| 2 | Complete chloroplast genome sequence of Magnolia grandiflora and comparative analysis with related species显示文摘Magnolia grandiflora is an important medicinal,ornamental and horticultural plant species.The chloroplast(cp) genome of M.grandiflora was sequenced using a 454 sequencing platform and the genome structure was compared with other related species.The complete cp genome of M.grandiflora was 159623 bp in length and contained a pair of inverted repeats(IR) of 26563 bp separated by large and small single copy(LSC,SSC) regions of 87757 and 18740 bp,respectively.A total of 129 genes were successfully annotated,18 of which included introns.The identity,number and GC content of M.grandiflora cp genes were similar to those of other Magnoliaceae species genomes.Analysis revealed 218 simple sequence repeat(SSR) loci,most composed of A or T,contributing to a bias in base composition.The types and abundances of repeat units in Magnoliaceae species were relatively conserved and these loci will be useful for developing M.grandiflora cp genome vectors.In addition,results indicated that the cp genome size in Magnoliaceae species and the position of the IR border were closely related to the length of the ycf1 gene.Phylogenetic analyses based on 66 shared genes from 30 species using maximum parsimony(MP) and maximum likelihood(ML) methods provided strong support for the phylogenetic position of Magnolia.The availability of the complete cp genome sequence of M.grandiflora provides valuable information for breeding of desirable varieties,cp genetic engineering,developing useful molecular markers and phylogenetic analyses in Magnoliaceae. | LI XiWen GAO HuanHuan WANG YiTao SONG JingYuan HENRY Robert WU HeZhen HU ZhiGang YAO Hui LUO HongMei LUO Kun PAN HongLin CHEN ShiLin | 2013 | Science China(Life Sciences)2013,56,2: | 17 |

| 5 | Active loading liposomal irinotecan hydrochloride:Preparation,in vitro and in vivo evaluation显示文摘The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of various transmembrane ammonium salt gradients and different lipid composition on the loading efficiency of liposomal formulations of irinotecan hydrochloride(CPT-11),their behavior in vivo and cytotoxicity.Among ammonium salts studied,ammonium sulfate was successfully used to load CPT-11 into liposomes with the highest encapsulation efficiency.Subsequently,liposomal CPT-11 with different lipid composition was prepared by ammonium sulfate gradient method.CPT-11 can be loaded to a level over 90%into liposomes composed of soybean phospholipids/cholesterol(SPC-L)or hydrogenated natural soybean phospholipids/cholesterol(HSPC-L).In vitro release profiles were also investigated,indicating that HSPC-L had a lower release than that in SPC-L.In vivo,encapsulation of CPT-11 in both liposomal formulations showed higher area under the curve(AUC),a lower rate of clearance(CL)and smaller volume of distribution for CPT-11 than those of irinotecan hydrochloride solution(CPT-11-S).However,CL and AUC of 7-ethyl-10-hydroxycamptothecin(SN-38)were moderately improved in HSPC-L group.Based on the results of comparative pharmacokinetics of liposomal CPT-11 with different lipid composition,the in vitro cytotoxicity of HSPC-L was evaluated with human tumor cell.The result indicated that liposomal CPT-11 showed a great enhancement in vitro cytotoxicity.The results suggested that entrapment of CPT-11 in liposomes especially in those with high phase-transition temperature lipid by ammonium sulfate gradient would be a promising formulation with a better in vivo behavior. | Hongyan Wei Juan Song Hao Li Yang Li Shanshan Zhu Xiaodan Zhou Xiwen Zhang Li Yang | 2013 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2013,8,5: | 3 |
| 6 | Study on rare earth/alkaline earth oxide-doped CeO_2 solid electrolyte显示文摘Five types of rare earth/alkaline earth oxide-doped CeO2 superfine-powders were synthesized by a low-temperature combustion technique. The relevant solid electrolyte materials were also sintered by pressureless sintering at different temperatures. The results of X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy showed that the grain size of the powders was approximately 20-30 nm, and rare earth/alkaline earth oxides were completely dissolved into ceria-based solid solution with fluorite structure. The electrical conductivities of the Sm2O3-CeO2 system were measured by the ac impedance technique in air at temperatures ranging from 513-900°C. The results indicated that the ionic conductivi- ties of Sm0.20Ce0.8O1.875 solid electrolyte increase with increasing sintering temperature, and the relationship between the conductivities and measuring temperature obeys the Arrhenius equation. | 12 | Discharge rate consistency of each channel for UAV-based pneumatic granular fertilizer spreader显示文摘Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)are widely being used to spread granular fertilizer in China.Granular fertilizer spreaders equipped with UAVs are mainly centrifugal disc-type and pneumatic.The multichannel pneumatic granular fertilizer spreaders(MPGFSs)have a banded fertilizer deposition distribution pattern,which are more suitable for variable rate fertilization with high precision requirement than the circular deposition distribution pattern of disc-type granular fertilizer spreaders(DGFSs).However,the existing MPGFS has the disadvantage of inconsistent discharge rate of each channel,which affects the uniformity of fertilization.In order to explore the causes of inconsistent discharge rate of each channel,the discrete element method(DEM)and bench test were performed to analysis the discharge process of the fluted roller fertilizing apparatus and distribution of fertilizer in axial direction of fluted roller.The computational fluid dynamics(CFD)was used to simulate the airflow field of pneumatic system to analyze the influence of airflow on the movement of fertilizer particles.The simulation results of the discharge process of the fluted roller fertilizing apparatus showed that the filling velocity at the axial ends of the fluted roller fertilizing apparatus was lower than that of the middle.The reason was that the filling capacity was weak near the wall.The simulated results of the airflow field without partitions showed that the airflow provided by the axial flow fan was rotational,and this caused the particles to move irregularly in the throat,resulting in inconsistency discharge rate of each channel.Based on the analysis of reasons of inconsistent discharge rate of each channel,a MPGFS with partitions in the throat was developed.The discharge rate bench tests were carried out to optimize the partition spacing parameters,and fertilization test was performed to test the performance of the improved MPGFS.The discharge rate test results showed better consistency with partition.The coefficient of variation(CV)of the discharge rate of each channel was 20.16%without the partition and 7.70%with the optimal partition.The fertilizer spreading uniformity bench test results shown that the CV of spreading uniformity of MPGFS without partitions was 15.32%,and that MPGFS with partitions was 8.69%.The partitions design was beneficial to improve the consistency of each channel discharge rate and the uniformity of fertilization.The finding can provide a strong reference to design the MPGFS. | Xunwei Wang Rui Jiang Zhiyan Zhou Cancan Song Xiwen Luo Ruifeng Bao Zichen Lyu Junhao Huang Jianqin Lin | 2023 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,4: | 1 |

| 18 | Laser tracking leader-follower automatic cooperative navigation system for UAVs显示文摘Currently,small payload and short endurance are the main problems of a single UAV in agricultural applications,especially in large-scale farmland.It is one of the important methods to solve the above problems of UAVs by improving operation efficiency through multi-UAV cooperative navigation.This study proposed a laser tracking leader-follower automatic cooperative navigation system for multi-UAVs.The leader in the cluster fires a laser beam to irradiate the follower,and the follower performs a visual tracking flight according to the light spot at the relative position of the laser tracking device.Based on the existing kernel correlation filter(KCF)tracking algorithm,an improved KCF real-time spot tracking method was proposed.Compared with the traditional KCF tracking algorithm,the recognition and tracking rate of the optimized algorithm was increased from 70%to 95%in indoor environment,and was increased from 20%to 90%in outdoor environment.The navigation control method was studied from two aspects:the distance coordinate transformation model based on micro-gyroscope and navigation control strategy.The error of spot position was reduced from the maximum(3.12,−3.66)cm to(0.14,0.12)cm by correcting the deviation distance of the spot at different angles through a coordinate correction algorithm.An image coordinate conversion model was established for a complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor(CMOS)camera and laser receiving device at different mounting distances.The laser receiving device was divided into four regions,S0-S3,and the speed of the four regions is calculated using an uncontrollable discrete Kalman filter.The outdoor flight experiments of two UAVs were carried out outdoors using this system.The experiment results show that the average flight error of the two UAVs on the X-axis is 5.2 cm,and the coefficient of variation is 0.0181.The average flight error on the Z-axis is 7.3 cm,and the coefficient of variation is 0.0414.This study demonstrated the possibility and adaptability of the developed system to achieve multi-UAVs cooperative navigation. | Rui Ming Zhiyan Zhou Zichen Lyu Xiwen Luo Le Zi Cancan Song Yu Zang Wei Liu Rui Jiang | 2022 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,2: | 0 |

The pressed compacts were sintered in air at 1300, 1400, 1500, 1600 ℃ for 3 h, respectively. The phase of the ceramics was characterized by the X-ray diffraction (XRD) method. The conductivity of the ceramics was measured by the AC complex impedance technique at 700~1200 ℃. The ratio of the cubic phase in the ceramics improves with increasing CeO2 content, leading to a enlargement of the oxygen ionic migration channel. The contact resistance between conductive phase particles decreases with increasing CeO2 content, leading to a lower migration hindrance of the oxygen ionic. Consequently, the ionic conductivity of the ceramics improves with increasing CeO2 content.
