1AFLP analysis revealed differences in genetic diversity of four natural populations of Manila clam (Ruditapes philippinarum) in China显示文摘The amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) technology was used to analyze the genetic diversities in four natural populations of Manila clam (Ruditapes philippinarum), distributed in four sea areas of China, i.e., the Bohai Sea, the Huanghai Sea, the East China Sea and the South China Sea. Two hundred and sixty-four AFLP loci were analysed in 195 individuals and revealed high levels of genetic diversity. The percentage of polymorphic loci ranged from 92.13% to 96.06% and the Shannon’s information index was from 0.256 8 to 0.275 6. By analyzing molecular variance (AMOVA), it was found that there were high levels of genetic differentiation between populations of Qingdao and the other three sea areas. Cluster analysis by Nei’s pairwise distances grouped specimens by geographical origin, except the population of Qingdao. A conclusion can be drawn that there are high genetic diversities in the four natural populations of Manila clam in China and some distinct differences existed among and between the four populations. 2Microstructure characterization and corrosion behavior of Mg-Y-Zn alloys with different long period stacking ordered structures显示文摘Mg-Y-Zn alloys with long period stacking ordered(LPSO)structure have received much attention recently and exhibit great potential in applications such as automotive,aerospace and in bio-medical fields.This paper aimed to investigate the effect of different phase constitution of LPSO structures on corrosion rate of bio-medical Mg-Y-Zn alloys.The results showed that as-cast Mg98.5Y1Zn0.5 alloys containing only 18R structure exhibited the highest corrosion resistance with the corrosion rate of 2.78 mm/year.The precipitation of 14H lamellas within a-Mg grains during solid solution treatment introduced the crystallographic orientation corrosion by accelerating micro-galvanic corrosion.The increase of 18R/14H interfaces deteriorated the corrosion resistance,and the grain boundaries also suffered from severe electrochemical dissolution.This work suggested that Mg-Y-Zn alloys with single LPSO structure(either 18R or 14H)exhibited better corrosion resistance than alloys with co-existence 18R and I4H LPSO structures.Lisha Wang Jinghua Jiang Huan Liu Bassiouny Saleh Aibin Ma 2020Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2020,8,4:11
3Potential of multi-pass ECAP on improving the mechanical properties of a high-calcium-content Mg-Al-Ca-Mn alloy显示文摘In this study,the multi-pass equal channel angular pressing(ECAP)was employed on a high-calcium-content Mg-Al-Ca-Mn alloy to tailor its microstructure and mechanical properties.The obtained results showed that the network-shaped Mg2Ca and(Mg,Al)2Ca eutectic compounds in as-cast alloy were gradually crushed into ultra-fine particles after ECAP,which exhibited a bimodal particle size distribution and most aggregated at original grain boundaries.Dynamic recrystallization(DRX)of α-Mg occurred during hot deformation via a particle stimulated mechanism,and the almost complete DRX with an average grain size around 1.5μm was obtained after 12p-ECAP.Moreover,abundant nano-sized acicular and spherical precipitates were dynamically precipitated withinα-Mg grains during ECAP.Tensile test results indicated that the maximum strength and ductility were acquired for 12p-ECAP alloy with ultimate tensile strength of 372 MPa and fracture elongation of 8%.The enhanced strength of the alloy could be ascribed to fine DRX grains,ultra-fine Ca-containing particles and dynamically precipitated nano-precipitates,while the improved ductility was mainly due to the refined and homogeneous microstructure,and weak texture with high average Schmid factors.He Huang Huan Liu Ce Wang Jiapeng Sun Jing Bai Feng Xue Jinghua Jiang Aibin Ma 2019Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2019,7,4:10
4Improving toughness of a Mg_(2)Ca-containing Mg-Al-Ca-Mn alloy via refinement and uniform dispersion of Mg_(2)Ca particles显示文摘In this work,two wrought Mg-3.66Al-4.25Ca-0.43 Mn(wt%)alloys with different morphology and distribution of Mg_(2)Ca particles were fabricated by hot extrusion and multi-pass(32)equal channel angular pressing(ECAP).The as-extruded alloy exhibits a banded microstructure with alternately arranged Mg_(2)Ca particle bands,fine α-Mg dynamically recrystallized(DRX)grain bands,and coarse α-Mg deformed grain bands.The Mg_(2)Ca bands are composed of broken Mg_(2)Ca particles which are aggregated and aligned along extrusion direction.The microstructure of ECAP alloy contains complete α-Mg DRX grains and refined Mg_(2)Ca particles which are dispersedly distributed at grain boundaries.Tensile test results show that the as-extruded alloy possesses high ultimate tensile strength(UTS)of 420 MPa and poor fracture elongation of 7%,while the ECAP alloy exhibits improved toughness with UTS of 347 MPa and fraction elongation of 16%.The higher strength of as-extruded alloy is mainly ascribed to the contribution of coarse deformed grains with strong texture,and its poor toughness is resulted from the formation of Mg_(2)Ca bands within which microcracks could form and extend rapidly.On the contrary,the refined and dispersedly distributed Mg_(2)Ca particles are effective to retard crack initiation and impede crack propagation,thereby enhancing the toughness of ECAP alloy significantly.Huan Liu Chao Sun Ce Wang Yuhua Li Jing Bai Feng Xue Aibin Ma Jinghua Jiang 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,59,24:7

7Permeability Heterogeneity in a Fractured Sandstone-Mudstone Rock Mass in Xiaolangdi Dam Site,Central China显示文摘Heterogeneity of permeability in fractured media is a hot research topic in hydrogeology. Numerous approaches have been proposed to characterize heterogeneity in the last several decades. However,little attention has been paid to correlate permeability heterogeneity with geological information.In the present study,several causes of permeability heterogeneity,that is,lithology, tectonism,and depth,are identified.The unit absorption values(denoted asω),which are results obtained from the packer test,are employed to represent permeability.The variability of permeability in sandstone-mudstone is so significant that the value of unit absorptions span 3-4 orders of magnitude at any depth with several test sections.By declustering,it has been found that under a similar tectonic history,the means of permeability differ greatly at different formations as a result of different mudrock contents.It has also been found that in the same formation,permeability can be significantly increased as a result of faulting.The well-known phenomenon,the decrease in permeability with depth,is found to be caused by the fractures in the rock mass,and the relationship between permeability and depth can be established in the form of logω-logd.After subtracting the trend ofωwith absolute depth,the mean of the residual value at each relative depth can be well correlated with the distribution of mudstone. 9Correlation of Leaf and Root Senescence During Ripening in Dry Seeded and Transplanted Rice显示文摘Dry seeding is a resource-saving rice establishment method. With an equivalent yield, dry seeded flooded rice(DSR) has been considered as a replacement for traditional transplanted flooded rice(TFR). However, the differences in leaf and root senescence during grain filling between DSR and TFR were seldom identified. In this study, the root length, root tip number and leaf senescence of rice varieties Huanghuazhan and Yangliangyou 6 during ripening were compared between DSR and TFR. Results showed that top three leaves in DSR had the characteristics of relatively lower SPAD value, lower N content and premature leaf senescence. In addition, both the total root length and total root tip number of DSR were significantly lower than those of TFR. In conclusion, premature and quick leaf senescence was related with inadequate root length and root tip number during ripening, which might result from the deficiency of nitrogen supply in DSR. 11Rare earth elements and yttrium in ferromanganese deposits from the South China Sea:distribution,composition and resource considerations显示文摘Ferromanganese nodules and crusts contain relatively high concentration of rare earth elements(REE) and yttrium(REY),with a growing interest in exploitation as an alternative to land-based REY resources.On the basis of comprehensive geochemical approach,the abundance and distribution of REY in the ferromanganese nodules from the South China Sea are analyzed.The results indicate that the REY contents in ferromanganese deposits show a clear geographic regularity.Total REY contents range from 69.1×10^(–6) to 2 919.4×10^(–6),with an average value of 1 459.5×10^(–6).Especially,the enrichment rate of Ce content is high,accounting for almost 60% of the total REY.This REE enrichment is controlled mainly by the sorption of ferromanganese oxides and clay minerals in the nodules and crusts.Moreover,the total REY are higher in ferromanganese deposits of hydrogenous origin than of diagenetic origin.Finally,Light REE(LREE) and heavy REE(HREE) oxides of the ferromanganese deposits in the study area can be classified into four grades: non-enriched type,weakly enriched type,enriched type,and extremely enriched type.According to the classification criteria of rare earth resources,the Xisha and Zhongsha platform-central deep basin areas show a great potential for these rare earth metals.ZHONG Yi CHEN Zhong GONZALEZ Francisco Javier ZHENG Xufeng LI Gang LUO Yun MO Aibin XU Antao WANG Shuhong 2018Acta Oceanologica Sinica2018,37,7:3

13Molecular identification of scallop planktonic larvae using species-specific microsatellites显示文摘The identification of scallop larvae is essential to understand the population structure and community dynamics and to assess the potential environmental impacts caused by scallop larvae released or escaped. However,the larvae identification by morphological characteristics is notoriously difficult,mainly due to the small size (usually being less than 150 μm) and vague morphological characteristics among different scallop species. A simple and accurate molecular method was developed to identify four economically farmed scallop species,the Zhikong scallop Chlamys farreri,the noble scallop C. nobilis,the bay scallop Argopecten irradians and the Yesso scallop Mizuhopecten yessoensis. The tests used the high degree of species-specific microsatellite markers,which was specified by transferability analyses,assessed by reference individuals and evaluated by BLAST searches. The sensitivity test indicated that the species-specific microsatellites were sensitive enough for the detection of 1%~2% larvae in mixed plankton samples. Larvae collected from scallop hatcheries and their effluents and from the artificially controlled crosses were well identified to the species/hybrid level. 15Constitutive equation and hot deformation characteristic of Ti-6.5Al-3.5Mo-1.5Zr-0.3Si alloy with equiaxed microstructure显示文摘The hot deformation behavior of Ti-6.5Al-3.5Mo-1.5Zr-0.3Si alloy with equiaxed microstructure was characterized in the temperature range of 900~1060 ℃ and strain rate range of 10-3~10 s-1.The experimental results indicate that the plastic deformation behavior of the titanium alloys is rather sensitive to temperature and strain rate.In the α+β phase temperature region,all of the stress-strain curves exhibit different degrees of the flow softening after a peak stress.In the β phase temperature region,the titanium alloy shows a stress softening at high strain rates and a steady flow stress at low strain rates.On the basis of the peak stress data,the constitutive equations were constructed in the α+β phase temperature region and β phase temperature region,respectively.Activation energy parameters were calculated to be 344.923 kJ·mol-1 in the β phase temperature region and 628.3 kJ·mol-1 in the α+β phase temperature region.Microstructure of the compressed specimens in water-quenched conditions was found to be quite dependent on the conditions of deformation.HUANG Lujun,GENG Lin,LI Aibin,WANG Guisong,and SHI Lei School of Materials Science and Engineering,Harbin Institute of Technology,Harbin 150001,China 2007Rare Metals2007,26,S1:3

17Development and Characterization of Microsatellite Markers for the Pacific Abalone (Haliotis discus) via EST Database Mining显示文摘The EST database of the Pacific abalone (Haliotis discus) was mined for developing microsatellite markers. A total of 1476 EST sequences were registered in GenBank when data mining was performed. Fifty sequences (approximately 3.4%) were found to contain one or more microsatellites. Based on the length and GC content of the flanking regions, cluster analysis and BLASTN, 13 microsatellite-containing ESTs were selected for PCR primer design. The results showed that 10 out of 13 primer pairs could amplify scorable PCR products and showed polymorphism. The number of alleles ranged from 2 to 13 and the values of Ho and He varied from 0.1222 to 0.8611 and 0.2449 to 0.9311, respectively. No significant linkage disequilibrium (LD) between any pairs of these loci was found, and 6 of 10 loci conformed to the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (HWE). 20Multi-technique integration separation frameworks after steam reforming for coal-based hydrogen generation显示文摘Coal-based H2 generation has abruptly increased in recent years.The PSA-VPSA-SC process is the matured and standard framework for H2 purification and CO_(2) capture in many existing plants,including normal and vacuum pressure swing adsorption units in series(PSA-VPSA),and shallow condensation unit(SC).However,this standard process is frequently subjected to low H2 recovery ratio and high purification cost.In this work,H2-selective and C02-selective membrane units,i.e.,HM and CO_(2) M,are attempted to support the standard process and ameliorate constraints.In the beginning,HM unit is arranged after VPSA to enhance H2 recovery from the decarbonized stream,i.e.,the PSA-VPSA-SC/HM process.As a result,H2 recovery ratio can be enhanced significantly from 83%to 98%.In the following,VPSA is replaced with CO_(2) M unit to reduce investment and operation cost,i.e.,the PSA-CO_(2) M-SC/HM process.Accordingly,the specific purification cost is diminished from 33.46 to 32.02 USD·(103 m^(3) H_(2))-1,saved by 4.3%,meanwhile the construction cost is falling back and just a little higher than that for the standard process.In the end,another CO_(2) M unit is launched before PSA,i.e.,the CO_(2) M-PSA-CO_(2) M-SC/HM process,which could unbundle CO_(2) enrichment partially from H2 purification,and then save more investment and operation cost.In comparison with the standard process,this ultimate retrofitted process can be superior in all the three crucial indices,i.e.,recovery ratio,investment,and specific purification cost.On the whole,coal-based H2 generation can be ameliorated significantly through high efficient H2-selective and CO_(2)-selective membrane units.Xuehua Ruan Wenbo Huo Jiaming Wang Minggang Guo Wenji Zheng Yun Zou Aibin Huang Jianxiang Shou Gaohong He 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,7:1
