1Pressure fluctuation propagation of a pump turbine at pump mode under low head condition显示文摘Pressure fluctuation at the vaneless space and vanes passages is one of the most important problems for the stable operation of a pump turbine.The fluctuation appears in any operating condition.Much research has been done on the pressure fluctuation of hydraulic machinery.However,the details of pressure fluctuation propagation of the pump turbine at the pump mode have not been revealed.The modern pump turbine with high water head requires the runner to be'flat',which would induce pressure fluctuation more easily than the low head pump turbine.In this article,a high head pump turbine model is used as the research object.As the pressure fluctuation at off-design point is more serious than at the design point,the low head condition is chosen as the research condition.Pressure fluctuation at the vaneless space and vanes passages is predicted by the computational fluid dynamics method based on k-?shear stress transport model.The experiment conducted on the test rig of the Harbin Institute of Large Electrical Machinery is used to verify the simulation method.It proves that the numerical method is a feasible way to research the fluctuation under this operating condition.The pressure fluctuation along the passage direction is analyzed at time and frequency domains.It is affected mainly by the interaction between the runner and vanes.In the circumferential direction,the influence of the special stay vane on the pressure fluctuation is got.The amplitude in the high-pressure side passage of that vane is lower than that in the other side.The study provides a basic understanding of the pressure fluctuation of a pump turbine and could be used as a reference to improve the operation stability of it.GUO Lei LIU JinTao WANG LeQin QIN DaQing WEI XianZhu 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,4:19

3Effects of Dietary Stachyose on Growth Performance, Digestive Enzyme Activities and Intestinal Morphology of Juvenile Turbot(Scophthalmus maximus L)显示文摘A 12-week feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary stachyose on the growth performance, digestive enzymes activities and intestinal structures of juvenile turbot(Scophthalmus maximus L). Five isonitrogenous(49.58% crude protein) and isolipidic(10.50% crude lipid) diets were formulated to contain 0(Control), 0.625%(S-0.625), 1.25%(S-1.25), 2.5%(S-2.5) and 5%(S-5) stachyose, respectively. With the increase of stachyose level, the growth performance and feed utilization of turbot, such as the specific growth rate, final mean body weight, weight gain rate and feed efficiency, increased significantly(P < 0.05) and then stabilized. The feed intake of fish fed S-5 was significantly higher(P < 0.05) than that of fish in other groups. The activities of trypsin, intestinal caseinolytic, stomach and intestinal amylase were significantly influenced by stachyose(P < 0.05). The highest values of trypsin and intestinal caseinolytic activities were observed in group S-1.25, while the highest activity of stomach amylase and the lowest activity of intestine amylase were observed in group S-5. No lesion or damage was found on the distal intestine structures of fish from all treatments, while the height of simple folds in the distal intestine was significantly increased(P< 0.05) when 1.25% or 2.5% stachyose was added in the diets. 4Supplemental magnolol or honokiol attenuates adverse effects in broilers infected with Salmonella pullorum by modulating mucosal gene expression and the gut microbiota显示文摘Background:Salmonella pullorum is one of the most harmful pathogens to avian species.Magnolol and honokiol,natural compounds extracted from Magnolia officinalis,exerts anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant and antibacterial activities.This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary supplemental magnolol and honokiol in broilers infected with S.pullorum.A total of 360 one-day-old broilers were selected and randomly divided into four groups with six replicates:the negative control group(CTL),S.pullorum-infected group(SP),and the S.pulloruminfected group supplemented with 300 mg/kg honokiol(SPH)or magnolol(SPM).Results:The results showed that challenging with S.pullorum impaired growth performance in broilers,as indicated by the observed decreases in body weight(P<0.05)and average daily gains(P<0.05),along with increased spleen(P<0.01)and bursa of Fabricus weights(P<0.05),serum globulin contents,and the decreased intestine villus height and villus/crypt ratios(P<0.05).Notably,supplemental magnolol and honokiol attenuated these adverse changes,and the effects of magnolol were better than those of honokiol.Therefore,we performed RNA-Seq in ileum tissues and 16S rRNA gene sequencing of ileum bacteria.Our analysis revealed that magnolol increased the α-diversity(observed species,Chao1,ACE,and PD whole tree)and β-diversity of the ileum bacteria(P<0.05).In addition,magnolol supplementation increased the abundance of Lactobacillus(P<0.01)and decreased unidentified Cyanobacteria(P<0.05)both at d 14 and d 21.Further study confirmed that differentially expressed genes induced by magnolol and honokiol supplementation enriched in cytokine-cytokine receptor interactions,in the intestinal immune network for IgA production,and in the cell adhesion molecule pathways.Conclusions:Supplemental magnolol and honokiol alleviated S.pullorum-induced impairments in growth performance,and the effect of magnolol was better than that of honokiol,which could be partially due to magnolol’s ability to improve the intestinal microbial and mucosal barrier.Fang Chen Hao Zhang Encun Du Qiwen Fan Na Zhao Feng Jin Wei Zhang Wanzheng Guo Shaowen Huang Jintao Wei 2022Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,1:9
5A flexible solid-state supercapacitor based on graphene/polyaniline paper electrodes显示文摘The direct coating of graphene sheets obtained by electrochemical exfoliation on commercial paper renders the preparation of highly conductive flexible paper substrate for subsequent deposition of polyaniline (PANi) nanorods via electrochemical polymerization. The deposit ion of PANi can be well-controlled by adjusting the electrochemical polymerization time, leading to the formation of PANi coated graphene paper (PANi-GP). The as-prepared electrode exhibited high areal capacitance of 176 mF cm^-2 in three-electrode system at a current density of 0.2 mA cm^-2 which is around 10 times larger than that of pris-tine graphene paper due to the pseudocapacitive behavior of PANi. In-situ Raman test was used to determine the molecular changes during redox process of PANi. More importantly, all-solid-state symmetric capacitor assembled with two PANi-GP electrodes in a polymer electrolyte delivered an areal capacitanee of 123 mF cm^-2, corresponding to an areal energy density of 17.1 μWh cm^-2 and an areal power density of 0.25 mW cm^-2. The symmetric capacitor held a capacitive retention of 74.8% after 500 bending tests from 0 to 120°, suggesting the good flexibility and mechanical stability. 6An 8–18 GHz power amplifier with novel gain fluctuation compensation technique in 65 nm CMOS显示文摘A wideband CMOS power amplifier with high gain and excellent gain flatness for X-Ku-band radar phased array is proposed in this paper. Excellent gain flatness is achieved with transformer based matching networks(TMNs), in which the gain fluctuation of an inter-stage matching network can be compensated by the proposed design methods. The circuit is fabricated in the TSMC 65 nm RF CMOS process. The proposed technique is verified by the measurement results, which show that the wideband PA achieves gain of 21-22.5 dB with only±0.75 dB gain fluctuation and 13-14.6 dBm flat output power between 7.5 and 15.5 GHz,and a little more ripple in the rest of the X-Ku band due to the inaccuracy of passive modelling at high frequency. 13Highly efficient ternary organic solar cells with excellent open-circuit voltage and fill factor via precisely tuning molecular stacking and morphology显示文摘The micro-morphology and molecular stacking play a key role in determining the charge transport process and nonradiative energy loss, thus impacting the performances of organic solar cells(OSCs). To address this issue, a non-fullerene acceptor PhC6-IC-F with alkylbenzene side-chain, possessing optimized molecular stacking, complementary absorption spectra and forming a cascade energy level alignment in the PM6:BTP-eC9 blend, is introduced as guest acceptor to improve efficiency of ternary OSCs. The bulky phenyl in the side-chain can regulate crystallinity and optimizing phase separation between receptors in ternary blend films, resulting in the optimal phase separations in the ternary films. As a result, high efficiencies of 18.33% as photovoltaic layer are obtained for PhC6-IC-F-based ternary devices with excellent fill factor(FF) of 78.92%. Impressively, the ternary system produces a significantly improved open circuit voltage(V_(oc)) of 0.857 V compared with the binary device,contributing to the reduced density of trap states and suppressed non-radiative recombination result in lower energy loss. 16The regulation of coordination structure between cobalt and nitrogen on graphene for efficient bifunctional electrocatalysis in Zn-air batteries显示文摘Electrocatalysts with atomically dispersed metal moieties are of importance in enhancing electrocatalysis for a specific reaction including oxygen reduction. However, it is still challenging to modulate the coordination structure of metal atoms with heteroatoms on carbon supports. Herein, an innovative and facile bridging strategy to regulate the coordination structure of cobalt with nitrogen atoms on reduced graphene oxide(r GO) sheets was developed by the interfacial complexation of amino-rich folic acid with cobalt ions on graphene oxide sheets and the subsequent thermal treatment. Typically, the actual coordination interaction between cobalt and nitrogen species was revealed by using X-ray absorption spectroscopy(XAS), exhibiting the Co-N_(4) coordination structure well-dispersed on reduced graphene oxide.Such unique structure enables the efficient oxygen reduction and evolution reactions via the favorable adsorption and desorption of intermediates. With the enhanced bifunctional electrocatalytic activities,the fabricated Zn-air battery exhibited the excellent performance with large power density of 319.8 mW cm^(-2) and good long-term stability(over 300 h). 18Direct writing-in and visualizing reading-out data storage with high capacity in low-cost plastics显示文摘The explosive growth of the global data volume demands new and advanced data storage methods.Here,we report that data storage with ultrahigh capacity(~1 TB per disc)can be realized in low-cost plastics,including polycarbonate(PC),precipitated calcium carbonate(PCC),polystyrene(PS),and polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA),via direct fs laser writing.The focused fs laser can modify the fluorescence of written regions on the surface and in the interior of PMMA,enabling threedimensional(3D)information storage.Through the 3D laser processing platform,a 50-layer data record with low bit error(0.96%)is archived.Visual reading of data is empowered by the fluorescence contrast.The broad variation of fluorescence intensity assigns 8 gray levels,corresponding to 3 bits on each spot.The gray levels of each layer present high stability after longterm aging cycles,confirming the robustness of data storage.Upon single pulse control via a high-frequency electro-optic modulator(EOM),a fast writing speed(~1 kB/s)is achieved,which is limited by the repetition frequency of the fs laser.Xin Wei Weiwei Zhao Jintao Yang Yong Zhang Junming Song Zhenhua Ni Junpeng Lu Hongwei Liu 2022Journal of Semiconductors2022,43,6:0
