| 4 | Spatial patterns of urban green space and its actual utilization status in China based on big data analysis显示文摘Urban green space(UGS)is essential for sustainable urbanization and human well-being.The utilization status of UGS is closely related to the provision of ecosystem services for urban residents.Limitations on data availability,however,have led to the absence of a comprehensive approach for evaluating the actual utilization status of UGS at a large scale.Furthermore,differences in actual UGS utilization between intra-urban and peri-urban areas have not received enough attention.This study used big data analysis by combining point of interest(POI)and land use and cover change(LUCC)to quantify the spatial patterns of UGS utilization,and to evaluate the actual utilization status of UGS in 366 cities on the Chinese mainland.We also explored the differences in the actual utilization of UGS in intra-urban and peri-urban areas.The results showed that 94.01%of UGS resources in China had not been utilized.There was a clear pattern of spatial mismatch between the stock and the actual utilization of UGS,especially in the north-western region indicated by the Hu Huanyong Line.The actual utilization rate of UGS was closely related to the regional develop-ment level.There was a certain mismatch between the actual utilization and stock of intraurban green space(IUGS).The hot spots of the actual utilization rate of IUGS were in Yunnan,Guizhou,and Sichuan Provinces in southwestern China.The differ-ences in UGS actual utilization rates between IUGS and peri-urban green space(PUGS)were small in eastern China,but large in south-western and northwestern China.The actual utilization rate of IUGS in most Chinese cities was significantly larger than that of PUGS,indicating that PUGS were not well utilized.Our results provide scientific support for urban and regional planners in targeting specific areas for UGS design and development,and in optimizing future UGS planning in China. | Yiyi Huang Tao Lin Guoqin Zhang Yongguan Zhu Zhiwei Zeng Hong Ye | 2021 | Big Earth Data2021,5,3: | 2 |

| 12 | Ordering effects of cholesterol on sphingomyelin monolayers investigated by high-resolution broadband sum-frequency generation vibrational spectroscopy显示文摘This report investigated the ordering of the alky chain of sphingomyelin(SMs) monolayers induced by cholesterol at the air/water interface using high-resolution broadband sum frequency generation vibrational spectroscopy(HR-BB-SFG-VS). The SFG spectra of the three nature sphingomyelin/cholesterol mixture monolayers with two concentrations of the cholesterol at the air/water interface are performed under different polarization combination. A new resolved CH_2 symmetric stretching(d^+, ~2834 cm^(-1))and the CH3 symmetric stretching(r^+,~2874 cm^(-1)) mode are applied to characterize the conformational order in the sphingomyelin/cholesterol mixture monolayers. It was found that the cholesterol make the sphingosine backbones more conformational order. During this process, the conformational order of the N-linked acyl chain remains unaltered. Moreover, the sphingosine backbones of SMs have much larger contributions to gauche defects of SMs than one in the N-linked acyl chain. | 19 | CCGD-ESCC: A Comprehensive Database for Genetic Variants Associated with Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma in Chinese Population显示文摘Esophageal squamous-cell carcinoma(ESCC) is one of the most lethal malignancies in the world and occurs at particularly higher frequency in China. While several genome-wide association studies(GWAS) of germline variants and whole-genome or whole-exome sequencing studies of somatic mutations in ESCC have been published, there is no comprehensive database publically available for this cancer. Here, we developed the Chinese Cancer Genomic Database-Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma(CCGD-ESCC) database, which contains the associations of 69,593 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) with ESCC risk in 2022 cases and 2039 controls, survival time of 1006 ESCC patients(survival GWAS) and gene expression(expression quantitative trait loci,eQTL) in 94 ESCC patients. Moreover, this database also provides the associations between8833 somatic mutations and survival time in 675 ESCC patients. Our user-friendly database is a resource useful for biologists and oncologists not only in identifying the associations of genetic variants or somatic mutations with the development and progression of ESCC but also in studying the underlying mechanisms for tumorigenesis of the cancer. | 20 | Extraordinarily stable and wide-temperature range sodium/potassium-ion batteries based on 1D SnSe2-SePAN composite nanofibers显示文摘Developing electrodes with long lifespan and wide-temperature adaptability is crucial important to achieve high-performance sodium/potassium-ion batteries(SIBs/PIBs).Herein,the SnSe2-SePAN composite was fabricated for extraordinarily stable and wide-temperature range SIBs/PIBs through a coupling strategy between controllable electrospinning and selenylation,in which SnSe2 nanoparticles were uniformly encapsulated in the SePAN matrix.The unique structure of SnSe2-SePAN not only relieves drastic volume variation but also guarantees the structural integrity of the composite,endowing SnSe2-SePAN with excellent sodium/potassium storage properties.Consequently,SnSe2-SePAN displays a high sodium storage capacity and excellent feasibility in a wide working temperature range(-15 to 60℃:300 mAh g^(-1)/700 cycles/-15℃;352 mAh g^(-1)/100 cycles/60℃at 0.5 A g^(-1)).At room temperature,it delivers a record-ultralong cycling life of 192 mAh g^(-1)that exceeds 66000 cycles even at 15 A g^(-1).It exhibits extremely superb electrochemical performance in PIBs(157 mAh g^(-1)exceeding 15000 cycles at 5 A g^(-1)).The ex situ XRD and TEM results attest the conversion-alloy mechanism of SnSe2-SePAN.Also,computational calculations verify that SePAN takes an important role in intensifying the electrochemical performance of SnSe2-SePAN electrode.Therefore,this study breaks new ground on solving the polyselenide dissolution issue and improving the wide temperature workable performance of sodium/potassium storage. | Yiyi Wang Fuyu Xiao Xi Chen Peixun Xiong Chuyuan Lin Hong-En Wang Mingdeng Wei Qingrong Qian Qinghua Chen Lingxing Zeng | 2023 | InfoMat2023,5,9: | 1 |
