2Endovascular treatment with or without intravenous alteplase for acute ischaemic stroke due to basilar artery occlusion显示文摘Background and purpose It remains controversial if endovascular treatment(EVT)can improve the outcome of patients with acute basilar artery occlusion(BAO).This study aims to compare the functional outcomes between EVT with and without intravenous thrombolysis(IVT)first in patients who had acute ischaemic stroke(AIS)due to BAO.Methods Patients who had AIS with BAO who underwent EVT within 24 hours of onset were enrolled in this multicentre cohort study,and the efficacy and safety were compared between IVT+EVT and direct EVT.The primary outcome was 90-day functional independence.All outcomes were assessed with adjusted OR(aOR)from the multivariable logistic regression.In addition,a meta-analysis was performed on all recently published pivotal studies on functional independence after EVT in patients with BAO.Results Of 310 enrolled patients with BAO,241(78%)were treated with direct EVT and 69(22%)with IVT+EVT.Direct EVT was associated with a worse functional outcome(aOR,0.46(95%CI 0.24 to 0.85),p=0.01).IVT+EVT was associated with a lower percentage of patients who needed≥3 passes of stent retriever(10.14%vs 20.75%).The meta-analysis regression revealed a potential positive correlation between bridging with IVT first and functional independence(r=0.14(95%CI 0.05 to 0.24),p<0.01).Conclusions This study showed that compared with direct EVT,EVT with IVT first was associated with better functional outcomes in patients with BAO treated within 24 hours of onset.The meta-analysis demonstrated similar favourable efficacy of IVT first followed by EVT in patients with BAO.Ximing Nie David Wang Yuehua Pu Yufei Wei Qixuan Lu Hongyi Yan Xin Liu Lina Zheng Jingyi Liu Xinxuan Yang Yarong Ding Dacheng Liu Wanying Duan Zhe Zhang Zhonghua Yang Miao Wen Weibin Gu Xinyi Hou Xinyi Leng Yuesong Pan Zhongrong Miao Liping Liu 2022Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,3:10

4Bifunctional carbon-based cathode catalysts for zinc-air battery: A review显示文摘Efficient bifunctional OER/ORR catalysts are crucial for the further development of zinc-air battery. From a sustainable point of view, it is important that electrocatalysts are efficient, low cost, and composed of abundant resources instead of scarce metals. Due to their good conductivity, low cost, and strong durability, carbon-based materials are considered a promising alternative in the field of commercial zinc-air battery catalysts. Herein, we briefly introduce the zinc-air battery and then summarize recent progress in the development of carbon-based bifunctional catalysts by defect engineering, heteroatom doping and metal doping. 5Oil spill detection by a support vector machine based on polarization decomposition characteristics显示文摘Marine oil spills have caused major threats to marine environment over the past few years.The early detection of the oil spill is of great significance for the prevention and control of marine disasters.At present,remote sensing is one of the major approaches for monitoring the oil spill.Full polarization synthetic aperture radarc SAR data are employed to extract polarization decomposition parameters including entropy(H) and reflection entropy(A).The characteristic spectrum of the entropy and reflection entropy combination has analyzed and the polarization characteristic spectrum of the oil spill has developed to support remote sensing of the oil spill.The findings show that the information extracted from(1–A)×(1–H) and(1–H)×A parameters is relatively evident effects.The results of extraction of the oil spill information based on H×A parameter are relatively not good.The combination of the two has something to do with H and A values.In general,when H>0.7,A value is relatively small.Here,the extraction of the oil spill information using(1–A)×(1–H) and(1–H)×A parameters obtains evident effects.Whichever combined parameter is adopted,oil well data would cause certain false alarm to the extraction of the oil spill information.In particular the false alarm of the extracted oil spill information based on(1–A)×(1–H) is relatively high,while the false alarm based on(1–A)×H and(1–H)×A parameters is relatively small,but an image noise is relatively big.The oil spill detection employing polarization characteristic spectrum support vector machine can effectively identify the oil spill information with more accuracy than that of the detection method based on single polarization feature.ZOU Yarong SHI Lijian ZHANG Shengli LIANG Chao ZENG Tao 2016Acta Oceanologica Sinica2016,35,9:3
6Research on polarization of oil spill and detection显示文摘The SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar) has the capabilities for all-weather day and night use. In the case of determining the effects of oil spill dumping, the oil spills areas are shown as dark spots in the SAR images.Therefore, using SAR data to detect oil spills is becoming progressively popular in operational monitoring, which is useful for oceanic environmental protection and hazard reduction. Research has been conducted on the polarization decomposition and scattering characteristics of oil spills from a scattering matrix using allpolarization of the SAR data, calculation of the polarization parameters, and utilization of the CPD(Co-polarized Phase Difference) of the oil and the sea, in order to extract the oil spill information. This method proves to be effective by combining polarization parameters with the characteristics of oil spill. The results show that when using Bragg, the oil spill backscattering machine with Enopy and a mean scatter α parameter. The oil spill can be successfully identified. However, the parameter mechanism of the oil spill remains unclear. 12Co-conversion of methanol and n-hexane into aromatics using intergrown ZSM-5/ZSM-11 as a catalyst显示文摘The conversion of n-hexane and methanol into value-added aromatic compounds is a promising method for their industrially relevant utilization.In this study,intergrown ZSM-5/ZSM-11 crystals were synthesized and their resulting catalytic performance was investigated and compared to those of the isolated ZSM-5 and ZSM-1I zeolites.The physicochemical properties of ZSM-5/ZSM-l1 intergrown zeolite were analyzed using X-ray diffrac-tion,N2 isothermal adsorption-desorption,the tempera-ture-programmed desorption of ammonium,scanning clectron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectra of adsorbed pyridine,and nuclear magnetic resonance of 27AI,and compared with those of the ZSM-5 and ZSM-11 zeolites.The catalytic performances of the materials were evaluated during the co-feeding reaction of methanol and n-hexane under the fixed bed conditions of 400℃,0.5 MPa(N2),methanol:n-hexane=7:3(mass ratio),and weight hourly space velocity=1 h 1(methanol).Com-pared to the ZSM-5 and ZSM-11 zeolites,the ZSM-5/ZSM-11 zeolite exhibited the largest specific surface area,a unique crystal structure,moderate acidity,and suitable Brensted/Lewis acid ratio.The evaluation results showed that ZSM-5/ZSM-11 catalyst exhibited better catalytic reactivity than the ZSM-5 and ZSM-11 catalysts in terms of methanol conversion rate,n-hexane conversion rate,and aromatic selectivity.The outstanding catalytic property of the intergrown ZSM-5/ZSM-11 was attributed to the enhanced diffusion associated with its unique crystal.structure.The benefit of using zeolite intergrowth in the co-conversion of methanol and alkanes offers a novel route for future catalyst development.Shumei Wei Yarong Xu Zhaoyang Jin Xuedong Zhu 2020Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2020,14,5:2

14CD38 deficiency alleviates Ang II-induced vascular remodeling by inhibiting small extracellular vesicle-mediated vascular smooth muscle cell senescence in mice显示文摘CD38 is the main enzyme for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD)degradation in mammalian cells.Decreased NAD levels are closely related to metabolic syndromes and aging-related diseases.Our study showed that CD38 deficiency significantly alleviated angiotensin II(Ang ll)-induced vascular remodeling in mice,as shown by decreased blood pressures;reduced vascular media thickness,media-to-lumen ratio,and collagen deposition;and restored elastin expression.However,our bone marrow transplantation assay showed that CD38 deficiency in lymphocytes led to lack of protection against Ang ll-induced vascular remodeling,suggesting that the effects of CD38 on Ang ll-induced vascular remodeling might rely primarily on vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMCs),not lymphocytes.In addition,we observed that CD38 deficiency or NAD supplementation remarkably mitigated Ang ll-induced vascular senescence by suppressing the biogenesis,secretion,and internalization of senescence-associated small extracellular vesicles(SA-sEVs),which facilitated the senescence of neighboring non-damaged VSMCs.Furthermore,we found that the protective effects of CD38 deficiency on VSMC senescence were related to restoration of lysosome dysfunction,particularly with respect to the maintenance of sirtuin-mediated mitochondrial homeostasis and activation of the mitochondria-lysosomal axis in VSMCs.In conclusion,our findings demonstrated that CD38 and its associated intracellular NAD decline are critical for Ang ll-induced VSMC senescence and vascular remodeling.Lu Gan Demin Liu Jing Liu Erya Chen Chan Chen Lian Liu Hang Hu Xiaohui Guan Wen Ma Yanzi Zhang Yarong He Bofu Liu Songling Tang Wei Jiang Jianxin Xue Hongbo Xin 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,7:2

19Resistance of oat to ‘take-all' causing fungus (Gaeumanno-myces graminis var.tritici)显示文摘Evaluation with the pot assay at seedling stage in greenhouse showed that oat (Arena saliva) was highly resistant to take-all disease to which, however, wheat (Triticum aestivum) was extremely susceptible. 20Booster Vaccination in Infancy Reduces the Incidence of Occult HBV Infection in Maternal HBsAg-positive Children显示文摘Background and Aims: Occult HBV infection (OBI) in chil-dren has proven to be associated with their immune re-sponse to hepatitis B vaccine (HepB). This study aimed to investigate the effect of a booster HepB on OBI, which is rarely investigated. Methods: This study enrolled 236 ma-ternal HBsAg-positive children who were followed up annu-ally until 8 years of age and were hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) negative. Of those 100 received a booster HepB be-tween 1 and 3 years of age (booster group), and 136 were never boosted (non-booster group). Serial follow-up data of children and baseline data of their mothers were collected and between-group differences were analyzed. Results: The incidence of OBI varied dynamically during follow-up, with 37.14% (78/210), 19.09% (42/220), 20.85% (44/211), 31.61% (61/193), 8.65% (18/208) and 12.71% (30/236) at 7 months, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 8 years of age. At 8 years of age, the negative conversion rate of HBV DNA in the booster group was significantly higher than that in non-booster group [57.89% (11/19) vs. 30.51% (18/59), p=0.032]. For chil-dren without OBI at 7 months old, the incidence of OBI in booster group was significantly lower than that in non-boost-er group [25.64% (10/39) vs. 67.74% (63/93), p<0.001].
