1Efficient and stable tin-based perovskite solar cells by introducing π-conjugated Lewis base显示文摘Tin-based perovskite solar cells(TPSCs)as the most promising candidate for lead-free PSCs have incurred extensive researches all over the world.However,the crystallization process of tin-based perovskite is too fast during the solution-deposited process,resulting in abundant pinholes and poor homogeneity that cause serious charge recombination in perovskite layer.Here,we employed theπ-conjugated Lewis base molecules with high electron density to systematically control the crystallization rate of FASnI3 perovskite by forming stable intermediate phase with the Sn-I frameworks,leading to a compact and uniform perovskite film with large increase in the carrier lifetime.Meanwhile,the introduction of theπ-conjugated systems also retards the permeation of moisture into perovskite crystal,which significantly suppresses the film degradation in air.These benefits contributed to a stabilizing power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 10.1%for the TPSCs and maintained over 90%of its initial PCE after 1000-h light soaking in air.Also,a steady-state efficiency of 9.2%was certified at the accredited test center.Tianhao Wu Xiao Liu Xin He Yanbo Wang Xiangyue Meng Takeshi Noda Xudong Yang Liyuan Han 2020Science China Chemistry2020,63,1:6
2Industrial Poverty Alleviation Model in Southwestern High-altitude Mountainous Areas of China——A Case Study of Industrial Poverty Alleviation of Xueshan Township in Luquan County of Yunnan Province through Planting Codonopsis pilosula显示文摘Due to the severe restrictions of natural conditions and ecological environment,high-altitude mountainous areas usually become the ' hard bones' in the battle against poverty. Xueshan Township,Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County of Yunnan Province,located in the alpine valley of Jinsha River,is a major township with wide and deep poverty,and the incidence of poverty is up to 45. 00%. In recent years,Xueshan Township has insisted on the battle against poverty,made effort to develop the Codonopsis pilosula industry,and successfully developed a road to poverty alleviation through C. pilosula industry,and formed a unique industrial poverty alleviation model by the end of 2018,the incidence of poverty dropped to 0. 74%. 3Enhanced removal of bisphenol A by cyclodextrin in photocatalytic systems:Degradation intermediates and toxicity evaluation显示文摘At present,the assessment of photooxidation system mainly focuses on the photodegradation efficie ncy of target pollutant,lacking of the toxicity assessment in the photocatalysis process.Here,photodecomposition of bisphenol A(BPA)was used to investigate the performance of several cyclodextrin modified photocatalysts.Moreover,the comprehensive toxicity changes of BPA under different photocatalytic oxidation conditions were conducted.Theβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD)modified photocatalyst,including titanium dioxide(CM-β-CD-TiO_(2)),carbon nitride(CM-β-CD-C_(3)N_(4))and cadmium sulfide(SH-β-CD-AM/CdS)exhibit high degradation rate and mineralization efficiency of BPA.The highest total organic carbon(TOC)removal of BPA observed in the oxidation system of SH-β-CD-AM/CdS nano reactor(73.4%).The main oxidation intermediates in these systems were detected,and the comprehension toxicity of BPA and its oxidation intermediates in different system were compared by toxicity estimation software tool(T.E.S.T.)based on quantitative structure-activity relationship(QSAR)prediction.The results show thatβ-CD can facilitate the photodecomposition of the target contaminant.Howeve r,many oxidation intermediates with high compre hensive toxicity,eve n in the oxidation system with high B PA removal,can still be detected.Therefo re,not only decomposition of target contaminant but also the comprehensive toxicity of oxidation intermediates should be regarded as index to evaluate a photocatalysis technology.Yi Zhou Jie He Jian Lu Yongdi Liu Yanbo Zhou 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,10:3
4Study of Texture Segmentation and Classification for Grading Small Hepatocellular Carcinoma Based on CT Images显示文摘To grade Small Hepatocellular Car Cinoma(SHCC)using texture analysis of CT images,we retrospectively analysed 68 cases of Grade II(medium-differentiation)and 37 cases of Grades III and IV(high-differentiation).The grading scheme follows 4 stages:(1)training a Super Resolution Generative Adversarial Network(SRGAN)migration learning model on the Lung Nodule Analysis 2016 Dataset,and employing this model to reconstruct Super Resolution Images of the SHCC Dataset(SR-SHCC)images;(2)designing a texture clustering method based on Gray-Level Co-occurrence Matrix(GLCM)to segment tumour regions,which are Regions Of Interest(ROIs),from the original and SR-SHCC images,respectively;(3)extracting texture features on the ROIs;(4)performing statistical analysis and classifications.The segmentation achieved accuracies of 0.9049 and 0.8590 in the original SHCC images and the SR-SHCC images,respectively.The classification achived an accuracy of 0.838 and an Area Under the ROC Curve(AUC)of 0.84.The grading scheme can effectively reduce poor impacts on the texture analysis of SHCC ROIs.It may play a guiding role for physicians in early diagnoses of medium-differentiation and high-differentiation in SHCC.Bei Hui Yanbo Liu Jiajun Qiu Likun Cao Lin Ji Zhiqiang He 2021Tsinghua Science and Technology2021,26,2:3
5Air plasma-sprayed high-entropy (Y_(0.2)Yb_(0.2)Lu_(0.2)Eu_(0.2)Er_(0.2))_(3)Al_(5)O_(12) coating with high thermal protection performance显示文摘High-entropy rare-earth aluminate(Y_(0.2)Yb_(0.2)Lu_(0.2)Eu_(0.2)Er_(0.2))_(3)Al_(5)O_(12)(HE-RE_(3)Al_(5)O_(12))has been considered as a promising thermal protection coating(TPC)material based on its low thermal conductivity and close thermal expansion coefficient to that of Al2O3.However,such a coating has not been experimentally prepared,and its thermal protection performance has not been evaluated.To prove the feasibility of utilizing HE-RE_(3)Al_(5)O_(12) as a TPC,HE-RE_(3)Al_(5)O_(12) coating was deposited on a nickelbased superalloy for the first time using the atmospheric plasma spraying technique.The stability,surface,and cross-sectional morphologies,as well as the fracture surface of the HE-RE_(3)Al_(5)O_(12) coating were investigated,and the thermal shock resistance was evaluated using the oxyacetylene flame test.The results show that the HE-RE_(3)Al_(5)O_(12) coating can remain intact after 50 cycles at 1200℃ for 200 s,while the edge peeling phenomenon occurs after 10 cycles at 1400℃ for 200 s.This study clearly demonstrates that HE-RE_(3)Al_(5)O_(12) coating is effective for protecting the nickel-based superalloy,and the atmospheric plasma spraying is a suitable method for preparing this kind of coatings.Kailun WANG Jinpeng ZHU Hailong WANG Kaijun YANG Yameng ZHU Yubin QING Zhuang MA Lihong GAO Yanbo LIU Sihao WEI Yongchun SHU Yanchun ZHOU Jilin HE 2022Journal of Advanced Ceramics2022,11,10:2
6The Mode of Promoting Industrial Targeted Poverty Alleviation through Land Circulation in Western Mountainous Region of China——A Case Study of Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County in Yunnan Province显示文摘In the industrial targeted poverty alleviation,land circulation is a key process. Based on the national strategy of targeted poverty alleviation,this paper combined the industrial development of targeted poverty alleviation with land circulation. According to the field survey on the current situation of land circulation and promotion of the industrial poverty alleviation in the typical project area of Zhongping Village in Zhongping Town and Jiaowuying Village in Jiulong Town in Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County in Yunnan Province,located in the high mountain canyon area of Jinsha River in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River in the west of China. This paper summarized and analyzed the organization and operation mechanism,basic practices and main results of the land circulation and promotion of industrial poverty alleviation model in the typical project area of the county. 8Geotectonic evolution of lunar LQ-4 region based on multisource data显示文摘The Sinus Iridum region, the first choice for China's 'Lunar Exploration Project' is located at the center of the lunar LQ-4 area and is the site of Chang'e-3(CE-3)'s soft landing. To make the scientific exploration of Chang'e-3 more targeted and scientific, and to obtain a better macro-level understanding of the geotectonic environment of the Sinus Iridum region, the tectonic elements in LQ-4 region have been studied and the typical structures were analyzed statistically using data from CE-1, Clementine, LRO and Lunar Prospector missions. Also, the mineral components and periods of mare basalt activities in the study area have been ascertained. 9A tunable ferroelectric based unreleased RF resonator显示文摘This paper introduces the first tunable ferroelectric capacitor(FeCAP)-based unreleased RF MEMS resonator,integrated seamlessly in Texas Instruments’130 nm Ferroelectric RAM(FeRAM)technology.The designs presented here are monolithically integrated in solid-state CMOS technology,with no post-processing or release step typical of other MEMS devices.An array of FeCAPs in this complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor(CMOS)technology’s back-end-of-line(BEOL)process were used to define the acoustic resonance cavity as well as the electromechanical transducers.To achieve high quality factor(Q)of the resonator,acoustic waveguiding for vertical confinement within the CMOS stack is studied and optimized.Additional design considerations are discussed to obtain lateral confinement and suppression of spurious modes.An FeCAP resonator is demonstrated with fundamental resonance at 703 MHz and Q of 1012.This gives a frequency-quality factor product f·Q=7:11×10^(11) which is 1.6×higher than the most state-of-the-art Pb(Zr,Ti)O_(3)(PZT)resonators.Due to the ferroelectric characteristics of the FeCAPs,transduction of the resonator can be switched on and off by adjusting the electric polarization.In this case,the resonance can be turned off completely at±0.3 V corresponding to the coercive voltage of the constituent FeCAP transducers.These novel switchable resonators may have promising applications in on-chip timing,ad-hoc radio front ends,and chip-scale sensors.Yanbo He Bichoy Bahr Mengwei Si Peide Ye Dana Weinstein 2020Microsystems & Nanoengineering2020,6,1:1
10Interlayer ligand engineering of β-Ni(OH)2 for oxygen evolution reaction显示文摘Oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is a bottleneck process for many electrochemical devices due to the sluggish kinetics,for which advanced electrocatalysts should be carefully designed.Nickle-based materials have been extensively studied to catalyze OER.However,their performances are still below the expectation and the active sites are often controversial.Herein,we have successfully modulated the electronic and surface properties of layeredβ-Ni(OH)2 by the interlayer ligand engineering,aiming to design novel efficient electrocatalysts and unveil the catalysis mechanism.By one-step solvothermal reaction,alkoxyl substitutedβ-Ni(OH)2 with variable interlayer distances is obtained,and the ethoxyl substituted one(NiEt)shows great potential for efficient OER.With the assistance of powder X-ray diffraction and crystalline structure computational simulation,the formula of alkoxyl substitutedβ-Ni(OH)2 are determined.Operando X-ray absorption spectroscopy studies combined with ex-situ analyses revealed that the critical active species of NiEt is formed via hydroxylation and subsequent de-protonation,with high valent Niδ+(3<δ≤3.66).The corresponding catalytic reaction pathway and mechanism are proposed.Junying He Yuqin Zou Yucheng Huang Chenhui Li Yanbo Liu Ling Zhou Chung-Li Dong Xia Lu Shuangyin Wang 2020Science China Chemistry2020,63,11:1

15Low-Temperature Soft-Cover-Assisted Hydrolysis Deposition of Large-Scale TiO_2 Layer for Efficient Perovskite Solar Modules显示文摘Perovskite solar cells with TiO_2 electron transport layers exhibit power conversion efficiency(PCE) as high as 22.7% in single cells. However, the preparation process of the TiO_2 layer is adopted by an unscalable method or requires high-temperature sintering, which precludes its potential use for mass production of flexible devices. In this study, a scalable low-temperature softcover-assisted hydrolysis(SAH) method is presented,where the precursor solution is sandwiched between a soft cover and preheated substrate to form a closed hydrolysis environment. Compact homogeneous TiO_2 films with a needle-like structure were obtained after the hydrolysis of a TiCl_4 aqueous solution. Moreover, by careful optimization of the TiO_2 fabrication conditions, a high PCE of 14.01% could be achieved for a solar module(4 × 4 cm^2) prepared using the SAH method. 17Relationship between the types of binary alloy phase diagrams of Ⅷ and IB group elements and the Mendeleev numbers显示文摘The relationship between the types of binary alloy phase diagrams of VIII and IB group elements and the Mendeleev numbers was discussed for the first time using the VIII and IB group elements as solvent metals (A) and the other elements as solute metals (B), basesd on their alloy phase diagram types. The Mendeleev numbers of the solvent metals and the solute metals were expressed as MA, and MB, respectively. A two-dimension map of MA/MB was drawn. It is indicated that there is an oblique line in the map, which divides the binary alloy phase diagram types of solvent metals into two symmetry parts, the phase diagram types of the other elements with solvent metals located at the above or down of the line respectively, while on the line, △M=0. The phase diagrams between the solvent metals basically are simple systems, mainly belong to the types of continues solid solution and the peritectic (about 40% for each type). The solvent metals can be divided into three groups: Co, Jr, Rh, Ni, Pt, and Pd as the first group; Ag, Au, and Cu as the second group; and Fe, Os, and Ru as the third group. The characteristics of the phase diagrams formed between the elements in each group were discussed. About 80% phase diagrams belong to complex systems and less than 20% belong to the simple systems. 18Optimal Allocation of Comprehensive Resources for Large-Scale Access of Electric Kiln to the Distribution Network显示文摘With the significant progress of the“coal to electricity”project,the electric kiln equipment began to be connected to the distribution network on a large scale,which caused power quality problems such as low voltage,high harmonic distortion rate,and high reactive power loss.This paper proposes a two-stage power grid comprehensive resource optimization configuration model.A multi-objective optimization solution based on the joint simulation platform of Matlab and OpenDSS is developed.The solution aims to control harmonics and optimize reactive power.In the first stage,a multi-objective optimization model is established to minimize the active network loss,voltage deviation,and equipment cost under the constraint conditions of voltage margin,power factor,and reactive power compensation capacity.Furthermore,the first stage uses a particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm to optimize the location and capacity of both series and parallel compensation devices in the distribution network.In the second stage,the optimal configuration model of the active power filter assumes the cost of the APF as the objective function and takes the harmonic voltage content rate,the total voltage distortion rate,and the allowable harmonic current as the constraint conditions.The proposed solution eliminates the harmonics by uniformly configuring active filters in the distribution network and centrally control harmonics at the system level.Finally,taking the IEEE33 distribution network as the object and considering the change of electric furnace permeability in the range of 20%–50%,the simulation results show that the proposed algorithm effectively reduces the distribution network’s loss,its harmonic content and significantly improve its voltage.Dan Wu Yanbo Che Wei Li Wei He Dongyi Li 2021Energy Engineering2021,118,5:0
19Band gap structure analysis of phononic crystal rods with hybrid shunted piezoelectric patches显示文摘The band gap structures by arranging hybrid shunted piezoelectric materialswith resistance inductive(RL) circuit and negative impedance converter(NIC) closely and at intervals are presented.The theoretical model is built using transfer matrix method.Then the MATLAB computing language is utilized to simulate the band gap structures.Meanwhile,the effects of the resistance,inductance and capacitance on the local resonant gap are studied.By comparing different combinations of resistance,inductance and capacitance as well as different arrangement of circuits,a 13 kHz band gap is reached under the effect of arranging hybrid periodic shunted piezoelectric patches at intervals and the stability of the system is also analyzed.It is proved that utilizing hybrid shunted piezoelectric patches would have a clear impact on the band gap structure of phononic crystal rods.Moreover,the band gap would be clearly enlarged by arranging hybrid piezoelectric patches at intervals.HE Yanbo DU Jingtao 2015Chinese Journal of Acoustics2015,34,4:0
20Atomic-resolution investigation of structural transformation caused by oxygen vacancy in La_(0.9)Sr_(0.1)TiO_(3+δ)titanate layer perovskite ceramics显示文摘Perovskite functional ceramics have been widely applied for thermal protection owing to their unique physical properties.However,formation of oxygen vacancies under external stimuli usually limits their performance in practical applications.Therefore,the mechanism of the effect of oxygen vacancy on the layer structure of perovskite La_(0.9)Sr_(0.1)TiO_(3+δ)was investigated by experiments and first-principles simulations.The experimental results showed that the lattice distortion occurred in oxygen-deficient environment to give a longer c-axis,along with a significant adjustment in the modes of A/B–O bond vibration,resulting in lower reflectivity.Advanced transmission electron microscopy studies revealed that oxygen vacancies induced localized atomic rearrangements via[TiO_(6)]layer movements to adapt to the lattice distortion.This eventually restructured a part of the layer interfaces by expanding the overlapping projection of atoms in the c-axial direction.The specific transformation process was described as a compendious process,while geometric phase analysis effectively clarified how oxygen vacancies can inhibit reflectivity on the layer structure.Thus,this study provides effective approaches for researching the effects of oxygen vacancy on the physical properties of orthorhombic layer perovskite structures,which may facilitate the development of perovskite-based functional devices.Yang Zhao Yameng Zhu Jinpeng Zhu Hailong Wang Zhuang Ma Lihong Gao Yanbo Liu Kaijun Yang Yongchun Shu Jilin He 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,9:0
