| 1 | THE COMPARATIVE STUDY OF EVENT RELATED POTENTIALSIN PATIENTS WITH OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DISORDER,DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY显示文摘Objective:To investigate the variations of contingent negative varisations(CNV),P300 and mismatch negativity (MMN) in patients with obsessive compulsive disorder(OCD),depressiopn and anxiety.MEthods:Event-related potentials CNV,P300 and MMN were recorded in 31 patients with OCD by Nicolet SPirit Instrument,and were compared with that of 20 depression controls(DC) and 17 anxiety controls(AC)and 28 normal controls(NC),Results:A significant difference of CNV among 4 sulbject groups was found in both post-imperative negative variation(PINV) and amplitudes(M1)(P<0.01)(emergence of PINV were 45%),60%,35%,and 4% in OCD,DC,AC and NC groups respectively),Compared with NC group,DC and AC groups showed decreased M1 amplitude(P<0.01).A significant difference of P300 among 4 groups was found in both latencies(Cz/N2) and P3 and nontarget-P2 amplitudes(P<0.05-0.01),The delayed MMN latencies of OCD and DC were similar to that of P300 changes,Conclusions:CNV,P300 and MMN are useful tools for assessing the brain malfunction of OCD,DC and AC,and its clinical application are suggested.The characteristics ERPs of those patients might be useful indexes in distinguishing OCD from DC and AC patients. | XIAO Zeping, CHEN Xingshi, ZHANG Mingdao , LOU Feiying, CHEN Jue Department of Psychophysiology, Shanghai Mental Health Center, Shanghai 200030, china. | 2003 | 现代电生理学杂志2003,10,1: | 14 |

| 3 | MOF-derived Co-MOF,O-doped carbon as trifunctional electrocatalysts to enable highly efficient Zn-air batteries and water-splitting显示文摘Development of high-efficiency non-noble electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR),oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)is urgently needed for high-performance Zn-air batteries and overall water splitting.Here,a facile strategy to synthesize novel Co-MOF,O-doped carbon(Co-MOF-T)based on Zn,Co-doped glucosamine and ZIF-8 by pyrolysis at temperature T was demonstrated.The prepared Co-MOF-800 showed a superior oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)activity comparable to that of commercial Pt/C catalyst.In addition,this catalyst shows great potential in the overall water splitting due to the excellent oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)activities.Based on the trifunctional activity,the primary Zn-air batteries using a Co-MOF-800 air electrode achieved a high open-circuit voltage of 1.38 V,a specific capacity of 671.6 mAh g^(-1) Zn,and a prominent peak power density of 144 mW cm^(-2).Also,the rechargeable Zn-air batteries based on CoMOF-800 air electrode could be smoothly run for 510 cycles with a low voltage gap of 0.58 V.Finally,the trifunctional Co-MOF-800 catalyst was applied to boost the electrochemical water splitting,demonstrating its promising potential as a green energy material for practical applications. | Xinde Duan Na Pan Can Sun Kexin Zhang Xukun Zhu Mingdao Zhang Li Song Hegen Zheng | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,5: | 5 |

| 6 | Correlation of Critical Micelle Concentration of Sodium Alkyl Benzenesulfonates with MolecularDescriptors显示文摘The hydrophobic-hydrophilic segment geometries of 36 sodium alkyl benzenesulfonates were fully optimized and calculated by abini-tio RHF/6-31G(d), quantum chemical data such as the charge density, the energy of molecular orbital and the dipole moment were obtained. Based on two topological descriptors and one quantum chemical descriptor, a significant quantitative structure-property relationship (QSPR) model for the critical micelle concentration (c_ mc) of sodium alkyl benzenesulfonate surfactants was obtained by using the multiple linear regression technique. The good correlation coefficient of R~ 2 (0.980) and cross-validation correlation coefficient R^2_ cv (0.974) indicate the excellent capability and stability of the regression equation developed. | 7 | 2-21 Attempt to Study the a-decay of 216U by 40Ca+natHf Reaction显示文摘An attempt has been made recently to synthesize very neutron-decient 216U isotope in 40Ca+natHf reaction atthe gas-lled recoil separator SHANS[1]. A beam of 40Ca12+ at an energy of Elab=194.6 MeV was delivered by thesector focusing cyclotron of the Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou (HIRFL). The average beam intensity wasabout 100 pnA. Self-support targets of natural hafnium foils with thickness of 420 g/cm2 was mounted in a edframe. Evaporation residues recoiled from the target were separated from the primary beam by the separator andthen implanted into the Si-box detector (consist of three position sensitive silicon detectors and eight non-positionsensitive silicon detectors)[2]. In order to distinguish the -decay events from the implantation events, two multi-wire proportional counters (MWPCs) were mounted upstream from the Si-box detector. | 9 | Research of Inclusion Complexation of 4,4'-Thiodiphenol Effected by β-Cyclodextrin in Aqueous Solutions and the Effect on Photodegradation显示文摘The inclusion behavior of 4,4′ -Thiodiphenol (TDP),a typical bisphenol and endocrine disruptor,reacts with β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) in aqueous solutions has been investigated by means of UV absorption spectrum and quantum-chemical calculation with Gaussian 98 software. The results show that the inclusion behavior of TDP is quite different in acidic solutions (pH 5.9) from that in alkaline solutions (pH 10.0). This behavior difference is attributed to the different formula structures in aqueous solutions at acidic and alkaline pH values that are demonstrated by quantumchemical modeling and calculation. TDP forms a 1∶1 β-CD inclusion complex in aqueous solutions. The equilibrium constant K was calculated to be 553.49 L/mol at pH 5.9 and 1 318.20 L/mol at pH 10.0 respectively for the inclusion complex reaction by using the modified Benesi-Heldbrand equation. | 14 | A Study on the Effect of Risperidone on PPI and P50 Deficit in FirstEpisode and Chronic Patients with Schizophrenia显示文摘Objective To investigate the effect of atypical antipsychotics risperidone on prepulse inhibition of the startle reflex(PPI) and P50 deficit in first-episode and chronic patients with schizophrenia. Methods PPI and P50 were tested and compared in 81 first-episode acute schizophrenia patients and 92 chronic schizophrenia patients before and after the risperidone. Results There was no significant difference in PPI and P50 indices between the two groups before treatment(P>0. 05); 2) there was no significant correlation between PPI & P50 inhibition indices and PANSS score, onset frequency and disease course(P>0.05); 3) Except the significant group main effect for S2 amplitude in P50(P=0. 02), there was no significant change for main effect and interaction of the other P50 and PPI inhibition ratio indices after treatment(P>0. 05). The effect of risperidone on PPI and P50 measurement index had nothing to do with the curative effect. Conclusion There exists a deficit in sensory gating inhibition in both first-episode schizophrenia and chronic schizophrenia, which is relatively independent from disease course. | 20 | P50 auditory sensory gating in first onset schizophrenics and normal healthy adults显示文摘The aim of this research was to investigate the variations of P50 auditory sensory gating(P50)in normal healthy adults and the first onset schizophrenics.By using the American Nicolet Bravo electromyography/evoked potential(EMG/EP)system,P50 was measured with conditioning-testing paradigm(paired-click stimuli S1 and S2 were used)in 58 first onset schizophrenics and 108 healthy adults,and the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)was applied.The following three conclusions have been reached.(1)In normal control(NC)group,measured from central,anterior and posterior zone(Cz,Fz and Pz respectively),there were no statistical differences(P>0.05)between S1 and S2 evoked P50 peak latencies(S1-P50 and S2-P50);the ampli-tudes of S2-P50[(2.2P1.4),(2.3P1.5)and(2.1P1.4)μV respectively]reduced significantly as compared with S1-P50[(5.6P3.3),(5.6P3.9)and(4.9P2.8)μV respectively](P<0.01);the S2/S1 ration,S1-S2 difference,and 100(1-S2/S1)had no statistical differences(P>0.05).(2)Compared with NC,the schizophrenic group significantly showed lower S1-P50 amplitudes(P<0.01,except at Pz in whichZ=2.030,P=0.042),higher S2-P50 amplitudes,higher S2/S1 ratio,lower S1-S2 difference,and more decreased 100(1-S2/S1)(P<0.01)at Cz,Fz and Pz.(3)No significant correlations were found among S2/S1 ratio,S1-S2,100(1-S2/S1)of sen-sory gating and PANSS(P>0.05)in schizophrenic group.The first onset schizophrenics had sensory gating deficits,which could be quantified by P50. | WANG Hongxing ZHANG Mingdao CHEN Xingshi LOU Feiying LIANG Jianhua CHEN Chong SHI Tiantao LU Qiulin | 2007 | Frontiers of Medicine2007,1,4: | 0 |
