2Stiffeners layout design of thin-walled structures with constraints on multi-fastener joint loads显示文摘The purpose of this paper is to present an extended topology optimization method for the stiffeners layout design of aircraft assembled structures. Multi-fastener joint loads and manufacturing constraints are considered simultaneously. On one hand, the joint loads are calculated and constrained within a limited value to avoid the failure of fasteners. On the other hand, the manufacturing constraints of the material distribution in the machining directions of stiffeners are implemented by an improved piecewise interpolation based on a beveled cut-surface. It is proven that the objective function is strictly continuous and differentiable with respect to the piecewise interpolation. The effects of the extended method with two different constraints are highlighted by typical numerical examples. 4Harmonic reducer in-situ fault diagnosis for industrial robots based on deep learning显示文摘The harmonic reducer is an essential kinetic transmission component in the industrial robots.It is easy to be fatigued and resulted in physical malfunction after a long period of operation.Therefore,an accurate in-situ fault diagnosis for the harmonic reducers in an industrial robot is especially important.This paper proposes a fault diagnosis method based on deep learning for the harmonic reducer of industrial robots via consecutive time-domain vibration signals.Considering the sampling signals from industrial robots are long,narrow,and channel-independent,this method combined a 1-dimensional convolutional neural network with matrix kernels(1-D MCNN)adaptive model.By adjusting the size of the convolution kernels,it can concentrate on the contextual feature extraction of consecutive time-domain data while retaining the ability to process the multi-channel fusion data.The proposed method is examined on a physical industrial robot platform,which has achieved a prediction accuracy of99%.Its performance is appeared to be superior in comparison to the traditional 2-dimensional CNN,deep sparse automatic encoding network(DSAE),multilayer perceptual network(MLP),and support vector machine(SVM).ZHOU Xing ZHOU HuiCheng HE YiMing HUANG ShiFeng ZHU ZhiHong CHEN JiHong 2022Science China(Technological Sciences)2022,65,9:3
5Surface‑Enhanced Raman Scattering Fiber Probe Based on Silver Nanocubes显示文摘Surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)provides a novel method for low concentration molecular detection.The performances were highly dependent on the sizes,geometries and distributions of metal nanostructures.Here,highly sensitive SERS fber probe based on silver nanocubes(Ag NCs)was fabricated,by assembled nanostructures on planar and tapered fber tips.Ag NCs were synthesized by polyol method,and controlled by reductant content,reaction temperatures and crystal growth durations.Tapered fbers with diferent cone angles were prepared by chemical etching.The electromagnetic distribution simulation indicated that nanocubes had stronger electric feld between two cubes and vertex corners than nanosphere,under 532 nm laser excitation.The intensity could reach 53.52 V/m,for cubes with 70 nm edge length.The SERS performance of probes was characterized using crystal violet analyte.The detectable lowest concentration could reach 10^(-9) and 10^(-10) M for planar and tapered fber probes,respectively.The corresponding enhancement factor could be 9.02×10^(7) and 6.22×10^(8).The relationship between SERS peak intensities and analyte concentrations showed well linear,which indicated both fber probes could be applied for both qualitative and quantitative analysis.Furthermore,optimal cone angle of tapered fber SERS probe was 8.3°.The tapered fber SERS probes have highly sensitive activity and great potential in substance detection.Miao Yu Qihang Tian Guangyuan He Kaimin Cui Jihong Zhang 2021Advanced Fiber Materials2021,3,6:3
6Structural topology optimization under stationary random base acceleration excitations显示文摘Structural topology optimization subjected to stationary random base acceleration excitations is investigated in this paper. In the random response analysis, the Large Mass Method(LMM) which attributes artificial large mass values at each driven nodal Degree Of Freedom(DOF) to transforming the base acceleration excitations into force excitations is proposed. The Complete Quadratic Combination(CQC) which is commonly used to calculate the random responses in previous optimization has been proven to be computationally expensive especially for large-scale problems. In order to conquer this difficulty, the Pseudo Excitation Method(PEM) and the combined method of PEM and Mode Acceleration Method(MAM) are adopted into the dynamic topology optimization, and random responses are calculated using these two methods to ascertain a high efficiency over the CQC. A density-based topology optimization method minimizing dynamic responses is then formulated based on the integration of LMM and PEM or the combined method of PEM and MAM. 8Characterization of micro-arc ceramic coatings on Ti-2Al-2.5Zr alloy substrates显示文摘Titanium oxide coatings were synthesized on Ti-2Al-2.5Zr alloy substrates by micro-arc oxidation (MAO) tech-nique. The surface features of the coatings were studied by scanning electron microscopy. The micro-arc discharge channels of the Ti-2Al-2.5Zr alloy decrease while the discharge channel size increases clearly with an increase in treating time. With an increase of the coating thickness the porous layer thickness increases apparently. Phase composition of the surface layers of the coatings was evaluated by X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. 9Compound Danshen Dripping Pill inhibits hypercholesterolemia/atherosclerosis-induced heart failure in ApoE and LDLR dual deficient mice via multiple mechanisms显示文摘Heart failure is the leading cause of death worldwide.Compound Danshen Dripping Pill(CDDP)or CDDP combined with simvastatin has been widely used to treat patients with myocardial infarction and other cardiovascular diseases in China.However,the effect of CDDP on hypercholesterolemia/atherosclerosis-induced heart failure is unknown.We constructed a new model of heart failure induced by hypercholesterolemia/atherosclerosis in apolipoprotein E(ApoE)and LDL receptor(LDLR)dual deficient(ApoE^(–/–)LDLR^(–/–))mice and investigated the effect of CDDP or CDDP plus a low dose of simvastatin on the heart failure.CDDP or CDDP plus a low dose of simvastatin inhibited heart injury by multiple actions including anti-myocardial dysfunction and anti-fibrosis.Mechanistically,both Wnt and lysine-specific demethylase 4A(KDM4A)pathways were significantly activated in mice with heart injury.Conversely,CDDP or CDDP plus a low dose of simvastatin inhibited Wnt pathway by markedly up-regulating expression of Wnt inhibitors.While the anti-inflammation and anti-oxidative stress by CDDP were achieved by inhibiting KDM4A expression and activity.In addition,CDDP attenuated simvastatin-induced myolysis in skeletal muscle.Taken together,our study suggests that CDDP or CDDP plus a low dose of simvastatin can be an effective therapy to reduce hypercholesterolemia/atherosclerosis-induced heart failure.Yanfang Yang Ke Feng Liying Yuan Yuxin Liu Mengying Zhang Kaimin Guo Zequn Yin Wenjia Wang Shuiping Zhou He Sun Kaijing Yan Xijun Yan Xuerui Wang Yajun Duan Yunhui Hu Jihong Han 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,3:2
10Age-dependent loss of cholinergic neurons in learning and memory-related brain regions and impaired learning in SAMP8 mice with trigeminal nerve damage显示文摘The tooth belongs to the trigeminal sensory pathway.Dental damage has been associated with impairments in the central nervous system that may be mediated by injury to the trigeminal nerve.In the present study,we investigated the effects of damage to the inferior alveolar nerve,an important peripheral nerve in the trigeminal sensory pathway,on learning and memory behaviors and structural changes in related brain regions,in a mouse model of Alzheimer's disease.Inferior alveolar nerve transection or sham surgery was performed in middle-aged(4-monthold) or elderly(7-month-old) senescence-accelerated mouse prone 8(SAMP8) mice.When the middle-aged mice reached 8 months(middle-aged group 1) or 11 months(middle-aged group 2),and the elderly group reached 11 months,step-down passive avoidance and Y-maze tests of learning and memory were performed,and the cholinergic system was examined in the hippocampus(Nissl staining and acetylcholinesterase histochemistry) and basal forebrain(choline acetyltransferase immunohistochemistry).In the elderly group,animals that underwent nerve transection had fewer pyramidal neurons in the hippocampal CA1 and CA3 regions,fewer cholinergic fibers in the CA1 and dentate gyrus,and fewer cholinergic neurons in the medial septal nucleus and vertical limb of the diagonal band,compared with sham-operated animals,as well as showing impairments in learning and memory.Conversely,no significant differences in histology or behavior were observed between middle-aged group 1 or group 2 transected mice and age-matched sham-operated mice.The present findings suggest that trigeminal nerve damage in old age,but not middle age,can induce degeneration of the septal-hippocampal cholinergic system and loss of hippocampal pyramidal neurons,and ultimately impair learning ability.Our results highlight the importance of active treatment of trigeminal nerve damage in elderly patients and those with Alzheimer's disease,and indicate that tooth extraction should be avoided in these populations.Yifan He Jihong Zhu Fang Huang Liu Qin Wenguo Fan Hongwen He 2014Neural Regeneration Research2014,9,22:2

20Correlation and Pathway Analysis of the Carbon,Nitrogen,and Phosphorus in Soil-Microorganism-Plant with Main Quality Components of Tea(Camellia sinensis)显示文摘The contents of carbon(C),nitrogen(N),and phosphorus(P)in soil-microorganisms-plant significantly affect tea quality by altering the main quality components of tea,such as tea polyphenols,amino acids,and caffeine.However,few studies have quantified the effects of these factors on the main quality components of tea.The study aimed to explore the interactions of C,N,and P in soil-microorganisms-plants and the effects of these factors on the main quality components of tea by using the path analysis method.The results indicated that(1)The contents of C,N,and P in soil,microorganisms,and tea plants were highly correlated and collinear,and showed significant correlations with the main quality components of tea.(2)Optimal regression equations were established to esti-mate tea polyphenol,amino acid,catechin,caffeine,and water extract content based on C,N,and P contents in soil,microorganisms,and tea plants(R^(2)=0.923,0.726,0.954,0.848,and 0.883,respectively).(3)Pathway analysis showed that microbial biomass phosphorus(MBP),root phosphorus,branch nitrogen,and microbial biomass carbon(MBC)were the largest direct impact factors on tea polyphenol,catechin,water extracts,amino acid,and caffeine content,respectively.Leaf carbon,root phosphorus,and leaf nitrogen were the largest indirect impact factors on tea polyphenol,catechin,and water extract content,respectively.Leaf carbon indirectly affected tea polyphenol content mainly by altering MBP content.Root phosphorus indirectly affected catechin content mainly by altering soil organic carbon content.Leaf nitrogen indirectly affected water extract content mainly by altering branch nitrogen content.The research results provide the scientific basis for reasonable fertilization in tea gardens and tea quality improvement.Chun Mao Ji He Xuefeng Wen Yangzhou Xiang Jihong Feng Yingge Shu 2024Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2024,93,3:0
