2Implementation of regional Acute Stroke Care Map increases thrombolysis rates for acute ischaemic stroke in Chinese urban area in only 3 months显示文摘Background The rate of intravenous thrombolysis for acute ischaemic stroke remains low in China.We investigated whether the implementation of a citywide Acute Stroke Care Map(ASCaM)is associated with an improvement of acute stroke care quality in a Chinese urban area.Methods The ASCaM comprises 10 improvement strategies and has been implemented through a network consisting of 20 tertiary hospitals.We identified 7827 patients with ischaemic stroke admitted from April to October 2017,and 506 patients underwent thrombolysis were finally included for analysis.Results Compared with‘pre-ASCaM period’,we observed an increased rate of administration of tissue plasminogen activator within 4.5 hours(65.4% vs 54.5%;adjusted OR,1.724;95% CI 1.21 to 2.45;p=0.003)during‘ASCaM period’.In multivariate analysis models,‘ASCaM period’was associated with a significant reduction in onset-to door time(114.1±55.7 vs 135.7±58.4 min,p=0.0002)and onset-to needle time(ONT)(169.2±58.1 vs 195.6±59.3 min,p<0.0001).Yet no change was found in door-to needle time.Clinical outcomes such as symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage,favourable functional outcome(modified Rankin Scale≤2)and in-hospital mortality remained unchanged.Conclusion The implementation of ASCaM was significantly associated with increased rates of intravenous thrombolysis and shorter ONT.The ASCaM may,in proof-of principle,serve as a model to reduce treatment delay and increase thrombolysis rates in Chinese urban areas and possibly other highly populated Asian regions.Yi Sui Jianfeng Luo Chunyao Dong Liqiang Zheng Weijin Zhao Yao Zhang Ying Xian Huaguang Zheng Bernard Yan Mark Parsons Li Ren Ying Xiao Haoyue Zhu Lijie Ren Qi Fang Yi Yang Weidong Liu Bing Xu 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,1:4
3The mechanism of nucleation of hydrogen blister in metals显示文摘The nucleating, growing and cracking of hydrogen blister have been investigated experimentally and theoretically. The results show that atomic hydrogen induces superabundant vacancies in metals. The superabundant vacancies and hydrogen aggregate into a hydrogen-vacancy cluster (microcavity). The hydrogen atoms in the microcavity become hydrogen molecules which can stabilize the cluster. And the hydrogen blister nucleates. With the entry of vacancies and hydrogen atoms, the blister nucleus grows and the pressure in the cavity increases. 4Key Recovery Against 3DES in CPU Smart Card Based on Improved Correlation Power Analysis显示文摘The security of CPU smart cards,which are widely used throughout China,is currently being threatened by side-channel analysis.Typical countermeasures to side-channel analysis involve adding noise and filtering the power consumption signal.In this paper,we integrate appropriate preprocessing methods with an improved attack strategy to generate a key recovery solution to the shortcomings of these countermeasures.Our proposed attack strategy improves the attack result by combining information leaked from two adjacent clock cycles.Using our laboratory-based power analysis system,we verified the proposed key recovery solution by performing a successful correlation power analysis on a Triple Data Encryption Standard(3DES)hardware module in a real-life 32-bit CPU smart card.All 112 key bits of the 3DES were recovered with about 80 000 power traces.Yanting Ren Liji Wu Hexin Li Xiangyu Li Xiangmin Zhang An Wang Hongyi Chen 2016Tsinghua Science and Technology2016,21,2:3
5Is male condition corrected with song features in Dusky Warblers(Phylloscopus fuscatus)显示文摘Background: Birdsong is an important form of communication that plays an important role in territorial defense and mate attraction by conveying valuable information. While body-size and song frequency are often negatively correlated among species, this relationship is only found in a few songbirds. Previous studies on the Dusky Warbler (Phylloscopus fuscatus) found that there was a positive correlation between tarsus length and peak frequency. And heavier male Dusky Warblers possess better territories and obtain more opportunities for mating;body condition may be related to reproduction of birds, so females may choose heavier mates or better body condition based on the singing characteristics of males. Methods: We recorded spontaneous song and measured morphology of 33 male Dusky Warblers in Saihanba Forest Farm area between July 5 and August 10, 2015. We chose body weight as an indicator of body size and defined body condition as residuals from a linear regression between body weight and tarsus length. Frist, we used Pearson correlation to analyze whether date and time of day were correlated with weight, and then we used linear regression to analyze whether sound features could indicate the body weight and body condition. We call body weight and body condition the male condition. Results: We found no effect of date and time of day on weight, and we showed a correlation between the male condition and song features in the small songbird, Dusky Warbler. Maximum trill quality and maximum peak frequency of songs were negatively related to male condition;the mean number of syllables of songs and maximum high frequency of songs were positively correlated with body weight and body condition. Conclusions: In the small songbird, Dusky Warbler, four song parameters, including maximum trill quality, mean number of syllables of songs, maximum peak frequency of songs, maximum high frequency of songs, significantly predicted male condition change of which the most important song characteristic for male condition was maximum trill quality. 7Ginger-indirect moxibustion plus acupuncture versus acupuncture alone for chronic fatigue syndrome:a randomized controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To assess the efficacy and safety of gingerindirect moxibustion for chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS).METHODS:In this central randomized,controlled trial,290 CFS participants were recruited and randomly allocated to group A(ginger-indirect moxibustion plus acupuncture)or group B(acupuncture alone).The study consisted of a treatment period of 8 weeks with a total of 24 treatments(3 sessions per week,every other day),and a follow-up period of 12 weeks.The outcome was measured by Fatigue Severity Scale(FSS),Psychological Health Report(SPHERE),the Self-rating depression scale(SDS)and the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)at baseline,2,4,6,8,12 and 20 weeks.RESULTS:With the treatment undergoing,the changes of FSS,SPHERE,SDS and HAMA scores in both groups increased gradually,and the effect maintained at the 12th week.Between groups,significantly higher score changes were seen in group A in FSS after 4 weeks treatment(11.94 vs 9.12,95%CI:0.94,4.7)and in SPHERE after 2 weeks treatment(3.7 vs 2.27,95%CI:0.56,2.31).But for SDS and HAMA,the improvement did not differ significantly between groups.No severe adverse events were reported.CONCLUSION:Ginger-indirect moxibustion is a safe and effective intervention to relieve fatigue and accompanying physical symptoms of CFS.MA Tingting WU Jie YANG Lijie FENG Fen YANG Huilin ZHANG Jinhua ZHONG Yanjin NING Qing HUANG Lirong LIN Youbing YAN Jue CHEN Guiquan HOU Tianshu WANG Li REN Yuanfang TAN Jing 2022Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2022,42,2:2
8Initiating,growing and cracking of hydrogen blisters显示文摘The growing process of a hydrogen blister in a wheel steel was observed in situ with an optical microscope, and the fracture surfaces formed from broken blisters on a wheel steel and bulk metallic glass were investigated. The initiating, growing, cracking and breaking of hydrogen blis-ters are as follows. Supersaturated vacancies can increase greatly during charging and gather together into a vacancy cluster (small cavity). Hydrogen atoms become hydrogen molecules in the vacancy cluster and hydrogen molecules can stabilize the vacancy cluster. The small cavity becomes the nucleus of hydrogen blister. The blister will grow with enter-ing of vacancies and hydrogen atoms. With increasing hy-drogen pressure, plastic deformation occurs first, the hydro-gen blister near the surface extrudes, and then cracks initiate along the wall of the blister with further increasing hydrogen pressure. 9Morbidity Analysis of the Notifiable Infectious Diseases in China,2018显示文摘Introduction Notifiable infectious disease surveillance is important for understanding the trends in morbidity for certain diseases,especially detection of acute infectious disease outbreaks and changing epidemiology.A web-based reporting system was deployed in January 2004,which has improved data collection and speed tremendously.This report provides an updated analysis for reports published in 2013 and 2015.Methods Data from the National Notifiable Disease Reporting System(NNDRS)was used.The NNRDS shows data from 39 notifiable diseases split into three categories(A,B,and C)based on severity and importance.A descriptive analysis was conducted to analyze the morbidity of notifiable diseases in China.Results In 2018,the morbidity of national notifiable diseases was 559.41 per 100,000 population,an increase of 12.88% compared with the average of 2015–2017.The proportion of laboratory confirmed cases was 36.22%,which decreased 4.03% compared with the average of that in the recent three years.Diseases transmitted by direct contact/fecal–oral transmission accounted for the largest proportion,49.37% of the total reported cases,followed by the respiratory transmitted diseases,blood-borne/sexually transmitted diseases,and the zoonotic and vectorborne diseases with a proportion of 25.18%,24.60%,and 0.85%,respectively.Pathogenic descriptive analysis showed that the viral-infected cases accounted for 73.78% of the totals,followed by the bacterialinfected and parasitic diseases.Conclusion The national morbidity of notifiable infectious diseases showed increases in 2018,mostly due to higher morbidity of category C diseases,such as HFMD,infectious diarrhea,and influenza,and these diseases need to be further prioritized in disease control and prevention efforts.Laboratory confirmed cases remain low and need to be improved to improve data quality.Shuaibing Dong Xiang Ren Cuihong Zhang Mengjie Geng Yuliang Zhu Lusha Shi Lijie Zhang Zhongjie Li Liping Wang 2019China CDC weekly2019,1,4:2

18Cooperative control of perpendicular magnetic anisotropy via crystal structure and orientation in freestanding SrRuO_(3)membranes显示文摘Flexible magnetic materials with robust and controllable perpendicular magnetic anisotropy(PMA)are highly desirable for developing flexible high-performance spintronic devices.However,it is still challenge to fabricate PMA films on polymers directly.Here,we report a facile method for synthesizing single-crystal freestanding SrRuO_(3) membranes with controlled crystal structure and orientation using water-soluble Ca_(3-x)Sr_(x)Al_(2)O_(3)6 sacrificial layers.Through cooperative effect of crystal structure and orientation,flexible membranes reveal highly tunable magnetic anisotropy from in-plane to out-of-plane with a remarkable PMA energy of 7×10^(6) erg·cm^(−3).First-principle calculations reveal that the underlying mechanism of PMA modulation is intimately correlated with structure-controlled Ru 4d-orbital occupation,as well as spin-orbital matrix element differences,dependent on the crystal orientation.In addition,even after 10,000 bending cycles,the PMA keeps stable,indicating a robust magnetism reliability in the prepared films.This work provides a feasible approach to prepare the flexible oxide films with strong and controllable PMA.Zengxing Lu Yongjie Yang Lijie Wen Jiatai Feng Bin Lao Xuan Zheng Sheng Li Kenan Zhao Bingshan Cao Zeliang Ren Dongsheng Song Haifeng Du Yuanyuan Guo Zhicheng Zhong Xianfeng Hao Zhiming Wang Run-Wei Li 2022npj Flexible Electronics2022,6,1:0
19Hierarchically Porous and Defective Carbon Fiber Cathode for Efficient Zn‑Air Batteries and Microbial Fuel Cells显示文摘Developing low-cost,efficient oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)catalysts to replace Pt-based materials is urgently required for the application of Zn-air batteries(ZABs)and microbial fuel cells(MFCs).In this work,meso-microporous carbon fibers with tunable defect density were synthesized by carrageenan fibers.A highly defective carbon fiber(HDCFs)was produced which exhibited an outstanding ORR catalytic activity,reaching to the half-wave potential of 0.841 and 0.44 V in alkaline and neutral electrolytes,respectively.These HDCFs can also act as highly efficient air cathodes for ZABs(delivered potential of 0.69 V and power density of 220 mW cm^(–2) at 300 mA cm^(–2))and MFCs(high power density of 69.7 mW cm^(–2)).Simulation by the density functional theory indicated that a high density of defections in a carbon based framework can remarkably modulate the electrical properties.For instance the charge entrapments in the carbon active sites may reduce the energy barrier of ORR.Daohao Li Xiaojing Long Yaqian Wu Huijie Hou Xueyao Wang Jun Ren Lijie Zhang Dongjiang Yang Yanzhi Xia 2022Advanced Fiber Materials2022,4,4:0
20Enhancement of CH_(3)CO^(*) adsorption by editing d-orbital states of Pd to boost C–C bond cleavage of ethanol eletrooxidation显示文摘Improving the complete ethanol electrooxidation on Pd-based catalysts in alkaline media has drawn widely attention due to the high mass energy density.However,the weak adsorption energy of CH_(3)CO^(*) on Pd restricts the C–C bond cleavage.Inspired by the molecular orbital theory,we proposed the d-state-editing strategy to construct more unoccupied d-states of Pd for the enhanced interaction with CH_(3)CO^(*) to break C–C bonds.As expected,the reduced number of e_g electrons and more unoccupied d-states of Pd successfully formed on as-prepared porous Rh Au–Pd Cu nanosheets(PNSs).Theoretical calculations show that the optimized d-states of Rh Au–Pd Cu PNS can effectively improve the adsorption of CH_(3)CO^(*) and drastically reduce the energy barrier of C–C bond cleavage,thus boosting the complete oxidation of ethanol.The charge ratio of C_1 pathway on Rh Au–Pd Cu PNSs is 51.5%,more than 2 times higher than that of Pd NSs.Our finding provides an innovative perspective for the design of highly-efficient noble-based electrocatalysts.Yuchen Qin Fengqi Wang Pei Liu Jinyu Ye Qian Wang Yao Wang Guangce Jiang Lijie Liu Pengfang Zhang Xiaobiao Liu Xin Zheng Yunlai Ren Junjun Li Zhicheng Zhang 2024Science China Chemistry2024,67,2:0
