| 1 | Spatiotemporal variations of PM_(2.5) and PM_(10) concentrations between31 Chinese cities and their relationships with SO_2,NO_2,CO and O_3显示文摘The variations of mass concentrations of PM_(2.5),PM_(10),SO_2,NO_2,CO,and O_3 in 31 Chinese provincial capital cities were analyzed based on data from 286 monitoring sites obtained between March 22,2013 and March 31,2014.By comparing the pollutant concentrations over this length of time,the characteristics of the monthly variations of mass concentrations of air pollutants were determined.We used the Pearson correlation coefficient to establish the relationship between PM_(2.5),PM_(10),and the gas pollutants.The results revealed significant differences in the concentration levels of air pollutants and in the variations between the different cities.The Pearson correlation coefficients between PMs and NO_2 and SO_2 were either high or moderate(PM_(2.5) with NO_2:r=0.256-0.688,mean r=0.498;PM_(10) with NO_2:r = 0.169-0.713,mean r = 0.493;PM2.5 with SO_2:r= 0.232-0.693,mean r=0.449;PM_(10) with SO_2:r = 0.131-0.669,mean r=0.403).The correlation between PMs and CO was diverse(PM_(2.5):r = 0.156-0.721,mean r=0.437;PM_(10):r=0.06-0.67,mean r= 0.380).The correlation between PMs and O_3 was either weak or uncorrelated(PM_(2.5):r--0.35 to 0.089,mean r=-0.164;PM_(10):r=-0.279 to 0.078,mean r=-0.127),except in Haikou(PM2.5:r=0.500;PM_(10):r-0.509). | Yangyang Xie Bin Zhao Lin Zhang Rong Luo | 2015 | Particuology2015,13,3: | 56 |

| 7 | Assessing the Dynamics of Grassland Net Primary Productivity in Response to Climate Change at the Global Scale显示文摘Understanding the net primary productivity(NPP) of grassland is crucial to evaluate the terrestrial carbon cycle. In this study, we investigated the spatial distribution and the area of global grassland across the globe. Then, we used the Carnegie-Ames-Stanford Approach(CASA) model to estimate global grassland NPP and explore the spatio-temporal variations of grassland NPP in response to climate change from 1982 to 2008. Results showed that the largest area of grassland distribution during the study period was in Asia(1737.23 × 104 km^2), while the grassland area in Europe was relatively small(202.83 × 10~4 km^2). Temporally, the total NPP increased with fluctuations from 1982 to 2008, with an annual increase rate of 0.03 Pg C/yr. The total NPP experienced a significant increasing trend from 1982 to 1995, while a decreasing trend was observed from 1996 to 2008. Spatially, the grassland NPP in South America and Africa were higher than the other regions, largely as a result of these regions are under warm and wet climatic conditions. The highest mean NPP was recorded for savannas(560.10 g C/(m^2·yr)), whereas the lowest was observed in open shrublands with an average NPP of 162.53 g C/(m^2·yr). | 8 | Q-switched and mode-locked Er-doped fiber laser using PtSe2 as a saturable absorber显示文摘We report a passively Q-switched and mode-locked erbium-doped fiber laser(EDFL) based on PtSe_2, a new two-dimensional material, as a saturable absorber(SA). Self-started Q-switching at 1560 nm in the EDFL was achieved at a threshold pump power of 65 mW, and at the maximum pump power of 450 m W, the maximum single Q-switched pulse energy is 143.2 n J. Due to the polarization-dependent characteristics of the PtSe_2-based SA, the laser can be switched from the Q-switched state to the mode-locked state by adjusting the polarization state. A mode-locked pulse train with a repetition rate of 23.3 MHz and a pulse width of 1.02 ps can be generated when the pump power increases to about 80 m W, and the stable mode-locked state is maintained until the pump power reaches its maximum 450 m W. The maximum single mode-locked pulse energy is0.53 nJ. | 10 | Local icariin application enhanced periodontal tissue regeneration and relieved local inflammation in a minipig model of periodontitis显示文摘Periodontitis is an inflammatory autoimmune disease. Treatment should alleviate inflammation, regulate the immune reaction and promote periodontal tissue regeneration. Icariin is the main active ingredient of Epimedii Folium, and it is a promising compound for the enhancement of mesenchymal stem cell function, promotion of bone formation, inhibition of bone resorption, alleviation of inflammation and regulation of immunity. The study investigated the effect of icariin on periodontal tissue regeneration in a minipig model of periodontitis. The minipig model of periodontitis was established. Icariin was injected locally. The periodontal clinical assessment index, a computed tomography(CT) scan, histopathology and enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay(ELISA)were used to evaluate the effects of icariin. Quantitative analysis results 12 weeks post-injection demonstrated that probing depth,gingival recession, attachment loss and alveolar bone regeneration values were(3.72 ± 1.18) mm vs.(6.56 ± 1.47) mm,(1.67 ± 0.59)mm vs.(2.38 ± 0.61) mm,(5.56 ± 1.29) mm vs.(8.61 ± 1.72) mm, and(25.65 ± 5.13) mm3 vs.(9.48 ± 1.78) mm3 in the icariin group and0.9% NaCl group, respectively. The clinical assessment, CT scan, and histopathology results demonstrated significant enhancement of periodontal tissue regeneration in the icariin group compared to the 0.9% NaCl group. The ELISA results suggested that the concentration of interleukin-1 beta(IL-1β) in the icariin group was downregulated compared to the 0.9% NaCl group, which indicates that local injection of icariin relieved local inflammation in a minipig model of periodontitis. Local injection of icariin promoted periodontal tissue regeneration and exerted anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory function. | 11 | Defects enriched hollow porous Co-N-doped carbons embedded with ultrafine CoFe/Co nanoparticles as bifunctional oxygen electrocatalyst for rechargeable flexible solid zinc-air batteries显示文摘The construction and design of highly efficient and inexpensive bifunctional oxygen electrocatalysts substitute for noble-metal-based catalysts is highly desirable for the development of rechargeable Zn-air battery(ZAB).In this work,a bifunctional oxygen electrocatalysts of based on ultrafine CoFe alloy(4-5 nm)dispersed in defects enriched hollow porous Co-N-doped carbons,made by annealing SiO2 coated zeolitic imidazolate framework-67(ZIF-67)encapsulated Fe ions.The hollow porous structure not only exposed the active sites inside ZIF-67,but also provided efficient charge and mass transfer.The strong synergetic coupling among high-density CoFe alloys and Co-N_(x) sites in Co,N-doped carbon species ensures high oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)activity.First-principles simulations reveal that the synergistic promotion effect between CoFe alloy and Co-N site effectively reduced the formation energy of from O^(*)to OH^(*).The optimized CoFe-Co@PNC exhibits outstanding electrocatalytic stability and activity with the overpotential of only 320 mV for OER at 10 mA·cm^(−2) and the half-wave potential of 0.887 V for ORR,outperforming that of most recent reported bifunctional electrocatalysts.A rechargeable ZAB constructed with CoFe-Co@PNC as the air cathode displays long-term cyclability for over 200 h and high power density(152.8 mW·cm^(−2)).Flexible solid-state ZAB with our CoFe-Co@PNC as the air cathode possesses a high open circuit potential(OCP)up to 1.46 V as well as good bending flexibility.This universal structure design provides an attractive and instructive model for the application of nanomaterials derived from MOF in the field of sustainable flexible energy applications device. | Zhao Lei Yangyang Tan Zeyi Zhang Wei Wu Niancai Cheng Runzhe Chen Shichun Mu Xueliang Sun | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,3: | 9 |

| 14 | Nitrogen doping and graphitization tuning coupled hard carbon for superior potassium-ion storage显示文摘Hard carbon material is one of the most promising anode materials for potassium ion batteries(PIBs)due to its distinct disordered and non-expandable framework.However,the intrinsically disordered microarchitecture of hard carbon results in low electric conductivity and poor rate capability.Herein,nitrogendoped and partially graphitized hard carbons(NGHCs)derived from commercial coordination compound precursor-ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA)disodium cobalt salt hydrate are designed and prepared as high-performance PIBs anode materials.By means of a facile annealing method,nitrogen elements and graphitic domains can be controllably introduced to NGHCs.The resulting NGHCs show structural merits of mesoporous construction,nitrogen doping and homogeneous graphitic domains,which ensures fast kinetics and electron transportation.Applying in anode for PIBs,NGHCs exhibit robust rate capability with high reversible capacity of 298.8 m Ah g^-1 at 50 m A g^-1,and stable cycle stability of 137.6 mAh g^-1 at 500 m A g^-1 after 1000 cycles.Moreover,the ex situ Raman spectra reveal a mixture'adsorption-intercalation mechanism'for potassium storage of NGHCs.More importantly,full PIBs by pairing with perylenetetracarboxylic dianhydride(PTCDA)cathode demonstrate the promising potential of practical application.In terms of commercial precursor,facile synthesis and long cycle lifespan,NGHCs represent a brilliant prospect for practical large-scale applications. | Junxian Hu Yangyang Xie Meng Yin Zhian Zhang | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,10: | 8 |

| 17 | Exosomal LINC00355 derived from cancer-associated fibroblasts promotes bladder cancer cell resistance to cisplatin by regulating miR-34b-5p/ABCB1 axis显示文摘Cisplatin resistance is a major challenge for bladder cancer(BC).Evidence indicates that exosome derived from cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAF-Exo)can promote chemotherapy resistance in various human tumors by delivering bioactive molecules.We have previously demonstrated that CAF-derived exosomal LINC00355 promotes BC cell proliferation and invasion.However,the underlying mechanisms are still unclear.In this study,we aimed to investigate the role and mechanisms of CAF-derived exosomal LINC00355 in BC cell resistance to cisplatin.Exosomes were isolated from normal fibroblasts(NFs)and BC tumor-derived CAFs,namely,NF-Exo and CAF-Exo.CAFs were transfected with si-Ctrl or si-LINC00355 and then different exosomes were isolated,namely,CAF^(si-Ctrl)-Exo and CAF^(si-LINC00355)-Exo.The human BC cell lines(T24 and 5367)were incubated with NF-Exo,CAF-Exo,CAF^(si-Ctrl)-Exo,and CAF^(si-LINC00355)-Exo in the presence of cisplatin.MTT proliferation assay and flow cytometric analysis showed that CAF-Exo promoted BC cell resistance to cisplatin and upregulated ABCB1 expression in BC cells by transferring LINC00355 to BC cells.Luciferase activity assay confirmed the interaction between miR-34b-5p and LINC00355 or ABCB1.qRT-PCR and western blot analysis further showed that LINC00355 sponged miR-34b-5p to upregulate ABCB1 expression.However,the promoting effects of CAF-Exo on BC cell resistance to cisplatin were abolished by miR-34b-5p overexpression and ABCB1 silencing.In conclusion,exosomal LINC00355 derived from CAFs promotes BC cell resistance to cisplatin by regulating the miR-34b-5p/ABCB1 axis. | Guangyue Luo Yangyang Zhang Zhonghui Wu Ligang Zhang Chaozhao Liang Xianguo Chen | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,5: | 6 |
| 18 | Comparison of the very high cycle fatigue behaviors of INCONEL 718 with different loading frequencies显示文摘In order to clarify the differences of very high cycle fatigue(VHCF) behavior of nickel based superalloy IN718 with different loading frequencies,stress-controlled fatigue tests were carried out by using ultrasonic testing method(20 KHz) and rotary bending testing method(52.5 Hz),both at room temperatures,to establish stress versus cycles to failure(S-N) relationships.Results disclosed that cycles to failure at a given stress level increased with an increase of the applied frequency,i.e.,the higher frequency produced an upper shift of the S-N curves.Fractographic analysis suggested that crack initiation and propagation behaviors had large differences:cracks in low-frequency tests preferentially initiated from multiple sources on the specimen surface,while in high-frequency tests,cracks mostly originated from a unique source of subsurface inclusions.Subsequently,frequency-involved modeling was proposed,based on the damage accumulation theory,which could well illustrate qualitatively those comparisons due to different loading frequencies. | ZHANG YangYang DUAN Zheng SHI HuiJi | 2013 | Science China Chemistry2013,56,3: | 6 |

| 20 | A Heterogeneous Information Fusion Deep Reinforcement Learning for Intelligent Frequency Selection of HF Communication显示文摘The high-frequency(HF) communication is one of essential communication methods for military and emergency application. However, the selection of communication frequency channel is always a difficult problem as the crowded spectrum, the time-varying channels, and the malicious intelligent jamming. The existing frequency hopping, automatic link establishment and some new anti-jamming technologies can not completely solve the above problems. In this article, we adopt deep reinforcement learning to solve this intractable challenge. First, the combination of the spectrum state and the channel gain state is defined as the complex environmental state, and the Markov characteristic of defined state is analyzed and proved. Then, considering that the spectrum state and channel gain state are heterogeneous information, a new deep Q network(DQN) framework is designed, which contains multiple sub-networks to process different kinds of information. Finally, aiming to improve the learning speed and efficiency, the optimization targets of corresponding sub-networks are reasonably designed, and a heterogeneous information fusion deep reinforcement learning(HIF-DRL) algorithm is designed for the specific frequency selection.
