| 1 | Zephyranthes-like Co2NiSe4 arrays grown on 3D porous carbon frame-work as electrodes for advanced supercapacitors and sodium-ion batteries显示文摘Developing suitable electrode materials for electrochemical energy storage devices by biomorph assisted design has become a fascinating topic due to the fantastic properties derived from bio-architectures.Herein,zephyranthes-like Co_(2)NiSe_(4)arrays grown on butterfly wings derived three-dimensional(3D)carbon framework(Z-Co_(2)NiSe_(4)/BWC)is fabricated via hydrothermal assembly and further conversion method.Benefiting from its unique structure and multi-components,the obtained Z-Co_(2)NiSe_(4)/BWC electrode for supercapacitor delivers an excellent specific capacitance of 2,280 F·g^(-1)at 1 A·g^(-1).Impressively,the constructed asymmetric supercapacitor using Co_(2)NiSe_(4)/BWC as positive electrode and activated butterfly wings carbon as negative electrode acquires a high energy density of 42.9 Wh·kg^(-1)at a power density of 800 W·kg^(-1)with robust stability of 94.6%capacitance retention at 10 A·g^(-1)after 5,000 cycles.Moreover,the Z-Co_(2)NiSe_(4)/BWC as anode for sodium-ion batteries exhibits a high specific capacity of 568 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1 A·g^(-1)and high cycling stability(maintaining 80.1%of the second cycle after 100 cycles).The outstanding electrochemical performances are ascribed to that the synergistic effect of bimetallic selenides and N-doped carbon improves electrochemical activities and conductivity.One-dimensional(1D)nanoneedles grown on 3D porous framework increase the exposure of redox-active sites,endow adequate transmission channels of electrons/ions,and guarantee stability of the electrode during charge/discharge processes.This study will shed light on the avenue towards extending such nanohybrids to excellent energy storage applications. | Yanchun Xue Xingmei Guo Mengrong Wu Jiale Chen Mengting Duan Jing Shi Junhao Zhang Fu Cao Yuanjun Liu Qinghong Kong | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,10: | 3 |

As a crucial component of network virtualization, virtual network embedding(VNE) can efficiently and effectively allocates the substrate resource to proposed virtual network requests. According to the optimization strategy, VNE approaches can be classified into three categories: exact, heuristic and meta-heuristic solution. The VNE exact solution is the foundation of its corresponding heuristic and meta-heuristic solutions. | 7 | Smart light-responsive hierarchical metal organic frameworks constructed mixed matrix membranes for efficient gas separation显示文摘One type of new light-responsive hierarchical metal organic framework(MOF) has been successfully prepared using Co(NO_(3))_(3)·6H_(2)O as the metal salt and 4,4’-azobenzenedicarboxylic acid as the ligand by microwave method for the first time. It is found that MOF [Co(Az DC)] exhibits a light-responsive characteristic to SO_(2)adsorption due to the presence of azo group from the ligand. The light-responsive hierarchical MOFs are incorporated into Matrimid■ 5218(PI) matrix to prepare mixed matrix membranes(MMMs) for gas separation application. The morphology, crystallinity, chain mobility and thermal stability of MMMs are explored. Results show that Co(Az DC) may elevate both the CO_(2)(SO_(2)) permeability and CO_(2)(SO_(2))/N_(2)selectivity of the MMMs. In particular,the Co(Az DC) doped MMMs exhibit the significantly improved CO_(2)(SO_(2))/N_(2)selectivity from 33(123) for PI control membrane to 78(420) for MMMs, overcoming the 2008 Robeson upper bound for CO_(2)/N_(2)system. Sizesieving effect of Co(Az DC) with pore size 0.35 nm enhances the selectivity, while the –N=N– group from Co(Az DC) shows affinity to CO_(2)molecular rather than N_(2), also elevating selectivity of MMMs. In brief, enhanced selectivity of high-performance membrane is attributed to incorporation of Co(Az DC) particles, which displays synergistic effects both in size-sieving and CO_(2)-philic interaction for CO_(2)/N_(2)separation. Smart highly selective interface is constructed in MMMs by switching the configuration of MOFs from cis to trans. | 9 | A self-guidance biological hybrid drug delivery system driven by anaerobes to inhibit the proliferation and metastasis of colon cancer显示文摘Colorectal cancer is often accompanied by multiple organ metastasis.Anaerobic Bifidobacterium Infantis(BI)bacterial can selectively grow in hypoxic colorectal tumor microenvironment(TME),to own the natural advantage of preferentially colorectal tumor targeting.Herein,a self-guidance biological hybrid drug delivery system(BI-ES-Fe Alg/DOX)based on BI was constructed to inhibit the proliferation and metastasis of colon cancer.Results demonstrated that BI-ES-Fe Alg/DOX could overcome physical barriers to target and accumulate in colon tumor tissues.Then DOX was released to kill tumor cells along with the phase transition(solid to liquid)of Fe Alg hydrogel,due to Fe3+was reduced to Fe^(2+)by intracellular GSH.Meanwhile,BI-ES selectively colonized into tumors and expressed endostatin(ES)protein to down-regulate VEGF and b FGF expression,exerting anti-angiogenic effect.Moreover,Fe Alg catalyzed H_(2)O_(2)in the local tumor to generate cytotoxic·OH,further enhancing the antitumor effect.The pharmacodynamic result in AOM/DSS model proved that BI-ES-Fe Alg/DOX had the best therapeutic effect,with the final V/V0of 2.19±0.57,which was significantly lower than the other groups.Meanwhile,on CT-26tumor-bearing model,it also showed an outstanding anti-tumor effect with inhibition rate of 82.12%±3.08%.In addition,lung metastases decreased significantly in tumor metastasis model after BI-ES-Fe Alg/DOX treatment. | Huijuan Zhang Yaping Wang Mengting Li Kexuan Cao Zijun Qi Ling Zhu Zhenzhong Zhang Lin Hou | 2022 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2022,17,6: | 0 |
