1Preparation and activity evaluation of NiMoB/-Al_2O_3 catalyst by liquid-phase furfural hydrogenation显示文摘Amorphous MoNiB/ -Al 2 O 3 alloy catalysts were prepared by reducing NiCl 2 ·6H 2 O and (NH 4 ) 6 Mo 7 O 24 ·4H 2 O supported on -Al 2 O 3 with NaBH 4 as reducing agent. Using liquid-phase hydro-genation of furfural (FFR) as a probe reaction, the activity of MoNiB/ -Al 2 O 3 was examined. Compared to NiB and NiMoB, NiMoB/ -Al 2 O 3 exhibited excellent activity and selectivity towards furfuryl alcohol (FFA). After reaction for 3.0 h at 80 ℃ and 5.0 MPa in methanol, FFR conversion reached 99% with FFA yield of 91%. The effects of doping amount of Mo and calcination temperature before NaBH 4 reduction on hydrogenation activity were also investigated. The optimum Mo/Ni atom ratio and calcination temperature were found to be 1:7 and 300 ℃, respectively. 2Contemporary trends on expenditure of hospital care on total cancer and its subtypes in China during 2008-2017显示文摘Objective:To describe the contemporary trends in total,inpatient,and outpatient expenditure on major subtypes of cancer in different classifications of hospitals in China's Mainland.Methods:Home page of Inpatient Medical Records(HIMRs)and Hospital Annual Reports(HARs)were used to estimate hospital care expenditure on cancer.Inpatient payments and their share of cancer were calculated with the top-down method.Kriging spatial interpolation methods were used at the county level and summed at the province level.Outpatient expenditure was estimated with inpatient expenditure and the ratios of outpatient to inpatient payments in specialized cancer hospitals,stratified by province.Total expenditure on cancer was the sum of both payments.Log-linear regression was applied to estimate annual percentage change(APC)of expenditure.Results:Total expenses for cancer of Chinese residents reached up to 304.84 billion Chinese Yuan(CNY)in2017,accounting for 5.8%of the total health expenses(THE).After adjusting for consumer price index(CPI),medical expenses for cancer have increased from 63.30 billion CNY in 2008 to 249.56 billion CNY in 2017[APC:15.2%,95%confidence interval(95%CI):13.4%-17.0%].The APC was slightly higher than THE around 2013,while was lower after 2013.During 2008-2017,the ratio of inpatient to outpatient costs for cancer decreased from4.3:1 to 3.8:1.The inpatient payments for cancer mainly happened in grade 3 general hospitals,East China,and among lung,colorectal,and stomach cancer;while the fastest increase was found in West China,and among thyroid,prostate,and colorectal cancer.Conclusions:During 2008-2017,the rapid growth trend of medical expenses for cancer has been effectively controlled with the continuous deepening of medical reform and improvements of residents’health care.More attention should be paid to potential increases of medical costs caused by technological progress and demand release.Socialized and multi-channel insurance financing modes should be explored in the future.Yue Cai Wanqing Chen Xiaoxu Wang Xue Xia Xiang Cui Shiyong Wu Jinghua Li 2021Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2021,33,5:5
3Herbal compatibility of Traditional Chinese Medical formulas for acquired immunodeficiency syndrome显示文摘OBJECTIVE:Because herbal compatibility is one of the most important reasons why Traditional Chinese Medcine(TCM) formulas are effective for acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS),our study aimed to determine the compatibility of herbs based on published AIDS clinical research in Chinese periodicals.To achieve this aim,we designed a new data-mining algorithm according to TCM data characteristics.METHODS:We found 25 clinical AIDS studies,all using Chinese herbs for treatment,in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Database System,and information on diagnosis and treatment was extracted.To find out herbal compatibility,especially the formulae for herbal combinations,we proposed an improved association rule algorithm based on the frequency of combinations.In this algorithm,all the compatibility relationships were displayed in a tree structure,by which the relationship between formulas and their derivation could be clearly inferred.RESULTS:Data analysis showed that approximately 100 herbs have been used for treating AIDS.Based on the whole herb compatibility tree,we calculated a basic formula for AIDS:Huang Qi combined with Ren Shen,Fu Ling,Bai Zhu,Bai Zhu,Dang Gui,and Bai Shao.This formula,deriving from most of clinical prescriptions,and was chosed by most of clinicians for AIDS treatment.From data mining we found that Qi replenishment and detoxification were the main treatment principles,which coincided with the AIDS pathological mechanism in which immune function is destroyed by human immunodeficiency virus(HIV).CONCLUSIONS:Our data-mining results suggest that the core TCM treatment of AIDS is replenishing Qi and detoxification,by which AIDS patients' immune system may be enhanced.Compatibility of Huang Qi with some frequently-used herbs have shown real efficacy in clinical practice,which warrants pharmacological research in the future.Meng Cui Jinghua Li Haiyan Li Chunxin Song 2012Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2012,32,3:5
4Microstructure and mechanical properties at elevated temperature of Mg-Al-Ni alloys prepared through powder metallurgy显示文摘Mg-Al-Ni alloys were prepared by powder metallurgy, and their microstructure and elevated temperature mechanical properties were investigated. Results indicate that, in addition to α-Mg matrix, both coarse Al_3Ni_2 particles and fine Al Ni nano-particles exist in the Mg-Al-Ni alloys. The strength at 150?C is improved with the increase in Ni content. Mg-18.3Al-8Ni alloy possesses a compressive strength of234.7 MPa and a yield strength of 146.5 MPa. Plasticity is also improved with a low concentration of Ni. Mg-11.3Al-2Ni alloy possesses a compression ratio of 17.3%. The phases of Al_3Ni_2 and Al Ni in the alloys block the movements of grain boundaries and dislocations during the deformation at elevated temperature. The existence of Al Ni phase provides a non-basal slip system, leading to the improvement in plasticity. 5PulseNet China,a model for future laboratory-based bacterial infectious disease surveillance in China显示文摘Surveillance is critical for the prevention and control of infectious disease.China’s real-time web-based infectious disease reporting system is a distinguished achievement.However,many aspects of the current China Infectious Disease Surveillance System do not yet meet the demand for timely outbreak detection and identification of emerging infectious disease.PulseNet,the national molecular typing network for foodborne disease surveillance was first established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of the United States in 1995 and has proven valuable in the early detection of outbreaks and tracing the pathogen source.Since 2001,the China CDC laboratory for bacterial pathogen analysis has been a member of the PulseNet International family;and has been adapting the idea and methodology of PulseNet to develop a model for a future national laboratory-based surveillance system for all bacterial infectious disease.We summarized the development progress for the PulseNet China system and discussed it as a model for the future of China’s national laboratory-based surveillance system.Wei Li Shan Lu Zhigang Cui Jinghua Cui Haijian Zhou Yiqing Wang Zhujun Shao Changyun Ye Biao Kan Jianguo Xu 2012Frontiers of Medicine2012,6,4:4

10Role of 5-hydroxytryptamine expression in cerebellar Purkinje cells in obstructive sleep apnea syndrome显示文摘In the present study, electrical stimulation to the rat insular cortex induced apnea or respiratory disturbance, reduced amplitude of genioglossal electromyogram, and decreased electromyogram integrals. In addition, arterial blood gas analysis showed arterial blood acidosis, reduced pH values, increased alkali reserve negative values, decreased peripheral blood 5-hydroxytryptamine content, and increased 5-hydroxytryptamine expression in cerebellar Purkinje cells. Following lidocaine injection to block the habenular nucleus, abnormalities in breath, genioglossal electromyogram, and blood gas values disappeared, and peripheral blood 5-hydroxytryptamine content returned to levels prior to electric stimulation. However, 5-hydroxytryptamine expression in cerebellar Purkinje cells remained high. 13Anisotropic Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction protected by D_(2d) crystal symmetry in two-dimensional ternary compounds显示文摘Magnetic skyrmions,topologically protected chiral spin swirling quasiparticles,have attracted great attention in fundamental physics and applications.Recently,the discovery of two-dimensional(2D)van der Waals(vdW)magnets have aroused great interest due to their appealing physical properties.Moreover,both experimental and theoretical works have revealed that isotropic Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction(DMI)can be achieved in 2D magnets or ferromagnet-based heterostructures.However,2D magnets with anisotropic DMI haven’t been reported yet.Here,via using first-principles calculations,we unveil that anisotropic DMI protected by D_(2d)crystal symmetry can exist in 2D ternary compounds MCuX_(2)(M:3d transition metal(TM),X:group VIA).Interestingly,by using micromagnetic simulations,we demonstrate that ferromagnetic(FM)antiskyrmions,FM bimerons,antiferromagnetic(AFM)antiskyrmions,and AFM bimerons can be realized in the MCuX_(2)family.Our discovery opens up an avenue to creating antiskyrmions and bimerons with anisotropic DMI protected by D_(2d)crystal symmetry in 2D magnets.Yonglong Ga Qirui Cui Yingmei Zhu Dongxing Yu Liming Wang Jinghua Liang Hongxin Yang 2022npj Computational Materials2022,,1:0
143D scanning modelling of auto parts for intelligent driving显示文摘In order to improve the accuracy of auto parts production and processing,and reduce the error of parts manufacturing,a 3D scanning modelling of auto parts for intelligent driving is designed in this paper.With the help of the structured light projection method,the auto parts image is obtained,and its horizontal axis grey value and stripe pixel value are analysed.The contour parameters are determined by k-frame strategy,and the width,length and height parameters of the external contour of vehicle parts are obtained.The basic principle of 3D scanning technology is analysed,its scanning process is designed,and the modelling of auto parts is realised with the help of 3D scanning technology.The experimental results show that the modelling method can effectively improve the machining accuracy and reduce the manufacturing error of the auto parts.Jinghua Cui 2023Journal of Control and Decision2023,10,2:0
15Application of Medical Failure Mode and Effect Analysis in Preoperative Preparation for Coronary Intervention显示文摘[Objectives]To explore application effect of healthcare failure mode and effect analysis(HFMEA)in preoperative management of coronary intervention.[Methods]The preoperative management process of 455 patients who underwent coronary intervention surgery from January to March in 2022 was sorted out,and the failure modes and causes in the preoperative management were analyzed.The priority risk value was calculated,and the top 6 failure modes were found out.Improvement measures were formulated according to the causes of failure modes.Two months after the implementation of the procedure,470 patients who underwent coronary intervention surgery from May to July in 2022 were selected as the intervention group,and the optimized preoperative preparation procedure by HFMEA was adopted.The decrease of risk priority number(RPN)and RPN value of two high-risk failure modes,as well as changes in the rate of the time of taking dual-antiplatelet drugs reaching the standard,the rate of passing the dress code,the rate of timely signing of informed consent,and the rate of filling in the handover form of preoperative preparation were analyzed.[Results]The rate of the time of taking dual-antiplatelet drugs reaching the standard,the rate of passing the dress code,the rate of timely signing of informed consent,and the rate of filling in the handover form of preoperative preparation in experimental groups were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusions]Applying HFMEA to the management of preoperative preparation process for coronary intervention can effectively improve the timeliness and qualification rate of preoperative preparation for coronary intervention,and provide guarantee for the safe and smooth implementation of coronary intervention.Li ZHANG Yan ZHAN Jinlan ZHANG Jinghua TENG Rong CUI 2023Medicinal Plant2023,14,3:0
16Improved Numerical Computing Method for the 3D Tidally Induced Lagrangian Residual Current and Its Application in a Model Bay with a Longitudinal Topography显示文摘An improved method for computing the three-dimensional(3 D)first-order Lagrangian residual velocity(uL)is estab-lished.The method computes tidal body force using the harmonic constants of the zeroth-order tidal current.Compared with using the tidal-averaging method to compute the tidal body force,the proposed method filters out the clutter other than the single-frequency tidal input from the open boundary and obtains uL that is more consistent with the analytic solution.Based on the new method,uL is calculated for a wide bay with a longitudinal topography.The strength and pattern of uL are mostly determined by the parts of the tidal body force related to the vertical mixing of the Stokes’drift and the Coriolis effect,with a minor contribution from the advection effect.The geometrical shape of the bay can influence uL through the topographic gradient.The magnitude of uL increases with the increases in tidal energy input and vertical eddy viscosity and decreases in terms of the bottom friction coefficient.CUI Yanxing JIANG Wensheng ZHANG Jinghua 2019Journal of Ocean University of China2019,18,6:0

18Magnetic anisotropy,exchange coupling and Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction of two-dimensional magnets显示文摘The two-dimensional(2D)magnets provide novel opportunities for understanding magnetism and investigating spin related phenomena in several atomic thickness.Multiple features of 2D magnets,such as critical temperatures,magnetoelectric/magneto-optic responses,and spin configurations,depend on the basic magnetic terms that describe various spins interactions and cooperatively determine the spin Hamiltonian of studied systems.In this review,we present a comprehensive survey of three types of basic terms,including magnetic anisotropy that is intimately related with longrange magnetic order,exchange coupling that normally dominates the spin interactions,and Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction(DMI)that favors the noncollinear spin configurations,from the theoretical aspect.We introduce not only the physical features and origin of these crucial terms in 2D magnets but also many correlated phenomena,which may lead to the advance of 2D spintronics.Qirui Cui Liming Wang Yingmei Zhu Jinghua Liang Hongxin Yang 2023Frontiers of physics2023,18,1:0
