarization optimization method,the average crosstalk has been reduced over three times under incident light with arbitrary polarization ranging from 9μm to 12μm,which guarantees the measurement of the polarization state more precisely.The experimental results indicate that the designed polarization-sensitive metalenses can effectively eliminate the chromatic aberration with polarization selectivity and negligible crosstalk.The measured average relative errors are 7.08%,8.62%,7.15%,and 7.59%at 9.3,9.6,10.3,and 10.6μm,respectively.Simultaneously,the broadband full polarization imaging capability of the device is also verified.This work is expected to have potential applications in wavefront detection,remote sensing,light-field imaging,and so forth.Yaxin Zhang Mingbo Pu Jinjin Jin Xinjian Lu Yinghui Guo Jixiang Cai Fei Zhang Yingli Ha Qiong He Mingfeng Xu Xiong Li Xiaoliang Ma Xiangang Luo 2022Opto-Electronic Advances2022,5,11:6
