1Study of Sentiment Classification for Chinese Microblog Based on Recurrent Neural Network显示文摘The sentiment classification of Chinese Microblog is a meaningful topic.Many studies has been done based on the methods of rule and word-bag,and to understand the structure information of a sentence will be the next target.We proposed a sentiment classification method based on Recurrent neural network(RNN).We adopted the technology of distributed word representation to construct a vector for each word in a sentence;then train sentence vectors with fixed dimension for different length sentences with RNN,so that the sentence vectors contain both word semantic features and word sequence features;at last use softmax regression classifier in the output layer to predict each sentence's sentiment orientation.Experiment results revealed that our method can understand the structure information of negative sentence and double negative sentence and achieve better accuracy.The way of calculating sentence vector can help to learn the deep structure of sentence and will be valuable for different research area.ZHANG Yangsen JIANG Yuru TONG Yixuan 2016Chinese Journal of Electronics2016,25,4:29

3Rapid improvement of PM2.5 pollution and associated health benefits in China during 2013–2017显示文摘Exposure to fine particulate matter(PM2.5)is known to harm public health.In China,after implementation of aggressive emissions control measures under the Action Plan of Air Pollution Prevention and Control(2013-2017),air quality has significantly improved.In this work,we investigated changes in PM2.5 exposure and the associated health impacts in China for the period 2013-2017.We used an optimal estimator of PM2.5 combining in-situ observations,satellite measurements,and simulations from a chemical transport model to derive the spatial and temporal variations in PM2.5 exposure,and then used welldeveloped exposure-response functions to estimate the premature deaths attributable to PM2.5 exposure.We found that national population-weighed annual mean PM2.5 concentrations decreased from 67.4μgm-3 in 2013 to 45.5μgm-3 in 2017(32%reduction).This rapid decrease in PM2.5 pollution led to a 14%reduction in premature deaths due to long-term exposure.We estimated that,during 2013-2017,the premature deaths attributable to long-term PM2.5 exposure decreased from 1.2 million(95%CI:1.0,1.3;fraction of total mortality:13%)in 2013 to 1.0 million(95%CI:0.9,1.2;10%)in 2017.Despite the rapid decrease in annual mean PM2.5 concentrations,health benefits associated with reduced long-term exposure were limited,because for many cities,the PM2.5 levels remain at the portion where the exposure-response function is less steeper than that at the lowconcentration end.We also found that the deaths associated with acute exposure decreased by 61%during 2013-2017 due to rapid reduction in the number of heavily polluted days.Our results confirm that clean air policies in China have mitigated the air pollution crisis;however,continuous emissions reduction efforts are required to protect citizens from air pollution.Tao XUE Jun LIU Qiang ZHANG Guannan GENG Yixuan ZHENG Dan TONG Zhu LIU Dabo GUAN Yu BO Tong ZHU Kebin HE Jiming HAO 2019Science China Earth Sciences2019,62,12:17
4Impact of China’s Air Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan on PM2.5 chemical composition over eastern China显示文摘China promulgated the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan(the Action Plan)in 2013 and developed stringent control measures to mitigate fine particulate matter(PM2.5) pollution.Here,we investigated the PM2.5 chemical composition changes over eastern China associated with the Action Plan during 2013-2017 using satellite-based PM2.5 chemical composition data derived using CMAQ simulations and satellite inputs.The PM2.5 concentrations decreased considerably during this time as a result of the reductions in all chemical species in PM2.5.The population-weighted mean concentrations over eastern China decreased from 11.1 to 6.7μgm-3 for SO42-,13.8-13.1μgm-3 for NO3-,7.4-5.8μgm-3 for NH4+,9.9-8.4μgm-3 for OM,4.6-3.8μg m-3 for BC and 12.9-9.6μg m-3 for other species in PM2.5.SO42-had the largest reduction of 40%,while NO3-had the lowest reduction of 5%,resulting in a greater fraction of NO3-and a smaller fraction of SO42-in PM2.5.Among the three key regions,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei had the largest reduction in PM2.5 and its chemical compositions.The decrease in SO42-concentrations was in line with the reduction of SO2 emissions,and the major driver of the SO2 emission reductions was the industrial sector.The decrease in NO3 concentrations was limited because the decrease in SO2 emissions and the stable NH3 emissions facilitated the formation of NO3-from HNO3,which partially offset the reduction in NOx emissions driven by the power sector.To mitigate PM2.5 pollution more effectively,future efforts are needed to reduce NH3 emissions.Guannan GENG Qingyang XIAO Yixuan ZHENG Dan TONG Yuxuan ZHANG Xiaoye ZHANG Qiang ZHANG Kebin HE Yang LIU 2019Science China Earth Sciences2019,62,12:16
5Attribution of PM_(2.5) exposure in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to emissions:implication to control strategies显示文摘The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH) region is one of the most heavily polluted regions in China,with both high PM_(2.5) concentrations and a high population density.A quantitative source-receptor relationship can provide valuable insights that can inform effective emission control strategies.Both source apportionment(SA) and source sensitivity(SS) can provide such information from different perspectives.In this study,both methods are applied in northern China to identify the most significant emission categories and source regions for PM_(2.5) exposure in BTH in 2013.Despite their differences,both models show similar distribution patterns for population and simulated PM_(2.5) concentrations,resulting in overall high PM_(2.5) exposure values(approximately 110 μg/m~) and particularly high exposure values during the winter(approximately 200 μ/m~).Both methods show that local emissions play a dominant role(70%),with some contribution from surrounding provinces(e.g.,Shandong) via regional transport.The two methods also agree on the priority of local emission controls:both identify industrial,residential,and agricultural emissions as the top three categories that should be controlled locally.In addition,the effect of controlling agricultural ammonia emissions is approximately doubled when the co-benefits of reducing nitrate are considered.The synthesis of SA and SS for addressing specific categories of emissions provides a quantitative basis for the development of emission control strategies and policies for controlling PM_(2.5)in China.Xin Li Qiang Zhang Yang Zhang Lin Zhang Yuxuan Wang Qianqian Zhang Meng Li Yixuan Zheng Guannan Geng Timothy J.Wallington Weijian Han Wei Shen Kebin He 2017Science Bulletin2017,62,13:15

7Enhanced light-matter interactions in dielectric nanostructures via machine-learning approach显示文摘A key concept underlying the specific functionalities of metasurfaces is the use of constituent components to shape the wavefront of the light on demand.Metasurfaces are versatile,novel platforms for manipulating the scattering,color,phase,or intensity of light.Currently,one of the typical approaches for designing a metasurface is to optimize one or two variables among a vast number of fixed parameters,such as various materials’properties and coupling effects,as well as the geometrical parameters.Ideally,this would require multidimensional space optimization through direct numerical simulations.Recently,an alternative,popular approach allows for reducing the computational cost significantly based on a deep-learning-assisted method.We utilize a deep-learning approach for obtaining high-quality factor(high-Q)resonances with desired characteristics,such as linewidth,amplitude,and spectral position.We exploit such high-Q resonances for enhancedlight–matter interaction in nonlinearoptical metasurfaces and optomechanical vibrations,simultaneously.We demonstrate that optimized metasurfaces achieve up to 400-fold enhancement of the third-harmonic generation;at the same time,they also contribute to 100-fold enhancement of the amplitude of optomechanical vibrations.This approach can be further used to realize structures with unconventional scattering responses.Lei Xu Mohsen Rahmani Yixuan Ma Daria ASmirnova Khosro Zangeneh Kamali Fu Deng Yan Kei Chiang Lujun Huang Haoyang Zhang Stephen Gould Dragomir N.Neshev Andrey E.Miroshnichenko 2020Advanced Photonics2020,2,2:8
8A method for satellite time series anomaly detection based on fast-DTW and improved-KNN显示文摘In satellite anomaly detection,there are some problems such as unbalanced sample distribution,fewer fault samples,and unobvious anomaly characteristics.These problems cause the extisted anomaly detection methods are difficult to train accurate classification model,and the accuracy of anomaly detection is hard to improve.At the same time,the monitoring data of satellite has high dimension and is difficult to extract effective features.Based on the DTW over-sampling method,this paper realizes the over-sampling of fault samples in satellite time series,and constructs a distributed and balanced time series data set.The Fast-DTW method is applied to calculate the distance between different time series,which can improve the speed of similarity calculation.KNN(K-Nearest Neighbor)method is applied for classification and the best classification result is obtained by search the optimal hyper-parameters k.The results show that the proposed method has high anomaly detection accuracy and consumes short calculation time.Langfu CUI Qingzhen ZHANG Yan SHI Liman YANG Yixuan WANG Junle WANG Chenggang BAI 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,2:7

10Effects of laser scanning strategies on selective laser melting of pure tungsten显示文摘Three types of scanning strategies,including the chessboard scanning strategy,the zigzag scanning strategy and the remelting scanning strategy,were conducted to study the effects of scanning strategies on surface morphology,microstructure,mechanical properties and the grain orientation of selective laser melted pure tungsten.The results showed that the pores and cracks were main defects in SLM-processed tungsten parts.The pores could be eliminated using the remelting scanning strategy.However,the cracks seemed to be inevitable regardless of the applied scanning strategies.The microstructures of SLM-processed tungsten were columnar grains and showed strong epitaxial growth along the building direction.A compressive strength of 923 MPa with an elongation of 7.7%was obtained when the zigzag scanning strategy was applied,which was the highest among the three scanning strategies.By changing the scanning strategies,the texture of SLM-processed tungsten in the direction of processing could be changed.Dongdong Gu Meng Guo Hongmei Zhang Yixuan Sun Rui Wang Lei Zhang 2020International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing2020,2,2:6
11Manipulation of Band Degeneracy and Lattice Strain for Extraordinary PbTe Thermoelectrics显示文摘Maximizing band degeneracy and minimizing phonon relaxation time are proven to be successful for advancing thermoelectrics.Alloying with monotellurides has been known to be an effective approach for converging the valence bands of PbTe for electronic improvements,while the lattice thermal conductivity of the materials remains available room for being further reduced.It is recently revealed that the broadening of phonon dispersion measures the strength of phonon scattering,and lattice dislocations are particularly effective sources for such broadening through lattice strain fluctuations.In this work,a fine control of MnTe and EuTe alloying enables a significant increase in density of electron states near the valence band edge of PbTe due to involvement of multiple transporting bands,while the creation of dense in-grain dislocations leads to an effective broadening in phonon dispersion for reduced phonon lifetime due to the large strain fluctuations of dislocations as confirmed by synchrotron X-ray diffraction.The synergy of both electronic and thermal improvements successfully leads the average thermoelectric figure of merit to be higher than that ever reported for p-type PbTe at working temperatures.Yixuan Wu Pengfei Nan Zhiwei Chen Zezhu Zeng Siqi Lin Xinyue Zhang Hongliang Dong Zhiqiang Chen Hongkai Gu Wen Li Yue Chen Binghui Ge Yanzhong Pei 2020Research2020,,1:6

13Two-Layer Coupled Network Model for Topic Derivation in Public Opinion Propagation显示文摘In view of the fact that news can generate derivative topics when it spreads through micro-blogs,a two-layer coupled SEIR public opinion propagation model is proposed in this paper.The model divides the process of public opinion propagation into two layers:the original topic layer and the derived topic layer.Messages are transmitted separately by the SEIR model in the two topic layers,which are independent and interactive.The influence of the topic derivation rate on the propagation trend is established by solving for the equilibrium point and propagation threshold.Further,we establish the relationship between the original topic and the derived topic by simulation.This paper uses the Baidu index to demonstrate the correctness of the model.The relationship between the derived topic and the original topic is verified by adjusting the parameters by the control variable method.The results show that the proposed model is consistent with the propagation of actual public opinion.Yuexia Zhang Yixuan Feng 2020China Communications2020,17,3:5
14Excessive gestational weight gain in early pregnancy and insufficient gestational weight gain in middle pregnancy increased risk of gestational diabetes mellitus显示文摘Background:Gestational weight gain(GWG)is associated with the risk of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).However,the effect of weight gain in different trimesters on the risk of GDM is unclear.This study aimed to evaluate the effect of GWG on GDM during different trimesters.Methods:A birth cohort study was conducted from 2017 to 2020 in Shenzhen,China.In total,51,205 participants were included comprising two models(early pregnancy model and middle pregnancy model).Gestational weight(kg)was measured at each prenatal clinical visit using a standardized weight scale.Logistic regression analysis was used to assess the risk of GDM.Interaction analysis and mediation effect analysis were performed in the middle pregnancy model.Results:In the early pregnancy model,the risk of GDM was 0.858 times lower(95%confidence interval[CI]:0.786,0.937)with insufficient GWG(iGWG)and 1.201 times higher(95%CI:1.097,1.316)with excessive GWG after adjustment.In the middle pregnancy model,the risk of GDM associated with iGWG increased 1.595 times(95%CI:1.418,1.794)after adjustment;for excessive GWG,no significant difference was found(P=0.223).Interaction analysis showed no interaction between GWG in early pregnancy(GWG-E)and GWG in middle pregnancy(GWG-M)(F=1.268;P=0.280).The mediation effect analysis indicated that GWG-M plays a partial mediating role,with an effect proportion of 14.9%.Conclusions:eGWG-E and iGWG-M are associated with an increased risk of GDM.Strict control of weight gain in early pregnancy is needed,and sufficient nutrition should be provided in middle pregnancy.Aiqi Yin Fuying Tian Xiaoxia Wu Yixuan Chen Kan Liu Jianing Tong Xiaonian Guan Huafan Zhang Linlin Wu Jianmin Niu 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,9:5

17An aviation oxygen supply system based on a mechanical ventilation model显示文摘At high altitudes, an Aviation Oxygen Supply System(AOSS) protects pilots from low pressure and hypoxia by continuously providing oxygen corresponding to the pilots' dynamic respiratory properties.An AOSS mainly consists of oxygen supercharging machines which are used in a high-altitude flight cabin to supply pressurized oxygen to pilots.Therefore, it is of great significance to study the airflow dynamic characteristics of an AOSS for safe, continuous, and efficient oxygen supply.In this paper, an AOSS is firstly simplified and considered as a mechanical ventilation system.Then, its corresponding mathematical model is constructed.Next, to verify the mathematical model, a prototype AOSS with a lung simulator is proposed for an experimental study.Afterwards, to build a foundation for the optimization of the AOSS, the airflow dynamic characteristics of an aircraft are analyzed, and the effects of key parameters on the respiration system are researched.Through experimental and simulation studies, it can be concluded that the mathematical model is effective.Subsequently, for stability during the respiration process, we consider setting the equivalent throttling areas of the inspiration and expiration pipelines smaller within certain limits; additionally, an excessively high oxygen supply pressure will disturb smooth airflow, and in a low-pressure environment, the pressure can be 84 cm H_2O lower than the standard atmospheric pressure.This research can be referred to in the design of an oxygen supply system and the study on optimization of airflow dynamic characteristics.Yan SHI Yixuan WANG Maolin CAI Bolun ZHANG Jian ZHU 2018Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2018,31,1:4
18Constrained crystals deep convolutional generative adversarial network for the inverse design of crystal structures显示文摘Autonomous materials discovery with desired properties is one of the ultimate goals for materials science,and the current studies have been focusing mostly on high-throughput screening based on density functional theory calculations and forward modeling of physical properties using machine learning.Applying the deep learning techniques,we have developed a generative model,which can predict distinct stable crystal structures by optimizing the formation energy in the latent space.It is demonstrated that the optimization of physical properties can be integrated into the generative model as on-top screening or backward propagator,both with their own advantages.Applying the generative models on the binary Bi-Se system reveals that distinct crystal structures can be obtained covering the whole composition range,and the phases on the convex hull can be reproduced after the generated structures are fully relaxed to the equilibrium.The method can be extended to multicomponent systems for multi-objective optimization,which paves the way to achieve the inverse design of materials with optimal properties.Teng Long Nuno M.Fortunato Ingo Opahle Yixuan Zhang Ilias Samathrakis Chen Shen Oliver Gutfleisch Hongbin Zhang 2021npj Computational Materials2021,,1:4
19Heart-on-chips screening based on photonic crystals显示文摘Recently,organ-on-chips have become a fast-growing research field with the widespread development of microfluidic chips and synthetic materials in tissue engineering.Due to the existing cardiotoxicity of many cardiovascular drugs,heart-onchips which are promising to replace traditional animal models have been extensively researched and developed to mimic human organ functions in vitro.The heart-on-chips mainly focus on cardiac mechanics,which is regarded as the central indicator of in vitro heart models and drug testing.Traditional methods for the detection of myocardial mechanics have been demonstrated complex and inefficient in heart-on-chips.Therefore,photonic crystal materials with unique optical properties have attracted interests and have been introduced into the heart-on-chips,developing a visualized self-reporting system for cardiomyocytes activity monitoring.In this review,photonic crystal-based heart-on-chips for biosensing are introduced,as well as the fabricationmethods and design criteria of them.The characterizations of the photonic crystal materials are classified into optical properties and structural properties,and their applications in cell culture and biosensing are further discussed.Then,several representative examples and developments of the integration of photonic crystal materials into microfluidic chips are described in detail.Finally,potentials and limitations are put forward to promote the development of the photonic crystal-based intelligent heart-on-chips.Yixuan Shang Zhuoyue Chen Zhuohao Zhang Yuzhi Yang Yuanjin Zhao 2020Bio-Design and Manufacturing2020,3,3:3
