8Similar Ability of FbaA with M Protein to Elicit Protective Immunity Against Group A Streptococcus Challenge in Mice显示文摘Group A streptococcus(GAS),an important human pathogen,can cause various kinds of infections including superficial infections and potentially lethal infections,and the search for an effective vaccine to prevent GAS infections has been ongoing for many years. This paper compares the immunogenicity and immunoprotection of FbaA(an Fn-binding protein expressed on the surface of GAS) with that of M protein,the best immunogen of GAS. Assay for immune response showed that FbaA,similar to M protein,could induce protein-specific high IgG titer in BALB/c mice. Furthermore,following GAS challenge,the mice immunized with FbaA showed the same protective rate as those with M protein. 9Preparation of microbial desulfurization catalysts显示文摘A Rhodococcus sp. lawq, a bacterium isolated from the soil cleaving the C-S bond of dibenzothiophene (DBT) via specific pathway, was investigated for cell growth and for its role in desulfurization. Clearly, the end product, 2-hydroxybiphenyl, inhibited the growth of the strain, the synthesis of the desulfurization enzymes, and the activity of the enzymes. The effects of sulfate on the DBT degradation enzymes were examined in the Rhodococcus sp. lawq growth system with DBT; the sulfate served, concurrently, as the sulfur source. The condition of the resting cells that were used in desulfurization, was also studied. The optimal concentration of the resting cells and the reaction conditions were determined. 14Effect of Reduction Temperature on Hydrofining Performance of Supported Molybdenum Phosphide Catalyst显示文摘A series of supported molybdenum phosphide catalysts were prepared by impregnation method. XRD, TG-DTG, XPS and BET were used to study the phase, compositions and surface areas of the prepared catalysts. A model reactant containing thiophene, pyridine and cyclohexene was used for the measurements of catalytic activities. The effect of reduction temperature on catalytic activities was in- vestigated. The analysis results by XRD and BET are very different when the reduction temperature is changed from 400 to 900 °C. 15Joint Effects of Heat Stress and PM_(2.5) Exposure on Glucose Metabolism and Hepatic Insulin Signaling显示文摘Background:Heatwave events occur more frequently,accompanied by a significant increase in the ambient concentration of fine particulate matter(PM 2.5).Epidemiological and experimental studies have suggested that heat stress or PM 2.5 exposure would impair glucose homeostasis and insulin sensitivity.Objective:To explore the joint effects of heat stress and PM 2.5 exposure on glucose metabolism and hepatic insulin pathway.Methods:C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into filtered air(FA)group,fine particulate matter(PM)group,filtered air combined with heat stress(FH)group,and PM combined with heat stress(PH)group.Mice were exposed to PM for a total of 6 weeks,and heat stress combined with PM exposure was applied at the 5th and 6th weeks via a whole-body exposure system.Systemic glucose homeostasis,insulin sensitivity,and circulating inflammatory cytokines were examined.HSP72 expression and insulin signaling in the liver were measured.Results:Glucose tolerance and insulin sensitivity were impaired in response to heat stress,accompanied by less-ened hepatic GLUT2 expression and inhibited insulin signaling pathway.No synergistic effects of heat stress and PM 2.5 exposure on glucose homeostasis were observed,while heat-upregulated HSP72 expression was attenuated with accumulated TNF��induced by further PM 2.5 exposure.Conclusion:Heat stress combined with PM 2.5 exposure induced TNF��,which could inhibit heat-elevated hepatic HSP72 expression.Elevated circulating TNF��impaired hepatic insulin signaling and GLUT2 expression.Then,glucose homeostasis was perturbed,and insulin action was impaired.Weijia Gu Ziwei Cai Ruiqing Wang Mianhua Zhong Lung-Chi Chen Lu Zhang Rucheng Chen Ran Li Li Qin Qinghua Sun Cuiqing Liu 2023Clinical Complementary Medicine and Pharmacology2023,3,2:0
16Synthesis, characterization and hydrotreating performance of supported tungsten phosphide catalysts显示文摘Supported tungsten phosphide catalysts were prepared by temperature-programmed reduction of their precursors(supported phospho-tungstate catalysts)in H2 and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),BET,temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia(NH3-TPD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The reduction-phosphiding processes of the precursors were investigated by thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA)and the suitable phosphiding temperatures were defined.The hydrodesulfurization(HDS)and hydrodenitrogenation(HDN)activities of the catalysts were tested by using thiophene,pyridine,dibenzothiophene,carbazole and diesel oil as the feedstock.The TiO2,c-Al_(2)O_(3) supports and the Ni,Co promoters could remarkably increase and stabilize active W species on the catalyst surface.A suitable amount of Ni(3%–5%),Co(5%–7%)and V(1%–3%)could increase dispersivity of the W species and the BET surface area of the WP/c-Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst.The WP/c-Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst possesses much higher thiophene HDS and carbazole HDN activities and the WP/TiO2 catalyst has much higher dibenzothiophene(DBT)HDS and pyridine HDN activities.The Ni,Co and V can obviously promote the HDS activity and inhibit the HDN activity of the WP/c-Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst.The G-Ni5 catalyst possesses a much higher diesel oil HDS activity than the sulphided industrial NiW/c-Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst.In general,a support or promoter in the WP/c-Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst which can increase the amount and dispersivity of the active W species can promote its HDS and HDN activities.Guida SUN Cuiqing LI Zhijun ZHOU Fengyan LI 2008Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2008,2,2:0

19Many-objective Optimization Method Based on Dimension Reduction for Operation of Large-scale Cooling Energy Systems显示文摘Large-scale cooling energy system has developed well in the past decade.However,its optimization is still a problem to be tackled due to the nonlinearity and large scale of existing systems.Reducing the scale of problems without oversimplifying the actual system model is a big challenge nowadays.This paper proposes a dimension reduction-based many-objective optimization(DRMO)method to solve an accurate nonlinear model of a practical large-scale cooling energy system.In the first stage,many-objective and many-variable of the large system are pre-processed to reduce the overall scale of the optimization problem.The relationships between many objectives are analyzed to find a few representative objectives.Key control variables are extracted to reduce the dimension of variables and the number of equality constraints.In the second stage,the manyobjective group search optimization(GSO)method is used to solve the low-dimensional nonlinear model,and a Pareto-front is obtained.In the final stage,candidate solutions along the Paretofront are graded on many-objective levels of system operators.The candidate solution with the highest average utility value is selected as the best running mode.Simulations are carried out on a 619-node-614-branch cooling system,and results show the ability of the proposed method in solving large-scale system operation problems.Peng Zhu Lixiao Wang Cuiqing Wu Jinyu Yu Zhigang Li Jiehui Zheng Qing-Hua Wu 2023CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,3:0
20Analysis of the Implementation of Integrated Healthcare Management in Preoperative Preparation显示文摘Objective:To strengthen preoperative preparation management and reduce preoperative preparation defects.Methods:We set up a special medical care management team to investigate the preoperative preparation in surgical departments,analyze the causes of the shortcomings in preoperative preparation,and propose countermeasures.The medical staff jointly formulated plans related to preoperative preparation management including clear outline of responsibilities,strengthening of training,integrated medical care,timely feedback,and continuous improvement.Besides,the preoperative preparation of patients before and after the improvement measures were compared using statistical analysis.Results:The rate of inadequate preoperative preparation was 11.14 per thousand before the integrated management model was implemented.After the implementation of the integrated management model,the rate of inadequate preoperative preparation decreased to 2.99 per thousand,and the difference was statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated management of preoperative preparation can help reduce the rate of preoperative complications and ensure the safety of surgery.Huiling Liu Xuling Li Xinyi Liu Yuhua Ma Haomin Li Cuiqing Liu 2023Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2023,7,3:0
