1Effect of scraping therapy on weightlifting ability显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To verify the effects of scraping therapy on the weightlifting ability by measuring the subjective sensation,and changes of biomarkers.METHODS:Five students,who have been trained for 3 years in a sport school in China were participated in this study.A course of scraping therapy was applied to intervene during the normal 7-week of weightlifting training programme.The ability of weightlifting,the scale of rating perceived exertion and serum biochemical markers were measured before and after the intervention.RESULTS:Scraping therapy caused a significant increase in weightlifting ability(P<0.05).The level of rating perceived exertion remained stable with the increase in the training volume.Immuno-globulinA was significantly increased(P<0.05),and creatine kinase and blood urea nitrogen were significantly decreased(P<0.05).No significant changes were observed in white blood cell,neutrophil,and testosterone.CONCLUSION:Scraping therapy may facilitate weightlifting ability mainly by decreasing weight sensation and improving serum biochemical parameters.Xingze Wang Wichai Eungpinichpong Jinsheng Yang Uraiwan Chatchawan Saowanee Nakmareong Yingying Wang Xinyan Gao 2014Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2014,34,1:11
2Trust Access Authentication in Vehicular Network Based on Blockchain显示文摘Data sharing and privacy securing present extensive opportunities and challenges in vehicular network.This paper introducestrust access authentication scheme’as a mechanism to achieve real-time monitoring and promote collaborative sharing for vehicles.Blockchain,which can provide secure authentication and protected privacy,is a crucial technology.However,traditional cloud computing performs poorly in supplying low-latency and fast-response services for moving vehicles.In this situation,edge computing enabled Blockchain network appeals to be a promising method,where moving vehicles can access storage or computing resource and get authenticated from Blockchain edge nodes directly.In this paper,a hierarchical architecture is proposed consist of vehicular network layer,Blockchain edge layer and Blockchain network layer.Through a authentication mechanism adopting digital signature algorithm,it achieves trusted authentication and ensures valid verification.Moreover,a caching scheme based on many-to-many matching is proposed to minimize average delivery delay of vehicles.Simulation results prove that the proposed caching scheme has a better performance than existing schemes based on central-ized model or edge caching strategy in terms of hit ratio and average delay.Shaoyong Guo Xing Hu Ziqiang Zhou Xinyan Wang Feng Qi Lifang Gao 2019China Communications2019,16,6:10
3Mechanism of acupuncture regulating visceral sensation and mobility显示文摘Chinese ancient medical scientists have long focused on the internal and external contacts between acupoints on the surface of the body and the viscera.The Miraculous Pivot(it is one of the earliest medical classics in China)stated,“Twelve regular channels belong to the zang-fu organs internally,and connect to the extremities and joints externally.”Traditional Chinese medicine considers acupoints as defined areas where the Qi of viscera and meridians are transfused.These include the reaction points of visceral diseases on the body surface as well as the acupuncture trigger points that promote the flow of Qi and blood,and regulate visceral function.Chinese ancient medical scientists classified the specificity of the main acupoints in the body based on the meridian doctrine,which has been instructing clinical application for about 2000 years.Laws on the domino effect of acupoints have mainly focused on conclusions to clinical experiences.Indications of some acupoints exceed the practical paradigm since the excessive extension occurred during theory derivation.The current research direction on acupuncture focuses on three aspects:the effectiveness of acupuncture and moxibustion;the relevances and associations between meridians and viscera;and the physical and chemical properties and relevant physical basis of acupoints.The relevance between meridians and viscera is the central theory in the meridian doctrine,and acupoints are regarded as an important link in the relationship between meridians and viscera.Specific relationships between acupoints and target organs exist.Stimulating different acupoints on the body surface can help deal with different diseases,especially visceral diseases.In addition,acupoints have a dual function of reflecting and treating visceral diseases.There is no systemic research available on acupoint specificity,despite current knowledge and clinical experiences,which results in a weak foundation for acupuncture theory.This study focuses on the relevance and associations between meridians and viscera.A summary of the mechanisms of acupuncture regulating visceral sensation and mobility and the specific relationships between acupoints and their target organs are presented in this review.Peijing Rong Bing Zhu Yuqing Li Xinyan Gao Hui Ben Yanhua Li Liang Li Wei He Rupeng Liu Lingling Yu 2011Frontiers of Medicine2011,5,2:8
4Recent progress in the numerical modeling for organic thin film solar cells显示文摘Device modeling is constructive in finding the dependency of devices efficiency on structure parameters and material properties. For the sake of looking into the physics mechanism of organic solar cells (OSCs), as well as predicting their maximum attainable efficiency, numerical modeling is widely utilized to simulate the behavior of OSCs. Although some indispensable parameters are neglected or hypothesized because of inexplicitness in simulation models for OSCs, numerical modeling can describe the kinetic process in OSCs intuitively. This paper summarizes the optical/electrical models in the BHJ solar cell, as well as addresses their corresponding development in recent years on the basis of device physics and its working principle. Applications of numerical modeling and comments on modeling results are summarized. 5Referred Somatic Hyperalgesia Mediates Cardiac Regulation by the Activation of Sympathetic Nerves in a Rat Model of Myocardial Ischemia显示文摘Myocardial ischemia(MI)causes somatic referred pain and sympathetic hyperactivity,and the role of sensory inputs from referred areas in cardiac function and sympathetic hyperactivity remain unclear.Here,in a rat model,we showed that MI not only led to referred mechanical hypersensitivity on the forelimbs and upper back,but also elicited sympathetic sprouting in the skin of the referred area and C8–T6 dorsal root ganglia,and increased cardiac sympathetic tone,indicating sympathetic-sensory coupling.Moreover,intensifying referred hyperalgesic inputs with noxious mechanical,thermal,and electro-stimulation(ES)of the forearm augmented sympathetic hyperactivity and regulated cardiac function,whereas deafferentation of the left brachial plexus diminished sympathoexcitation.Intradermal injection of the α_(2) adrenoceptor(α_(2)AR)antagonist yohimbine and agonist dexmedetomidine in the forearm attenuated the cardiac adjustment by ES.Overall,these findings suggest that sensory inputs from the referred pain area contribute to cardiac functional adjustment via peripheral α_(2)AR-mediated sympathetic-sensory coupling.Xiang Cui Guang Sun Honglei Cao Qun Liu Kun Liu Shuya Wang Bing Zhu Xinyan Gao 2022Neuroscience Bulletin2022,38,4:4

7Cutaneous Hypersensitivity as an Indicator of Visceral Inflammation via C-Nociceptor Axon Bifurcation显示文摘Pain on the body surface can accompany disorders in the deep tissue or internal organs. However, the anatomical and physiological mechanisms are obscure.Here, we provided direct evidence of axon bifurcation in primary C-nociceptive neurons that innervate both the skin and a visceral organ. Double-labeled dorsal root ganglion(DRG) neurons and Evans blue extravasation were observed in 3 types of chemically-induced visceral inflammation(colitis, urocystitis, and acute gastritis) rat models.In the colitis model, mechanical hypersensitivity and spontaneous activity were recorded in vivo from doublelabeled C-nociceptive neurons in S1 or L6 DRGs. These neurons showed significantly enhanced responses to both somatic stimulation and colorectal distension. Our findings suggest that the branching of C-nociceptor axons contribute to cutaneous hypersensitivity in visceral inflammation. 10Whole-brain patterns of the presynaptic inputs and axonal projections of BDNF neurons in the paraventricular nucleus显示文摘Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) plays a crucial role in human obesity. Yet, the neural circuitry supporting the BDNF-mediated control of energy homeostasis remains largely undefined. To map key regions that might provide inputs to or receive inputs from the paraventricular nucleus (PVN) BDNF neurons, a key type of cells in regulating feeding and thermogenesis, we used rabies virus-based transsynaptic labeling and adeno-associated virus based anterograde tracing techniques to reveal their whole-brain distributions. We found that dozens of brain regions provide dense inputs to or receive dense inputs from PVN BDNF neurons, including several known weight control regions and several novel regions that might be functionally important for the BDNF-mediated regulation of energy homeostasis.Interestingly, several regions show very dense reciprocal connections with PVN BDNF neurons, including the lateral septum, the preoptic area, the ventromedial hypothalamic nucleus, the paraventricular thalamic nucleus, the zona incerta, the lateral parabrachial nucleus, the subiculum, the raphe magnus nucleus, and the raphe pallidus nucleus. These strong anatomical connections might be indicative of important functional connections. 16Numerical modeling of the failure process of the heterogeneous karst rock mass using the DDA-SPH method显示文摘The sanding process caused by karstification in dolomite creates a special sandy dolomite stratum,where the frequent catastrophic instability of the surrounding rock occurred during tunnel construction.In this study,the micro-origin and macro-performance of the sandy dolomite stratum are first discussed.Then,a numerical model based on the coupling method between the discontinuous deformation analysis and smoothed particle hydrodynamics is proposed to depict the heterogeneous dolomite formation with different sanding degrees.Following,the mechanical behaviors of the heterogeneous dolomite samples under uniaxial compression are studied after calibrating the numerical parameters with the two single materials sampled from the tunnel site respectively.Further,the instability disasters of the dolomite surrounding rock with different sanding degrees are reproduced,and the failure behaviors of tunnels are explained with respect to the stress distribution and plastic zone.The obtained results show that the rotation and dislocation of the remained dolomite block contribute to the unsmooth stress–strain curve and deterioration in uniaxial compressive strength.However,the block serves as the skeleton in the transmission of field stress in underground space,which improves the stability of the formation.Jingyao Gao Guangqi Chen Zhijie Wang Liping Li Yasuhiro Mitani Changze Li Hongyun Fan Xinyan Peng Yifan Jiang 2023Underground Space2023,,6:0
