1Electroacupuncture activates enteric glial cells and protects the gut barrier in hemorrhaged rats显示文摘AIM:To investigate whether electroacupuncture ST36 activates enteric glial cells,and alleviates gut inflammation and barrier dysfunction following hemorrhagic shock.METHODS:Sprague-Dawley rats were subjected to approximately 45% total blood loss and randomly divided into seven groups:(1) sham:cannulation,but no hemorrhage;(2) subjected to hemorrhagic shock(HS);(3) electroacupuncture(EA) ST36 after hemorrhage;(4) vagotomy(VGX)/EA:VGX before hemorrhage,then EA ST36;(5) VGX:VGX before hemorrhage;(6) a-bungarotoxin(BGT)/EA:intraperitoneal injection of a-BGT before hemorrhage,then EA ST36; and(7) a-BGT group:a-BGT injection before hemorrhage.Morphological changes in enteric glial cells(EGCs) were observed by immunofluorescence,and glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP; a protein marker of enteric glial activation) was evaluated using reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction and western blot analysis.Intestinal cytokine levels,gut permeability to 4-k Da fluorescein isothiocyanate(FITC)-dextran,and the expression and distribution of tight junction protein zona occludens(ZO)-1 were also determined.RESULTS:EGCs were distorted following hemorrhage and showed morphological abnormalities.EA ST36 attenuated the morphological changes in EGCs at 6 h,as compared with the VGX,a-BGT and HS groups.EA ST36 increased GFAP expression to a greater degree than in the other groups.EA ST36 decreased intestinal permeability to FITC-dextran(760.5 ± 96.43 ng/m L vs 2466.7 ± 131.60 ng/m L,P < 0.05) and preserved ZO-1 protein expression and localization at 6 h afterhemorrhage compared with the HS group.However,abdominal VGX and a-BGT treatment weakened or eliminated the effects of EA ST36.EA ST36 reduced tumor necrosis factor-a levels in intestinal homogenates after blood loss,while vagotomy or intraperitoneal injection of a-BGT before EA ST36 abolished its antiinflammatory effects.CONCLUSION:EA ST36 attenuates hemorrhageinduced intestinal inflammatory insult,and protects the intestinal barrier integrity,partly via activation of EGCs.Sen Hu Zeng-Kai Zhao Rui Liu Hai-Bin Wang Chun-Yu Gu Hong-Min Luo Huan Wang Ming-Hua Du Yi Lv Xian Shi 2015World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,5:15
2Human placenta-derived mesenchymal stem cells loaded on linear ordered collagen scaffold improves functional recovery after completely transected spinal cord injury in canine显示文摘Traumatic spinal cord injury(SCI) is a major challenge in the clinic. In this study, we sought to examine the synergistic effects of linear ordered collagen scaffold(LOCS) and human placenta-derived mesenchymal stem cells(hPMSCs) when transplanted into completely transected beagle dogs. After 36 weeks observation, we found that LOCS+hPMSCs implants promoted better hindlimb locomotor recovery than was observed in the non-treatment(control) group and LOCS group. Histological analysis showed that the regenerated tissue after treatment was well integrated with the host tissue, and dramatically reduced the volume of cystic and chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans(CSPGs) expression. Furthermore, the LOCS+hPMSCs group also showed more neuron-specific βIII-tubulin(Tuj-1)-and NeuN-positive neurons in the lesion area, as well as axonal regeneration, remyelination and synapse formation in the lesion site. Additionally, dogs in the LOCS+hPMSCs group experienced enhanced sprouting of both ascending(CGRP-positive) sensory fibers and descending(5-HT-and TH-positive) motor fibers at the lesion area. All these data together suggested that the combined treatment had beneficial effects on neuronal regeneration and functional improvement in a canine complete transection model. 4Recent development of a refined multiple air pollutant emission inventory of vehicles in the Central Plains of China显示文摘Central Plains region of China,represented by Henan Province,is facing serious air pollution problems.Vehicular exhaust emissions had adverse impacts on the atmospheric environment.The first comprehensive and novel vehicle emission inventory for Henan Province using vehicle kilometers traveled,localized emission factors,and activity data at city-level was developed.Furthermore,3 km×3 km gridded emission and temporal variations were determined by using localized information.Results show that the total emissions of sulfur dioxide(SO2),nitrogen oxides(NOx),carbon monoxide(CO),particular matter with aerodynamic diameter<10μm(PM10),aerodynamic diameter<2.5μm(PM2.5),volatile organic compounds(VOCs),VOCs-evaporation and ammonia in 2015 were 9.1,533.4,1190.7,23.7,21.6,150.8,31.5 and 10.4 Gg,respectively,and the emission intensities of the above pollutants were 0.05,2.7,6.0,0.1,0.1,0.8,0.2 and 0.05 g/km,respectively.Vehicles meeting the Primary China 1,China 3 and China 4 contributed 89.1%,82.7%,75.3%,75.5%,75.5%,68.2%,68.4%and 82.3%for SO2,NOx,CO,PM10,PM2.5,VOCs,VOCs-evaporation and ammonia emissions,respectively.Zhengzhou,Zhoukou,Nanyang,Luoyang,Shangqiu and Xinyang showed relatively higher emissions and contributed more than 50%of each pollutant.The spatial distribution indicated obvious characteristics of the road network,and high-level emission was concentrated in the downtown areas.Additionally,the ozone formation potential(OFP)based on the estimated speciated VOC emissions was 569.6 Gg in Henan Province.Aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons were the main species of VOCs,whereas olefins contributed the largest proportion of OFP,with 42.2%.Xingke Gu Shasha Yin Xuan Lu Huan Zhang Lingling Wang Ling Bai Chen Wang Ruiqin Zhang Minghao Yuan 2019Journal of Environmental Sciences2019,31,10:11

6Thermodynamic modeling and phase diagram prediction of salt lake brine systems.Ⅰ. Aqueous Mg^2+–Ca^2+–Cl^- binary and ternary systems显示文摘Salt lake brine is a complex salt-water system under natural environment.Although many models can express the thermodynamic properties and phase equilibrium of electrolyte aqueous solution,the multi-temperature characteristics and predictability are still the goals of model development.In this study,a comprehensive thermodynamic model system is re-established based on the eNRTL model and some improvements:(1) new expression of long-range electrostatic term with symmetrical reference state is proposed to handle the electrolyte solution covering entire concentration range;(2) the temperature dependence of the binary interaction parameters is formulated with a Gibbs Helmholtz expression containing three temperature coefficients,the liquid parameters,which associated with Gibbs energy,enthalpy,and heat capacity contribution;and(3) liquid parameters and solid species data are regressed from properties and solubility data at full temperature range.Together the activity coefficient model,property models and parameters of liquid and solid offer a comprehensive thermodynamic model system for the typical bittern of MgCl2-CaCl2-H2 O binary and ternary systems,and it shows excellent agreement with the literature data for the ternary and binary systems.The successful prediction of complete phase diagram of ternary system shows that the model has the ability to deal with high concentration and high non-idealitv system,and the ability to extrapolate the temperature.Huan Zhou Xiaolong Gu Yaping Dai Jingjing Tang Jian Guo Guangbi Li Xiaoqin Bai 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,9:9
7Preparation and Characterization of Flame Retardant and Low Smoke Releasing Oil-resistant EVA/NBR Blends显示文摘Nano-Si O2 and/or Mo O3 were introduced to ethylene-vinyl acetate/nitrile butadiene rubber(EVA/NBR) blends containing magnesium hydroxide(MH) and red phosphorus(RP) to further improve the mechanical properties, oil resistance, smoke suppression and flame retardancy. The results indicated that the tensile strength and oil resistance were significantly improved by incorporating nano-Si O2. Smoke suppression tests for EVA/NBR blend samples showed that both nano-Si O2 and Mo O3 can significantly reduce smoke release amount. The flammability characterization indicated that the blended sample with an LOI value of 33.0 could achieve V-0 level in the UL-94 test. Cone calorimetry test data showed the peak heat release rate was 67% lower than that for pure EVA/NBR. Thermal analysis showed that the presence of both nano-Si O2 and Mo O3 was beneficial to promoting char formation of the EVA/NBR blends. 8Weakened carbon and nitrogen metabolisms under post-silking heat stress reduce the yield and dry matter accumulation in waxy maize显示文摘Post-silking high temperature is one of the abiotic factors that affects waxy maize(Zea mays L. sinensis Kulesh) growth in southern China. We conducted a pot trial in 2016–2017 to study the effects of post-silking daytime heat stress(35°C) on the activities of enzymes involved in leaf carbon and nitrogen metabolisms and leaf reactive oxygen species(ROS) and water contents. This study could improve our understanding on dry matter accumulation and translocation and grain yield production. Results indicated that decreased grain number and weight under heat stress led to yield loss, which decreased by 20.8 and 20.0% in 2016 and 2017, respectively. High temperature reduced post-silking dry matter accumulation(16.1 and 29.5% in 2016 and 2017, respectively) and promoted translocation of pre-silking photoassimilates stored in vegetative organs, especially in leaf. The lower leaf water content and chlorophyll SPAD value, and higher ROS(H2O2 and O2^-·) content under heat stress conditions indicated accelerated senescent rate. The weak activities of phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase(PEPCase), Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase(Ru BPCase), nitrate reductase(NR), and glutamine synthase(GS) indicated that leaf carbon and nitrogen metabolisms were suppressed when the plants suffered from a high temperature during grain filling. Correlation analysis results indicated that the reduced grain yield was mainly caused by the decreased leaf water content, weakened NR activity, and increased H2O2 content. The increased accumulation of grain weight and post-silking dry matter and the reduced translocation amount in leaf was mainly due to the increased chlorophyll SPAD value and NR activity. Reduced PEPCase and Ru BPCase activities did not affect dry matter accumulation and translocation and grain yield. In conclusion, post-silking heat stress down-regulated the leaf NR and GS activities, increased the leafwater loss rate, increased ROS generation, and induced pre-silking carbohydrate translocation. 9Substrate stiffness modulates bone marrow-derived macrophage polarization through NF-κB signaling pathway显示文摘The stiffness of the extracellular matrix(ECM)plays an important role in regulating the cellular programming.However,the mechanical characteristics of ECM affecting cell differentiation are still under investigated.Herein,we aimed to study the effect of ECM substrate stiffness on macrophage polarization.We prepared polyacrylamide hydrogels with different substrate stiffness,respectively.After the hydrogels were confirmed to have a good biocompatibility,the bone marrow-derived macrophages(BMMs)from mice were incubated on the hydrogels.With simulated by the low substrate stiffness,BMMs displayed an enhanced expression of CD86 on the cell surface and production of reactive oxygen species(ROS)in cells,and secreted more IL-1βand TNF-αin the supernatant.On the contrary,stressed by the medium stiffness,BMMs expressed more CD206,produced less ROS,and secreted more IL-4 and TGF-β.In vivo study by delivered the hydrogels subcutaneously in mice,more CD68+CD86+cells around the hydrogels with the low substrate stiffness were observed while more CD68+CD206+cells near by the middle stiffness hydrogels.In addition,the expressions of NIK,phosphorylated p65(pi-p65)and phosphorylated IκB(pi-IκB)were significantly increased after stimulation with low stiffness in BMMs.Taken together,these findings demonstrated that substrate stiffness could affect macrophages polarization.Low substrate stiffness promoted BMMs to shift to classically activated macrophages(M1)and the middle one to alternatively activated macrophages(M2),through modulating ROS-initiated NF-κB pathway.Therefore,we anticipated ECM-based substrate stiffness with immune modulation would be under consideration in the clinical applications if necessary.Mimi Chen Yu Zhang Pinghui Zhou Xingzhi Liu Huan Zhao Xichao Zhou Qiaoli Gu Bin Li Xuesong Zhu Qin Shi 2020Bioactive Materials2020,5,4:7
10Osteopontin expression is associated with hepatopathologic changes in Schistosoma japonicum infected mice显示文摘AIM:To investigate osteopontin expression and its association with hepatopathologic changes in BALB/C mice infected with Schistosoma japonicum.METHODS:The schistosomal hepatopathologic mouse model was established by abdominal infection with schistosomal cercaria.Liver samples were obtained from mice sacrif iced at 6,8,10,14,and 18 wk after in-fection.Liver histopathological changes were observed with hematoxylin-eosin and Masson trichrome staining.The expression of osteopontin was determined with im-munohistochemistry,reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction,and Western blotting.The expressionof α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)were determined by im-munohistochemistry.Correlations of osteopontin ex-pression with other variables(α-SMA,TGF-β1,hepato-pathologic features including granuloma formation and degree of liver f ibrosis)were analyzed.RESULTS:Typical schistosomal hepatopathologic changes were induced in the animals.Dynamic changes in the expression of osteopontin were observed at week 6.The expression increased,peaked at week 10(P<0.01),and then gradually decreased.Positive correla-tions between osteopontin expression and α-SMA(r=0.720,P<0.01),TGF-β1(r=0.905,P <0.01),granu-loma formation(r=0.875,P<0.01),and degree of liver f ibrosis(r=0.858,P<0.01)were also observed.CONCLUSION:Osteopontin may play an important role in schistosomal hepatopathology and may promote granuloma formation and liver fi brosis through an un-explored mechanism.Bo-Lin Chen Gui-Ying Zhang Wei-Jian Yuan Shi-Ping Wang Yue-Ming Shen LU Yan Huan Gu Jia Li 2011World Journal of Gastroenterology2011,17,46:6

12Cells in G_2/M phase increased in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line by EBV-LMP1 through activation of NF-кB and AP-1显示文摘Although previous studies showed that the principal oncoprotein encoded by Epstein-Barr virus, latent membrane protein 1 (LMP1), could induce the nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells in G2/M phase increased, littleis known about the target molecules and mechanisms. The present study demonstrated that LMP1 couldinduce the accumulation of p53 protein and upregulate its transactivity in a dose dependent manner, whichresulted in the decrease of the kinase activity of cdc2/cyclin B complex and inducing arrest at G2/M phasethrough the activation of NF-kB and AP-1 signaling pathways, and the effect of NF-kB was more obviousthan that of AP-1. 13Deep feature extraction and motion representation for satellite video scene classification显示文摘Satellite video scene classification(SVSC)is an advanced topic in the remote sensing field,which refers to determine the video scene categories from satellite videos.SVSC is an important and fundamental step for satellite video analysis and understanding,which provides priors for the presence of objects and dynamic events.In this paper,a two-stage framework is proposed to extract spatial features and motion features for SVSC.More specifically,the first stage is designed to extract spatial features for satellite videos.Representative frames are firstly selected based on the blur detection and spatial activity of satellite videos.Then the fine-tuned visual geometry group network(VGG-Net)is transferred to extract spatial features based on spatial content.The second stage is designed to build motion representation for satellite videos.The motion representation of moving targets in satellite videos is first built by the second temporal principal component of principal component analysis(PCA).Second,features from the first fully connected layer of VGG-Net are used as high-level spatial representation for moving targets.Third,a small network of long and short term memory(LSTM)is further designed for encoding temporal information.Two-stage features respectively characterize spatial and temporal patterns of satellite scenes,which are finally fused for SVSC.A satellite video dataset is built for video scene classification,including 7209 video segments and covering 8 scene categories.These satellite videos are from Jilin-1 satellites and Urthecast.The experimental results show the efficiency of our proposed framework for SVSC.Yanfeng GU Huan LIU Tengfei WANG Shengyang LI Guoming GAO 2020Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,4:4
14GLYX-13 pretreatment ameliorates long-term isoflurane exposure-induced cognitive impairment in mice显示文摘Accumulating evidence indicates that inhalation anesthetics induce or increase the risk of cognitive impairment.GLYX-13(rapastinel)acts on the glycine site of N-methyl-D-aspartate receptors(NMDARs)and has been shown to enhance hippocampus-dependent learning and memory function.However,the mechanisms by which GLYX-13 affects learning and memory function are still unclear.In this study,we investigated these mechanisms in a mouse model of long-term anesthesia exposure.Mice were intravenously administered 1 mg/kg GLYX-13 at 2 hours before isoflurane exposure(1.5%for 6 hours).Cognitive function was assessed using the contextual fear conditioning test and the novel object recognition test.The mRNA expression and phosphorylated protein levels of NMDAR pathway components,N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor subunit 2B(NR2B)-Ca^2+/calmodulin dependent protein kinaseⅡ(CaMKII)-cyclic adenosine monophosphate response element binding protein(CREB),in the hippocampus were evaluated by quantitative RT-PCR and western blot assay.Pretreatment with GLYX-13 ameliorated isoflurane exposure-induced cognitive impairment and restored NR2B,CaMKII and CREB mRNA and phosphorylated protein levels.Intracerebroventricular injection of KN93,a selective CaMKII inhibitor,significantly diminished the effect of GLYX-13 on cognitive function and NR2B,CaMKII and CREB levels in the hippocampus.Taken together,our findings suggest that GLYX-13 pretreatment alleviates isoflurane-induced cognitive dysfunction by protecting against perturbation of the NR2B/CaMKII/CREB signaling pathway in the hippocampus.Therefore,GLYX-13 may have therapeutic potential for the treatment of anesthesia-induced cognitive dysfunction.This study was approved by the Experimental Animal Ethics Committee of Drum Tower Hospital affiliated to the Medical College of Nanjing University,China(approval No.20171102)on November 20,2017.Huan Liu Xiang-Dan Gong Xin Zhao Yue Qian Xiao-Ping Gu Tian-Jiao Xia 2020Neural Regeneration Research2020,15,1:4
15Polarization multiplexing for double images display显示文摘Metasurface provides subwavelength structures for manipulating wavefronts of light. The benefits of subwavelength components offer a continuous modulation of amplitude, phase, and polarization, thus eliminating the production of higher-order images and improving the utilization of light intensity. Despite the rapid progress in this field, multiparameter control of light using single layer metasurface is rarely reported. In fact, multiparameter control of light helps to improve information storage capacity and image fidelity. With simultaneous manipulation of polarization and amplitude at each pixel, it is possible to encode two separate images into one metasurface and reconstruct them under proper conditions. In a proof of concept experiment, we demonstrate an independent display of two binary images at the same position with polarization de-multiplexing from a single metasurface. 16Investigations on the Interactions between Li-TFSI and Glass Fibers in the Ternary PP/GF/Li-TFSI Composites显示文摘The polypropylene/glass fiber(PP/GF) composites with excellent antistatic performance and improved mechanical properties have been reported by incorporation of a very small amount of the organic salt, lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide(Li-TFSI), into the PP/GF composites. It was considered that GF could play the role as the pathways for the movements of ions in the ternary composites. In this work, the interactions between Li-TFSI and glass fiber and the effects of such interactions on the physical properties of the composites have been systematically investigated. Three types of glass fibers with different ―OH group concentrations have been prepared in order to compare the interactions between GF and Li-TFSI. It was found that the ―OH group concentrations on the surface of glass fiber have significant effects on interactions between glass fibers and Li-TFSI. Such interactions are crucial for both the antistatic and mechanical performances of the final PP/GF/Li-TFSI composites. The investigation indicated that the GF with high ―OH group concentrations confined the movement of TFSI-, which decreased the antistatic properties of PP/GF/Li-TFSI composites. On the other hand, the GF with low ―OH group concentrations inhibited the absorption of Li-TFSI onto the GF, which also hindered the formation of Li-TFSI conductive pathway. 17Wikstroelide M potently inhibits HIV replication by targeting reverse transcriptase and integrase nuclear translocation显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the anti-HIV activity and mechanism of action of wikstroelide M,a daphnane diterpene from Daphne acutiloba Rehder(Thymelaeaceae).METHOD:The anti-HIV activities of wikstroelide M against different HIV strains were evaluated by cytopathic effect assay and p24 quantification assay with ELISA.The inhibitory effect of wikstroelide M on HIV reverse transcription was analyzed by real-time PCR and ELISA.The effect of wikstroelide M on HIV-1 integrase nuclear translocation was observed with a cell-based imaging assay.The effect of wikstroelide M on LEDGF/p75-IN interaction was assayed by molecular docking.RESULTS:Wikstroelide M potently inhibited different HIV-1 strains,including HIV-1IIIB,HIV-1A17,and HIV-19495,induced a cytopathic effect,with EC50 values ranging from 3.81 to 15.65 ng·mL-1.Wikstroelide M also had high inhibitory activities against HIV-2ROD and HIV-2CBL-20-induced cytopathic effects with EC50 values of 18.88 and 31.90 ng·mL-1.The inhibitory activities of wikstroelide M on the three HIV-1 strains were further confirmed by p24 quantification assay,with EC50 values ranging from 15.16 to 35.57 ng·mL-1.Wikstroelide M also potently inhibited HIV-1IIIB induced cytolysis in MT-4 cells,with an EC50 value of 9.60 ng·mL-1.The mechanistic assay showed that wikstroelide M targeted HIV-1 reverse transcriptase and nuclear translocation of integrase through disrupting the interaction between integrase and LEDGF/p75.CONCLUSION:Wikstroelide M may be a potent HIV-1 and HIV-2 inhibitor,the mechanisms of action may include inhibition of reverse trascriptase activity and inhibition of integrase nuclear translocation through disrupting the interaction between integrase and LEDGF/p75.ZHANG Xuan HUANG Sheng-Zhuo GU Wan-Gang YANG Liu-Meng CHEN Huan ZHENG Chang-Bo ZHAO You-Xing WAN David Chi-Cheong ZHENG Yong-Tang 2014Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2014,12,3:3
1818beta-glycyrrhetinic acid induces ROS-mediated apoptosis to ameliorate hepatic fibrosis by targeting PRDX1/2 in activated HSCs显示文摘Hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)are essential drivers of fibrogenesis.Inducing activated-HSC apoptosis is a promising strategy for treating hepatic fibrosis.18beta-glycyrrhetinic acid(18b-GA)is a natural compound that exists widely in herbal medicines,such as Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch,which is used for treating multiple liver diseases,especially in Asia.In the present study,we demonstrated that 18b-GA decreased hepatic fibrosis by inducing the apoptosis in activated HSCs.18b-GA inhibited the expression of a-smooth muscle actin and collagen type Ⅰ alpha-1.Using a chemoproteomic approach derived from activity-based protein profiling,together with cellular thermal shift assay and surface plasmon resonance,we found that 18b-GA covalently targeted peroxiredoxin 1(PRDX1)and peroxiredoxin 2(PRDX2)proteins via binding to active cysteine residues and thereby inhibited their enzymatic activities.18b-GA induced the elevation of reactive oxygen species(ROS),resulting in the apoptosis of activated HSCs.PRDX1 knockdown also led to ROS-mediated apoptosis in activated HSCs.Collectively,our findings revealed the target proteins and molecular mechanisms of 18b-GA in ameliorating hepatic fibrosis,highlighting the future development of 18b-GA as a novel therapeutic drug for hepatic fibrosis.Qian Zhang Piao Luo Liuhai Zheng Jiayun Chen Junzhe Zhang Huan Tang Dandan Liu Xueling He Qiaoli Shi Liwei Gu Jiahao Li Qiuyan Guo Chuanbin Yang Yin Kwan Wong Fei Xia Jigang Wang 2022Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2022,12,4:3
19Fine-Tuned Expression of Programmed Death 1 Ligands in Mature Dendritic Cells Stimulated by CD40 Ligand is Critical for the Induction of an Efficient Tumor Specific Immune Response显示文摘During maturation,murine myeloid dendritic cells (DCs) upregulated the expressions of CD11c,CD25,CD40,CD80,CD86,MHC Ⅱ and programmed death 1 ligands 1 and 2 (PD-L1 and PD-L2). Differential expression patterns of PD-L1 and PD-L2 were found when DCs were triggered by CD40 ligand and TNF-α. PD-L1 expression was repressed and PD-L2 expression remained unchanged in mature CD40-ligated DCs,whereas TNF-α stimulated DCs kept high expression of PD-L1 and significantly enhanced PD-L2 expression on DCs. Proliferations of T lymphocytes stimulated by immature DCs were enhanced by blockade of the PD-1 and PD-1 ligand interaction. But inhibitive effects were found in T lymphocytes stimulated by CD40-ligated DCs. 20Porous rod-like Ni_(2)P/Ni assemblies for enhanced urea electrooxidation显示文摘The urea oxidation reaction has attracted increasing attention.Here,porous rod-like Ni2P/Ni assemblies,which consist of numerous nanoparticle subunits with matching interfaces at the nanoscale have been synthesized via a simple phosphating approach.Density functional theory calculations and density of states indicate that porous rod-like Ni2P/Ni assemblies can significantly enhance the activity of chemical bonds and the conductivity compared with NiO/Ni toward the urea oxidation reaction.The optimal catalyst of Ni2P/Ni can deliver a low overpotential of 50 mV at 10 mA·cm−2 and Tafel slope of 87.6 mV·dec−1 in urea oxidation reaction.Moreover,the constructed electrolytic cell exhibits a current density of 10 mA·cm−2 at a cell voltage of 1.47 V and an outstanding durability in the two-electrode system.This work has provided a new possibility to fabricate metal phosphides-metal assemblies with advanced performance.Qing Li Xinran Li Jiawei Gu Yanle Li Ziqi Tian Huan Pang 2021Nano Research2021,14,5:3
