1Responses of Patients with Disorders of Consciousness to Habit Stimulation:A Quantitative EEG Study显示文摘Whether habit stimulation is effective in DOC patient arousal has not been reported. In this paper, we analyzed the responses of DOC patients to habit stimulation. Nineteen DOC patients with alcohol consumption or smoking habits were recruited and 64-channel EEG signals were acquired both at the resting state and at three stimulation states. Wavelet transformation and nonlinear dynamics were used to extract the features of EEG signals and four brain lobes were selected to investigate the degree of EEG response to habit stimulation. Results showed that the highest degree of EEG response was from the callname stimulation, followed by habit and music stimulations. Significant differences in EEG wavelet energy and response coefficient were found both between habit and music stimulation, and between habit and call-name stimulation. 2中国南亚热带土壤易分解有机碳和水稳性团聚体对造林的响应显示文摘造林被认为可以提高土壤碳稳定性并促进土壤碳累积。然而,实验结果差异很大,造林在提高土壤碳稳定性方面的作用仍存在争议。因此,在森林生态系统中不同土壤碳库对造林如何响应目前尚不清楚。基于此,本文对亚热带地区的尾叶桉林(Eucalyptus urophylla)、厚荚相思林(Acacia crassicarpa)、红锥林(Castanopsis hystrix)、10树种混交林和自然恢复草坡等5种不同林型的土壤碳组分进行了研究,评估其不同土层(0–10、10–20、20–40和40–60 cm)中的土壤易分解有机碳(容易被高锰酸钾氧化的有机碳ROC和土壤可溶性有机碳DOC)及土壤团聚体相关的碳对造林的响应。实验结果表明,造林(与自然恢复草坡比较)和林型并没有显著影响土壤ROC浓度,而自然恢复草坡土壤的DOC浓度在4个土层中均最高。0–10 cm土层中各径级的土壤团聚体其碳(C)浓度均是红锥林最高。此外,在任一土层中,林型对不同径级土壤水稳性团聚体比例的影响均不显著。但是土壤深度显著改变土壤团聚体的分布,0–20 cm土层主要为>0.25 mm粒径的团聚体,20–60 cm土层则是0.053–2 mm粒径的团聚体占主导。这些结果显示造林和林型影响土壤DOC和团聚体C,而且它们相比于ROC对造林的响应更为敏感。研究发现,与自然恢复相比,人工林降低了土壤DOC浓度,暗示它可能会减少土壤C的淋溶损失。此外,红锥林能够通过物理保护提高表土层中土壤碳的稳定性。本研究为关注土壤碳汇功能时的中国南亚热带地区造林树种选择提供了有价值的信息。Yuanqi Chen Yu Zhang Shiqin Yu Feng Li Suping Liu Lixia Zhou Shenglei Fu 2021Journal of Plant Ecology2021,14,2:2
3Calculation of depth to detachment and its significance in the Kuqa Depression:A discussion显示文摘We analyze the excess area and depth to detachment method developed by Epard and Groshong(1993),and apply it to the sand box model of Ge et al(2004) to illustrate that inadequate consideration will affect the calculation of true depth to detachment.Using the data of Yu et al(2006) to fit linear regression lines,we obtain the depths to detachment of Kela-2,Misikantage anticline and Dongqiu-8 structures,115.74km,14.17km,and 75.48km below the reference level(Cretaceous bottom) respectively with the excess area intercept equal to zero.However,the calculation results of depth to detachment in Yu et al(2006) are based on excess area intercept unequal to zero.Li Shiqin Feng Lei Tang Pengcheng Rao Gang Bao Yahong 2009Petroleum Science2009,6,1:2

5Bamboo-inspired cell-scale assembly for energy device applications显示文摘Rapid advances in flexible and wearable smart textiles demand low-cost,high-energy/power-density fiber-shaped supercapacitors(FSCs).The performance of FSCs is determined by the fabrication and assembly of fiber-shaped electrodes(FSEs),where an active charge-storage material is always clad around flexible charge transmission current collectors.Inspired by the tissue structure of natural bamboo,wherein parenchyma cells(PCs)that store nutrients are clad around bamboo fibers(BFs),we propose a strategy for converting bamboo cells into FSEs using conductive BFs and activated PCs as current collectors and active materials,respectively.The assembled electrode has a high specific capacitance of 1454 mF cm^(−2) at 0.64 mA cm^(−2).A solid-state FSC with a pair of bamboo-structured electrodes exhibited a substantially high energy density.Its mechanical flexibility enabled the knitting of wearable wristbands to drive ultra-small voltmeter indicators.This lightweight,low cost,and high-energy-density bamboostructured FSC could enable numerous smart textile applications.Qiuqin Lin Runan Gao Daohao Li Yun Lu Shiqin Liu Yanglun Yu Yuxiang Huang Wenji Yu 2022npj Flexible Electronics2022,6,1:1

8Genomic analysis,trajectory tracking,and field surveys reveal sources and long-distance dispersal routes of wheat stripe rust pathogen in China显示文摘Identifying sources of phytopathogen inoculum and determining their contributions to disease outbreaks are essential for predicting disease development and establishing control strategies.Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici(Pst),the causal agent of wheat stripe rust,is an airborne fungal pathogen with rapid virulence variation that threatens wheat production through its long-distance migration.Because of wide variation in geographic features,climatic conditions,and wheat production systems,Pst sources and related dispersal routes in China are largely unclear.In the present study,we performed genomic analyses of 154 Pst isolates from all major wheat-growing regions in China to determine Pst population structure and diversity.Through trajectory tracking,historical migration studies,genetic introgression analyses,and field surveys,we investigated Pst sources and their contributions to wheat stripe rust epidemics.We identified Longnan,the Himalayan region,and the Guizhou Plateau,which contain the highest population genetic diversities,as the Pst sources in China.Pst from Longnan disseminates mainly to eastern Liupan Mountain,the Sichuan Basin,and eastern Qinghai;that from the Himalayan region spreads mainly to the Sichuan Basin and eastern Qinghai;and that from the Guizhou Plateau migrates mainly to the Sichuan Basin and the Central Plain.These findings improve our current understanding of wheat stripe rust epidemics in China and emphasize the need for managing stripe rust on a national scale.Yuxiang Li Jichen Dai Taixue Zhang Baotong Wang Siyue Zhang Conghao Wang Jiguang Zhang Qiang Yao Mingju Li Chengyun Li Yuelin Peng Shiqin Cao Gangming Zhan Fei Tao Haifeng Gao Weili Huang Xiaojun Feng Yingwen Bai Zhuoma Qucuo Hongsheng Shang Chong Huang Wancai Liu Jiasui Zhan Xiangming Xu Xianming Chen Zhensheng Kang Xiaoping Hu 2023Plant Communications2023,4,4:1
9Mechanical Properties and Microcosmic Properties of Self-Compacting Concrete Modified by Compound Admixtures显示文摘It has become a research hotspot to explore raw material substitutes of concrete.It is important to research the mechanical properties of self-compacting concrete(SCC)with slag powder(SP)and rubber particle(RP)replacing cement and coarse aggregate,respectively.12 kinds of composite modified self-compacting concrete(CMSCC)specimens were prepared by using 10%,20%and 30%SP and 30%,40%,50%and 60%RP.The rheological properties,mechanical properties and microstructure of the CMSCC were investigated.Results indicate that the workability,compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of CMSCC prepared by 20%SP and less than 40%RP are improved.In order to maximize the utilization of waste materials,20%SP and 40%RP can be used as the optimal ratio of the combined modifier.The microstructure shows that the addition of proper amount of SP is conducive to the formation of increasingly more uniform C-S-H gel.C-SH gel can fill the internal pores of the sample and enhance the adhesion between the aggregate,thus improving the mechanical properties of CMSCC.RP has a rougher surface and lower density and stiffness,which inhibits the workability and mechanical properties of CMSCC.The above research results have important theoretical and practical significance for the selection of raw materials of self-compacting concrete and the rational use of industrial wastes.Song Yang Bing Qi Zubin Ai Zhensheng Cao Shiqin He Lijun Li 2022Journal of Renewable Materials2022,10,4:1
10Face stability analysis of a shield tunnel excavated along inclined strata显示文摘The horizontally layered or even inclined strata are often encountered in practical shield tunneling.The influence of inclined strata on face stability of shield tunnels is not fully investigated by the existing studies.This paper adopts both theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to carry out research on face stability in inclined strata.The spatial discretization technique is adopted to construct a threedimensional(3D)kinematic failure mechanism considering intersection between inclined soil interface and tunnel face.An analytical solution for critical support pressure is obtained.Besides,the critical support pressure and 3D kinematic mechanism are compared with numerical results to verify accuracy and effectiveness of analytical model.The influences of dip and position of inclined strata on face stability are thoroughly studied.The proposed failure mechanism can serve as a reference for face stability analysis in inclined strata.Wei Li Chengping Zhang Shiqin Tu Wen Chen Mengshuo Ma 2023Underground Space2023,,6:0
11Structural and antioxidative properties of royal jelly protein by partial enzymatic hydrolysis显示文摘The objective of this study was to investigate the structural and antioxidative properties of royal jelly protein(RJP)at different degrees of hydrolysis(DH)by partial enzymatic hydrolysis. RJP was hydrolyzed by alcalase for 0 min, 15 min, 1 h, 5 h and 8 h to obtain hydrolysates at DH of 5.34%, 11.65%, 15.19%, 21.38% and 23.91%, respectively. With the increased DH, the RJP hydrolysates showed elevated antioxidative activities. The molecular weight of RJP hydrolysates was significantly decreased but their primary backbone kept unchanged. Analysis of circular dichroism spectra revealed that the enzymolysis reduced the content of α-helix but increased the contents of β-sheet, β-turn and random coil. Meanwhile, the surface hydrophobicity and fluorescence intensity of RJP hydrolysates were decreased and a red shift occurred. As the enzymolysis continued, the surface morphology of RJP was gradually changed from a sheet-like structure into microparticles. Changes in antioxidative activities and structures generally followed a DH-dependent manner, however these changes became insignificant for samples at DH beyond 20%. 12Engineering Saccharomyces cerevisiae for enhanced(–)-α-bisabolol production显示文摘(–)-α-Bisabolol is naturally occurring in many plants and has great potential in health products and pharma-ceuticals.However,the current extraction method from natural plants is unsustainable and cannot fulfil the increasing requirement.This study aimed to develop a sustainable strategy to enhance the biosynthesis of(–)-α-bisabolol by metabolic engineering.By introducing the heterologous gene MrBBS and weakening the competitive pathway gene ERG9,a de novo(–)-α-bisabolol biosynthesis strain was constructed that could produce 221.96 mg/L(–)-α-bisabolol.Two key genes for(–)-α-bisabolol biosynthesis,ERG20 and MrBBS,were fused by a flexible linker(GGGS)3 under the GAL7 promoter control,and the titer was increased by 2.9-fold.Optimization of the mevalonic acid pathway and multi-copy integration further increased(–)-α-bisabolol production.To promote product efflux,overexpression of PDR15 led to an increase in extracellular production.Combined with the optimal strategy,(–)-α-bisabolol production in a 5 L bioreactor reached 7.02 g/L,which is the highest titer reported in yeast to date.This work provides a reference for the efficient production of(–)-α-bisabolol in yeast.Yinkun Jiang Lu Xia Song Gao Ning Li Shiqin Yu Jingwen Zhou 2023Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology2023,8,2:0
13Engineering caveolin-mediated endocytosis in Saccharomyces cerevisiae显示文摘As a potential substitute for fatty acids,common low-cost oils could be used to produce acetyl-CoA derivatives,which meet the needs of low-cost industrial production.However,oils are hydrophobic macromolecules and cannot be directly transported into cells.In this study,caveolin was expressed in Saccharomyces cerevisiae to absorb exogenous oils.The expression of caveolin fused with green fluorescent protein showed that caveolin mediated the formation of microvesicles in S.cerevisiae and the addition of 5,6-carboxyfluorescein showed that caveolae had the ability to transport exogenous substances into cells.The intracellular and extracellular triacylglycerol levels were then detected after the addition of soybean oil pre-stained with Nile Red,which proved that caveolae had the ability to absorb the exogenous oils.Lastly,caveolin for oils absorption and lipase from Bacillus pumilus for oil hydrolysis were co-expressed in the naringenin-producing Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain,resulting in naringenin production increasing from 222 mg/g DCW(dry cell weight)(231 mg/L)to 269 mg/g DCW(241 mg/L).These results suggested that the caveolin-mediated transporter independent oil transport system would provide a promising strategy for the transport of hydrophobic substrates.Qian Zhang Ning Li Yunbin Lyv Shiqin Yu Jingwen Zhou 2022Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology2022,7,4:0
14Enhanced production of L-sorbose by systematic engineering of dehydrogenases in Gluconobacter oxydans显示文摘L-Sorbose is an essential intermediate for the industrial production of vitamin C(L-ascorbic acid).However,the formation of fructose and some unknown by-products significantly reduces the conversion ratio of D-sorbitol to L-sorbose.This study aimed to identify the key D-sorbitol dehydrogenases in Gluconobacter oxydans WSH-003 by gene knockout.Then,a total of 38 dehydrogenases were knocked out in G.oxydans WSH-003,and 23 dehydrogenase-deficient strains could increase L-sorbose production.G.oxydans-30,wherein a pyrroloquinoline quinone-dependent glucose dehydrogenase was deleted,showed a significant reduction of a by-product with the extension of fermentation time.In addition,the highest conversion ratio of 99.60%was achieved in G.oxydans MD-16,in which 16 different types of dehydrogenases were inactivated consecutively.Finally,the gene vhb encoding hemoglobin was introduced into the strain.The titer of L-sorbose was 298.61 g/L in a 5-L bioreactor.The results showed that the systematic engineering of dehydrogenase could significantly enhance the production of L-sorbose.Li Liu Yue Chen Shiqin Yu Jian Chen Jingwen Zhou 2022Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology2022,7,2:0
15Sedimentary elements,evolutions and controlling factors of the Miocene channel system:a case study of the deep-water Taranaki Basin in New Zealand显示文摘Deep-water channel systems are important petroleum reservoirs,and many have been discovered worldwide.Understanding deep-water channel sedimentary elements and evolution is helpful for deep-sea petroleum exploration and development.Based on high-resolution 3D seismic data,the Miocene channel system in the deep-water Taranaki Basin,New Zealand,was analyzed by using seismic interpretation techniques such as interlayer attribute extraction and strata slicing.The channel system was divided into five composite channels(CC-I to CC-V)according to four secondary level channel boundaries,and sedimentary elements such as channels,slump deposits,inner levees,mass transport deposits,and hemipelagic drape deposits were identified in the channel system.The morphological characteristics of several composite channels exhibited stark variances,and the overall morphology of the composite channels changed from relatively straight to highly sinuous to relatively straight.The evolution of the composite channels involved a gradual and repeated process of erosion and filling,and the composite channels could be divided into three evolutionary stages:initial erosion-filling,later erosion-filling(multistage),and channel abandonment.The middle Miocene channel system may have formed as a consequence of combined regional tectonic activity and global climatic change,and its intricate morphological alterations may have been influenced by the channel's ability to self-regulate and gravity flow properties.When studying the sedimentary evolution of a large-scale deep-water channel system in the Taranaki Basin during the Oligocene-Miocene,which transitioned from a passive margin to plate convergence,it can be understood how tectonic activity affected the channel and can also provide a theoretical reference for the evolution of the deepwater channels in areas with similar tectonic conversion environments around the world.Guangxu Wang Wei Wu Changsong Lin Quan Li Xiaoming Zhao Yongsheng Zhou Weiqing Liu Shiqin Liang 2023Acta Oceanologica Sinica2023,42,11:0
16Cortical thickness abnormalities in patients with first episode psychosis:a meta-analysis of psychoradiologic studies and replication in an independent sample显示文摘Background:Abnormalities of cortical thickness(CTh)in patients with their first episode psychosis(FEP)have been frequently reported,but findings are inconsistent.Objective:To define the most consistent CTh changes in patients with FEP by meta-analysis of publishedwholebrain studies.Methods:The meta-analysis used seed-based dmapping(SDM)software to obtain the most prominent regional CTh changes in FEP,and meta-regression analyses to explore the effects of demographics and clinical characteristics.The meta-analysis results were verified in an independent sample of 142 FEP patients and 142 age-and sex-matched healthy controls(HCs),using both a vertex-wise and a region of interest analysis,with multiple comparisons correction.Results:The meta-analysis identified lower CTh in the rightmiddle temporal cortex(MTC)extending to superior temporal cortex(STC),insula,and anterior cingulate cortex(ACC)in FEP compared with HCs.No significant correlations were identified between CTh alterations and demographic or clinical variables.These results were replicated in the independent dataset analysis.Conclusion:This study identifies a robust pattern of cortical abnormalities in FEP and extends understanding of gray matter abnormalities and pathological mechanisms in FEP.Keren Wen Youjin Zhao Qiyong Gong Ziyu Zhu Qian Li Nanfang Pan Shiqin Fu Joaquim Radua Eduard Vieta Poornima Kumar Graham J.Kemp Bharat B.Biswal 2021Psychoradiology2021,1,4:0
