1Performance analysis and comparison of PoW,PoS and DAG based blockchains显示文摘In the blockchain,the consensus mechanism plays a key role in maintaining the security and legitimation of contents recorded in the blocks.Various blockchain consensus mechanisms have been proposed.However,there is no technical analysis and comparison as a guideline to determine which type of consensus mechanism should be adopted in a specific scenario/application.To this end,this work investigates three mainstream consensus mechanisms in the blockchain,namely,Proof of Work(PoW),Proof of Stake(PoS),and Direct Acyclic Graph(DAG),and identifies their performances in terms of the average time to generate a new block,the confirmation delay,the Transaction Per Second(TPS)and the confirmation failure probability.The results show that the consensus process is affected by both network resource(computation power/coin age,buffer size)and network load conditions.In addition,it shows that PoW and PoS are more sensitive to the change of network resource while DAG is more sensitive to network load conditions.Bin Cao Zhenghui Zhang Daquan Feng Shengli Zhang Lei Zhang Mugen Peng Yun Li 2020Digital Communications and Networks2020,6,4:15
2Effects of culm carbohydrate partitioning on basal stem strength in a high-yielding rice population显示文摘Rice culm carbohydrate transport can simultaneously affect grain filling and stem lodging resistance by regulating non-structural carbohydrate(NSC) and structural carbohydrate(SC) contents. However, the relationship between carbohydrate transposition and culm strength is not well documented. Accordingly, a high-yielding hybrid rice cultivar(Y Liangyou 2) was tested under different N fertilization regimes at two locations, Taoyuan(a special high-yield eco-site), Yunnan province and Danyang(a representative eco-site of the middle and lower Yangtze), Jiangsu province, China. Significantly higher grain yield and basal stem strength were found at Taoyuan than Danyang under all N rates throughout the two-year experiment. At heading stage, soluble sugars, starch, cellulose and lignin contents of the basal culm at Taoyuan were significantly 132.0%, 73.7%, 1.2%, and 62.7% higher than those at Danyang, respectively. At 20 days after heading, soluble sugars and starch content at Taoyuan decreased significantly compared to Danyang, but lignin content remained higher. Culm carbohydrate transport to kernels at Taoyuan was significantly greater than that at Danyang, and the proportion of soluble sugars and starch was correspondingly 62.9%lower. However, the proportion of lignin and cellulose was 22.7% higher at Taoyuan than that at Danyang. Soluble sugars and starch partitioning were significantly reduced under an increased nitrogen application rate, but SC partitioning was little affected. 3Infiltrating lithium into carbon doth decorated with zinc oxide arrays for dendrite-free lithium metal anode显示文摘Lithium metal anode for batteries has attracted extensive attentions, but its application is restricted by the hazardous dendritic Li growth and dead Li formation. To address these issues, a novel Li anode is developed by infiltrating molten Li metal into conductive carbon cloth decorated with zinc oxide arrays. In carbonate-based electrolyte, the symmetric cell shows no short circuit over 1,500 h at 1 mA·cm^-2, and stable voltage profiles at 3 mA cm^-2 for ~ 300 h cycling. A low overpotential of ~ 243 mV over 350 cycles at a high current density of 10 mA·cm^-2 is achieved, compared to the seriously fluctuated voltage and fast short circuit in the cell using bare Li metal. Meanwhile, the asymmetric cell withstands 1,000 cycles at 10 C (1 C = 167 mAh·g^-1) compared to the 210 cycles for the cell using bare Li anode. 4Chinese Stroke Association guidelines for clinical management of cerebrovascular disorders: executive summary and 2019 update of clinical management of intracerebral haemorrhage显示文摘Aim This evidence-based guideline aims to present current and comprehensive recommendations for the diagnosis and management of spontaneous intracerebral haemorrhage(ICH).Methods A formal literature search was conducted on MEDLINE(1 January 1990 to 30 June 2019).Data were synthesised using evidence tables.The members of the working group met by teleconference to update and formulate data-based recommendations.The recommendations are graded according to levels of evidence grading algorithm of the Chinese Stroke Association.The guideline draft has been reviewed by Chinese Stroke Association Stroke Council Guideline Writing Committee.Results Evidence-based guideline is proposed for the management of patients with ICH.The focus of the guideline is divided into the diagnosis and aetiology of ICH,management of ICH in emergency department,surgical treatment for removal of hematoma,management of complications and prevention of secondary ICH.Conclusions This guideline provides a framework for ICH management.Early active and reasonable treatment may improve the clinical outcome of patients.Yong Cao Songlin Yu Qian Zhang Tao Yu Yanfang Liu Zhenghui Sun Meng Zhao Wen Wang Ji Zong Zhao 2020Stroke & Vascular Neurology2020,5,4:8
5The Chinese carbon cycle data-assimilation system(Tan-Tracker)显示文摘In this study,the Chinese carbon cyle dataassimilation system Tan-Tracker is developed based on the atmospheric chemical transport model(GEOS-Chem)platform.Tan-Tracker is a dual-pass data-assimilation system in which both CO2concentrations and CO2fluxes are simultaneously assimilated from atmospheric observations.It has several advantages,including its advanced data-assimilation method,its highly efficient computing performance,and its simultaneous assimilation of CO2concentrations and CO2fluxes.Preliminary observing system simulation experiments demonstrate its robust performance with high assimilation precision,making full use of observations.The Tan-Tracker system can only assimilate in situ observations for the moment.In the future,we hope to extend Tan-Tracker with functions for using satellite measurements,which will form the quasioperational Chinese carbon cycle data-assimilation system.Xiangjun Tian Zhenghui Xie Zhaonan Cai Yi Liu Yu Fu Huifang Zhang 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,14:7
6Wall shear stress in intracranial aneurysms and adjacent arteries显示文摘Hemodynamic parameters play an important role in aneurysm formation and growth. However, it is difficult to directly observe a rapidly growing de novo aneurysm in a patient. To investigate possible associations between hemodynamic parameters and the formation and growth of intracranial aneurysms, the present study constructed a computational model of a case with an internal carotid artery aneurysm and an anterior communicating artery aneurysm, based on the CT angiography findings of a patient. To simulate the formation of the anterior communicating artery aneurysm and the growth of the internal carotid artery aneurysm, we then constructed a model that virtually removed the anterior communicating artery aneurysm, and a further two models that also progressively decreased the size of the internal carotid artery aneurysm. Computational simulations of the fluid dynamics of the four models were performed under pulsatile flow conditions, and wall shear stress was compared among the different models. In the three aneurysm growth models, increasing size of the aneurysm was associated with an increased area of low wall shear stress, a significant decrease in wall shear stress at the dome of the aneurysm, and a significant change in the wall shear stress of the parent artery. The wall shear stress of the anterior communicating artery remained low, and was significantly lower than the wall shear stress at the bifurcation of the internal carotid artery or the bifurcation of the middle cerebral artery. After formation of the anterior communicating artery aneurysm, the wall shear stress at the dome of the internal carotid artery aneurysm increased significantly, and the wall shear stress in the upstream arteries also changed significantly. 7Geochronology and geochemistry of mafic dykes in the Helanshan complex: Implications for Mesozoic tectonics in the North China Craton显示文摘The Helanshan tectonic belt(HTB) is a major tectonic divide between the Alxa and Ordos blocks in the North China Craton. The geochronology and petrogenesis of the mafic dykes in the northern HTB are keys to understanding the tectonic evolution of this belt. The mafic dykes, intruded into the Neoarchean-Paleoproterozoic metamorphic basement, are mainly composed of diabase with a mineral assemblage of plagioclase(45%-60%), pyroxene(25%-35%), minor quartz and Fe-Ti oxides. The LA-ICPMS U-Pb analysis of zircon grains from representative dykes yield a weighted mean age of 206 ± 1.9 Ma, which represents the crystallization age of the dyke. The diabases show high contents of Fe_2 O_3~T(11.88-17.55 wt.%), low contents of SiO_2(45.65-50.95 wt.%) and MgO(3.31-5.50 wt.%) with low Mg#(=100×MgO/(MgO + FeO) atomic ration) of 33-44. They are characterized by enrichment of light rare earth elements(LREEs) and large ion lithophile elements(LILEs)(e.g., Rb, Ba and Pb), and slight depletion of high field strength elements(HFSEs). These features suggest that the magma has undergone extensive fractionation of olivine and pyroxene but only minor crustal contamination during its evolution. Their high Sm contents and La/Sm ratios, and low Sm/Yb ratios indicate that magma from which the dykes formed was derived from low degree(about 5%) partial melting of an enriched garnet + spinel lherzolite mantle source. 8In-situ growth of vertically aligned nickel cobalt sulfide nanowires on carbon nanotube fibers for high capacitance all-solid-state asymmetric fiber-supercapacitors显示文摘Fiber-supercapacitors(FSCs)are promising power sources for miniature portable and wearable electronic devices.However,the development and practical application of these FSCs have been severely hindered by their low volumetric capacitance and narrow operating voltage.In this work,vertically aligned nickel cobalt sulfide(Ni Co2S4)nanowires grown on carbon nanotube(CNT)fibers were achieved through an in-situ two-step hydrothermal reaction method.The as-prepared Ni Co2S4@CNT fiber electrode exhibits a high volumetric capacitance of 2332 F cm-3,benefiting from its superior electric conductivity,large surface area,and rich Faradic redox reaction sites.Furthermore,a Ni Co2S4@CNT//VN@CNT(vanadium nitride nanosheets grown on CNT fibers)asymmetric fiber-supercapacitor(AFSC)was successfully fabricated.The device exhibits an operating voltage up to 1.6 V and a high volumetric energy density of 30.64m Wh cm-3.The device also possesses outstanding flexibility as evidenced by no obvious performance degradation under various bending angles and maintaining high capacitance after 5000 bending cycles.This work promotes the practical application of flexible wearable energy-storage devices.Na Liu Zhenghui Pan Xiaoyu Ding Jie Yang Guoguang Xu Linge Li Qi Wang Meinan Liu Yuegang Zhang 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,2:5

10Optimal yield-related attributes of irrigated rice for high yield potential based on path analysis and stability analysis显示文摘Improvement of yield in rice(Oryza sativa L.) is vital for ensuring food security in China. Both rice breeders and growers need an improved understanding of the relationship between yield and yield-related traits. New indica cultivars(53 in 2007 and 48 in 2008) were grown in Taoyuan,Yunnan province, to identify important components contributing to yield. Additionally, two standard indica rice cultivars with similar yield potentials, II You 107(a large-panicle type) and Xieyou 107(a heavy-panicle type), were planted in Taoyuan, Yunnan province and Nanjing,Jiangsu province, from 2006 to 2008 to evaluate the stability of yield and yield-related attributes.Growth duration(GD), leaf area index(LAI), panicles per m2(PN), and spikelets per m2(SM) were significantly and positively correlated with grain yield(GY) over all years. Sequential path analysis identified PN and panicle weight(PW) as important first-order traits that influenced grain yield. All direct effects were significant, as indicated by bootstrap analysis. Yield potential varied greatly across locations but not across years. Plant height(PH), days from heading to maturity(HM), and grain weight(GW) were stable traits that showed little variation across sites or years, whereas GD(mainly the pre-heading period, PHP) and PN varied significantly across locations. 11Diversity of metabolite accumulation patterns in inner and outer seed coats of pomegranate:exploring their relationship with genetic mechanisms of seed coat development显示文摘The expanded outer seed coat and the rigid inner seed coat of pomegranate seeds,both affect the sensory qualities of the fruit and its acceptability to consumers.Pomegranate seeds are also an appealing model for the study of seed coat differentiation and development.We conducted nontarget metabolic profiling to detect metabolites that contribute to the morphological differentiation of the seed coats along with transcriptomic profiling to unravel the genetic mechanisms underlying this process.Comparisons of metabolites in the lignin biosynthetic pathway accumulating in seed coat layers at different developmental stages revealed that monolignols,including coniferyl alcohol and sinapyl alcohol,greatly accumulated in inner seed coats and monolignol glucosides greatly accumulated in outer seed coats.Strong expression of genes involved in monolignol biosynthesis and transport might explain the spatial patterns of biosynthesis and accumulation of these metabolites.Hemicellulose constituents and flavonoids in particular accumulated in the inner seed coat,and candidate genes that might be involved in their accumulation were also identified.Genes encoding transcription factors regulating monolignol,cellulose,and hemicellulose metabolism were chosen by coexpression analysis.These results provide insights into metabolic factors influencing seed coat differentiation and a reference for studying seed coat developmental biology and pomegranate genetic improvement.Gaihua Qin Chunyan Liu Jiyu Li Yongjie Qi Zhenghui Gao Xiaoling Zhang Xingkai Yi Haifa Pan Ray Ming Yiliu Xu 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:4
12Genetic and Molecular Characterization of H9N2 Avian Influenza Viruses Isolated from Live Poultry Markets in Hubei Province, Central China, 2013–2017显示文摘H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus(AIV)is an influenza A virus that is widely spread throughout Asia,where it jeopardizes the poultry industry and provides genetic material for emerging human pathogens.To better understand the epidemicity and genetics of H9 subtype AIVs,we conducted active surveillance in live poultry markets(LPMs)in Hubei Province from 2013 to 2017.A total of 4798 samples were collected from apparent healthy poultry and environment.Realtime RT-PCR revealed that the positivity rate of influenza A was 26.6%(1275/4798),of which the H9 subtype accounted for 50.3%(641/1275)of the positive samples.Of the 132 H9N2 viral strains isolated,48 representative strains were subjected to evolutionary analysis and genotyping.Phylogenetic analysis revealed that all H9N2 viral genes had 91.1%–100%nucleotide homology,clustered with genotype 57,and had high homology with human H9N2 viruses isolated from2013 to 2017 in China.Using a nucleotide divergence cutoff of 95%,we identified ten distinct H9N2 genotypes that continued to change over time.Molecular analysis demonstrated that six H9N2 isolates had additional potential glycosylation sites at position 218 in the hemagglutinin protein,and all isolates had I155 T and Q226 L mutations.Moreover,44 strains had A558 V mutations in the PB2 protein and four had E627 V mutations,along with H9N2 human infection strains A/Beijing/1/2016 and A/Beijing/1/2017.These results emphasize that the H9N2 influenza virus in Hubei continues to mutate and undergo mammalian adaptation changes,indicating the necessity of strengthening the surveillance of the AIV H9N2 subtype in LPMs.Zhibin Hu Fuhu Peng Zhenghui Xiong Wanpo Zhang Tingting Li Yuejun Shi Jun Xie Xin Jin Jingjing Huang Hongde Xiao Dingren Bi Nianhua Song Zili Li 2021Virologica Sinica2021,36,2:4
13Wide Band-gap Two-dimension Conjugated Polymer Donors with Different Amounts of Chlorine Substitution on Alkoxyphenyl Conjugated Side Chains for Non-fullerene Polymer Solar Cells显示文摘In this study,wide bandgap(WBG)two-dimensional(2D)copolymer donors(DZ1,DZ2,and DZ3)based on benzodithiophene(BDT)on alkoxyphenyl conjugated side chains without and with different amounts of chlorine atoms and difluorobenzotriazole(FBTZ)are designed and synthesized successfully for efficient non-fullerene polymer solar cells(PSCs).Three polymer donors DZ1,DZ2,and DZ3 display similar absorption spectra at 300-700 nm range with optional band-gap(Egopt)of 1.84,1.92,and 1.97 eV,respectively.Compared with reported DZ1 without chlorine substitution,it is found that introducing chlorine atoms into the meta-position of the alkoxyphenyl group affords polymer possessing a deeper the highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO)energy level,which can increase open circuit voltage(Voc)of PSCs,as well as improve hole mobility.Non-fullerene bulk heterojunction PSCs based on DZ2:MelC demonstrate a relatively high power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 10.22%with a Voc of 0.88 V,a short-circuit current density(Jsc)of 17.62 mA/cm^2,and a fill factor(FF)of 68%,compared with PSCs based on DZ1:MelC(a PCE of 8.26%)and DZ3:MelC(a PCE of 6.28%).The results imply that adjusting chlorine atom amount on alkoxyphenyl side chains based on BDT polymer donors is a promising approach of synthesizing electron-rich building block for high performance of PSCs.Youdi Zhang Yong Wang Ruijie Ma Zhenghui Luo Tao Liu So-Huei Kang He Yan Zhongyi Yuan Changduk Yang Yiwang Chen 2020Chinese Journal of Polymer Science2020,38,8:3
14Effects of rice or wheat residue retention on the quality of milled japonica rice in a rice–wheat rotation system in China显示文摘In rice–wheat rotation systems, crop straw is usually retained in the field at land preparation in every, or every other, season. We conducted a 3-year-6-season experiment in the middle–lower Yangtze River Valley to compare the grain qualities of rice under straw retained after single or double seasons per year. Four treatments were designed as: both wheat and rice straw retained(WR), only rice straw retained(R), only wheat straw retained(W), and no straw retained(CK). The varieties were Yangmai 16 wheat and Wuyunjing 23 japonica rice. The results showed contrasting effects of W and R on rice quality. Amylopectin content, peak viscosity, cool viscosity, and breakdown viscosity of rice grain were significantly increased in W compared to the CK, whereas gelatinization temperature,setback viscosity, and protein content significantly decreased. In addition, the effect of WR on rice grain quality was similar to that of W, although soil fertility was enhanced in WR due to straw being retained in two cycles. The differences in protein and starch contents among the treatments might result from soil nitrogen supply. 18Highly crystalline acceptor materials based on benzodithiophene with different amount of fluorine substitution on alkoxyphenyl conjugated side chains for organic photovoltaics显示文摘Organic solar cells based on narrow bandgap small-molecule acceptors(SMAs)with highly crystalline characteristics have attracted great attentions for their superiority in obtaining high photovoltaic efficiency.Employing highly crystalline SMAs to enhance power conversion efficiencies(PCEs)by regulating and controlling morphology and compatibility of donor and acceptor materials has turned out to be an effective approach.In this study,we synthesized three different crystalline SMAs by using fluorine substitution on alkoxyphenyl conjugated side chains to modulate the relationship of crystallinity and morphologies,namely ZY1(zero F atoms),ZY2(two F atoms),and ZY3(four F atoms).The three SMAs show the broad absorption edges and similar frontier orbital energy levels,generating the analogical(over 0.9 V)open circuit voltage(VOC)of the polymer solar cells(PSCs).As a result,the PM6:ZY2-based PSCs yield a PCE of 10.81%with a VOC of 0.95 V,a short-circuit current density(JSC)of 16.154 mA cm^(-2),and a fill factor(FF)of 0.71,which is higher than that of 9.17%(PM6:ZY1)and 6.37%(PM6:ZY3).And the PCE(17.23%)of the PM6:Y6:ZY2 based ternary PSCs is also higher than that of 16.32%PM6:Y6 based binary device.Obviously,the results demonstrate that adding fluorine atoms on the conjugated side chains to construct high crystalline materials is a positive strategy to effectively increase the efficiencies of binary and ternary PSCs.Youdi Zhang Ruijie Ma Yong Wang Ying Wang Tao Liu Yiqun Xiao Yongjoon Cho Zhenghui Luo Xinhui Lu Lun Zhao Zhongyi Yuan Changduk Yang He Yan Yiwang Chen 2021Materials Reports(Energy)2021,1,4:1

20A Preliminary Review on the Metallogeny of Pb-Zn Deposits in China显示文摘Lead and zinc resources are abundant in China, with the reserves of 100 million tons ranking only second in the world. There are more than 3000 lead-zinc mine areas nationwide. The classification of lead-zinc(Pb-Zn) deposits has been a highly controversial issue. From the standpoint of evaluating the potential of mineral resources, we construct a Pb-Zn deposit predictive type of classification scheme, and propose a Pb-Zn deposit comprehensive classification scheme(including 5 classes and 13 sub-types) that regards mineralization as the primary factor and the ore rock as secondary. According to the temporal and spatial distribution of Pb-Zn deposits, we conclude that a multi-period, multi-cycle orogenic environment is the most favorable for lead-zinc deposit growth, that the Proterozoic is the major eon for the growth of igneous-type deposits, the Paleozoic is an important development era for sedimentary Pb-Zn deposits, and the Mesozoic and Cenozoic are the heyday eras of magmatic type lead-zinc deposits.
