1Uplift and evolution of Helan Mountain显示文摘The Helan Mountain lies in the northwest margin of Ordos Basin and its uplift periods have close relations with the tectonic feature and evolution of the basin. There are many views on the uplift time of Helan Mountain, which is Late Triassic and Late Jurassic. It is concluded by the present strata, magmatic rock and hot fluid distribution that the Helan Mountain does not uplift in Late Triassic to Middle Jurassic but after Middle Jurassic. Through the research of the sedimentary strata and deposit rate in Yinchuan Graben which is near to the Helan Mountain, it is proved that the Helan Mountain uplifts in Eocene with a huge scale and in Pliocene with a rapid speed. The fission track analysis of apatite and zircon can be used to determine the precise uplift time of Helan Mountain, which shows that four stages of uplifting or cooling: Late Jurassic to the early stage of Early Cretaceous, mid-late stage of Early Cretaceous, Late Cretaceous and since Eocene. During the later two stages the uplift is most apparent and the mid-late stage of Early Cretaceous is a regional cooling course. 2The relationship between thermo-mechanical history,microstructure and mechanical properties in additively manufactured CoCrFeMnNi high entropy alloy显示文摘Here,a single-track CoCrFeMnNi high entropy alloy(HEA)was successfully fabricated by laser melting deposition(LMD).Combining the experimental observations and numerical simulation,the microstructure and mechanical properties of the as-deposited parts were systematically studied from the perspective of thermo-mechanical history experienced during the LMD process.The strengthening mechanisms of the LMDed CoCrFeMnNi HEA parts were clarified.The frictional stress strengthening,grain boundary strengthening and dislocation strengthening contributed the whole yield strength of the parts.Dislocation strengthening dominated the strengthening mechanism.It was expected that the establishment of the relationship between thermo-mechanical history,microstructure and mechanical properties of the LMDed CoCrFeMnNi HEA could shed more insights into achieving HEA parts with the desired microstructure and high performance.Hongge Li Yongjiang Huang Jianfei Sun Yunzhuo Lu 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,18:3
3Sensitivity analysis of Biome-BGCMuSo for gross and net primary productivity of typical forests in China显示文摘Background:Process-based models are widely used to simulate forest productivity,but complex parameterization and calibration challenge the application and development of these models.Sensitivity analysis of numerous parameters is an essential step in model calibration and carbon flux simulation.However,parameters are not dependent on each other,and the results of sensitivity analysis usually vary due to different forest types and regions.Hence,global and representative sensitivity analysis would provide reliable information for simple calibration.Methods:To determine the contributions of input parameters to gross primary productivity(GPP)and net primary productivity(NPP),regression analysis and extended Fourier amplitude sensitivity testing(EFAST)were conducted for Biome-BGCMuSo to calculate the sensitivity index of the parameters at four observation sites under climate gradient from ChinaFLUX.Results:Generally,GPP and NPP were highly sensitive to C:Nleaf(C:N of leaves),Wint(canopy water interception coefficient),k(canopy light extinction coefficient),FLNR(fraction of leaf N in Rubisco),MRpern(coefficient of linear relationship between tissue N and maintenance respiration),VPDf(vapor pressure deficit complete conductance reduction),and SLA1(canopy average specific leaf area in phenological phase 1)at all observation sites.Various sensitive parameters occurred at four observation sites within different climate zones.GPP and NPP were particularly sensitive to FLNR,SLA1 and Wint,and C:Nleaf in temperate,alpine and subtropical zones,respectively.Conclusions:The results indicated that sensitivity parameters of China's forest ecosystems change with climate gradient.We found that parameter calibration should be performed according to plant functional type(PFT),and more attention needs to be paid to the differences in climate and environment.These findings contribute to determining the target parameters in field experiments and model calibration.Hongge Ren Li Zhang Min Yan Xin Tian Xingbo Zheng 2022Forest Ecosystems2022,9,1:2
4Impact of crizotinib on long-term survival of ALK-positive advanced non-small-cell lung cancer: A Chinese multicenter cohort study显示文摘Objective: Crizotinib has demonstrated promising efficacy in patients with anaplastic lymphoma kinase(ALK)-positive non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC) in clinical trials. We conducted this retrospective multicenter study to assess the outcomes of crizotinib therapy in, to our knowledge, a large sample cohort of patients with ALKpositive advanced NSCLC.Methods: We reviewed the medical records of 484 unselected ALK-positive NSCLC patients treated with crizotinib at 5 cancer centers in China from January 2013 to November 2017. Clinical data were collected from the initiation of crizotinib therapy to Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(RECIST)-defined progressive disease(PD).Results: A total of 428 eligible ALK-positive NSCLC patients were enrolled, 273(63.8%) of whom received crizotinib as first-line treatment. The median progression-free survival(PFS) and overall survival(OS) from the initiation of crizotinib treatment were 14.4 [95% confidence interval(95% CI), 12.4-16.4] months and 53.4(95%CI, 33.7-73.1) months, respectively. In subgroup analyses, patients who received crizotinib as first-line treatment showed a higher disease control rate(DCR) and a longer median OS compared with second-/later-line crizotinib treatment(94.8% and OS not reached vs. 89.0% and 40.5 months, respectively). For 261 patients with RECISTdefined PD, multivariate Cox analysis revealed that in patients who received first-line crizotinib therapy, continued crizotinib beyond progressive disease(CBPD) and next-generation ALK inhibitors after crizotinib failure were associated with improved survival.Conclusions: This study has demonstrated the clinically meaningful benefit of crizotinib treatment in a large cohort of Chinese ALK-positive NSCLC patients. 5QTL mapping of agronomic and economic traits for four F_(2)populations of upland cotton显示文摘Background:Upland cotton(Gossypium hirsutum)accounts for more than 90%of the annual world cotton output because of its high yield potential.However,yield and fiber quality traits often show negative correlations.We constructed four F_(2)populations of upland cotton,using two normal lines(4133B and SGK9708)with high yield potential but moderate fiber quality and two introgression lines(Suyuan04–3 and J02–247)with superior fiber quality,and used them to investigate the genetic basis underlying complex traits such as yield and fiber quality in upland cotton.We also phenotyped eight agronomic and economic traits and mapped quantitative trait loci(QTLs).Results:Extensive phenotype variations and transgressive segregation were found across the segregation populations.We constructed four genetic maps of 585.97 centiMorgan(cM),752.45 cM,752.45 cM,and 1163.66 cM,one for each of the four F_(2)populations.Fifty QTLs were identified across the four populations(7 for plant height,27 for fiber quality and 16 for yield).The same QTLs were identified in different populations,including qBW4 and qBW2,which were linked to a common simple sequence repeat(SSR)marker,NAU1255.A QTL cluster containing eight QTLs for six different traits was characterized on linkage group 9 of the 4133B×Suyuan04–3 population.Conclusions:These findings will provide insights into the genetic basis of simultaneous improvement of yield and fiber quality in upland cotton breeding.LI Hongge PAN Zhaoe HE Shoupu JIA Yinhua GENG Xiaoli CHEN Baojun WANG Liru PANG Baoyin DU Xiongming 2021Journal of Cotton Research2021,4,1:2
6An oral second-generation proteasome inhibitor oprozomib significantly inhibits lung cancer in a p53 independent manner in vitro显示文摘The destruction of proteins via the ubiquitin-proteasome system is amulti-step,complex process involving polyubiquitination of substrate proteins,follow ed by proteolytic degradation by the m acrom olecular 26S proteasome complex.Inhibitors of the proteasome prom ote the accum ulation of proteins that are deleterious to cell survival and are prom ising anticancer agents.Oprozomib(OPZ),an oral second-generation proteasome inhibitor,has been shown to inhibit the grow th of several cancers in preclinical and clinical trials,including m ultiple m yelom a and head and neck cancers,but its effects on lung cancer has not yet been determ ined.In this study,we evaluated the inhibitory effects of OPZ on lung cancer cell lines in vitro.The results showed that OPZ significantly suppressed cell proliferation and strongly induced apoptosis in both tested lung cancer cells independent of p53 expression.OPZ was able to cause obvious caspase 3 and PARP cleavages and stabilize p53 and its transcriptional targets p21,PUMA,and Noxa.Moreover,OPZ was capable of sensitizing lung cancer cells to the conventional chem otherapeutic drug cisplatin.Our study provides preclinical data and sheds light on the potential applications of proteasome inhibitor OPZ in lung cancer treatment.Hongge Zhu Tianhai Wang Zhou Xin Yiyi Zhan Guoming Gu Xiaoqin Li Xiuli Wang Shune Yang Chunling Liu 2019Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2019,51,10:2

9Identification and expression analysis of Tubulin gene family in upland cotton显示文摘Background:Cott on fibers are single-celled exte nsions of the seed epidermis,a model tissue for studying cytoskeleton.Tubulin genes play a critical role in synthesizing the microtubules(MT)as a core element of the cytoskeleton.However,there is a lack of studies concerning the systematic characterization of the tubulin gene family in cotton.Therefore,the identification and portrayal of G.hirsutum tubulin genes can provide key targets for molecular manipulation in cotton breeding.Result:In this study,we investigated all tubulin genes from different plant species and identified 98 tubulin genes in G.hirsutum.Phylogenetic an a lysis showed that tubulin family genes were classified into three subfamilies.The protein motifs and gene structure ofβ-tubulin genes are more conserved compared withγ-tubulin genes.Most tubulin genes are located at the proximate ends of the chromosomes.Spatiotemporal expression pattern by transcriptome and qRT-PCR analysis revealed that 12α-tubulin andβ-tubulin genes are specifically expressed during different fiber development stages.However,Gh.A03G027200,Gh.D03G 169300,and Gh.A1lG258900 had differential expression patterns at distinct stages of fiber development in varieties JO2508 and ZRI015.Conclusion:In this study,the evol ut io nary an alysis showed that the tubulin genes were divided into three clades.The genetic structures and molecular functions were highly con served in different plants.Three candidate genes,Gh.A03G027200f Gh.D03G169300,and Gh.A11G258900 may play a key role during fiber development complementing fiber length and strength.CHEN Baojun ZHAO Junjie FU Guoyong PEI Xinxin PAN Zhao'e LI Hongge AHMED Haris HE Shoupu DU Xiongming 2021Journal of Cotton Research2021,4,3:1

11Preparation and catalytic effect of porous Co_3O_4 on the hydrogen storage properties of a Li-B-N-H system显示文摘A porous Co_3O_4 with a particle size of 1–3 μm was successfully prepared by heating Co-based metal organic frameworks MOF-74(Co) up to 500 °C in air atmospheric conditions. The as-prepared porous Co_3O_4 significantly reduced the dehydrogenation temperatures of the LiBH_4-2LiNH_2 system and improved the purity of the released hydrogen. The LiBH_4-2LiNH_2-0.05/3Co_3O_4 sample started to release hydrogen at 140 °C and released hydrogen levels of approximately 9.7 wt% at 225 °C. The end temperature for hydrogen release was lowered by 125 °C relative to that of the pristine sample. Structural analyses revealed that the as-prepared porous Co_3O_4 is in-situ reduced to metallic Co, which functions as an active catalyst, reducing the kinetic barriers and lowering the dehydrogenation temperatures of the LiBH_4-2LiNH_2 system.
