1Hepatoprotective and antioxidant effects of baicalin against CCl4-induced hepatotoxicity显示文摘黄芩在东亚地区尤其是我国有广泛的栽培。采用四氯化碳(CCl4)致大鼠急性肝损伤模型研究黄芩苷的保肝作用。研究发现,黄芩苷表现出较强的体外抗氧化活性。在CCl4致大鼠急性肝损伤模型中,给予黄芩苷可有效降低CCl4引起的肝脏中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酯酶(ALP),总胆红素(TB)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的升高,同时也提高了抗氧化防御物质超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)的水平。切片病理观察结果也佐证了这一点。黄芩苷对CCl4致大鼠氧化应激肝损伤有保护作用,而这种保护机制可能与其清除自由基和抗氧化能力有关。Song Liu Xiaohui Lv Zongxi Sun Ruiqiang Su 2015Journal of Chinese Pharmaceutical Sciences2015,24,8:8
2Overall scheme and on-orbit images of Chang’E-2 lunar satellite CCD stereo camera显示文摘The goals of engineering and scientific missions for Chang’E-2 lunar satellite require high detection sensitivity and large im-aging dynamic range for the onboard CCD cameras.The TDI CCD image sensor was adopted for the two linear CCD stereo cameras for the first time in the lunar reconnaissance of the world.The design argumentation is described in this paper.The analysis shows that the imagers meet the mission requirements.The satellite was launched on 1 October 2010 at zero window.The cameras obtained images of 7 m resolution on the 100 km orbit for the first time on 24 October 2010,and operated once again on 27 October 2010 to take stereo images of the Sinus Iridum with the resolution better than 1.5 m.On the near-moon-arc of 15 km×100 km elliptical orbit,the images are very clear and rich of grey scales,indicating successful com-pletion of the Chang’E-2 engineering mission.At the present the cameras are acquiring the full lunar surface stereo images with 7 m resolution on the 100 km circular orbit to complete their scientific mission.ZHAO BaoChang YANG JianFeng WEN DeSheng GAO Wei CHANG LingYing SONG ZongXi XUE Bin ZHAO Wei 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,9:7
3Modeling and Prediction for the thrust on EPB TBMs under different geological conditions by considering mechanical decoupling显示文摘EPB TBMs(Earth pressure balance Tunneling Boring Machines) are extensively used in tunneling constructions because of its high efficiency and low disturbance on structures above ground. It is critically significant to predict the thrust acting on TBMs under different geological conditions for both the design of power system and the control of tunneling process. The interaction between the cutterhead and the ground is the core of excavation, through which geological conditions determine the thrust re-quirement combined with operating status and structural characteristics. This paper conducted a mechanical decoupling analysis to obtain a basic expression of the cutterhead-ground interactive stress. Then more engineering factors(such as cutterhead topological structure, underground overburden, thrusts on other parts, etc.) were further considered to establish a predicting model for the total thrust acting on a machine during tunneling. 4Genetical study on the parthenogenesis in Laminaria japonica显示文摘The parthenogenesis and natural doubling of chromosomes in wild type female gametophytes of Laminaria japonica were studied. The results indicate that not all the female gametophytes from the wild type hybrid parent can propagate through parthenogenesis. Most parthenosporophytes can mature, their spores germinate into gametophytes, the latter then developed into female sporophytes. To form these parthenosporophytes the natural doubling of chromosomes occurred mainly at the first and second cell divisions of the spores. 6On the Loads for Strength Design of Cutterhead of Full Face Rock Tunnel Boring Machine显示文摘Cutterhead loads are the key mechanical parameters for the strength design of the full face hard rock tunnel boring machine(TBM).Due to the brittle rock-breaking mechanism,the excavation loads acting on cutters fluctuate strongly and show some randomness.The conventional method that using combinations of some special static loads to perform the strength design of TBM cutterhead may lead to strength failure during working practice.In this paper,a three-dimensional finite element model for coupled Cutterhead–Rock is developed to determine the cutterhead loads.Then the distribution characteristics and the influence factors of cutterhead loads are analyzed based on the numerical results.It is found that,as time changes,the normal and tangential forces acting on cutters and the total torque acting on the cutterhead approximately distribute log normally,while the total thrusts acting on the cutterhead approximately show a normal distribution.Furthermore,the statistical average values of cutterhead loads are proportional to the uniaxial compressive strength(UCS)of cutting rocks.The values also change with the penetration and the diameter of cutterhead following a power function.Based on these findings,we propose a three-parameter model for the mean of cutterhead loads and a method of generating the random cutter forces.Then the strength properties of a typical cutterhead are analyzed in detail using loads generated by the new method.The optimized cutterhead has been successfully applied in engineering.The method in this paper may provide a useful reference for the strength design of TBM cutterhead.Meidong Han Zongxi Cai Chuanyong Qu 2019Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2019,32,6:2

11Isolation and Sequence Analysis of NSP2, ORF3 and ORF5 of PRRSV XH-GD Strain from Guangdong Province显示文摘The diseased samples collected from Guangdong Province were inoculated to Marc-145 cells,PRRSV-specific cytopathogenic effects( CPE) such as cell aggregation,cell shrinkage and cell exfoliation were observed and a PRRSV strain XH-GD was obtained. By using primers designed in accordance with the published gene sequences of PRRSV in GenBank,NSP2,ORF3 and ORF5 fragments were amplified by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and analyzed by sequence alignment. The results demonstrated that PRRSV strain XH-GD belonged to the North American genotype and the NSP2 gene contained discontinuous deletions of 30 amino acids. NSP2,ORF3 and ORF5 genes of XH-GD shared 83. 3%- 98. 9%,88. 6%- 99. 2% and 88. 1%- 99. 2% nucleotide homology,and76. 8%- 98. 3%,83. 7%- 98. 8% and 88. 1%- 99. 2% amino acid homology with HUB1,NX06,BJsy06,VR-2332,HB-1( sh) 2002,HB-2( sh) 2002,CH-la and RespPRRS MLV,respectively; however,NSP2,ORF3 and ORF5 genes of XH-GD shared only 52. 9%,65. 0% and 64. 3% nucleotide homology,and31. 3%,57. 5% and 58. 9% amino acid homology with LV,respectively. 17Solid polymer electrolytes in all-solid-state lithium metal batteries:From microstructures to properties显示文摘All-solid-state lithium(Li)metal batteries(ASSLMBs)are considered one of the most promising secondary batteries due to their high theoretical capacity and high safety performance.However,low room-temperature ionic conductivity and poor interfacial stability are two key factors affecting the practical application of ASSLMBs,and our understanding of the mechanisms behind these key problems from microscopic perspective is still limited.In this review,the mechanisms and advanced characterization techniques of ASSLMBs are summarized to correlate the microstructures and properties.Firstly,we summarize the challenges faced by solid polymer electrolytes(SPEs)in ASSLMBs,such as the low roomtemperature ionic conductivity and the poor interfacial stability.Secondly,several typical improvement methods of polymer ASSLMBs are discussed,including composite SPEs,ultra-thin SPEs,SPEs surface modification and Li anode surface modification.Finally,we conclude the characterizations for correlating the microstructures and the properties of SPEs,with emphasis on the use of emerging advanced techniques(e.g.,cryo-transmission electron microscopy)for in-depth analyzing ASSLMBs.The influence of the microstructures on the properties is very important.Until now,it has been difficult for us to understand the microstructures of batteries.However,some recent studies have demonstrated that we have a better understanding of the microstructures of batteries.Then we suggest that in situ characterization,nondestructive characterization and sub-angstrom resolution are the key technologies to help us further understand the batteries'microstructures and promote the development of batteries.And potential investigations to understand the microstructures evolution and the batteries behaviors are also prospected to expect further reasonable theoretical guidance for the design of ASSLMBs with ideal performance.Zongxi Lin Ouwei Sheng Xiaohan Cai Dan Duan Ke Yue Jianwei Nai Yao Wang Tiefeng Liu Xinyong Tao Yujing Liu 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,6:1
