| 4 | Nitrated and parent PAHs in the surface water of Lake Taihu,China:Occurrence,distribution,source,and human health risk assessment显示文摘Nitrated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(NPAHs)have toxic potentials that are higher than those of their corresponding parent polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)and thus have received increasing attention in recent years.In this study,the occurrence,distribution,source,and human health risk assessment of 15 NPAHs and 16 PAHs were investigated in the surface water from 20 sampling sites of Lake Taihu during the dry,normal,and flood seasons of 2018.The PAH concentrations ranged from 255 to 7298 ng/L and the NPAH concentrations ranged from not-detected(ND)to 212 ng/L.Among the target analytes,2-nitrofluorene(2-n Flu)was the predominant NPAH,with a detection frequency ranging from 85%to 90%and a maximum concentration of 56.2 ng/L.The three-ringed and four-ringed NPAHs and PAHs comprised the majority of the detected compounds.In terms of seasonal variation,the highest levels of the NPAHs and PAHs were in the dry season and flood season,respectively.Diagnostic ratio analysis indicated that the prime source of NPAHs was direct combustion,whereas in the case of PAHs the contribution was predominantly from a mixed pattern including pollution from unburned petroleum and petroleum combustion.The human health risk of NPAHs and PAHs was evaluated using a lifetime carcinogenic risk assessment model.The carcinogenic risk level of the targets ranged from 2.09×10^(-7)to 5.75×10^(-5)and some surface water samples posed a potential health risk. | Jijie Kong Yuxuan Dai Mengshu Han Huan He Jiapeng Hu Junyi Zhang Junzhe Shi Qiming Xian Shaogui Yang Cheng Sun | 2021 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,4: | 6 |

| 6 | Preliminary experimental results by the prototype of Sanya Incoherent Scatter Radar显示文摘In the past decades,the Incoherent Scatter Radar(ISR)has been demonstrated to be one of the most powerful instruments for ionosphere monitoring.The Institute of Geology and Geophysics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences was founded to build a state-ofthe-art phased-array ISR at Sanya(18.3°N,109.6°E),a low-latitude station on Hainan Island,named the Sanya ISR(SYISR).As a first step,a prototype radar system consisting of eight subarrays(SYISR-8)was built to reduce the technical risk of producing the entire large array.In this work,we have summarized the preliminary experimental results based on the SYISR-8.The amplitude and phase among 256 channels were first calibrated through an embedded internal monitoring network.The mean oscillation of the amplitude and phase after calibration were about 1 dB and 5°,respectively,which met the basic requirements.The beam directivity was confirmed by crossing screen of the International Space Station.The SYISR-8 was further used to detect the tropospheric wind profile and meteors.The derived winds were evaluated by comparison with independent radiosonde and balloon-based GPS measurements.The SYISR-8 was able to observe several typical meteor echoes,such as the meteor head echo,range-spread trail echo,and specular trail echo.These results confirmed the validity and reliability of the SYISR-8 system,thereby reducing the technical risk of producing the entire large array of the SYISR to some extent. | XinAn Yue WeiXing Wan Han Xiao LingQi Zeng ChangHai Ke BaiQi Ning Feng Ding BiQiang Zhao Lin Jin Chen Li MingYuan Li JunYi Wang HongLian Hao Ning Zhang | 2020 | Earth and Planetary Physics2020,4,6: | 3 |
| 7 | Rapid velocity reduction and drift potential assessment of off-nozzle pesticide droplets显示文摘The droplet velocity and diameter significantly affect both the spatial drift loss and the interfacial deposition behaviors, thus determining the ultimate utilization efficiency during pesticide spraying.Investigating the spatial velocity and diameter evolutions can reveal the mechanism of drift loss and guide to design regulation strategy. Here, we explored the spatial velocity distribution of droplets after leaving the nozzle by particle image velocimetry technology and particle tracking model, considering that the effect of nozzle configuration and the air velocity. It shows that all droplets decelerate rapidly with the velocity attenuation ratio ranging from 50% to 80% within the region of 200 mm below the nozzle.The spatial velocity evolution differences between droplets in crossflow are determined by the competition of vertical drag force and net gravity, and the drag force sharply increases as the droplet diameter decreases, especially for that smaller than 150 μm. Based on the spatial evolution differences of the droplet velocity and diameter, a functional adjuvant was added to the liquid for improving the diameter distribution. | 9 | Tidal currents in the coastal waters east of Hainan Island in winter显示文摘Using the 25-h continuing hydrographic observations at three successive stations in February 2012 and the mooring time series of current observations from January to March 2015,the tidal currents and tidal energy fluxes in the coastal waters east of Hainan Island in the northwestern South China Sea were analyzed.The diurnal and semidiurnal(using K_(1) and M_(2) as proxies,respectively)tidal currents and associated isopycnal undulations were derived with harmonic analysis.Results show that the velocities of the diurnal and semidiurnal tides derived from the 25-h observations are comparable to those from the mooring series.The semi-major axes of the tidal ellipses were O(4-7 cm/s)for barotropic tides and O(2-4 cm/s)for baroclinic tides.The directions were in NE-SW at deeper stations to N-S at the shallowest station for the diurnal tide and from NW-SE to NE-SW for the semidiurnal tide.Both the diurnal and semidiurnal isopycnal fl uctuations reached O(5 m),O(8 m),and O(10 m)at the cross-shelf stations(H03,H04,and H05)from 35 m,45 m,to 55 m,respectively,showing insignifi cant vertical variation,and the barotropic signals were predominate.The baroclinic diurnal tide showed fi rst-mode structures at H03-05,as does the semidiurnal tide at H03.The semidiurnal tide at H04 and H05 exhibited higher-mode structures.The time series of both the alongshore and cross-shore components reveal the vertically propagation features of the baroclinic tidal phase and energy.The calculated horizontal energy fl uxes of the diurnal and semidiurnal internal tides decreased from O(0.1 W/m)at H05 to O(0.01 W/m)at H03,implying a propagation and dissipation of energy from off shore to inshore. | Min LI Lingling XIE Xiaolong ZONG Junyi LI Mingming LI Tong YAN Ronglei HAN | 2022 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2022,40,2: | 2 |

| 11 | Differential SW16.1 allelic effects and genetic backgrounds contributed to increased seed weight after soybean domestication显示文摘Although seed weight has increased following domestication from wild soybean(Glycine soja) to cultivated soybean(Glycine max), the genetic basis underlying this change is unclear. Using mapping populations derived from chromosome segment substitution lines of wild soybean, we identified SW16.1 as the causative gene underlying a major quantitative trait locus controlling seed weight.SW16.1 encodes a nucleus-localized LIM domaincontaining protein. Importantly, the GsSW16.1 allele from wild soybean accession N24852 had a negative effect on seed weight, whereas the GmSW16.1 allele from cultivar NN1138-2 had a positive effect. Gene expression network analysis,reverse-transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction, and promoter-luciferase reporter transient expression assays suggested that SW16.1 regulates the transcription of MT4, a positive regulator of seed weight. The natural variations in SW16.1 and other known seed weight genes were analyzed in soybean germplasm. The SW16.1 polymorphism was associated with seed weight in 247 soybean accessions, showing much higher frequency of positive-effect alleles in cultivated soybean than in wild soybean. Interestingly,gene allele matrix analysis of the known seed weight genes revealed that G. max has lost 38.5%of the G. soja alleles and that most of the lost alleles had negative effects on seed weight. | 12 | Expression and regulation of genes involved in the reserve starch biosynthesis pathway in hexaploid wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)显示文摘Reserve starch of cereal crop accounts for about 70%of grain endosperm and acts as an important human carbohydrate resource worldwide.Wheat reserve starch is synthesized by enzymatic machinery in endosperm cells.To identify genes involved in starch biosynthesis,we constructed 30 RNA-Seq libraries of 10 endosperm-development periods and performed expression and localization analyses.Of 166 endosperm-expressed homologs of starch biosynthesis-related genes,74 showed expression correlated with reserve starch accumulation,including 26 with expected subcellular distribution and higher expression than their isoforms.The key proteins SUS3,UGP1,cAGPase,and Bt1-3 formed the main metabolic pathway and contributed the major substrates for starch processing in amyloplasts.Important isoforms,key pathway proteins,and the main carbon flux toward starch formation in the reserve starch biosynthesis pathway were identified.Based on a coexpression analysis,a library of 425 transcription factors was produced to screen for common regulators.TaMYB44 had features of transcription factors and bound to TaSUT1,TaSSIIIa,TaBEIIa,TaISA1,and TaBEIIb promoters in yeast,suggesting that the gene is a pathway regulator.This study sheds light on understanding the mechanism of reserve starch biosynthesis and will be helpful for increasing starch content in wheat endosperm via biotechnological strategies. | Yunsong Gu Shichen Han Lin Chen Junyi Mu Luning Duan Yaxuan Li Yueming Yan Xiaohui Li | 2021 | The Crop Journal2021,9,2: | 1 |

| 14 | High-fidelity and clean nanotransfer lithography using structure-embedded and electrostatic-adhesive carriers显示文摘Metallic nanostructures are becoming increasingly important for both fundamental research and practical devices.Many emerging applications employing metallic nanostructures often involve unconventional substrates that are flexible or nonplanar,making direct lithographic fabrication very difficult.An alternative approach is to transfer prefabricated structures from a conventional substrate;however,it is still challenging to maintain high fidelity and a high yield in the transfer process.In this paper,we propose a high-fidelity,clean nanotransfer lithography method that addresses the above challenges by employing a polyvinyl acetate(PVA)film as the transferring carrier and promoting electrostatic adhesion through triboelectric charging.The PVA film embeds the transferred metallic nanostructures and maintains their spacing with a remarkably low variation of<1%.When separating the PVA film from the donor substrate,electrostatic charges are generated due to triboelectric charging and facilitate adhesion to the receiver substrate,resulting in a high large-area transfer yield of up to 99.93%.We successfully transferred the metallic structures of a variety of materials(Au,Cu,Pd,etc.)with different geometries with a<50-nm spacing,high aspect ratio(>2),and complex 3D structures.Moreover,the thin and flexible carrier film enables transfer on highly curved surfaces,such as a single-mode optical fiber with a curvature radius of 62.5μm.With this strategy,we demonstrate the transfer of metallic nanostructures for a compact spectrometer with Cu nanogratings transferred on a convex lens and for surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)characterization on graphene with reliable responsiveness. | Zhuofei Gan Jingxuan Cai Zhao Sun Liyang Chen Chuying Sun Junyi Yu Zeyu Liang Siyi Min Fei Han Yu Liu Xing Cheng Shuhui Yu Dehu Cui Wen-Di Li | 2023 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2023,9,1: | 1 |

| 17 | Detection of Multi-dimensional Driving Forces of Public Environmental Concern in China:Based on Spatial Heterogeneity Perspectives显示文摘Public environmental concern(PEC)is an important bottom-up force in building an environmentally sustainable society.Guided by attitude theory,this paper innovatively constructed a PEC evaluation index system,while introducing entropy weighted-TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution)to realize the assessment of PEC.Exploratory spatial data analysis was used to portray the spatio-temporal evolution patterns of PEC in 362 Chinese cities at prefecture-level and above from 2011 to 2018.Furthermore,the Geodetector model was performed to identify the multi-dimensional determinants of PEC from the perspective of spatial heterogeneity.The results indicated that:1)PEC in China exhibited a fluctuating upward trend,consistent with the spatial distribution law of‘Heihe-Tengchong Line’and‘Bole-Taipei Line’;2)the driving effect of each factor varied dynamically,but in general,economic development level,population size,industrial wastewater,and education level were the dominant driving factors explaining the spatial variation of PEC;3)risk detection revealed that four factors,government environmental regulations,PM_(2.5),vegetation coverage,and natural resource endowment,had nonlinear effects on PEC;4)the interactions between factors all demonstrated an enhancement in explaining the spatial differentiation of PEC.PEC was driven by the comprehensive interaction of four-dimensional factors of economy,society,pollutant emissions,and ecology.Among them,population agglomeration accompanied by a high level of regional economy and information technology can explain the increase in PEC to the greatest extent. | TONG Yun PANG Li SUN Minghui HAN Junyi | 2023 | Chinese Geographical Science2023,33,6: | 0 |
| 18 | Outcomes of Self-Expanding Transcatheter Pulmonary Valves:Extended Follow-Up of a Prospective Trial显示文摘Background:The Venus-P valve was the first self-expanding valve used world-wide for transcatheter pulmonary valve replacement(TPVR)in patients with severe pulmonary regurgitation(PR).We intended to report the extended follow-up results from the prospective trial(No.NCT02590679).Methods:A total of 38 patients with severe PR(mean age 24.2±13.2)were included.Follow-up data were obtained after implanted at 1,6,and 12 months and yearly after.The frame geometry was assessed on post-implant computer tomography(CT)scanning by calculating the non-circularity[circularity ratio(minimum diameter/maximum diameter)<0.9]and under-expansion[expansion ratio(derived external valve area/nominal external valve area)<0.9).Adverse events(all-cause mortality,reintervention,valve dysfunction,stent fracture and endocarditis)were recorded.Results:All valves were implanted successfully with normal function at discharge.Geometric CT analysis showed underexpanded valve was detected in 22 patients(63%)and non-circular valve was seen in 16 patients(46%).During a median follow-up of 4.8 years(range 0.3-8.1),there were 1 death and 1 surgical explant,both resulting from endocarditis.Five-year freedom from valve dysfunction and stent fracture were 84.8%(95%CI 74.8-94.7)and 83.5%(95%CI 73.8-93.2).Endocarditis occurred in 3 patients at a median time of 7 months.Stent fracture was more common in patients with non-circularity stents.Conclusion:TPVR using Venus-P valve is associated with favorable outcomes at 5 years.Non-circular shapes in the valve level may have a higher risk of stent fracture. | Jingnan Zhang Junyi Wan Yihang Li Yu Han Jiahua Pan Fang Fang Shiliang Jiang Xiangbin Pan Gejun Zhang | 2023 | Congenital Heart Disease2023,18,2: | 0 |
| 19 | Isolation of ^(212)Pb from natural thorium for targeted alpha-therapy显示文摘Targeted alpha-therapy(TAT) is increasingly attractive due to its extraordinary antitumor efficacy.However,the supply of α-emitters for TAT is insufficient and under control by a limited number of countries.^(212)Pb is a promising α-emitter with an optimal half-life(10.6 h) and favored decay chain.Of interest,^(212)Pb can be extracted directly from natural thorium,which may be abundant in the mining waste of rare-earth,uranium,etc.Indeed,radioactive thorium waste has been a longstanding environmental challenge that needs immediate action.Developing an on-demand and facile process to isolate ^(212)Pb from natural thorium would be ideal to meet the above challenges,yet is difficult.In theory,the ratio of ^(212)Pb tonatTh is below 10^(-13)in commercially available thorium salts.As a pilot study,2.2 MBq of ^(212)Pb was successfully extracted from a 5 L solution of thorium nitrate by using a Pb-selective resin.The radiochemical purity of ^(212)Pb is over 99.9% according to gamma-ray analysis.The purified^(212)Pb was applied to radiolabel a couple of peptides used in clinics(i.e.PSMA,TATE and FAPI-04),and the radiochemical yields are>85%.Of note,^(212)Pb can be repeatedly separated from the thorium solution every 2 days.In summary,a practical and scalable method was developed to isolate^(212)Pb for potentially clinical use,which may be of great importance as it does not require either cyclotron or nuclear reactor. | Junyi Chen Mengxin Xu Yu Liu Dongban Duan Yuxiang Han Zhibo Liu | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,7: | 0 |
| 20 | Automatic extraction and reconstruction of a 3D wireframe of an indoor scene from semantic point clouds显示文摘Accurate indoor 3D models are essential for building administration and applications in digital city construction and operation.Developing an automatic and accurate method to reconstruct an indoor model with semantics is a challenge in complex indoor environments.Our method focuses on the permanent structure based on a weak Manhattan world assumption,and we propose a pipeline to reconstruct indoor models.First,the proposed method extracts boundary primitives from semantic point clouds,such as floors,walls,ceilings,windows,and doors.The primitives of the building boundary,are aligned to generate the boundaries of the indoor scene,which contains the structure of the horizontal plane and height change in the vertical direction.Then,an optimization algorithm is applied to optimize the geometric relationships among all features based on their categories after the classification process.The heights of feature points are captured and optimized according to their neighborhoods.Finally,a 3D wireframe model of the indoor scene is reconstructed based on the 3D feature information.Experiments on three different datasets demonstrate that the proposed method can be used to effectively reconstruct 3D wireframe models of indoor scenes with high accuracy. | Junyi Wei Hangbin Wu Han Yue Shoujun Jia Jintao Li Chun Liu | 2023 | International Journal of Digital Earth2023,16,1: | 0 |
