2Antigenic variation of the human influenza A(H3N2) virus during the 2014–2015 winter season显示文摘The human influenza A(H3N2) virus dominated the 2014–2015 winter season in many countries and caused massive morbidity and mortality because of its antigenic variation. So far, very little is known about the antigenic patterns of the recent H3N2 virus. By systematically mapping the antigenic relationships of H3N2 strains isolat ed since 2010, we discov ered that two groups with obvious antigenic divergence, named SW13(A/Switzerland/9715293/2013-like strains) and HK14(A/Hong Kong/5738/2014-like strains), co-circulated during the 2014–2015 winter season. HK14 group co-circulated with SW13 in Europe and the United States during this season, while there were few strains of HK14 in China's Mainland, where SW13 has dominated since 2012. Furthermore, we found that substitutions near the receptor-binding site on hemagglutinin played an important role in the antigenic variation of both the groups. 3Curative effect of acupuncture on quality of life in patient with depression: a clinical randomized single-blind placebo-controlled study显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of acupuncture on the quality of life in patients with depression by clinical randomized single-blind placebo-controlled study.METHODS:one hundred and sixty-three cases of depression according with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a group of acupuncture dredging liver and regulating flow of theosophy(group 1),a group of acupoint shallow stab(group 2)and a group of non-acupoint shallow stab(group 3)at 1∶1∶1 ratio,and treated with acu-puncture,moxibustion,and intradermal embedding of needle,twice a week,for a total of 12 weeks.Scale of Quality of Life(SF-36)was used to measure the scores at four different time points and evaluate the effect of acupuncture on the quality of life of the patients with depression.RESULTS:At each time point after treatment,in scores of the 8 items,physical function,physical role,bodily pain,general physical condition,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health there were statistically significant differences among the 3 groups(P<0.0125).CONCLUSION:Acupuncture can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with depression.Fan Ling Fu Wenbin Chen Zhao Xu Nenggui Liu Jianhua LǚAiping Li Ziping Su Shengyong Wu Taixiang Ou Aihua 2016Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2016,36,2:12

5Association between AKT1 gene polymorphisms and depressive symptoms in the Chinese Han population with major depressive disorder显示文摘For this study, 461 Chinese Han patients with depressive disorder were recruited. The AKT1 genotype and allele distribution were determined by PCR amplification and direct sequencing. UNPHASED software was used to analyze associations between the 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale, total score, four factors and the AKT1 rs2494746 and rs3001371 polymorphisms. The results indicate that there is a significant association between suicidal ideation and anxiety symptoms in depressed patients and the rs2494746 polymorphism. The other AKT1 polymorphism, rs3001371, was significantly associated with work and activities. Patients with the rs3001371-A allele had a significantly more severe illness compared to patients with the rs3001371-G allele. 6Computational analysis of antigenic epitopes of avian influenza A (H7N9) viruses显示文摘Influenza virus can rapidly change its antigenicity, via mutation in the hemagglutinin(HA) protein, to evade host immunity. The emergence of the novel human-infecting avian H7N9 virus in China has caused widespread concern. However, evolution of the antigenicity of this virus is not well understood. Here, we inferred the antigenic epitopes of the HA protein from all H7 viruses, based on the five well-characterized HA epitopes of the human H3N2 virus. By comparing the two major H7 phylogenetic lineages, i.e., the Eurasian lineage and the North American lineage, we found that epitopes A and B are more frequently mutated in the Eurasian lineage, while epitopes B and C are more frequently mutated in the North American lineage. Furthermore, we found that the novel H7N9 virus(derived from the Eurasian lineage) isolated in China in the year 2013, contains six frequently mutated sites on epitopes that include site 135, which is located in the receptor binding domain. This indicates that the novel H7N9 virus that infects human may already have been subjected to gradual immune pressure and receptor-binding variation. 7The m^(6)A methylome of SARS-CoV-2 in host cells显示文摘The newly identified Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)has resulted in a global health emergency because of its rapid spread and high mortality.The molecular mechanism of interaction between host and viral genomic RNA is yet unclear.We demonstrate herein that SARS-CoV-2 genomic RNA,as well as the negative-sense RNA,is dynamically N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)-modified in human and monkey cells.Combined RIP-seq and miCLIP analyses identified a total of 8 m^(6)A sites at single-base resolution in the genome.Especially,epidemic strains with mutations at these identified m^(6)A sites have emerged worldwide,and formed a unique cluster in the US as indicated by phylogenetic analysis.Further functional experiments showed that m^(6)A methylation negatively regulates SARS-CoV-2 infection.SARS-CoV-2 infection also triggered a global increase in host m^(6)A methylome,exhibiting altered localization and motifs of m^(6)A methylation in mRNAs.Altogether,our results identify m^(6)A as a dynamic epitranscriptomic mark mediating the virus–host interaction.Jun’e Liu Yan-Peng Xu Kai Li Qing Ye Hang-Yu Zhou Hanxiao Sun Xiaoyu Li Liu Yu Yong-Qiang Deng Rui-Ting Li Meng-Li Cheng Bo He Jia Zhou Xiao-Feng Li Aiping Wu Chengqi Yi Cheng-Feng Qin 2021Cell Research2021,31,4:5

9Surface curvature-confined strategy to ultrasmall nickel-molybdenum sulfide nanoflakes for highly efficient deep hydrodesulfurization显示文摘Size-controlled synthesis of two-dimensional(2D)catalysts with low stacking numbers and small nanoflake lengths is crucial for promoting the catalytic performance in diverse heterogeneous catalysis.Herein,we report a facile and general“surface curvature-confined synthesis”strategy to modulate the slab lengths and stacking numbers of 2D transition metal sulfides by controlling the strain induced by different surface curvature of supports.An efficient NiMo sulfide with shorter slab length(average 3.71 nm),less stacking number(1–2 layers)and more edge active sites is synthesized onto ZSM-5 zeolites with the average size of 100 nm,which shows superior kHDS value of dibenzothiophene(14.05×10^−7 mol/(g·s)),enhanced stability up to 80 h,and high direct desulfurization selectivity(>95%).This design concept is also proved to be generally applicable to modulate the slab lengths and stacking numbers of other 2D catalysts such as MoS2 and WS2 nanoflakes,which shows great potentials for developing more ultrasmall 2D catalysts with controlled sizes and excellent catalytic activities.Xin Kang Jiancong Liu Chungui Tian Dongxu Wang Yaorui Li Hongyan Zhang Xusheng Cheng Aiping Wu Honggang Fu 2020Nano Research2020,13,3:5

12High detectivity photodetectors based on perovskite nanowires with suppressed surface defects显示文摘Solution-processable,single-crystalline perovskite nanowires are ideal candidates for developing low-cost photodetectors,but their detectivities are limited due to a high level of unintentional defects.Through the surfaceinitiated solution-growth method,we fabricated high-quality,single-crystalline,defects-suppressed MAPbI_(3) nanowires,which possess atomically smooth side surfaces with a surface roughness of 0.27 nm,corresponding to a carrier lifetime of 112.9 ns.By forming ohmic MAPbI_(3)∕Au contacts through the dry contact method,highperformance metal–semiconductor–metal photodetectors have been demonstrated with a record large linear dynamic range of 157 dB along with a record high detectivity of 1.2×10^(14) Jones at an illumination power density of 5.5 nW∕cm^(2).Such superior photodetector performance metrics are attributed to,first,the defects-suppressed property of the as-grown MAPbI_(3) nanowires,which leads to a quite low noise current in the dark,and second,the ohmic contact between MAPbI_(3) and Au interfaces,which gives rise to an improved responsivity compared with the Schottky contact counterpart.The realized high-performance MAPbI_(3) nanowire photodetector advances the development of low-cost photodetectors and has potential applications in weak-signal photodetection.GUOHUI LI RUI GAO YUE HAN AIPING ZHAI YUCHENG LIU YUE TIAN BINING TIAN YUYING HAO SHENGZHONG LIU YUCHENG WU YANXIA CUI 2020Photonics Research2020,8,12:4
13A dual-active Co-CoO heterojunction coupled with Ti_(3)C_(2)-MXene for highly-performance overall water splitting显示文摘Development of cost-effective and highly-efficient bifunctional hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)catalysts is crucial for overall water splitting in practical utilization.Herein,we proposed a novel non-noble metal bifunctional,HER/OER electrocatalyst by synergistically coupling a dual-active Co-based heterojunction(Co-CoO)with high conductive and stable two-dimensional Ti_(3)C_(2)-MXene(defined as Co-CoO/Ti^(3)CrMXene).A series of characterizations and theoretical calculations'verify that the synergistic effect of metallic Co with HER activity and Coo with OER performance leads to superb bifunctional catalytic performance,and Ti_(3)C_(2)-MXene can enhance electrical conductivity and prevent the aggregation of the Co-based catalysts,thereby improving both the activity arid stability.Co-Co0/Ti_(3)C_(2)-MXene presents low onset potential(11onse1)of 8 mV and,Tafel slope of 47 mV·dec^(-1) for HER(close to that of Pt/C)and 17onset of 196 mV and Tafel slope of 47 mV·dec^(-1) for OER(superior to:that of Ru02).Assembled as an electrolyzer,Co-CoO/Ti_(3)C_(2)-MXene shows a low voltage of 1.55 V at 10 mA·cm^(-2),high Faradaic efficiency and remarkable stability.It can be driven by a solar cell of-1.55 V for consecutive production of hydrogen and oxygen gases.Dezheng Guo Xin Li Yanqing Jiao Haijing Yan Aiping Wu Ganceng Yang Yu Wang Chungui Tian Honggang Fu 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:2
14Investigation on Infection of PCV2 in Taizhou Areas of Jiangsu Province显示文摘In order to investigate infection and harm extent of swine porcine circovirus 2( PCV2) in pigs in Taizhou of Jiangsu,and to control the prevalence of PCV2 in Taizhou areas. A total of 116 PCV2 clinical samples came from six different cities( districts) from 2011 to 2012 were tested in etiologic by the method of PCR. The test results showed that the total positive rate of PCV2 clinical samples was 53. 45%,and PCV2 existed in all the six places. The positive rate of the scale pig farms was 48. 33%,the positive rate of free-range farmers was 58. 93%. 15The confined growth of few-layered and ultrashort-slab Ni-promoted MoS_(2)on reduced graphene oxide for deep-degree hydrodesulfurization显示文摘Hydrodesulfurization(HDS)is an essential process in clean fuel oil production,however,the huge challenge is the synthesis of the catalyst with plentiful active sites.Here,we have shown the design of few-layered,ultrashort Ni-Mo-S slabs dispersed on reduced graphene oxide(Ni-Mo-S/rGO-A)based on anchoring[PMo_(12)O_(40)]3−clusters and Ni^(2+)on polyethyleneimine(PEI)-modified graphite oxide.Structural characterizations(transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray absorption fine structure(XAFS),etc.)show that Ni-Mo-S slabs with predominant monolayer and partial substitution of edge Mo atoms by isolated Ni atoms have rich accessible edge Ni-Mo-S sites and high sulfurization degree.All virtues endow it with plentiful edge-active sites,and consequently,the enhanced performance for hydrodesulfurization of dibenzothiophene(DBT).The hydrodesulfurization proceeds via a more-favorable direct desulfurization(DDS)route with a reaction rate constant(kHDS)of 48.6×10^(−7)mol·g^(−1)·s^(−1)over Ni-Mo-S/rGO-A catalyst,which is 4.3 times greater than that over traditional Ni-Mo-S/Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst and at the forefront of reported catalysts.Dongxu Wang Lei Wang Yanqing Jiao Aiping Wu Haijing Yan Xin Kang Chungui Tian Jiancong Liu Honggang Fu 2022Nano Research2022,15,8:2

18Tailoring Practically Accessible Polymer/Inorganic Composite Electrolytes for All-Solid-State Lithium Metal Batteries:A Review显示文摘Solid-state electrolytes(SSEs)are widely considered the essential components for upcoming rechargeable lithium-ion batteries owing to the potential for great safety and energy density.Among them,polymer solid-state electrolytes(PSEs)are competitive candidates for replacing commercial liquid electrolytes due to their flexibility,shape versatility and easy machinability.Despite the rapid development of PSEs,their practical application still faces obstacles including poor ionic conductivity,narrow electrochemical stable window and inferior mechanical strength.Polymer/inorganic composite electrolytes(PIEs)formed by adding ceramic fillers in PSEs merge the benefits of PSEs and inorganic solid-state electrolytes(ISEs),exhibiting appreciable comprehensive properties due to the abundant interfaces with unique characteristics.Some PIEs are highly compatible with high-voltage cathode and lithium metal anode,which offer desirable access to obtaining lithium metal batteries with high energy density.This review elucidates the current issues and recent advances in PIEs.The performance of PIEs was remarkably influenced by the characteristics of the fillers including type,content,morphology,arrangement and surface groups.We focus on the molecular interaction between different components in the composite environment for designing high-performance PIEs.Finally,the obstacles and opportunities for creating high-performance PIEs are outlined.This review aims to provide some theoretical guidance and direction for the development of PIEs.Hongmei Liang Li Wang Aiping Wang Youzhi Song Yanzhou Wu Yang Yang Xiangming He 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,3:2
