1BAYESIAN DEMONSTRATION TEST METHOD WITH MIXED BETA DISTRIBUTION显示文摘A complex mechatronics system Bayesian plan of demonstration test is studied based on the mixed beta distribution.During product design and improvement various information is appropriately considered by introducing inheritance factor,moreover,the inheritance factor is thought as a random variable,and the Bayesian decision of the qualification test plan is obtained,and the correctness of a Bayesian model presented is verified.The results show that the quantity of the test is too conservative according to classical methods under small binomial samples.Although traditional Bayesian analysis can consider test information of related or similar products,it ignores differences between such products.The method has solved the above problem,furthermore,considering the requirement in many practical projects,the differences among this method,the classical method and Bayesian with beta distribution are compared according to the plan of reliability acceptance test.MING Zhimao TAO Junyong CHEN Xun ZHANG Yun'an 2008Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2008,21,3:5

5Yolk-Shell Cu_(2)O@CuO-decorated RGO for High-Performance Lithium-Ion Battery Anode显示文摘Based on the great advantages of an inner hollow structure and excellent solid counterpart capacity,complex hierarchical structures have been widely used as electrodes for lithium-ion batteries.Herein,hierarchical yolk-shell Cu_(2)O@Cu O-decorated RGO(YSRs)was designed and synthesized via a multistep approach.Octahedron-like Cu_(2)O-decorated RGO was firstly produced,in which GO was reduced slightly while cuprous oxide was synthesized.Subsequently,the controlled oxidation of Cu_(2)O@RGO led to the synthesis of special YSRs,which were composed of a solid Cu_(2)O core,spur-CuO,CuO shell,and RGO covered.As anode materials,YSRs could provide considerable capacity density.Meanwhile,the void existed between shells and solid active materials retaining the advantages of inner hollow structure.As a result,the unique architecture of the materials renders the composites with enhanced electronic and ionic diffusion kinetics,high specific capacity(~894 m Ah g^(-1),0.1 C),and an excellent rate capability.Fangzhao Pu Yilu Bai Jian Lv Xintian Zhao Guanchen Wu Chuncai Kong Bosen Lei Xiaojing Zhang Hong Jin Zhimao Yang 2022Energy & Environmental Materials2022,5,1:2
6Phosphorylation of a wheat aquaporin at two sites enhances both plant growth and defense显示文摘Eukaryotic aquaporins share the characteristic of functional multiplicity in transporting distinct substrates and regulating various processes,but the underlying molecular basis for this is largely unknown.Here,we report that the wheat(Triticum aestivum)aquaporin TaPIP2;10 undergoes phosphorylation to promote photosynthesis and productivity and to confer innate immunity against pathogens and a generalist aphid pest.In response to elevated atmospheric CO_(2)concentrations,TaPIP2;10 is phosphorylated at the serine residue S280 and thereafter transports CO_(2)into wheat cells,resulting in enhanced photosynthesis and increased grain yield.In response to apoplastic H_(2)O_(2) induced by pathogen or insect attacks,TaPIP2;10 is phosphorylated at S121 and this phosphorylated form transports H_(2)O_(2) into the cytoplasm,where H_(2)O_(2)intensifies host defenses,restricting further attacks.Wheat resistance and grain yield could be simultaneously increased by TaPIP2;10 overexpression or by expressing a TaPIP2;10 phosphomimic with aspartic acid substitutions at S121 and S280,thereby improving both crop productivity and immunity.Kai Lu Xiaochen Chen Xiaohui Yao Yuyan An Xuan Wang Lina Qin Xiaoxu Li Zuodong Wang Shuo Liu Zhimao Sun Liyuan Zhang Lei Chen Baoyan Li Baoyou Liu Weiyang Wang Xinhua Ding Yonghua Yang Meixiang Zhang Shenshen Zou Hansong Dong 2022Molecular Plant2022,15,11:2
7Clustering by data competition显示文摘Clustering analysis is an unsupervised method to find out hidden structures in datasets.Most partitional clustering algorithms are sensitive to the selection of initial exemplars,the outliers and noise.In this paper,a novel technique called data competition algorithm is proposed to solve the problems.First the concept of aggregation field model is defined to describe the partitional clustering problem.Next,the exemplars are identified according to the data competition.Then,the members will be assigned to the suitable clusters.Data competition algorithm is able to avoid poor solutions caused by unlucky initializations,outliers and noise,and can be used to detect the coexpression gene,cluster the image,diagnose the disease,distinguish the variety,etc.The provided experimental results validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed schemes and show that the proposed approach of data competition algorithm is simple,stable and efficient.The experimental results also show that the proposed approach of data competition clustering outperforms three of the most well known clustering algorithms K-means clustering,affinity propagation clustering,hierarchical clustering.LU ZhiMao ZHANG Qi 2013Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,1:2

10Visual analytics for the clustering capability of data显示文摘Clustering analysis is an unsupervised method to find hidden structures in datasets and has been widely used in various fields.However,it is always difficult for users to understand,evaluate,and explain the clustering results in the spaces with dimension greater than three.Although high-dimensional visualization of clustering technology can express clustering results well,it still has significant limitations.In this paper,a visualization cluster analysis method based on the minimum distance spectrum(MinDS) is proposed,aimed at reducing the problems of clustering multidimensional datasets.First,the concept of MinDS is defined based on the distance between high-dimensional data.MinDS can map any dataset from high-dimensional space to a lower dimension to determine whether the data set is separable.Next,a clustering method which can automatically determine the number of categories is designed based on MinDS.This method is not only able to cluster a dataset with clear boundaries,but can also cluster the dataset with fuzzy boundaries through the edge corrosion strategy based on the energy of each data point.In addition,strategies for removing noise and identifying outliers are designed to clean datasets according to the characteristics of MinDS.The experimental results presented validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed schemes and show that the proposed approach is simple,stable,and efficient,and can achieve multidimensional visualization cluster analysis of complex datasets.LU ZhiMao LIU Chen ZHANG Qi ZHANG ChunXiang FAN DongMei YANG Peng 2013Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,5:1
11Bayesian Reliability——Growth Analysis for Statistical of Diverse Population Based on Non-homogeneous Poisson Process显示文摘New armament systems are subjected to the method for dealing with multi-stage system reliability-growth statistical problems of diverse population in order to improve reliability before starting mass production. Aiming at the test process which is high expense and small sample-size in the development of complex system,the specific methods are studied on how to process the statistical information of Bayesian reliability growth regarding diverse populations. Firstly,according to the characteristics of reliability growth during product development,the Bayesian method is used to integrate the testing information of multi-stage and the order relations of distribution parameters. And then a Gamma-Beta prior distribution is proposed based on non-homogeneous Poisson process(NHPP) corresponding to the reliability growth process. The posterior distribution of reliability parameters is obtained regarding different stages of product,and the reliability parameters are evaluated based on the posterior distribution. Finally,Bayesian approach proposed in this paper for multi-stage reliability growth test is applied to the test process which is small sample-size in the astronautics filed. The results of a numerical example show that the presented model can make use of the diverse information synthetically,and pave the way for the application of the Bayesian model for multi-stage reliability growth test evaluation with small sample-size. 15Multi-objective optimization of methane production system from biomass through anaerobic digestion显示文摘This work addressed the multi-objective optimization of a biogas production system considering both environmental and economic criteria. A mixed integer non-linear programming(MINLP) model was established and solved with non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ, from which the Pareto fronts, the optimal technology combinations and operation conditions were obtained and analyzed. It's found that the system is feasible in both environmental and economic considerations after optimization. The most expensive processing section is decarbonization; the most expensive equipment is anaerobic digester; the most power-consuming processing section is digestion, followed by decarbonization and waste management. The positive green degree value on the process is attributed to processing section of digestion and waste management. 3:1 chicken feces and corn straw, solar energy, pressure swing adsorption and 3:1 chicken feces and rice straw, solar energy, pressure swing adsorption are turned out to be two robust technology combinations under different prices of methane and electricity by sensitivity analysis.
