| 1 | Estimation Method of State-of-Charge For Lithium-ion Battery Used in Hybrid Electric Vehicles Based on Variable Structure Extended Kalman Filter显示文摘Since the main power source of hybrid electric vehicle(HEV) is supplied by the power battery,the predicted performance of power battery,especially the state-of-charge(SOC) estimation has attracted great attention in the area of HEV.However,the value of SOC estimation could not be greatly precise so that the running performance of HEV is greatly affected.A variable structure extended kalman filter(VSEKF)-based estimation method,which could be used to analyze the SOC of lithium-ion battery in the fixed driving condition,is presented.First,the general lower-order battery equivalent circuit model(GLM),which includes column accumulation model,open circuit voltage model and the SOC output model,is established,and the off-line and online model parameters are calculated with hybrid pulse power characteristics(HPPC) test data.Next,a VSEKF estimation method of SOC,which integrates the ampere-hour(Ah) integration method and the extended Kalman filter(EKF) method,is executed with different adaptive weighting coefficients,which are determined according to the different values of open-circuit voltage obtained in the corresponding charging or discharging processes.According to the experimental analysis,the faster convergence speed and more accurate simulating results could be obtained using the VSEKF method in the running performance of HEV.The error rate of SOC estimation with the VSEKF method is focused in the range of 5% to 10% comparing with the range of 20% to 30% using the EKF method and the Ah integration method.In Summary,the accuracy of the SOC estimation in the lithium-ion battery cell and the pack of lithium-ion battery system,which is obtained utilizing the VSEKF method has been significantly improved comparing with the Ah integration method and the EKF method.The VSEKF method utilizing in the SOC estimation in the lithium-ion pack of HEV can be widely used in practical driving conditions. | SUN Yong MA Zilin TANG Gongyou CHEN Zheng ZHANG Nong | 2016 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2016,29,4: | 17 |

| 3 | The heterogeneity of islet autoantibodies and the progression of islet failure in type 1 diabetic patients显示文摘Type 1 diabetes mellitus is heterogeneous in many facets. The patients suffered from type 1 diabetes present several levels of islet function as well as variable number and type of islet-specific autoantibodies. This study was to investigate prevalence and heterogeneity of the islet autoantibodies and clinical phenotypes of type 1 diabetes mellitus; and also discussed the process of islet failure and its risk factors in Chinese type 1 diabetic patients. A total of 1,291 type 1 diabetic patients were enrolled in this study. Demographic information was collected. Laboratory tests including mixed-meal tolerance test, human leukocyte antigen alleles, hemoglobin A1 c, lipids, thyroid function and islet autoantibodies were conducted. The frequency of islet-specific autoantibody in newly diagnosed T1 DM patients(duration shorter than half year) was 73% in East China. According to binary logistic regressions, autoantibody positivity, longer duration and lower Body Mass Index were the risk factors of islet failure. As the disease developed, autoantibodies against glutamic acid decarboxylase declined as well as the other two autoantibodies against zinc transporter 8 and islet antigen 2. The decrease of autoantibodies was positively correlated with aggressive beta cell destruction. Autoantibodies can facilitate the identification of classic T1 DM from other subtypes and predict the progression of islet failure. | 5 | Tomato SlPUB24 enhances resistance to Xanthomonas euvesicatoria pv. perforans race T3显示文摘Solanum lycopersicum var.cerasiforme accession PI 114490 has broad-spectrum resistance to bacterial spot caused by several species of Xanthomonas.Resistance is quantitatively inherited,and a common quantitative trait locus QTL-11B on chromosome 11 has been identified previously.In this study,the SlPub24 gene was characterized in QTL-11B.SlPub24 in PI 114490 was upregulated by infection with X.euvesicatoria pv.perforans race T3,but its transcription was low in the susceptible line OH 88119 whether or not it was infected by the pathogen.The differential expression of SlPub24 between PI 114490 and OH 88119 was due to great sequence variation in the promoter region.The promoter of SlPub24 in OH 88119 had very low activity and did not respond to pathogen infection.Transgenic lines of OH 88119 overexpressing SlPub24 isolated from PI 114490 showed significantly enhanced resistance,while mutants of Slpub24 generated by CRISPR/Cas9 editing showed more susceptibility to race T3 and to other races.The mutants also showed spontaneous cell death in leaves.The expression of the salicylic acid(SA)pathway gene phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL)and signaling-related genes pathogenesis-related(PR1)and nonexpresser of PR1(NPR1)were influenced by SlPub24.The content of SA in tomato plants was consistent with the level of SlPub24 expression.Furthermore,SlPUB24 interacted with the cell wall protein SlCWP and could regulate the degradation of SlCWP.The expression levels of SlCWP and SlCWINV1,a cell wall invertase gene,showed opposite patterns during pathogen infection.The activity of SlCWINV1 was lower in mutants than in PI 114490.The results are discussed in terms of the roles of the abovementioned genes,and a potential model for SlPUB24-mediated resistance to bacterial spot is proposed. | Xin Liu Ge Meng Mengrui Wang Zilin Qian Yaxian Zhang Wencai Yang | 2021 | Horticulture Research2021,8,1: | 4 |

| 7 | Simultaneous determination of doxorubicin and its dipeptide prodrug in mice plasma by HPLC with fluorescence detection显示文摘A simple and sensitive high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection(HPLC–FD)has been developed for simultaneous quantification of doxorubicin(DOX) and its dipeptide conjugate prodrug(PDOX) in mice plasma.The chromatographic separation was carried out on an Amethyst C_(18)–H column with gradient mobile phase of 0.1% formic acid and 0.1% formic acid in acetonitrile at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The excitation and emission wavelengths were set at 490 and 550 nm,respectively.The method was comprehensively validated.The limits of detection were low up to 5.0 ng/m L for DOX and 25.0 ng/m L for PDOX.And the limits of quantification were low up to 12.5 ng/m L for DOX and 50 ng/m L for PDOX,which were lower than those for most of the current methods.The calibration curves showed good linearity(R^2>0.999) over the concentration ranges.The extraction recoveries ranged from 84.0% to 88.2% for DOX and from 85.4% to 89.2% for PDOX.Satisfactory intra-day and inter-day precisions were achieved with RSDs less than 9.1%.The results show that the developed HPLC–FD method is accurate,reliable and will be helpful for preclinical pharmacokinetic study of DOX and PDOX. | Jing Han Jue Zhang Haiyan Zhao Yan Li Zilin Chen | 2016 | Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2016,6,3: | 3 |

| 9 | The size-fractionated chlorophyll a and primary productivity in the Bering Sea during the summer of 2003显示文摘Investigations of chlorophyll a and primary productivity were carried out in the Bering Sea along the BR line and the BS line during the Second Chinese National Arctic Research Expedition in the summer of 2003. The results showed that the surface chlorophyll a concentrations were 0.199~1.170 μg/dm3, and the average value was 0.723 μg/dm3 on the BR line. For the BS line, the surface chlorophyll a concentrations were 0.519~4.644 μg/dm3 (average 1.605 μg/dm3) and 0.568~14.968 μg/dm3 (average 5.311 μg/dm3) during the early and late summer, respectively. The average value in the late summer was much higher than that in the early summer. The high values (more than 4.0 μg/dm3) occurred at stations of the BS line in the southern Bering Strait. The chlorophyll a concentrations in the subsurface layer were higher than those in the surface layer. The results of the size-fractionated chlorophyll a showed that the contribution of the picoplankton to total chlorophyll a was the predominance at the early summer and the contribution of the netplankton was the predominance at the late summer. The carbon potential primary productivities varied between 0.471 and 1.147 mg/(m3·h) on the BR line, with average rates of 0.728 mg/(m3·h). The primary productivities on the BS line were much higher than those of the BR line, ranging from 1.227 mg/(m3·h) at the early summer to 19.046 mg/(m3·h) at the late summer. The results of the size-fractionated primary productivity showed that the contribution of the nanoplankton to total productivity was the predominance at the early summer and the contribution of the netplankton was predominance at the late summer. | 11 | Effects of Mechanical Activation Methods on Thermo-oxidation Behaviors of Pyrite显示文摘To explore the effects of mechanical activation methods(ball mill, planetary mill and rod mill) on the oxidation and the spontaneous combustion of pyrite, the kinetic curves of non-activated pyrite and mechanically activated pyrite were created by simultaneous thermal analysis. The structural characteristics and changes of mechanically activated pyrite were investigated by X-ray diffraction and SEM, and the relationship between the mean diameter and the grinding time was obtained by using a laser particle size analyzer. The kinetic model of pyrite and the kinetic parameters were deduced using Bagchi method. The relationship between the kinetic parameters indicates that, pyrite activated by ball milling shows the best thermal stability at the same diameter. | 12 | Achieving exceptional activity and durability toward oxygen reduction based on a cobalt-free perovskite for solid oxide fuel cells显示文摘In response to the shortcomings of cobalt-rich cathodes, iron-based perovskite oxides appear as promising alternatives for solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs). However, their inferior electrochemical performance at reduced temperatures (<700 ℃) becomes a major bottleneck for future progress. Here, a novel cobalt-free perovskite Ba_(0.75)Sr_(0.25)Fe_(0.875)Ga_(0.125)O_(3−δ) (BSFG) is developed as an efficient oxygen reduction electrode for SOFCs, featuring cubic-symmetry structure, large oxygen vacancy concentration and fast oxygen transport. Benefiting from these merits, cells incorporated with BSFG achieve exceptionally high electrochemical performance, as evidenced by a low polarization area-specific resistance of 0.074 Ω cm^(2) and a high peak power density of 1145 mW cm^(−2) at 600 ℃. Meanwhile, a robust short-term performance stability of BSFG cathode can be ascribed to the stable crystalline structure and favorable thermal expansion behavior. First-principles computations are also conducted to understanding the superior activity and durability toward oxygen reduction reaction. | 14 | Interannual Variations of Phytoplankton, Zooplankton and Chlorophyll a in the Arctic Seas and Their Relations to ENSO and AO显示文摘To study effects of variations in climate-marine environment in the Arctic Ocean on ecology,based on the actual and reestablished data by biomarkers of algae in sediment in 1997,1999,2003,2008,and 2010,the interannual and spatial variations of phytoplankton,zooplankton and chlorophyll a concentration in the Chukchi Sea and the Bering Sea as well as their relations to El Nino-Southern Oscillation( ENSO) and Arctic Oscillation( AO) were analyzed. The results show that there were spatial and temporal anomalies in the phytoplankton community structure reestablished by biomarkers of algae in the Chukchi Sea and the Bering Sea in 1999 and 2010. The total content of biomarkers( brassicasterol,dinosterol,C37 alkenones and chlesterol) in sediment collected in 2010 was far lower than that in 1999,but brassicasterol was dominant in the two years,that is,diatom was dominant,which was consistent with the actual structure and distribution of phytoplankton community in 1999 and 2010; there were great changes in the dominant species of plankton in the two seas in 1999 and 2010,which could be regarded as the ecological response of the North Pole under the background of global warming. Chlorophyll a concentration in the water of the Bering Sea was 0. 720 μg/dm^3 at 0 m and 0. 765μg/dm^3 at 10 m in 1997 and 0. 723 μg/dm^3 at 0 m and 0. 731 μg/dm^3 at 10 m in 2003,and the concentration was very close to each other,which was affected by El Ni1 o and the negative phase of AO. It was 0. 395 μg/dm^3 at 0 m in 1999 and 0. 399 μg/dm^3 at 0 m and 0. 357 μg/dm^3 at 10 m in 2008,which was influenced by La Ni1 a and the positive phase of AO. The phases and intensity of AO and ENSO had various effects on the quantity and dominant species of phytoplankton and zooplankton in the Chukchi Sea and the Bering Sea. During the period of AO with positive or negative phase and El Ni1o( in 1997 and 2003),their combination was favorable to the growth of phytoplankton and zooplankton,while the combination of negative phase of AO and La Nina( in 2010) had adverse effects on the growth of phytoplankton. | 16 | Coextraction of vanadium and manganese from highmanganese containing vanadium wastewater by a solvent extraction-precipitation process显示文摘High-manganese containing vanadium waste-water(HMVW)is commonly produced during the vanadium extraction process from vanadium titano-magnetite.HMVW cannot be reused and discharged directly,and is harmful to the environment and affect product quality due to heavy metals in the wastewater.The wastewater is usually treated by lime neutralization,but valuable metals(especially V and Mn)cannot be recovered.In this study,an efficient and environmentally friendly method was developed to recover valuable metals by using a solvent extraction-precipitation process.In the solvent extraction process,98.15%of vanadium was recovered,and the V2Os product,with a purity of 98.60%,was obtained under optimal conditions.For the precipitation process,91.05%of manganese was recovered as MnCO3 which meets the III grade standard of HG/T 2836-2011.Thermodynamic simulation analysis indicated that MnCO3 was selectively precipitated at pH 6.5 while Mg and Ca could hardly be precipitated.The results of X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy demonstrated that the obtained V2Os and MnCO3 displayed a good degree of crystallinity.The treated wastewater can be returned for leaching,and resources(V and Mn)in the wastewater were utilized efficiently in an environmentally friendly way.Therefore,this study provides a novel method for the coextraction of V and Mn from HMVW. | Zishuai Liu Yimin Zhang Zilin Dai Jing Huang Cong Liu | 2020 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2020,14,5: | 1 |

| 18 | Study on simulation and experiment of array micro Faraday cup ion detector for FAIMS显示文摘An array micro Faraday cup ion detector for FAIMS (High-field Asymmetric Waveform Ion Mobility Spectrometry) was introduced, with which the size of the FAIMS system was reduced. With simple structure, good stability, low noise, large measurements range, this detector can work under the condition of atmospheric pressure. The array micro Faraday cup was composed of gate electrode, sensitive electrode and shielding electrode. The sensitive electrode was made of tens of crossing silicon columns with diameter of 200 μm. It was fabricated through typical MEMS technology, which was compatible completely with plane FAIMS. It was shown from FLUENT simulation result that the resistance to gas motion was low and the flow field distribution was helpful for full absorption of the ion in this array design. Through electricity simulation, the method to reduce interference on the detection signal of the micro Faraday cup was given out. Connecting with KEITHLEY 237 ampere meter, the noise level of the array micro Faraday cup was lower than 0.5 pA. The output signal of the acetone sample measured by experiment was about 210 pA. Through contrast experiment, the design parameter of the micro Faraday cup was obtained primarily. | 19 | Hexafluoropropylene oxide trimer acid,a perfluorooctanoic acid alternative,induces cardiovascular toxicity in zebrafish embryos显示文摘As an increasingly used alternative to perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA),hexafluoropropylene oxide trimer acid(HFPO-TA)has been widely detected in global water environments.However,little is known regarding its toxic effects on cardiovascular development.Here,zebrafish embryos were treated with egg water containing 0,60,120,or 240 mg/L HFPO-TA.Results showed that HFPO-TA treatment led to a significant reduction in both larval survival percentage and heart rate.Furthermore,HFPO-TA exposure caused severe pericardial edema and elongation of the sinus venous to bulbus arteriosus distance(SV-BA)in Tg(myl7:GFP)transgenic larvae,disrupting the expression of genes involved in heart development and thus causing abnormal heart looping.Obvious sprouting angiogenesis was observed in the 120 and 240 mg/L exposed Tg(fli:GFP)transgenic larvae.HFPO-TA treatment also impacted the mRNA levels of genes involved in the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)pathway and embryonic vascular development.HFPO-TA exposure significantly decreased erythrocyte number in Tg(gata1:DsRed)transgenic embryos and influenced gene expression associated with the heme metabolism pathway.HFPO-TA also induced oxidative stress and altered the transcriptional levels of genes related to cell cycle and apoptosis,inhibiting cell proliferation while promoting apoptosis.Therefore,HFPO-TA exposure may induce abnormal development of the cardiovascular and hematopoietic systems in zebrafish embryos,suggesting it may not be a suitable or safe alternative for PFOA. | Sujie Sun Li Zhang Xue Li Lu Zang Ling Huang Junquan Zeng Zigang Cao Xinjun Liao Zilin Zhong Huiqiang Lu Jianjun Chen | 2024 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,5: | 0 |
| 20 | Deep Feature Bayesian Classifier for SAR Target Recognition with Small Training Set显示文摘In recent years,deep learning algorithms have been popular in recognizing targets in synthetic aperture radar(SAR)images.However,due to the problem of overfitting,the performance of these models tends to worsen when just a small number of training data are available.In order to solve the problems of overfitting and an unsatisfied performance of the network model in the small sample remote sensing image target recognition,in this paper,we uses a deep residual network to autonomously acquire image features and proposes the Deep Feature Bayesian Classifier model(RBnet)for SAR image target recognition.In the RBnet,a Bayesian classifier is used to improve the effect of SAR image target recognition and improve the accuracy when the training data is limited.The experimental results on MSTAR dataset show that the RBnet can fully exploit effective information in limited samples and recognize the target of the SAR images more accurately.Compared with other state-of-the-art methods,our method offers significant recognition accuracy improvements under limited training data.Noted that theRBnet is moderately difficult to implement and has the value of popularization and application in engineering application scenarios in the field of small-sample remote sensing target recognition and recognition. | Liguo Zhang Zilin Tian Yan Zhang Tong Shuai Shuo Liang Zhuofei Wu | 2022 | Journal of New Media2022,4,2: | 0 |
