2SIDT1-dependent absorption in the stomach mediates host uptake of dietary and orally administered microRNAs显示文摘Dietary microRNAs have been shown to be absorbed by mammals and regulate host gene expression,but the absorption mechanism remains unknown.Here,we show that SIDT1 expressed on gastric pit cells in the stomach is required for the absorption of dietary microRNAs.SIDT1-deficient mice show reduced basal levels and impaired dynamic absorption of dietary microRNAs.Notably,we identified the stomach as the primary site for dietary microRNA absorption,which is dramatically attenuated in the stomachs of SIDT1-deficient mice.Mechanistic analyses revealed that the uptake of exogenous microRNAs by gastric pit cells is SIDT1 and low-pH dependent.Furthermore,oral administration of plant-derived miR2911 retards liver fibrosis,and this protective effect was abolished in SIDT1-deficient mice.Our findings reveal a major mechanism underlying the absorption of dietary microRNAs,uncover an unexpected role of the stomach and shed light on developing small RNA therapeutics by oral delivery.Qun Chen Fan Zhang Lei Dong Huimin Wu Jie Xu Hanqin Li Jin Wang Zhen Zhou Chunyan Liu Yanbo Wang Yuyan Liu Liangsheng Lu Chen Wang Minghui Liu Xi Chen Cheng Wang Chunni Zhang Dangsheng Li Ke Zen Fangyu Wang Qipeng Zhang Chen-Yu Zhang 2021Cell Research2021,31,3:10

4Microstructural evolution and performance of carbon fiber-toughened ZrB_2 ceramics with SiC or ZrSi_2 additive显示文摘ZrB_2–SiC/ZrSi_2 ceramics containing 30 vol% carbon fiber(Cf) additive were fabricated by hot pressing at low temperature(1500 ℃) using submicron ZrB_2 powders, and their microstructural evolution and performance were investigated. The addition of SiC or ZrSi_2 significantly reduced the onset sintering temperature and enhanced the densification of ZrB_2. ZrB_2–ZrSi_2–Cf showed poor performance owing to the serious fiber degradation, while the fiber degradation was effectively inhibited in ZrB_2–SiC–Cf resulting in high fracture toughness, substantial fiber pull-out, and non-brittle fracture mode for such material. The critical thermal shock temperature difference of ZrB_2–SiC–Cf was up to 741 ℃, significantly higher than those of ZrB_2–SiC/ZrSi_2 and ZrB_2–ZrSi_2–Cf. 5Mineralization,Geochemistry and Zircon U-Pb Ages of the Paodaoling Porphyry Gold Deposit in the Guichi Region,Lower Yangtze Metallogenic Belt,Eastern China显示文摘The newly discovered Paodaoling porphyry Au deposit from the Guichi region, Lower Yangtze River Metallogenic Belt(LYRB), contains >35 tons of Au at an average grade of ~1.7 g/t. It is a porphyry ‘Au-only' deposit, as revealed by current exploration in the depths, mostly above-400 m, which is quite uncommon among coeval porphyry mineralization along the LYRB. Additionally, there are also Cu-Au bearing porphyries and barren alkaline granitoids in the Paodaoling district. Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating of the Cu-Au-bearing porphyries yield an age of 141–140 Ma, falling within the main magmatic stage of the LYRB, whereas the barren granites give an age of 125–120 Ma, coeval with the regional Atype granites. The Cu-Au-bearing porphyries are LILE-, LREE-enriched and HFSE-depleted, typical of arc magmatic affinities. The barren granites are HFSE-enriched, with lower LREE/HREE ratios and pronounced negative Eu anomalies. The Cu-Au-bearing porphyries in the Paodaoling district have high oxygen fugacities and high water content. Pyrite sulfur isotopes of the Paodaoling gold deposit indicate a magmatic-sedimentary mixed source for the ore-forming fluids. Based on the alteration and poly-metal zonation of the deepest exploration drill hole from the Paodaoling Au deposit, we propose that Cu ore bodies could lie at depth beneath the current Au ore bodies. 8Intelligent learning model-based skill learning and strategy optimization in robot grinding and polishing显示文摘With the rapid advancement of manufacturing in China,robot machining technology has become a popular research subject.An increasing number of robots are currently being used to perform complex tasks during manual operation,e.g.,the grinding of large components using multi-robot systems and robot teleoperation in dangerous environments,and machining conditions have evolved from a single open mode to a multisystem closed mode.Because the environment is constantly changing with multiple systems interacting with each other,traditional methods,such as mechanism modeling and programming are no longer applicable.Intelligent learning models,such as deep learning,transfer learning,reinforcement learning,and imitation learning,have been widely used;thus,skill learning and strategy optimization have become the focus of research on robot machining.Skill learning in robot machining can use robotic flexibility to learn skills under unknown working conditions,and machining strategy research can optimize processing quality under complex working conditions.Additionally,skill learning and strategy optimization combined with an intelligent learning model demonstrate excellent performance for data characteristics learning,multisystem transformation,and environment perception,thus compensating for the shortcomings of the traditional research field.This paper summarizes the state-of-the-art in skill learning and strategy optimization research from the perspectives of feature processing,skill learning,strategy,and model optimization of robot grinding and polishing,in which deep learning,transfer learning,reinforcement learning,and imitation learning models are integrated into skill learning and strategy optimization during robot grinding and polishing.Finally,this paper describes future development trends in skill learning and strategy optimization based on an intelligent learning model in the system knowledge transfer and nonstructural environment autonomous processing.CHEN Chen WANG Yu GAO ZhiTao PENG FangYu TANG XiaoWei YAN Rong ZHANG YuKui 2022Science China(Technological Sciences)2022,65,9:3

10B cell-derived anti-beta 2 glycoprotein I antibody mediates hyperhomocysteinemia-aggravated hypertensive glomerular lesions by triggering ferroptosis显示文摘Hyperhomocysteinemia(HHcy)is a risk factor for chronic kidney diseases(CKDs)that affects about 85%CKD patients.HHcy stimulates B cells to secrete pathological antibodies,although it is unknown whether this pathway mediates kidney injury.In HHcytreated 2-kidney,1-clip(2K1C)hypertensive murine model,HHcy-activated B cells secreted anti-beta 2 glycoprotein I(β2GPI)antibodies that deposited in glomerular endothelial cells(GECs),exacerbating glomerulosclerosis and reducing renal function.Mechanistically,HHcy 2K1C mice increased phosphatidylethanolamine(PE)(18:0/20:4,18:0/22:6,16:0/20:4)in kidney tissue,as determined by lipidomics.GECs oxidative lipidomics validated the increase of oxidized phospholipids upon Hcy-activated B cells culture medium(Hcy-B CM)treatment,including PE(18:0/20:4+3[O],PE(18:0a/22:4+1[O],PE(18:0/22:4+2[O]and PE(18:0/22:4+3[O]).PE synthases ethanolamine kinase 2(etnk2)and ethanolamine-phosphate cytidylyltransferase 2(pcyt2)were increased in the kidney GECs of HHcy 2K1C mice and facilitated polyunsaturated PE synthesis to act as lipid peroxidation substrates.In HHcy 2K1C mice and Hcy-B CM-treated GECs,the oxidative environment induced by iron accumulation and the insufficient clearance of lipid peroxides caused by transferrin receptor(TFR)elevation and down-regulation of SLC7A11/glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4)contributed to GECs ferroptosis of the kidneys.In vivo,pharmacological depletion of B cells or inhibition of ferroptosis mitigated the HHcy-aggravated hypertensive renal injury.Consequently,our findings uncovered a novel mechanism by which B cell-derived pathogenic anti-β2GPI IgG generated by HHcy exacerbated hypertensive kidney damage by inducing GECs ferroptosis.Targeting B cells or ferroptosis may be viable therapeutic strategies for ameliorating lipid peroxidative renal injury in HHcy patients with hypertensive nephropathy.Xing Du Xiaolong Ma Ying Tan Fangyu Shao Chun Li Yang Zhao Yutong Miao Lulu Han Guohui Dang Yuwei Song Dongmin Yang Zhenling Deng Yue Wang Changtao Jiang Wei Kong Juan Feng Xian Wang 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,4:2
11The Effect of Corporate Governance on Debt Financing Cost of Listed Companies显示文摘In recent years,bank credit business is booming with the increasing borrowing intention of China’s listed companies,and debt financing has become the major approach among listed companies’financing strategies.As a series of institutional arrangements about rights,responsibilities and benefits between different shareholders,corporate governance mechanism has a significant influence on the cost of debt financing.This paper employs variable coefficient panel data model to investigate the relationship of the listed company’s debt financing costs and corporate governance mechanism in terms of structural characteristics and time series characteristics.The results show that optimizing the structure of both Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors,establishing a reasonable management incentive system and reducing the concentration of ownership properly can directly contribute to a lower company’s debt financing costs.Meanwhile,property rights have an interactive influence on corporate governance from four aspects,which indirectly effect in company’s debt financing costs.LI Lin DONG Fangyu LIU Yifang HUANG Haijun WANG Shouyang 2016Journal of Systems Science & Complexity2016,29,3:2
12Serrated lithium fluoride nanofibers-woven interlayer enables uniform lithium deposition for lithium-metal batteries显示文摘The uncontrollable formation of Li dendrites has become the biggest obstacle to the practical application of Li-metal anodes in high-energy rechargeable Li batteries.Herein,a unique LiF interlayer woven by millimeter-level,single-crystal and serrated LiF nanofibers(NFs)was designed to enable dendrite-free and highly efficient Li-metal deposition.This high-conductivity Li F interlayer can increase the Li^(+)transference number and induce the formation of’Li F–NFs-rich’solid–electrolyte interface(SEI).In the’Li F–NFs-rich’SEI,the ultra-long Li F nanofibers provide a continuously interfacial Li^(+)transport path.Moreover,the formed Li–LiF interface between Li-metal and SEI film renders low Li nucleation and high Li^(+)migration energy barriers,leading to uniform Li plating and stripping processes.As a result,steady charge–discharge in a Li//Li symmetrical cell for 1600 h under 4 m Ah cm^(-2)and 400 stable cycles under a high area capacity of 5.65 mAh cm^(-2)in a high-loading Li//rGO–S cell at 17.9 mA cm^(-2)could be achieved.The free-standing LiF–NFs interlayer exhibits superior advantages for commercial Li batteries and displays significant potential for expanding the applications in solid Li batteries.Shuangshuang Tan Yalong Jiang Shuyan Ni Hao Wang Fangyu Xiong Lianmeng Cui Xuelei Pan Chen Tang Yaoguang Rong Qinyou An Liqiang Mai 2022National Science Review2022,9,11:2
13Defect engineering in molybdenum-based electrode materials for energy storage显示文摘Molybdenum-based materials have stepped into the spotlight as promising electrodes for energy storage systems due to their abundant valence states,low cost,and high theoretical capacity.However,the performance of conventional molybdenum-based electrode materials has been limited by slow diffusion dynamics and deficient thermodynamics.Applying defect engineering to molybdenum-based electrode materials is a viable method for overcoming these intrinsic limitations to realize superior electrochemical performance for energy storage.Herein,we systematically review recent progress in defect engineering for molybdenum-based electrode materials,including vacancy modulation,doping engineering,topochemical substitution,and amorphization.In particular,the essential optimization mechanisms of defect engineering in molybdenum-based electrode materials are pre-sented:accelerating ion diffusion,enhancing electron transfer,adjusting potential,and maintaining structural stability.We also discuss the existing challenges and future objectives for defect engineering in molybdenum-based electrode materials to realize high-energy and high-power energy storage devices.Weixiao Wang Fangyu Xiong Shaohua Zhu Jinghui Chen Jun Xie Qinyou An 2022eScience2022,2,3:2
14Hisingerite in Trachydacite from Tarim:Implications for Voluminous Felsic Rocks in Transitional Large Igneous Province显示文摘Unlike the typical large igneous provinces(LIPs) that are dominated by mafic-ultramafic rocks, the Tarim large igneous province(TLIP) is characterized by a high proportion of felsic rocks, based on which the TLIP is classified as a transitional LIP. In this study, we focus on the trachydacite from the TLIP in which we report the characteristics of hisingerite employing a variety of techniques such as EMPA, LA-ICPMS, CCD single crystal diffraction, and bulk-rock oxygen isotopes. The hisingerite in this rock is associated with plagioclase, amphibole, apatite and ilmenite. These minerals occur as aggregates of fine curled fibers in micron-scale and display heavy rare earth elements(HREE) enriched signature with significant negative Eu anomalies. In the primitive mantle-normalized trace element spider diagrams, they show pronounced Th and U spikes and Nb, Zr, Hf troughs. Petrological observation and mineralogical study reveal a closely genetic relationship between hisingerite and amphibole, indicating that the hisingerite might have been derived from the breakdown of amphibole during the magma ascent. The formation of hisingerite requires excess water from the surrounding melts, suggesting a hydrous parental magma.
