1Distribution pattern of front abutment pressure of fully-mechanized working face of soft coal isolated island显示文摘The front abutment pressure of a fully-mechanized workface of 11061 soft coal isolated island of Liangbei Coal Mine was measured and studied using a self-developed mining-induced stress monitoring system associated with electromagnetic radiation technology,and the effects of abutment pressure distribution on strata behavior we discussed.The results indicate that the mining-induced influencing distance advanced at the fully-mechanized working face of soft coal isolated island is larger than that at the general working face at the isolated island,besides the fracture zone in front of working face was widened to some extent,and the influencing range caused by relaxations on both roadways became bigger with the advancing working face.Moreover,it can be indicated that mining has significant effect on strata behavior of fully-mechanized working face of soft coal isolated island,which is mostly distributed in the area of stress concentration.The research results have an important reference value for revealing the distribution pattern of the front abutment pressure of a fully-mechanized working face of soft coal isolated island,and controlling the coal-rock dynamic disaster occurrence under similar mining conditions.Xu Wenquan Wang Enyua Shen Rongxi Song Dazhao Zhang Jingmin 2012International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012,22,2:16

3Biodegradation behavior of magnesium and ZK60 alloy in artificial urine and rat models显示文摘In this work, the biodegradable and histocompatibility properties of pure Mg and ZK60 alloy wereinvestigated as new temporary implants for urinary applications. The corrosion mechanism in artificialurine was proposed using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and potentiodynamic polarizationtests. The corrosion potential of pure magnesium and ZK60 alloy were -1820 and -1561 mV, respectively,and the corrosion current densities were 59.66 ± 6.41 and 41.94 ± 0.53 μA cm^-2, respectively. Thein vitro degradation rates for pure Mg and ZK60 alloy in artificial urine were 0.382 and 1.023 mm/y,respectively, determined from immersion tests. The ZK60 alloy degraded faster than the pure Mg in bothartificial urine and in rat bladders (the implants of both samples are ø 3 mm × 5 mm). Histocompatibilityevaluations showed good histocompatibility for the pure Mg and ZK60 alloy during the 3 weeks postimplantationin rat bladders, and no harm was observed in the bladder, liver and kidney tissues. 5Effect of Yizhitongxuan decoction on learning and memory ability,Gαq/11 expression and Na^+-K^+-ATP enzyme activity in rat models of Alzheimer's Disease显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of Yizhitongxuan decoction on learning and memory abilities, Gαq/11expression and Na+-K+-ATPenzymeactivityin rat models of Alzheimer's disease(AD) caused by injecting Aβ25-35 into the hippocampus.METHODS: Ninety male Wistar rats(age ≥10 months)were selected and injected with Aβ25-35 into their hippocampi to establish model animals,which were randomly divided into six groups including a sham-operated group(blank group), a model group, a donepezil HCL group(Western Medicinegroup),and ahigh/general/dilute concentrations of Yizhitongxuan decoction groups(TCMⅠⅡⅢgroup).The Morris watermaze was used to examine the learning and memory abilities of rats in each group by place navigation and spatial probe tests.Then, the rats were sacrificed to collect the hippocampi for biochemical tests, using western blotting to detect the expression of Gαq/11 and an ultramicro Na+-K+-ATP enzyme kit to measure Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activity.RESULTS:Yizhitongxuan decoction improved model rats' learning and memory abilities, and increased the expression of Gαq/11 in the hippocampus and the level of Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activity in braintissue.CONCLUSION: Yizhitongxuan decoction could improve model rats' learning and memory abilities,and had a regulating effect on the expression of Gαq/11and Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activity.Jing Teng Zhexue Xu Jing Zhang Jingmin Li 2014Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2014,34,4:3
6Effects of Perindopril on Left Ventricular Remodeling and Osteopontin Expression in Rats With Myocardial Infarction显示文摘Objectives To observe the effects of perindopril on left ventricular remodeling and myocardial osteopontin expression in rats with myocardial infarction. Methods In this study male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: sham-operation group, MI-saline group and MI-perindopril group. Left anterior descending artery was ligated to generate myocardial infarction. Perindopril (2 mg/kg body weight/day) was administered from the next day of MI. Four weeks later, left ventricular diameter (LVEDD and LVESD) and left ventricular ejection fraction was estimated with echocardiography, LVSP, LVEDP and±dp/dtmax was detected with hemodynamic measurement, cardiomyocyte diameter and interstitial fibrosis infiltration were evaluated with histological methods, and myocardium osteopontin protein expression level was detected with western blot. Results ①Compared with the sham-operation group, all rats with MI developed significant systolic and diastolic dysfunction, as was indicated by decreased LVEF, LVSP and±dp/dtmax, as well as increased LVEDP. ②Rats with MI showed significantly dilated left ventricles and higher ventricular weight / body weight ratio, significantly increased cardiomyocyte diameter and marked interstitial fibrosis in the non-infarction area. ③Perindopril treatment partly prevented cardiac dysfunction and left ventricular remodeling as indicated by the parameters mentioned above. ④No osteopontin protein was detected in myocardium of sham-operation rats. In rats with MI, high level osteopontin protein expression was significantly inhibited by perindopril treatment. 7Atomic-scale structural and chemical evolution of Li3V2(PO4)3 cathode cycled at high voltage window显示文摘Here,by using atomically resolved scanning transmission electron microscopy and electron energy loss spectroscopy,we investigate the structural and chemical evolution of Li3V2(PO4)3 (LVP) upon the high-voltage window (3.0-4.8 V).We find that the valence of vanadium gradually increases towards the core corresponding to the formation of electrochemically inactive Li3-xV2(PO4)3 (L3-xVP) phases.These Li-deficient phases exhibit structure distortion with superstructure stripes,likely caused by the migration of the vanadium,which can slow down the lithium ion diffusion or even block the diffusion channels.Such kinetic limitations lead to the formation of Li-deficient phase along with capacity loss.Thus,the LVP continuously losses of electrochemical activity and Li-deficient phases gradually grow from the particle core towards the surface during cycling.After 500 cycles,the thickness of active LVP layer decreases to be - 5-20 nm.Moreover,the micromorphology and chemical composition of solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) have been investigated,indicating the thick SEI film also contributes to the capacity loss.The present work reveals the structural and chemical evolution in the cycled electrode materials at an atomic scale,which is essential to understand the voltage fading and capacity decaying of LVP cathode.Shulin Chen Jian Zou Yuehui Li Ning Li Mei Wu Jinghuang Lin Jingmin Zhang Jian Cao Jicai Feng Xiaobin Niu Jianming Bai Junlei Qi Peng Gao Liping Wang Hong Li 2019Nano Research2019,12,7:1

10Role of microtubule dynamics in Wallerian degeneration and nerve regeneration after peripheral nerve injury显示文摘Wallerian degeneration,the progressive disintegration of distal axons and myelin that occurs after peripheral nerve injury,is essential for creating a permissive microenvironment for nerve regeneration,and involves cytoskeletal reconstruction.However,it is unclear whether microtubule dynamics play a role in this process.To address this,we treated cultured sciatic nerve explants,an in vitro model of Wallerian degeneration,with the microtubule-targeting agents paclitaxel and nocodazole.We found that paclitaxel-induced microtubule stabilization promoted axon and myelin degeneration and Schwann cell dedifferentiation,whereas nocodazole-induced microtubule destabilization inhibited these processes.Evaluation of an in vivo model of peripheral nerve injury showed that treatment with paclitaxel or nocodazole accelerated or attenuated axonal regeneration,as well as functional recovery of nerve conduction and target muscle and motor behavior,respectively.These results suggest that microtubule dynamics participate in peripheral nerve regeneration after injury by affecting Wallerian degeneration.This study was approved by the Animal Care and Use Committee of Southern Medical University,China(approval No.SMUL2015081) on October 15,2015.Jingmin Liu Lixia Li Ying Zou Lanya Fu Xinrui Ma Haowen Zhang Yizhou Xu Jiawei Xu Jiaqi Zhang Mi Li Xiaofang Hu Zhenlin Li Xianghai Wang Hao Sun Hui Zheng Lixin Zhu Jiasong Guo 2022Neural Regeneration Research2022,17,3:1
11Excitation energy transfer mechanisms in allophycocyanin(Ⅰ)——Energy transfer mechanisms in monomer显示文摘The mechanisms of excitation energy transfer within allophycocyanin monomer with the theory of generalized master equation (GME) and the technique of time-resolved fluorescence anisotropic spectroscopy are studied. In the case of known information of its structure and spectra, the theory applied is based on the assumption that the coupling interaction between two chromophores is fairly weak. The theory correctly predicts the experimentlly observed rate for excitation energy transfer in allophycocyanin monomer. 18The efficacy assessment of convalescent plasma therapy for COVID-19 patients:a multi-center case series显示文摘Convalescent plasma(CP)transfusion has been indicated as a promising therapy in the treatment for other emerging viral infections.However,the quality control of CP and individual variation in patients in different studies make it rather difficult to evaluate the efficacy and risk of CP therapy for coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).We aimed to explore the potential efficacy of CP therapy,and to assess the possible factors associated with its efficacy.We enrolled eight critical or severe COVID-19 patients from four centers.Each patient was transfused with 200–400mL of CP from seven recovered donors.The primary indicators for clinical efficacy assessment were the changes of clinical symptoms,laboratory parameters,and radiological image after CP transfusion.CP donors had a wide range of antibody levels measured by serology tests which were to some degree correlated with the neutralizing antibody(NAb)level.No adverse events were observed during and after CP transfusion.Following CP transfusion,six out of eight patients showed improved oxygen support status;chest CT indicated varying degrees of absorption of pulmonary lesions in six patients within 8 days;the viral load was decreased to a negative level in five patients who had the previous viremia;other laboratory parameters also tended to improve,including increased lymphocyte counts,decreased C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,and indicators for liver function.The clinical efficacy might be associated with CP transfusion time,transfused dose,and the NAb levels of CP.This study indicated that CP might be a potential therapy for severe patients with COVID-19.Hao Zeng Dongfang Wang Jingmin Nie Haoyu Liang Jiang Gu Anne Zhao Lixin Xu Chunhui Lang Xiaoping Cui Xiaolan Guo Changlong Zhou Haibo Li Bin Guo Jinyong Zhang Qiang Wang Li Fang Wen Liu Yishan Huang Wei Mao Yaokai Chen Quanming Zou 2020Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1:1

20Synthesis and energy transfer of model conjugate of phycobilisome rods显示文摘The conjugate of R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) and C-phycocyanin (C-PC) was synthesized through a heterobifunctional coupling reagent, N-succinimidyl 3-(2-pyridyldithio) propionate. The molar ratio of R-PE to C-PC was determined by absorption spectra, and the result was 2:1. The energy transfer phenomena were observed from steady-state fluorescence spectra. The calculated result showed that the energy transfer efficiency from R-PE to C-PC was 88%. The energy transfer kinetics was determined by picosecond time-resolved fluorescence spectra.
