| 2 | Spatial and Temporal Evolution of Surface Subsidence in Tianjin from 2015 to 2020 Based on SBAS-InSAR Technology显示文摘Tianjin is one of the inland cities with the most severe cases of subsidence hazard in China.The majority of the existing studies have mainly focused on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and little attention has been given to Tianjin.In addition,these existing studies are short-term investigations,lacking long-term monitoring of surface subsidence.In the present study,we use the Small Baseline Subset Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar(SBAS-InSAR)technique to monitor the subsidence process in Tianjin between 2015 and 2020 and reveal its spatial and temporal variation.We divided the 44-view Sentinel-1A image data into three periods to avoid the effect of temporal and spatial decoherence by extracting the surface deformation field in Tianjin.We finally verified the accuracy and reliability of the inversion results using second-order leveling data.Results showed that the correlation coefficient r between the two reached 0.89,and the root mean square error was 4.84 mm/y.Obvious subsidence funnels exist in Tianjin,mainly in the towns of Wangqingtuo and Shengfang.These subsidence funnels have a subsidence deformation rate of-136.2 mm/y and a maximum cumulative settlement of-346.3 mm within the study period.The subsidence area tends to extend to the southwest.The analysis of annual rainfall,groundwater resource extraction,spatial location distribution of industrial areas combined with SBAS-InSAR inversion results indicates that overextraction of groundwater resources is the main cause of land subsidence in the area.Therefore,strict control of groundwater extraction is the main approach to mitigate land subsidence effectively. | Lyu ZHOU Yizhan ZHAO Zilin ZHU Chao REN Fei YANG Ling HUANG Xin LI | 2022 | Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2022,5,1: | 8 |
| 3 | In vitro study of enhanced photodynamic cancer cell killing effect by nanometer-thick gold nanosheets显示文摘Photodynamic therapy(PDT)by near-infrared(NIR)irradiation is a promising technique for treating various cancers.Here,we reported the development of free-standing wafer-scale Au nanosheets(NSs)that exhibited an impressive PDT effect.The Au NSs were synthesized by ionic layer epitaxy at the air-water interface with a uniform thickness in the range from 2 to 8.5 nm.These Au NSs were found very effective in generating singlet oxygen under NIR irradiation.In vitro cellular study showed that the Au NSs had very low cytotoxicity and high PDT efficiency due to their uniform 2D morphology.Au NSs could kill cancer cells after 5 min NIR irradiation with little heat generation.This performance is comparable to using 10 times mass loading of Au nanoparticles(NPs).This work suggests that two-dimensional(2D)Au NSs could be a new type of biocompatible nanomaterial for PDT of cancer with an extraordinary photon conversion and cancer cell killing efficiency. | Ziyi Zhang Dalong Ni Fei Wang Xin Yin Shreya Goel Lazarus NGerman Yizhan Wang Jun Li Weibo Cai Xudong Wang | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,12: | 2 |

| 5 | LncRNA NKILA suppresses airway hyper reactivity via interfering the facilitation of MUC5AC and MUC5B mediated by GALNT2显示文摘Glycosylation of mucins mediated by N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferases(GALNTs)is closely related to respiratory diseases such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).In addition,long non-coding RNAs(LncRNAs)participate in physiological and pathological processes through various epigenetic mechanisms.In this study,we found that a novel LncRNA named NKILA combined with multiple mucins and GALNTs potentially by several bioinformatics methods,and we used quantitative real-time PCR(RT-qPCR)to detect the expressions of NKILA,MUC5AC,MUC5B,and GALNT2 mRNA in 50 cases of asthma samples and 19 cases of normal samples,whose results showed that the expression of NKILA was significantly decreased in asthmatic samples,negatively correlated with the severity of asthma and the expressions of MUC5AC and MUC5B,while GALNT2 was significantly increased in asthmatic tissues,and positively correlated with the severity of asthma and the expressions of MUC5AC and MUC5B.In vitro,we used transient transfection technology to overexpress or interfere with NKILA and GALNT2 and then detected the expressions of MUC5AC and MUC5B via RT-qPCR and Western blot,which demonstrated GALNT2 can promote the expressions of MUC5AC and MUC5B protein,while NKILA could inhibit this effect.Furthermore,co-immunoprecipitation results showed that GALNT2 could bind to MUC5AC and MUC5B protein.RNA immunoprecipitation and RNA pull-down experiments showed that NKILA could bind to GALNT2.These evidences suggested that there are correlations among the expression of NKILA,GALNT2,MUC5AC,and MUC5B proteins in asthmatic patients.Mechanically,we concluded that NKILA can suppress the O-linked glycosylation of MUC5AC and MUC5B proteins by binding to GALNT2 and inhibit the expression of MUC5AC and MUC5B proteins.Our researches provided a potential therapeutic target for AHR. | YONGLI ZHANG YIZHAN CAO BO ZHU YANNI JIANG PENGCHONG LIANG | 2021 | BIOCELL2021,45,1: | 1 |

| 9 | Nanoparticle-Decorated Ultrathin La2O3 Nanosheets as an Effcient Electrocatalysis for Oxygen Evolution Reactions显示文摘Electrochemical catalysts for oxygen evolution reaction are a critical component for many renewable energy applications. To improve their catalytic kinetics and mass activity are essential for sustainable industrial applications. Here, we report a rare-earth metal-based oxide electrocatalyst comprised of ultrathin amorphous La2O3 nanosheets hybridized with uniform La2O3 nanoparticles(La2O3@NP-NS). Significantly improved OER performance is observed from the nanosheets with a nanometer-scale thickness. The as-synthesized 2.27-nm La2O3@NP-NS exhibits excellent catalytic kinetics with an overpotential of 310 mV at 10 m A cm^-2, a small Tafel slope of 43.1 mV dec^-1, and electrochemical impedance of 38 Ω. More importantly, due to the ultrasmall thickness, its mass activity, and turnover frequency reach as high as 6666.7 A g^-1 and 5.79 s^-1, respectively, at an overpotential of 310 mV. Such a high mass activity is more than three orders of magnitude higher than benchmark OER electrocatalysts, such as IrO2 and RuO2. | 11 | MUTYH is a potential prognostic biomarker and correlates with immune infiltrates in hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Background:Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide.The development of biomarkers for early detection and monitoring of HCC has not shown significant prog-ress.Meanwhile,the second adenomatous polyposis-related gene,MUTYH,which encodes a DNA gly-cosylase,has been observed in its contribution to oxidative DNA damage repair.Abnormal expression of MUTYH can reduce cell survival rate.Therefore,this study investigated the usefulness of MUTYH in diagnosing and prognosis HCC.Materials and methods:Using The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)data,we analyzed the prognostic value of MUTYH in HCC.We used logistic regression,Wilcoxon signed-rank test,and KruskaleWallis test to examine MUTYH expression concerning clinical-pathologic characteristics.Univariate and multivariate Cox regression methods and Kaplan-Meier analysis were applied to determine the related prognostic factors of HCC.The enrichment analysis(GSEA)was used to determine the critical pathways associated with MUTYH.The single-sample gene set enrichment analysis(ssGSEA)was conducted to examine the correlation between MUTYH expression and cancer immune infiltration.Results:The higher expression of MUTYH in HCC patients was associated with a poorer overall survival rate and a shorter disease-specific survival rate.The Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)analysis showed that all differentially expressed genes(DEGs)between the high and low expression levels of MUTYH significantly enriched in the trace ligand-receptor interaction,cell cycle,oocyte meiosis,gap junction,and DNA replication.Group analysis revealed the signals of their open access.The neuron system,M phase,DNA repair,Rho GTPase effector,and cell cycle checkpoints were significantly enriched.ssGSEA showed a positive correlation between MUTYH expression and the infiltration levels of Th2 cells,NK cells,and T helper cells.Moreover,a negative correlation was found between MUTYH expression and the infiltration levels of dendritic cells(DCs)and cytotoxic cells.Conclusions:MUTYH expression levels were positively correlated with immune checkpoint gene expression levels in HCC tissues.The expression level of MUTYH was related to the prognosis of HCC and the immune infiltration of HCC. | Fan Yang Qinghai Lian Beibei Ni Xiusheng Qiu Yizhan He Xiaoguang Zou Fangping He Wenjie Chen | 2022 | Liver Research2022,6,4: | 0 |
| 12 | The mechanism to reform dynamic performance of an elastic wave-front in a piezoelectric semiconductor by the wave-carrier interaction induced from static biasing fields显示文摘The propagation of an elastic wave(EW)in a piezoelectric semiconductor(PSC)subjected to static biasing fields is investigated.It is found that there exist two coupling waves between electric field and charge carriers.One is stimulated by the action of the polarized electric field in the EW-front on charge carriers(EFC),and the other is stimulated by the action of initial electric field in biasing fields on dynamic carriers(IEC).Obviously,the latter is a man-made and tunable wave-carrier interaction.A careful study shows that IEC can play a leading role in remaking dynamic performance of the wave-front and an inter-medium role in transferring energy from biasing fields to EW-fronts.Hence,a method is proposed to reform the EW performance by biasing-fields:reforming the dispersivity of EW-fronts by promoting competition between IEC and EFC and inverting the dissipation by the IEC to transfer energy from biasing fields to EWfronts.The corresponding tuning laws on the phase-frequency characteristics of an EW show that the wave velocity can be regulated smaller than the pure EW velocity at a lowfrequency and larger than the pure piezoelectric wave velocity at a high-frequency.As for regulating the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the EW by the IEC,analyses show that EWs can obtain amplification only for those with relatively high vibration frequencies(small wave lengths).The studies will provide guidance for theoretical analysis of waves propagating in PSCs and practical application and design of piezotronic devices. | Wanli YANG Jinxi LIU Yizhan YANG Yuantai HU | 2023 | Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2023,44,3: | 0 |
| 13 | Thickness-Dependent Piezoelectric Property from Quasi-Two-Dimensional Zinc Oxide Nanosheets with Unit Cell Resolution显示文摘A quantitative understanding of the nanoscale piezoelectric property will unlock many application potentials of the electromechanical coupling phenomenon under quantum confinement.In this work,we present an atomic force microscopy-(AFM-)based approach to the quantification of the nanometer-scale piezoelectric property from single-crystalline zinc oxide nanosheets(NSs)with thicknesses ranging from 1 to 4 nm.By identifying the appropriate driving potential,we minimized the influences from electrostatic interactions and tip-sample coupling,and extrapolated the thickness-dependent piezoelectric coefficient(d_(33)).By averaging the measured d_(33) from NSs with the same number of unit cells in thickness,an intriguing tri-unit-cell relationship was observed.From NSs with 3n unit cell thickness(n=1,2,3),a bulk-like d_(33) at a value of~9 pm/V was obtained,whereas NSs with other thickness showed a~30%higher d_(33) of~12 pm/V.Quantification of d_(33) as a function of ZnO unit cell numbers offers a new experimental discovery toward nanoscale piezoelectricity from nonlayered materials that are piezoelectric in bulk. | Corey Carlos Yizhan Wang Jingyu Wang Jun Li Xudong Wang | 2021 | Research2021,,1: | 0 |
