3Efficiency and Inheritance of Targeted Mutagenesis in Maize Using CRISPR-Cas9显示文摘CRISPR/Cas(clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats/CRISPR-associated proteins) is an adaptive immune system in bacteria and archaea to defend against invasion from foreign DNA fragments. Recently, it has been developed as a powerful targeted genome editing tool for a wide variety of species. However, its application in maize has only been tested with transiently expressed somatic cells or with a limited number of stable transgenic T0 plants. The exact efficiency and specificity of the CRISPR/Cas system in the highly complex maize genome has not been documented yet. Here we report an extensive study of the well-studied type II CRISPR-Cas9 system for targeted genome editing in maize, with the codon-optimized Cas9 protein and the short non-coding guide RNA generated through a functional maize U6 sn RNA promoter. Targeted gene mutagenesis was detected for 90 loci by maize protoplast assay, with an average cleavage efficiency of 10.67%. Stable knockout transformants for maize phytoene synthase gene(PSY1) were obtained. Mutations occurred in germ cells can be stably inherited to the next generation. Moreover, no off-target effect was detected at the computationally predicted putative off-target loci. No significant difference between the transcriptomes of the Cas9 expressed and non-expressed lines was detected. 4Erucic acid from Isatis indigotica Fort. suppresses influenza A virus replication and inflammation in vitro and in vivo through modulation of NF-kB and p38 MAPK pathway显示文摘Isatis indigotica Fort.(Ban-Lan-Gen)is an herbal medicine prescribed for influenza treatment.However,its active components and mode of action remain mostly unknown.In the present study,erucic acid was isolated from Isatis indigotica Fort.,and subsequently its underlying mechanism against influenza A virus(IAV)infection was investigated in vitro and in vivo.Our results demonstrated that erucic acid exhibited broad-spectrum antiviral activity against IAV resulting from reduction of viral polymerase transcription activity.Erucic acid was found to exert inhibitory effects on IAV or viral(v)RNA-induced pro-inflam-matory mediators as well as interferons(IFNs).The molecular mechanism by which erucic acid with antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties was attributed to inactivation of NF-kB and p38 MAPK signaling.Furthermore,the NF-kB and p38 MAPK inhibitory effect of erucic acid led to diminishing the transcriptional activity of interferon-stimulated gene factor 3(ISGF-3),and thereby reducing IAV-triggered pro-inflammatory response amplification in IFN-β-sensitized cells.Additionally,IAV-or vRNA-triggered apoptosis of alveolar epithelial A549 cells was prevented by erucic acid.In vivo,erucic acid administration consistently displayed decreased lung viral load and viral antigens expression.Meanwhile,erucic acid markedly reduced CD8+cytotoxic T lymphocyte(CTL)recruitment,pro-apoptotic signaling,hyperactivity of multiple signaling pathways,and exacerbated immune inflammation in the lung,which resulted in decreased lung injury and mortality in mice with a mouse-adapted A/FM/1/47-MA(H1N1)strain infection.Our findings provided a mechanistic basis for the action of erucic acid against IAV-mediated inflammation and injury,suggesting that erucic acid may have a therapeutic potential in the treatment of influenza.Xiaoli Liang Yuan Huang Xiping Pan Yanbing Hao Xiaowei Chen Haiming Jiang Jing Li Beixian Zhou Zifeng Yang 2020Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2020,10,2:10
5Low-dose real-time X-ray imaging with nontoxic double perovskite scintillators显示文摘X-rays are widely used in probing inside information nondestructively,enabling broad applications in the medical radiography and electronic industries.X-ray imaging based on emerging lead halide perovskite scintillators has received extensive attention recently.However,the strong self-absorption,relatively low light yield and lead toxicity of these perovskites restrict their practical applications.Here,we report a series of nontoxic double-perovskite scintillators of Cs_(2)Ag_(0.6)Na_(0.4)In_(1-y)Bi_(y)Cl_(6).By controlling the content of the heavy atom Bi^(3+),the X-ray absorption coefficient,radiative emission efficiency,light yield and light decay were manipulated to maximise the scintillator performance.A light yield of up to 39,000±7000 photons/MeV for Cs_(2)Ag_(0.6)Na_(0.4)In_(0.85)Bi_(0.15)Cl_(6) was obtained,which is much higher than that for the previously reported lead halide perovskite colloidal CsPbBr_(3)(21,000 photons/MeV).The large Stokes shift between the radioluminescence(RL)and absorption spectra benefiting from self-trapped excitons(STEs)led to a negligible selfabsorption effect.Given the high light output and fast light decay of this scintillator,static X-ray imaging was attained under an extremely low dose of ∼1μGy_(air),and dynamic X-ray imaging of finger bending without a ghosting effect was demonstrated under a low-dose rate of 47.2μGy_(air) s^(−1).After thermal treatment at 85℃ for 50 h followed by X-ray irradiation for 50 h in ambient air,the scintillator performance in terms of the RL intensity and X-ray image quality remained almost unchanged.Our results shed light on exploring highly competitive scintillators beyond the scope of lead halide perovskites,not only for avoiding toxicity but also for better performance.Wenjuan Zhu Wenbo Ma Yirong Su Zeng Chen Xinya Chen Yaoguang Ma Lizhong Bai Wenge Xiao Tianyu Liu Haiming Zhu Xiaofeng Liu Huafeng Liu Xu Liu Yang(Michael)Yang 2020Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1:9
6Gentiopicroside targets PAQR3 to activate the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and ameliorate disordered glucose and lipid metabolism显示文摘The obstruction of post-insulin receptor signaling is the main mechanism of insulin-resistant diabetes.Progestin and adipoQ receptor 3(PAQR3),a key regulator of inflammation and metabolism,can negatively regulate the PI3 K/AKT signaling pathway.Here,we report that gentiopicroside(GPS),the main bioactive secoiridoid glycoside of Gentiana manshurica Kitagawa,decreased lipid synthesis and increased glucose utilization in palmitic acid(PA) treated HepG2 cells.Additionally,GPS improved glycolipid metabolism in streptozotocin(STZ) treated high-fat diet(HFD)-induced diabetic mice.Our findings revealed that GPS promoted the activation of the PI3 K/AKT axis by facilitating DNA-binding protein 2(DDB2)-mediated PAQR3 ubiquitinated degradation.Moreover,results of surface plasmon resonance(SPR),microscale thermophoresis(MST) and thermal shift assay(TSA) indicated that GPS directly binds to PAQR3.Results of molecular docking and cellular thermal shift assay(CETSA) revealed that GPS directly bound to the amino acids of the PAQR3 NH2-terminus including Leu40,Asp42,Glu69,Tyr125 and Ser129,and spatially inhibited the interaction between PAQR3 and the PI3 K catalytic subunit(P110α) to restore the PI3 K/AKT signaling pathway.In summary,our study identified GPS,which inhibits PAQR3 expression and directly targets PAQR3 to restore insulin signaling pathway,as a potential drug candidate for the treatment of diabetes.Haiming Xiao Xiaohong Sun Zeyuan Lin Yan Yang Meng Zhang Zhanchi Xu Peiqing Liu Zhongqiu Liu Heqing Huang 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,6:7
7Refined chronology of prehistoric cultures and its implication for re-evaluating human-environment relations in the Hexi Corridor,northwest China显示文摘The reconstruction of high-resolution chronologies for prehistoric cultures is a prerequisite for understanding the history of human evolution and its relationship with environmental change, and is valuable for exploring the trajectory of transcontinental cultural exchanges in prehistoric time. The Hexi Corridor of northwest China was one of the earliest centers for long-distance culture exchange in the prehistoric world. The timing and sequence of cultural changes in this area remains poorly understood resulting from the lack of radiometric age control. This paper presents a refined radiocarbon(14 C) chronology to resolve the timing of human occupation and cultural evolution in the Hexi Corridor. Radiocarbon dating of crop remains, which have an annual life cycle, has the advantage of eliminating problems such as the carbon stored in ‘old wood’. As a result,14C dates from crop remains are used to test the validity of the14C dates derived from charcoal, bone and plant remains. The resultant database of ages is modelled using the Bayesian approach. The updated chronology presented in this paper shows generally good agreement with the original dates used to constrain cultural evolution in the Hexi Corridor. However, the occupation of the corridor by the Shajing and Shanma Late Bronze Age-Early Iron Age cultures appears to have taken place ~300 years later than previously thought. 8Polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) in blood from children (age 9–12) in Taizhou, China显示文摘Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) as ubiquitous persistent organic pollutants have attracted much attention in recent years. Exposure to PBDEs could induce a high health risk for children. The aim of this study was to investigate the PBDEs exposure of children (9–12 years) from Taizhou, China. Fifty-eight blood samples were collected in one school in a mountainous area in Taizhou. The concentrations of ∑9PBDEs (sum of BDE-28, -47, -99, -100, -153, -154, -183, -197 and -209) ranged from 2.66 to 33.9 ng/g lipid wet (lw) with a median of 7.22 ng/g lw. These concentrations were lower than those of children in USA, but close to European and Asian general population levels. The results showed that children in Taizhou countryside were at a low level of PBDEs exposure. The predominant congener was BDE-209, followed by BDE-28, -47, -197 and -153. 9Gas stunning with CO_2 affected meat color,lipid peroxidation, oxidative stress, and gene expression of mitogen-activated protein kinases, glutathione S-transferases,and Cu/Zn-superoxide dismutase in the skeletal muscles of broilers显示文摘Background: Meat color and lipid peroxidation are important traits related to meat quality. CO_2 concentration is a critical factor that can affect meat quality in the commercial use of gas stunning(GS). However, the effect and mechanism of CO_2 stunning on meat color and lipid peroxidation during long-term storage remain poorly studied. We aimed to study the effects of GS methods, especial y CO_2 concentration, on meat color and meat lipid peroxidation in broilers during long-term storage at 4 °C and to explore the potential mechanism of meat color change via lipid peroxidation and the inner lipid peroxide scavenging system.Methods: Eighteen broilers were sacrificed after exposure to one of the following gas mixtures for 90 s: 40% CO_2+21% O_2+ 39% N2(G40%), 79% CO_2+ 21% O_2(G79%), or no stunning(0% CO_2, control). Meat color, serum variables,enzyme activities, and the gene expression of mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK), nuclear factor-erythroid2-related factor 2(Nrf2), glutathione S-transferase(GST) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were determined.(Continued on next page)Results: The concentrations of serum triiodothyronine(T3, P = 0.03) and the ratio of serum free triiodothyronine/free thyroxine(FT3/FT4, P < 0.01) were decreased, whereas levels of serum cortisol(P < 0.01) were increased in the 40%CO_2 group compared with the control group. Additionally, the thiobarbituric acid-reactive substances(TBARS)3 d(P < 0.01) and TBARS6 d(P = 0.01) in breast meat and the TBARS3 din thigh meat(P < 0.01) were increased in the40% CO_2 group compared with the control group. Serum T3 was negatively correlated with TBARS6 dboth in the breast and thigh meat(r =-0.63, P < 0.01 and r =-0.47, P = 0.05 respectively). T3/T4 was negatively correlated with TBARS6 din the breast meat and in the thigh meat(r =-0.57, P = 0.01; and r =-0.53, P = 0.03 respectively). Compared with the control group, Lightness(L*)1 d(P = 0.03) and L*9 d(P < 0.01) were increased, whereas total chromatic aberration(E*)1 d(P = 0.05) and E*3 d(P < 0.01) were decreased in the breast meat of both the G40% and G79% groups. The values of yel owness(b*)3 d(P = 0.01), b*6 d(P < 0.01) and E*6 d(P < 0.01) in the thigh meat were lower in both the G40% and G79% groups than in the control group. In the breast muscle, the m RNA levels of c-Jun N-terminal kinase 2(JNK2, P = 0.03),GSTT1(P = 0.04), and SOD1(P = 0.05) were decreased, and the m RNA levels of JNK1(P = 0.07), Nrf2(P = 0.09), and GSTA3(P = 0.06) were slightly lower in both the G40% and G79% groups compared with the control group. However, among these genes, only the m RNA level of JNK1 was decreased in the G40% group compared with the control group and the G79% group(P = 0.03) in the thigh muscle.Conclusions: Compared with the control group, meat color quality in the breast meat was decreased, and the expression of genes in the MAPK/Nrf2/ARE(antioxidant responsive element) antioxidant pathway in breast muscle was partly suppressed by GS of both 40% and 79% CO_2. 10Seasonal timing of stratospheric final warming associated with the intensity of stratospheric sudden warming in preceding winter显示文摘The association of seasonal timing of stratospheric final warming events(SFWs) in spring and the occurrence of major and minor stratospheric sudden warming events(SSWs) in midwinter were investigated through statistical analysis, parallel comparison, and composite analysis, based on the NCEP-NCAR reanalysis dataset covering 1958–2012. It was found that the intensity and occurrence of winter SSW events can largely affect the timing of spring SFWs. Specifically, the SFW onset dates tend to be later(earlier) after the occurrence(absence) of winter major SSWs. However, the occurrence or absence of minor SSWs does not change the frequency of early and late SFWs. A parallel comparison of the temporal evolution of the anomalous circulation and planetary-waves between major SSW and minor SSW winters indicates that the stratospheric polar vortex(polar jet) will keep being anomalously stronger 30 days after major SSW onset. And the associated significant negative Eliassen-Palm(EP) flux anomalies can persist for as long as 45 days after major SSW events. In contrast, the circulation anomalies around the occurrence of minor SSW events can last only a few days. To further verify the possible influence of the occurrence of major SSWs on the seasonal timing of SFWs, composite analysis was performed respectively for the 21 major-SSW years, 15 minor-SSW years, and the 15 non-SSW years. Generally, planetary-wave activity in the extratropical stratosphere tends to be stronger(weaker) and the westerly polar jet is anomalously weaker(stronger) in major-SSW(non-SSW) winters. But in the following spring, the planetary-wave activity is weaker(stronger) accompanied with an anomalously stronger(weaker) stratospheric polar vortex. 12Maize WI5 encodes an endo-1,4-β-xylanase required for secondary cell wall synthesis and water transport in xylem显示文摘Water transport from roots to leaves through xylem is important for plant growth and development.Defects in water transport can cause drought stress,even when there is adequate water in the soil.Here,we identi-fied the maize(Zea mays)wilty5(wi5)mutant,which ex-hibits marked dwarfing and leaf wilting throughout most of its life cycle under normal growth conditions.wilty5 seed-lings exhibited lower xylem conductivity and wilted more rapidly under drought,NaCl,and high temperature treat-ments than wild-type plants.Map-based cloning revealed that WI5 encodes an active endo-1,4-β-xylanase from gly-cosyl dehydration family 10,which mainly functions in degrading and reorganizing cell wall xylan.Reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction andβ-glucuronidase assays revealed that WI5 is highly expressed in stems,especially in internodes undergoing secondary wall as-sembly.RNA sequencing suggested that WI5 plays a unique role in internode growth.Immunohistochemistry and electron microscopy confirmed that wi5 is defective in xylan deposition and secondary cell wall thickening.Lignin deposition and xylan content were markedly re-duced in wi5 compared to the wild-type plants.Our results suggest that WI5 functions in xylem cell wall thickening through its xylanase activity and thereby regulates xylem water transport,the drought stress response,and plant growth in maize.Xiaojiao Hu Yang Cui Xiaomin Lu Weibin Song Lei Lei Jinjie Zhu Jinsheng Lai Lizhu E Haiming Zhao 2020Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,10:3
13Optimization method for dynamics of non-holonomic system based on Gauss’ principle显示文摘The real-time control of the non-holonomic wheel robot has put forward higher requirements for the accuracy and speed of dynamical simulation,so it is necessary to study the new dynamic modeling and calculation methods adapting to modern information processingtechnology.Different from the traditional method solving differential-algebraic equation,the objective is to establish optimization model and effective calculating scheme for dynamics of non-holonomic system based on basic dynamical principle.The optimization model cannot be obtained directly from the traditional Gauss'principle.By using Gauss'principle of variational form,this paper deduces the minimum principle in the form of generalized coordinates and quasi-coordinates,respectively,thus allowing dynamical problems of non-holonomic systems to be incorporated into the framework of solving constrained or unconstrained optimization problems.Furthermore,we study a numerical calculation scheme that uses an optimization algorithm for the second form of the above optimization models.As an example,the dynamical problem of a differential-driven wheeled mobile-robot system is discussed.The optimization dynamic model of a non-holonomic robot system and the calculation model of the optimization algorithm are established.Comparing theresults of the optimization calculation with the differential-algebraic equations commonly used in dynamical problem for non-holonomic system reveals that the method in this paper is superior in terms of calculation speed and can more effectively handle constraint violations without extra constraint revision needed.Wenli Yao Liusong Yang Kewei Song Haiming Wang 2020Acta Mechanica Sinica2020,36,5:3
14Mineralization of aqueous pentachlorophenolate by anodic contact glow discharge electrolysis显示文摘Exhaustive mineralization of pentachlorophenolate ion(PCP) in phosphate buffer was carried out using anodic contact glow discharge electrolysis(CGDE),in which plasma was sustained between the electrolyte and anode.During CGDE,PCP degraded smoothly.The amount of total organic carbon decreased significantly,indicating the eventual conversion of the carbon atoms of benzene nucleus to inorganic carbons.Furthermore,chlorine atoms in PCP were liberated as chloride ions.As a primary intermediate product,2,3,5,6tetrachloro-1,4-benzoquinone was detected,and oxalate and formate as byproducts were also found.It was revealed that disappearance of PCP obeyed first-order kinetics.The reaction rate was generally unaffected by both O2 and inert gases in the cell,although it decreased by raising initial pH of solution.In addition,a plausible reaction pathway involving hydroxyl radical was proposed.Haiming Yang Meguru Tezuka 2011Journal of Environmental Sciences2011,23,6:3

17NaV6O15:A promising cathode material for insertion/extraction of Mg^2+with excellent cycling performance显示文摘The rechargeable magnesium batteries(RMBs)are getting more and more attention because of their high-energy density,high-security and low-cost.Nevertheless,the high charge density of Mg^2+makes the diffusion of Mg2+in the conventional cathodes very slow,resulting in a lack of appropriate electrode materials for RMBs.In this work,we enlarge the layer spacing of V2Os by introducing Na^2+in the crystal structure to promote the diffusion kinetics of Mg^2+.The NaVeO15(NVO)synthesized by a facile method is studied as a cathode material for RMBs with the anhydrous pure Mg^2+electrolyte.As a result,the NVO not only exhibits high discharge capacity(119.2 mAh:g^-1 after 100 cycles at the current density of 20 mA:g^-1)and working voltage(above 1.6 V vs.Mg^2+/Mg),but also expresses good rate capability.Besides,the eX-situ characterizations results reveal that the Mg^2+storage mechanism in NVO is based on the intercalation and deintercalation.The density functional theory(DFT)calculation results further indicate that Mg^2+tends to occupy the semi-occupied sites of Na^+in the NVO.Moreover,the galvanostatic intermittent titration technique(GITT)demonstrates that NVO electrode has the fast diffusion kinetics of Mg^2+during discharge process ranging from 7.55×10^-13 to2.41×10^-11 cm^2·s^-1.Our work proves that the NVO is a potential cathode material for RMBs.Dongzheng Wu Jing Zeng Haiming Hua Junnan Wu Yang Yang Jinbao Zhao 2020Nano Research2020,13,2:2
18Tocilizumab in patients with moderate or severe COVID-19: a randomized, controlled, open-label, multicenter trial显示文摘Tocilizumab has been reported to attenuate the“cytokine storm”in COVID-19 patients.We attempted to verify the effectiveness and safety of tocilizumab therapy in COVID-19 and identify patients most likely to benefit from this treatment.We conducted a randomized,controlled,open-label multicenter trial among COVID-19 patients.The patients were randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive either tocilizumab in addition to standard care or standard care alone.The cure rate,changes of oxygen saturation and interference,and inflammation biomarkers were observed.Thirty-three patients were randomized to the tocilizumab group,and 32 patients to the control group.The cure rate in the tocilizumab group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(94.12%vs.87.10%,rate difference 95%CI−7.19%–21.23%,P=0.4133).The improvement in hypoxia for the tocilizumab group was higher from day 4 onward and statistically significant from day 12(P=0.0359).In moderate disease patients with bilateral pulmonary lesions,the hypoxia ameliorated earlier after tocilizumab treatment,and less patients(1/12,8.33%)needed an increase of inhaled oxygen concentration compared with the controls(4/6,66.67%;rate difference 95%CI−99.17%to−17.50%,P=0.0217).No severe adverse events occurred.More mild temporary adverse events were recorded in tocilizumab recipients(20/34,58.82%)than the controls(4/31,12.90%).Tocilizumab can improve hypoxia without unacceptable side effect profile and significant influences on the time virus load becomes negative.For patients with bilateral pulmonary lesions and elevated IL-6 levels,tocilizumab could be recommended to improve outcome.Dongsheng Wang Binqing Fu Zhen Peng Dongliang Yang Mingfeng Han Min Li Yun Yang Tianjun Yang Liangye Sun Wei Li Wei Shi Xin Yao Yan Ma Fei Xu Xiaojing Wang Jun Chen Daqing Xia Yubei Sun Lin Dong Jumei Wang Xiaoyu Zhu Min Zhang Yonggang Zhou Aijun Pan Xiaowen Hu Xiaodong Mei Haiming Wei Xiaoling Xu 2021Frontiers of Medicine2021,15,3:2
19In-building coverage of millimeter-wave wireless networks from channel measurement and modeling perspectives显示文摘To progress cost-effective deployment of millimeter-wave(mm Wave)wireless networks for indoor users,the prediction of indoor-to-indoor(I2I)and outdoor-to-indoor(O2I)coverage based on field measurement studies is of great interest to the future generation mobile communication system.First,measurements in I2I and O2I scenarios,which have advantages in terms of achieving a fair comparison of channel characteristics across different mm Wave bands and bandwidths,are performed.Next,the developed dual-slope path loss model with a break-point distance is found to well fit omnidirectional and directional measured I2I data,especially at 39.5 GHz,revealing that the transition from lit or shadow regions to totally blocked regions is abrupt.Combined with space-time propagation characteristics,the indoor blockage effect on path loss and angular spread is investigated,therein being essential for the design of beam-steering and tracking algorithms.Double-directional measurement results show that most dominant paths arrive along the line-ofsight path,and only a few in-building reflections can be detected in higher frequency bands.Based on the joint analysis of channel measurement and modeling results,several mm Wave network design and in-building coverage enhancement insights are presented.Peize ZHANG Cheng YI Bensheng YANG Cheng-Xiang WANG Haiming WANG Xiaohu YOU 2020Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,8:2
20The Geochemical and Zircon Trace Elements Characteristics of A-type Granitoids in Boziguoer, Baicheng County, Xinjiang显示文摘The Boziguoer A-type granitoids in Baicheng County,Xinjiang,belong to the northern margin of the Tarim platform as well as the neighboring EW-oriented alkaline intrusive rocks.The rocks comprise an aegirine or arfvedsonite quartz alkali feldspar syenite,an aegirine or arfvedsonite alkali feldspar granite,and a biotite alkali feldspar syenite.The major rock-forming minerals are albite,K-feldspar,quartz,arfvedsonite,aegirine,and siderophyllite.The accessory minerals are mainly zircon,pyrochlore,thorite,fluorite,monazite,bastnaesite,xenotime,and astrophyllite.The chemical composition of the alkaline granitoids show that SiO2varies from 64.55%to 72.29%with a mean value of 67.32%,Na2O+K2O is high(9.85%–11.87%)with a mean of 11.14%,K2O is 2.39%–5.47%(mean=4.73%),the K2O/Na2O ratios are 0.31–0.96,Al2O3ranges from 12.58%to 15.44%,and total FeO T is between 2.35%and 5.65%.CaO,MgO,MnO,and TiO2are low.The REE content is high and the total SREE is(263–1219)ppm(mean=776 ppm),showing LREE enrichment and HREE depletion with strong negative Eu anomalies.In addition,the chondrite-normalized REE patterns of the alkaline granitoids belong to the'seagull'pattern of the right-type.The Zr content is(113–1246)ppm(mean=594 ppm),Zr+Nb+Ce+Y is between(478–2203)ppm with a mean of 1362 ppm.Furthermore,the alkaline granitoids have high HFSE(Ga,Nb,Ta,Zr,and Hf)content and low LILE(Ba,K,and Sr)content.The Nb/Ta ratio varies from 7.23 to 32.59(mean=16.59)and the Zr/Hf ratio is 16.69–58.04(mean=36.80).The zircons are depleted in LREE and enriched in HREE.The chondrite-normalized REE patterns of the zircons are of the'seagull'pattern of the left-inclined type with strong negative Eu anomaly and without a Ce anomaly.The Boziguoer A-type granitoids share similar features with A1-type granites.The average temperature of the granitic magma was estimated at 832–839°C.The Boziguoer A-type granitoids show crust–mantle mixing and may have formed in an anorogenic intraplate tectonic setting under high-temperature,anhydrous,and low oxygen fugacity conditions.LIU Chunhua YIN Jingwu WU Cailai SHAO Xingkun YANG Haitao XU Haiming WANG Jun 2013Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2013,87,6:2
