| 4 | Dexmedetomidine maintains blood-brain barrier integrity by inhibiting Drp1-related endothelial mitochondrial dysfunction in ischemic stroke显示文摘Stroke is the second leading cause of death and long-term disability worldwide,which lacks effective treatment.Perioperative stroke is associated with much higher rates of mortality and disability.The neuroprotective role of dexmedetomidine(Dex),a highly selective agonist of alpha2-adrenergic receptor,has been reported in a stroke rat model,and it was found that pretreatment of Dex before stroke could alleviate blood–brain barrier(BBB)breakdown.However,the underlying mechanisms are still unknown.As the brain endothelial cells are the main constituents of BBB and in high demand of energy,mitochondrial function of endothelial cells plays an important role in the maintenance of BBB.Given that dynamin-related protein 1(Drp1)is a protein mediating mitochondrial fission,with mitochondrial fusion that balances mitochondrial morphology and ensures mitochondria function,the present study was designed to investigate the possible role of Drp1 in endothelial cells involved in the neuroprotective effects of Dex in ischemic stroke.Our results showed that preconditioning with Dex reduced infarction volume,alleviated brain water content and BBB damage,and improved neurological scores in middle cerebral artery occlusion rats.Meanwhile,Dex enhanced cell activity and decreased cell apoptosis in oxygen-glucose deprivation human brain microvascular endothelial cells in vitro.These protective effects of Dex were correlated with the mitochondrial morphology integrality of endothelial cells,mediated by increased phosphorylation of serine 637 in Drp1,and could be reversed byα2-adrenergic receptor antagonist Yohimbine and AMP-activated protein kinase inhibitor Compound C.These findings suggest new molecular pathways involved in the neuroprotective effects of Dex in ischemic stroke.As Dex is routinely used as a sedative drug clinically,our findings provide molecular evidence that it has perioperative neuroprotection from ischemic stroke. | Wei Zhou Yunchun Zhang Yingfu Jiao Wen Yin Haiping Dong Saihong Xu Dan Tang Junli Jiang Jianlin Shao Zhenhong Wang Weifeng Yu | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,9: | 2 |

| 6 | Chronological and Geochemical Study of the Cenozoic Potassic Felsic Igneous Rocks in Western Yunnan,SE Tibet:Implications for their Tectonic Mechanisms显示文摘Whether there is a relationship between widespread Cenozoic igneous rocks and the activated Ailao Shan-Red River shear zone(ASRR)in western Yunnan,SE Tibet,remains highly controversial.New geochronological,and geochemical data derived from Cenozoic igneous rocks both within and far from the ASRR offers answers.Although these coeval felsic rocks(36.9-33.5 Ma)are enriched in large-ion lithophile elements relative to high field strength elements,they also display some special geochemical features,such as high Y and Yb values of syenitic porphyries,which contrast with the high Sr and low Y contents of monzoporphyries and granitic porphyries.The syenitic porphyries exhibit geochemical characteristics similar to those of coeval mafic magmas,e.g.,high K 2 O,Y,and Yb contents,indicating that the former were probably generated by fractional crystallization of the latter.However,the high Sr/Y(56.1-109)monzoporphyries and granitic porphyries,combined with their low MgO,and Cr(or Ni)contents,suggest that they were mainly derived from partial melting of a thickened mafic lower crust.Given that these Cenozoic magmatic events exhibiting planar distributions occurred outside of the activation of the ASRR(31-20 Ma),then they were not controlled by the latter.Instead,they were tied to convective removal of a thickened lower lithospheric mantle in western Yunnan during the Paleogene. | TANG Wanli CHEN Jianlin TAN Rongyu | 2022 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2022,96,3: | 1 |

| 15 | Highly robust spatiotemporal wavefront prediction with a mixed graph neural network in adaptive optics显示文摘The time-delay problem,which is introduced by the response time of hardware for correction,is a critical and nonignorable problem of adaptive optics(AO)systems.It will result in significant wavefront correction errors while turbulence changes severely or system responses slowly.Predictive AO is proposed to alleviate the time-delay problem for more accurate and stable corrections in the real time-varying atmosphere.However,the existing prediction approaches either lack the ability to extract non-linear temporal features,or overlook the authenticity of spatial features during prediction,leading to poor robustness in generalization.Here,we propose a mixed graph neural network(MGNN)for spatiotemporal wavefront prediction.The MGNN introduces the Zernike polynomial and takes its inherent covariance matrix as physical constraints.It takes advantage of conventional convolutional layers and graph convolutional layers for temporal feature catch and spatial feature analysis,respectively.In particular,the graph constraints from the covariance matrix and the weight learning of the transformation matrix promote the establishment of a realistic internal spatial pattern from limited data.Furthermore,its prediction accuracy and robustness to varying unknown turbulences,including the generalization from simulation to experiment,are all discussed and verified.In experimental verification,the MGNN trained with simulated data can achieve an approximate effect of that trained with real turbulence.By comparing it with two conventional methods,the demonstrated performance of the proposed method is superior to the conventional AO in terms of root mean square error(RMS).With the prediction of the MGNN,the mean and standard deviation of RMS in the conventional AO are reduced by 54.2%and 58.6%at most,respectively.The stable prediction performance makes it suitable for wavefront predictive correction in astronomical observation,laser communication,and microscopic imaging. | JU TANG JI WU JIAWEI ZHANG MENGMENG ZHANG ZHENBO REN JIANGLEI DI LIUSEN HU GUODONG LIU JIANLIN ZHAO | 2023 | Photonics Research2023,11,11: | 0 |

The experiment showed that Recharge and 3. 0% amino-oligosaccharin AS had better control effect on cucumber downy mildew.After the first application,the average control effect of Recharge and 3. 0% amino-oligosaccharin AS was higher than 50%. After the third application,the average control effect of Recharge and 3. 0% amino-oligosaccharin AS was higher than 20%. The control effect of Dynamic F on cucumber downy mildew was relatively poor,and the average control effect after the first application was 38. 34%,and the average control effect after the third application was only 15. 64%.
