| 1 | Ultrasensitive broadband phototransistors based on perovskite/organic-semiconductor vertical heterojunctions显示文摘Organolead halide perovskites have emerged as the most promising materials for various optoelectronic devices,especially solar cells,because of their excellent optoelectronic properties.Here,we present the first report of low-voltage high-gain phototransistors based on perovskite/organic-semiconductor vertical heterojunctions,which show ultrahigh responsivities of~10^(9)A W^(–1) and specific detectivities of~10^(14) Jones in a broadband region from the ultraviolet to the near infrared.The high sensitivity of the devices is attributed to a pronounced photogating effect that is mainly due to the long carrier lifetimes and strong light absorption in the perovskite material.In addition,flexible perovskite photodetectors have been successfully prepared via a solution process and show high sensitivity as well as excellent flexibility and bending durability.The high performance and facile solution-based fabrication of the perovskite/organic-semiconductor phototransistors indicate their promise for potential application for ultrasensitive broadband photodetection. | Chao Xie Peng You Zhike Liu Li Li Feng Yan | 2017 | Light(Science & Applications)2017,6,1: | 12 |
| 2 | Predictors of dysphagia screening and pneumonia among patients with acute ischaemic stroke in China:findings from the Chinese Stroke Center Alliance(CSCA)显示文摘Background and purpose Guidelines recommend dysphagia screening to identify those at high risk of pneumonia.However,little is known about the prevalence and predictors of dysphagia screening and pneumonia among patients with acute ischaemic stroke in China.Methods Using data from the Chinese Stroke Center Alliance,which is a multicentre,prospective,consecutive patient enrolment programme,univariate and multivariate analyses were conducted to identify patient and hospital characteristics associated with dysphagia screening and pneumonia during acute hospitalisation.Results Of 790811 patients admitted to 1476 hospitals,622718(78.7%)underwent dysphagia screening,and 64398(8.1%)developed pneumonia.Patients in stroke units were more likely to be screened for dysphagia than those not in stroke units(OR 1.50;95%CI 1.48 to 1.52),while patients with a past history of stroke were less likely to be screened(OR 0.87;95%CI 0.86 to 0.88).Dysphagia screening(OR 1.46;95%CI 1.30 to 1.65),dysphagia(OR 7.31;95%CI 7.15 to 7.46),and admission to stroke units(OR 1.17;95%CI 1.14 to 1.19)were significantly associated with a greater risk of pneumonia.Conclusions Dysphagia was a critical factor in the development of pneumonia.Nearly one in five patients with acute ischaemic stroke in the Chinese Stroke Center Alliance were not screened for dysphagia.Pneumonia prevention during acute hospitalisation is dependent not only on dysphagia screening but also on the effectiveness of subsequent dysphagia management interventions.Further studies are needed to elucidate the relationship between dysphagia screening,stroke unit care and pneumonia in patients with acute ischaemic stroke. | Jianshu Liang Zhike Yin Zixiao Li Hongqiu Gu Kaixuan Yang Yunyun Xiong Yongjun Wang Chunjuan Wang | 2022 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,4: | 5 |

| 5 | Interfacial engineering of printable bottom back metal electrodes for full-solution processed flexible organic solar cells显示文摘Printing of metal bottom back electrodes of flexible organic solar cells(FOSCs) at low temperature is of great significance to realize the full-solution fabrication technology. However, this has been difficult to achieve because often the interfacial properties of those printed electrodes, including conductivity, roughness, work function,optical and mechanical flexibility, cannot meet the device requirement at the same time. In this work, we fabricate printed Ag and Cu bottom back cathodes by a low-temperature solution technique named polymer-assisted metal deposition(PAMD) on flexible PET substrates. Branched polyethylenimine(PEI) and ZnO thin films are used as the interface modification layers(IMLs) of these cathodes. Detailed experimental studies on the electrical, mechanical, and morphological properties, and simulation study on the optical properties of these IMLs are carried out to understand and optimize the interface of printed cathodes. We demonstrate that the highest power conversion efficiency over 3.0% can be achieved from a full-solution processed OFSC with the device structure being PAMDAg/PEI/P3 HT:PC_(61)BM/PH1000. | 7 | Dynamic Characteristics of Rotor System with a Slant Crack Based on Fractional Damping显示文摘The traditional modeling method of rotor system with a slant crack considers only integer-order calculus.However,the model of rotor system based on integer-order calculus can merely describe local characteristics,not historical dependent process.The occur of fractional order calculus just makes up for the deficiency in integer-order calculus.Therefore,a new dynamic model with a slant crack based on fractional damping is proposed.Here,the stiffness of rotor system with a slant crack is solved by zero stress intensity factor method.The proposed model is simulated by Runge-Kutta method and continued fraction Euler method.The influence of the fractional order,rotating speed,and crack depth on the dynamic characteristics of rotor system is discussed.The simulation results show that the amplitude of torsional excitation frequency increases significantly with the increase of the fractional order.With the increase of the rotating speed,the amplitude of first harmonic component becomes gradually larger,the amplitude of the second harmonic becomes smaller,while the amplitude of the other frequency components is almost invariant.The shaft orbit changes gradually from an internal 8-type shape to an ellipse-type shape without overlapping.With the increase of the slant crack depth,the amplitude of the transverse response frequency in the rotor system with a slant crack increases,and the amplitude in the second harmonic component also increases significantly.In addition,the torsional excitation frequency and other coupling frequency components also occur.The proposed model is further verified by the experiment.The valuable conclusion can provide an important guideline for the fault diagnosis of rotor system with a slant crack. | Zhinong Li Yunlong Li Dong Wang Zhike Peng Haifeng Wang | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021,34,2: | 2 |

| 12 | Removal of the main inflorescence to induce reflowering of loquat显示文摘Loquat(Eriobotrya japonica Lindl.)is an evergreen fruit tree species of the Rosaceae,and its unique flowering time greatly hinders its production.To explore the artificial regulation of loquat flowering time,we removed the main inflorescence(by cutting it)to induce reflowering.For different loquat tree cultivars with different stages,the inflorescence was removed by cutting the main floral axis at two alternative positions:the upper or the lower position beneath the inflorescence,and it was found that the proportion of reflowering resulting from removing the upper position of the main floral axis of yellow-flesh loquat cultivars during the full-bloom stage was the highest.In addition,compared with those of the normal-growing panicles,the number of flower buds and branch axes of the reflowering panicles decreased significantly after cutting.Importantly,these newly produced inflorescences flowered 2–4 months later than normal-growing inflorescences did,effectively prolonging both the flowering and fruiting time.In addition,qRT-PCR results showed that EjFT1,EjFT2,EjAP1–1 and EjAP1–2 were highly expressed in the floral axis.These findings highlighted a new method for extending the production cycle of loquat and provided a reference for the flowering regulation of loquat and other economically important fruit tree species. | Jiangrong Peng Wenkun Li Yuan Yuan Zhiqiang Han Yunpeng Cao Muhammad Qasim Shahid Zhike Zhang Yongshun Gao Shunquan Lin Yuanyuan Jiang | 2022 | Horticultural Plant Journal2022,8,1: | 1 |
| 13 | Characteristics of plankton Hg bioaccumulations based on a global data set and the implications for aquatic systems with aggravating nutrient imbalance显示文摘The bioaccumulation of mercury(Hg)in aquatic ecosystem poses a potential health risk to human being and aquatic organism.Bioaccumulations by plankton represent a crucial process of Hg transfer from water to aquatic food chain.However,the current understanding of major factors affecting Hg accumulation by plankton is inadequate.In this study,a data set of 89 aquatic ecosystems worldwide,including inland water,nearshore water and open sea,was established.Key factors influencing plankton Hg bioaccumulation(i.e.,plankton species,cell sizes and biomasses)were discussed.The results indicated that total Hg(THg)and methylmercury(MeHg)concentrations in plankton in inland waters were significantly higher than those in nearshore waters and open seas.Bioaccumulation factors for the logarithm of THg and MeHg of phytoplankton were 2.4–6.0 and 2.6–6.7 L/kg,respectively,in all aquatic ecosystems.They could be further biomagnified by a factor of 2.1–15.1 and 5.3–28.2 from phytoplankton to zooplankton.Higher MeHg concentrations were observed with the increases of cell size for both phyto-and zooplankton.A contrasting trend was observed between the plankton biomasses and BAF_(MeHg),with a positive relationship for zooplankton and a negative relationship for phytoplankton.Plankton physiologic traits impose constraints on the rates of nutrients and contaminants obtaining process from water.Nowadays,many aquatic ecosystems are facing rapid shifts in nutrient compositions.We suggested that these potential influences on the growth and composition of plankton should be incorporated in future aquatic Hg modeling and ecological risk assessments. | Zhike Li Jie Chi Zhenyu Wu Yiyan Zhang Yiran Liu Lanlan Huang Yiren Lu Minhaz Uddin Wei Zhang Xuejun Wang Yan Lin Yindong Tong | 2022 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2022,16,3: | 1 |
| 14 | Study of K^+ doping on structure and properties of γ-Ce_2S_3显示文摘In this study,K+-doped γ-Ce2 S3 was successfully prepared via a gas-solid reaction method using CeO2,K2 CO3,and CS2 as raw materials.The effects of the suitable sulfide system and different molar ratios of K to Ce(nK/Ce=0-0.30) on the phase composition,crystal structure,chromaticity and thermal stability ofγ-Ce2 S3 were systematically investigated.Pure γ-Ce2 S3 was obtained by calcining the doped samples at840℃ for 150 min.After calcination at the same temperature the undoped K+samples exhibit a pure α-phase.Samples with a K/Ce molar ratio(nK/Ce) of 0.10-0.25 comprise only the γ-phase;and when nK/Ce exceeds 0.25,a new heterogeneous phase,KCeS2,emerges.For values of nK/Ce in the range of0-0.25,the γ-Ce2 S3 lattice parameters gradually increases with increasing K+ content.When nK/Ceexceedes 0.25,the lattice parameters remains unchanged.As nK/Ce increased,the synthesized color gradually changes from red to orange—red and finally,to yellow.The redness value a* reaches the maximum(L*=33.86,a*=36.68,b*=38.15) when nK/Ce=0.10,The nK/Ce=0.10 composition continues to exhibit the y-phase after heat treatment at 420℃ for 10 min in air.The K+doping fills the internal vacancies of γ-Ce2 S3 and formed a solid solution,which is beneficial for the stability of its lattice,thus improving the thermal stability of γ-Ce2 S3(from 350 to 420℃). | Xin Li Yueming Li Fusheng Song Zhumei Wang Yan Hong Zhike Li | 2020 | Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,7: | 1 |

| 17 | Inter-specific and Inter-generic Hybridization Compatibility of Eriobotrya Species (Loquat) and Related Genera显示文摘We studied the cross-compatibility among 91 inter-specific combinations and 21 inter-generic combinations in 7 Eriobotrya plants and 2 related genera(Raphiolepis indica Lindl. and Photinia serrulata Lindl.) using emasculation, bagging, and artificial pollination. Our results showed that28 of the 91 inter-specific combinations set no fruit, which means nearly 30% of the combinations were incompatible. In the remaining 63 combinations, most showed partial cross-compatibility, and a few showed complete cross compatibility. Eriobotrya plants were incompatible with plants from their related genera(R. indica Lindl. and P. serrulata Lindl.). Backcrossing produced 5 compatible combinations, which could set fruits and produce F1 progeny but only after embryo rescue. Fruit setting ratios varied among various species used as male or female parents.E. prinoides Rehd. & Wils., common loquat(E. japonica) and Eriobotrya × daduheensis, used as female parents resulted in an average fruitsetting ratio of 36.2%–58.2%. E. deflexa Nakai and its two forms, and E. elliptica Lindl. as female parents resulted in 2.9%–16.3% average fruitsetting ratio; however, the fruit set ratio was higher(22.4%–43.1%) if they were used as male parents.
