1Petrogenesis of highly fractionated I-type granites in the Zayu area of eastern Gangdese, Tibet: Constraints from zircon U-Pb geochronology, geochemistry and Sr-Nd-Hf isotopes显示文摘The Cretaceous granitoids in the middle and northern Gangdese, Tibet are generally interpreted as the products of anatexis of thickened deep crust genetically associated with the Lhasa-Qiangtang collision. This paper reports bulk-rock major element, trace element and Sr-Nd isotopic data, zircon U-Pb age data, and zircon Hf isotopic data on the Zayu pluton in eastern Gangdese, Tibet. These data shed new light on the petrogenesis of the pluton. Our SHRIMP zircon U-Pb age dates, along with LA-ICPMS zircon U-Pb age dates recently reported in the literature, indicate that the Zayu pluton was emplaced at about 130 Ma, coeval with Early Cretaceous magmatic rocks in other areas of eastern Gangdese (e.g., Rawu, Baxoi areas) and the Middle Gangdese. The Zayu pluton samples lack amphibole and muscovite, and are compositionally characterized by high SiO2 (69.9%―76.8%), K2O (4.4%―5.7%), and low P2O5 (0.05%―0.12%). These samples also have A/CNK values of 1.00-1.05, and are enriched in Rb, Th, U, and Pb, and depleted in Ba, Nb, Ta, Sr, P, Ti, and Eu. These geochemical features suggest that the Zayu pluton samples are metaluminous to slightly peraluminous and are of highly fractionated I-type granite. The Zayu pluton samples have high εNd(t) values (-10.9--7.6) and low initial 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7120- 0.7179) relative to melts derived from mature continental crust in the Gangdese (e.g., Ningzhong Early Jurassic strongly peraluminous granite). The Zayu pluton samples are heterogeneous in zircon εHf(t) values (-12.8--2.9), yielding ancient zircon Hf crustal model ages of 1.4―2.0 Ga. The data obtained in this study together with the data in the recent literature suggest that the Early Cretaceous granitoids in eastern Gangdese represent the eastward extension of the Early Cretaceous magmatism in the middle Gangdese, and that the Lhasa micro-continent block with ancient basement may extend for ~2000 km from east to west. Zircon Hf isotopic data and bulk-rock zircon saturation temperature (789-821℃) indicate that mantle-derived materials likely played a role in the generation of the Zayu pluton. We propose that the Zayu pluton was most likely generated in a setting associated with southward sub- duction of the Bangong-Nujiang ocean floor, where mantle wedge-derived magmas may have providedthe heat and material for the anatexis of ancient crust of the Lhasa micro-continent, resulted in hybrid melts (i.e., mantle-derived basaltic magmas + crust-derived felsic magmas). 3Accuracy assessments and uncertainty analysis of spatially explicit modeling for land use/cover change and urbanization:A case in Beijing metropolitan area显示文摘Spatially explicit modeling plays a vital role in land use/cover change and urbanization research as well as resources management;however,current models lack proper validation and fail to incorporate uncertainty into the formulation of model predictions.Consequently,policy makers and the general public may develop opinions based on potentially misleading research,which fails to allow for truly informed decisions.Here we use an uncertainty strategy of spatially explicit modeling combined with the series statistic of Kappa index for location and quantity to estimate the uncertainty of future predications and to determine model accuracy.We take the Beijing metropolitan area as an example to demonstrate the uncertainty in extrapolations of predictive land use change and urban sprawl with spatially explicit modeling at multiple resolutions.The sensitivity of scale effects is also discussed.The results show that an improvement in specification of location is more helpful in increasing accuracy as compared to an improvement in the specification of quantity at fine spatial resolutions.However,the spatial scale has great effects on modeling accuracy and correct due to chance tends to increase as resolution becomes coarser.The results allow us to understand the uncertainty when using spatially explicit models for land-use change or urbanization estimates.ZHANG Jie ZHOU YinKang LI RenQiang ZHOU ZhaoJun ZHANG LiQuan SHI QingDong PAN XiaoLing 2010Science China Earth Sciences2010,53,2:8
4Virtual simulation analysis and verification of seed-filling mechanism for dipper hill-drop precision direct rice seeder显示文摘In order to improve the seeder’seed-filling ability of the dipper hill-drop precision direct rice seeder,and to meet the mechanization requirement of high speed operation,the self-designed seeder was taken as the objective to explore its seed-filling mechanism and the movement status of rice seed in seed box from the perspective of mechanics.The force models of seed-filling process by dipper were established,and the influential regularity of its rotation speed to compressive resistance of seed population was analyzed as well.The image processing Module-Clipping of discrete element simulation software EDEM was used in the virtual simulation analysis for the process of the seed filling into the dipper,and the velocity relation curve and the force changing curve between rotation speed and seeds were obtained.According to the virtual experiment,the composite filling force of seeds,i.e.the qualified rate on filled rice seed amounts was the largest when rotation speed was at 40 r/min.The performance test bed of seeder was used to verify the simulation results,in which the qualified rate on scooped rice seed amounts was taken as the index,and six rotation speeds of seed-filling dipper were also selected for analysis of seed-filling ability of the device.The results are as follows:with the increase of working speed,the qualified rate on filled rice seed amounts fluctuated with a trend of cosine curve,the largest value was 94.16%occurred when the rotation speed of seed-filling dipper was at 40 r/min.The variation trend of simulation value was approximately consistent with that of verification value.The study can provide a reference for the research and development of mechanical seeder.Wang Jinwu Zhou Wenqi Tian Liquan Li Shuwei Zhang Zhao 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,6:7
5Microjet flow control in an ultra-compact serpentine inlet显示文摘Microjets are used to control the internal flow to improve the performance of an ultra-compact serpentine inlet. A highly offset serpentine inlet with length-to-diameter ratio of2.5 is designed and static tests are conducted to analyze the internal flow characteristics in terms of pressure recovery, distortion and flow separation. Flow separation is encountered in the second S-turn, and two strong counter-rotating vortices are formed at the aerodynamic interface plane(AIP) face which occupy a quarter of the outlet area and result in severe pressure loss and distortion. A flow control model employing a row of microjets in the second turn is designed based on the internal flow characteristics and simplified CFD simulations. Flow control tests are conducted to verify the control effectiveness and understand the characteristics as a function of inlet throat Mach number, injection mass flow ratio, jet Mach number and momentum coefficient. At all test Mach numbers, microjet flow control(MFC) effectively improves the recovery and reduces the distortion intensity. Between inlet throat Mach number 0.2 and 0.5, the strong flow separation in the second S-turn is suppressed at an optimum jet flow ratio of less than 0.65%, resulting in a maximum improvement of 4% for pressure recovery coefficient and a maximum decrease of75% for circumferential distortion intensity at cruise. However, in order to suppress the flow separation, the injection rate should retain in an effective range. When the injection rate is higher than this range, the flow is degraded and the distortion contour is changed from 90° circumferential distortion pattern to 180° circumferential distortion pattern. 7Large Scale One-Pot Synthesis of Monodispersed Na_(3)(VOPO_(4))_(2)F Cathode for Na-Ion Batteries显示文摘Na-ion batteries(NIBs)have received significant interest as potential candidates for large-scale energy storage owing to the widespread distribution of sodium and superior low-temperature performance.However,their commercial application is usually hindered by the high production cost and inadequate performance for electrode materials,particularly for cathodes.Na_(3)(VOPO_(4))_(2)F(NVOPF)has been recognized as one of the most promising cathodes for high-energy NIBs owing to the high working voltage and energy density.Here,we report a facile highly efficient room-temperature solution protocol for large-scale synthesis of NVOPF cathode for NIBs.By simply regulating pH,NVOPF can be obtained,which delivered a discharge capacity of 120.2 mAh g^(-1) at 0.1 C and 72%capacity retention over 8000 cycles at 25 C.Besides,the kilogram-level NVOPF products have been synthesized,and 26650 cylindrical cells were fabricated,which exhibit excellent cycling stabilities,remarkable lowtemperature performance with comparable safety features.We hope our findings could provide insights on the industrial application of NVOPF in NIBs.Qiangqiang Zhang Xing Shen Quan Zhou Kaixuan Li Feixiang Ding Yaxiang Lu Junmei Zhao Liquan Chen Yong-Sheng Hu 2022Energy Material Advances2022,,1:2
8Numerical Investigation of Transient Temperature Distribution during Ti-6Al-4V Selective Laser Melting显示文摘The transient temperature field in the powder bed has a crucial effect on the quality of parts fabricated using Selective Laser Melting(SLM). In this study, a finite element model is established regarding the variance of temperature-dependent thermal properties and transformation latent heat. The temperature distribution and melt pool dimensions of a laser scan track were obtained by varying multiple parameters(layer thickness, laser power and scan speed). The effects of transition of material state and heat source model are also analyzed in this paper. The finite element simulation results show that an increased laser power and/or decreased scan speed results in an elevated maximum temperature of the powder layer and a larger melt pool size. Furthermore, it is found that the maximum temperature is significantly lowered due to the heat diffusion into the previous sintered zone. 10Modification of NASICON Electrolyte and Its Application in Real Na-Ion Cells显示文摘The low ionic conductivity of solid-state electrolytes(SSEs)and the inferior interfacial reliability between SSEs and solid-state electrodes are two urgent challenges hindering the application of solid-state sodium batteries(SSSBs).Herein,sodium(Na)super ionic conductor(NASICON)-type SSEs with a nominal composition of Na_(3+2x)Zr_(2-x)MgxSi_(2)PO_(12) were synthesized using a facile two-step solid-state method,among which Na_(3.3)Zr_(1.85)Mg_(0.15)Si_(2)PO_(12)(x=0.15,NZSP-Mg_(0.15))showed the highest ionic conductivity of 3.54mS∙cm^(-1) at 25℃.By means of a thorough investigation,it was verified that the composition of the grain boundary plays a crucial role in determining the total ionic conductivity of NASICON.Furthermore,due to a lack of examination in the literature regarding whether NASICON can provide enough anodic electrochemical stability to enable high-voltage SSSBs,we first adopted a high-voltage Na_(3)(VOPO_(4))2F(NVOPF)cathode to verify its compatibility with the optimized NZSP-Mg_(0.15) SSE.By comparing the electrochemical performance of cells with different configurations(low-voltage cathode vs high-voltage cathode,liquid electrolytes vs SSEs),along with an X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy evaluation of the after-cycled NZSP-Mg_(0.15),it was demonstrated that the NASICON SSEs are not stable enough under high voltage,suggesting the importance of investigating the interface between the NASICON SSEs and high-voltage cathodes.Furthermore,by coating NZSP-Mg_(0.15) NASICON powder onto a polyethylene(PE)separator(PE@NASICON),a 2.42 A∙h non-aqueous Na-ion cell of carbon|PE@NASICON|NaNi_(2/9)Cu_(1/9)Fe_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_(2) was found to deliver an excellent cycling performance with an 88%capacity retention after 2000 cycles,thereby demonstrating the high reliability of SSEs with NASICON-coated separator.Qiangqiang Zhang Quan Zhou Yaxiang Lu Yuanjun Shao Yuruo Qi Xingguo Qi Guiming Zhong Yong Yang Liquan Chen Yong-Sheng Hu 2022Engineering2022,8,1:1

15Sublethal Irradiation Promotes Migration and Invasiveness of Prostate Cancer PC-3 Cells:Implications for Radiotherapy of Human Prostate Cancer显示文摘OBJECTIVE To study the changes in the matrix metalloproteinases-2 and 9(MMP2,MMP9)induced by 60Coγ-ray external irradiation of human prostate cancer PC-3 cells. METHODS Human prostate cancer PC-3 cells were irradiated with different doses of 60Coγ-rays.Cel migration and invasiveness were evalu- ated and the expression of MMP2,and MMP9 was investigated by RT-PCR, Western blotting and flow cytometry(FCM). RESULTS Irradiation enchances invasive protential at the doses of 1,3 and 5 Gy,whereas it significantly inhibits cell migration. 17Interfacial chemistry ofγ-glutamic acid-derived block polymer binder directing the interfacial compatibility of high voltage LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 electrode显示文摘LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4(LNMO)spinel is one of the most promising high voltage cathode candidates for lithium ion batteries(LIBs).However,owing to the instability for organic electrolytes at 5V high voltage,it exhibits continuous oxidation,leading to the formation of unstable interface and the notorious dissolution of transition metal,which prevents the successful commercialization of LNMO.Herein,on the basis of energy level simulation,we present a high voltage resistant binder shielding strategy to address the challenging interfacial issue of LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4cathode.Our strategy is to design a novel poly(γ-glutamic acid)-c-1H,1H,9H,9H-perfluoro-1,9-nonanediol(γ-PGFO)binder with superior transition metal chelating effect and well-matched energy level to guarantee fantastic interfacial compatibility.It is demonstrated that the dissolution of transition metal is significantly suppressed in the presence ofγ-PGFO binder,which excels in the literature.It is also noted that intramolecular hydrogen binding of the well-designed binder can generate powerful facial-contact binding,which is significant for a promising binder.By encapsulating this binder inside the cathode matrix,the Li Ni0.5Mn1.5O4electrode exhibits a capacity of 105.8 m Ah g^(-1)after 500cycles at 1 C with a capacity retention of 88.2%,which is significantly superior to that of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)/Li Ni0.5Mn1.5O4electrode(a capacity of 82.9 m Ah g^(-1)and a capacity retention of 63.4%).The overall Coulombic efficiency ofγ-PGFO/Li Ni0.5Mn1.5O4electrode is prominently improved to be 99.1%,compared with 95.5%of PVDF counterpart.The presented results demonstrate a promising strategy of amino acid-based binder with strong transition metal chelating capability for boosting the rapid development of high voltage lithium ion battery.Yue Ma Chengdong Wang Jun Ma Gaojie Xu Zheng Chen Xiaofan Du Shu Zhang Xinhong Zhou Guanglei Cui Liquan Chen 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,1:0

19Genome-Wide Identification and Expression Analysis of the Phytocyanin Gene Family in Nicotiana tabacum显示文摘Phytocyanin(PC)is a class of plant-specific blue copper proteins involved in electron transport,plant growth,development,and stress resistance.However,PC proteins have not been systematically evaluated in tobacco plants.We determined the whole-genome sequences of the PC family in the tobacco cultivar‘K326.’The transcriptome data were used to analyze the expression of the NtPC family at different development stages and tissue-specific genes.Real-time fluorescence quantitative analysis was used to analyze the expression of the NtPC gene family under low temperature and methyl jasmonate stress.The tobacco NtPC family contained 110 members and was divided into four subfamilies:early nodulin-like protein(NtENODL),uclacyanin-like protein,stellacyanin1-like protein,and plantacyanin-like protein.According to phylogenetic and structural analyses,the NtPC family could be divided into eight structural types.Fifty-three NtPCs were randomly distributed on 22 of 24 tobacco chromosomes.Collinearity analysis revealed 33 pairs of genes belonging to the NtPC family.Gene ontology analysis showed that the PC genes are components of the plasma membrane and may participate in plasma membrane-related functions.The NtPC family contained numerous elements related to hormonal and abiotic stress responses and was specifically expressed in the tobacco prosperous,maturation,and budding periods.Tissue-specific expression analysis showed that some genes were tissue specific.The expression of NtENODL58 and other genes was significantly induced by low-temperature and methyl jasmonate stress.Thus,the NtPC gene family plays an important role in plant stress response.Peiling Wang Xiaohong Xu Yong Li Hecui Zhang Xuejie Zhang Siru Zhou Yimei Liu Yunyan Feng Tonghong Zuo Liquan Zhu 2023Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2023,92,5:0
