1Genome architecture and tetrasomic inheritance of autotetraploid potato显示文摘Potato(Solanum tuberosum)is the most consumed non-cereal food crop.Most commercial potato cultivars are autotetraploids with highly heterozygous genomes,severely hampering genetic analyses and improvement.By leveraging the state-of-the-art sequencing technologies and polyploid graph binning,we achieved a chromosome-scale,haplotype-resolved genome assembly of a cultivated potato,Cooperation-88(C88).lntra-haplotype comparative analyses revealed extensive sequence and expression differences in this tetraploid genome.We identified haplotype-specific pericentromeres on chromosomes,suggesting a distinct evolutionary trajectory of potato homologous centromeres.Furthermore,we detected double reduction events that are unevenly distributed on haplotypes in 1021 of 1034 selfing progeny,a feature of autopolyploid inheritance.By distinguishing maternal and paternal haplotype sets in C88,we simulated the origin of heterosis in cultivated tetraploid with a survey of 3110 tetra-allelic loci with deleterious mutations,which were masked in the heterozygous condition bytwo parents.This study provides insights into the genomic architecture of autopolyploids and will guide their breeding.Zhigui Bao Canhui Li Guangcun Li Pei Wang Zhen Peng Lin Cheng Hongbo Li Zhiyang Zhang Yuying Li Wu Huang Mingwang Ye Daofeng Dong Zhukuan Cheng Peter VanderZaag Evert Jacobsen Christian W.B.Bachem Suomeng Dong Chunzhi Zhang Sanwen Huang Qian Zhou 2022Molecular Plant2022,15,7:4
2Design of SERS nanoprobes for Raman imaging:materials, critical factors and architectures显示文摘Raman imaging yields high specificity and sensitivity when compared to other imaging modalities, mainly due to its fingerprint signature. However, intrinsic Raman signals are weak, thus limiting medical applications of Raman imaging. By adsorbing Raman molecules onto specific nanostructures such as noble metals, Raman signals can be significantly enhanced, termed surfaceenhanced Raman scattering(SERS). Recent years have witnessed great interest in the development of SERS nanoprobes for Raman imaging. 3Effect of amino acid mutation at position 127 in 3A of a rabbitattenuated foot-and-mouth disease virus serotype Asia1 on viral replication and infection显示文摘An amino acid mutation(R127→I) in the 3A non-structural protein of an FMDV serotype Asia1 rabbit-attenuated ZB strain was previously found after attenuation of the virus. To explore the effects of this mutation on viral replication and infection, the amino acid residue isoleucine(I) was changed to arginine(R) in the infectious cDNA clone of the rabbit-attenuated ZB strain by sitedirected mutagenesis, and the R127-mutated virus was rescued. BHK monolayer cells and suckling mice were inoculated with the R127-mutated virus to test its growth property and pathogenicity, respectively. The effects of the R127 mutation on viral replication and virulence were analyzed. The data showed that there was a slight difference in plaque morphology between the R127-mutated and wild-type viruses. The growth rate of the mutated virus was lower in BHK-21 cells and its virulence in suckling mice was also attenuated. 4In-situ transient photovoltage study on interface electron transfer regulation of carbon dots/NiCo_(2)O_(4) photocatalyst for the enhanced overall water splitting activity显示文摘Photocatalytic hydrogen production by overall water solar-splitting is a prospective strategy to solve energy crisis.However,the rapid recombination of photogenerated electron–hole pairs deeply restricts photocatalytic activity of catalysts.Here,the in-situ transient photovoltage(TPV)technique was developed to investigate the interfacial photogenerated carrier extraction,photogenerated carrier recombination and the interfacial electron delivery kinetics of the photocatalyst.The carbon dots/NiCo_(2)O_(4)(CDs/NiCo_(2)O_(4))composite shows weakened recombination rate of photogenerated carriers due to charge storage of CDs,which enhances the photocatalytic water decomposition activity without any scavenger.CDs can accelerate the interface electron extraction about 0.09 ms,while the maximum electron storage time by CDs is up to 0.7 ms.The optimal CDs/NiCo_(2)O_(4)composite(5 wt.%CDs)displays the hydrogen production of 62µmol·h^(−1)·g^(−1) and oxygen production of 29µmol·h^(−1)·g^(−1) at normal atmosphere,which is about 4 times greater than that of pristine NiCo_(2)O_(4).This work provides sufficient evidence on the charge storage of CDs and the interfacial charge kinetics of photocatalysts on the basis of in-situ TPV tests.Haodong Nie Yan Liu Yi Li Kaiqiang Wei Zhenyu Wu Hong Shi Hui Huang Yang Liu Mingwang Shao Zhenhui Kang 2022Nano Research2022,15,3:2
5Interior-Point Algorithm for Linear Optimization Based on a New Kernel Function显示文摘In this paper, we design a primal-dual interior-point algorithm for linear optimization. Search directions and proximity function are proposed based on a new kernel function which includes neither growth term nor barrier term. Iteration bounds both for large-and small-update methods are derived, namely, and . This new kernel function has simple algebraic expression and the proximity function has not been used before. 6Thermomechanical coupling simulation and experimental study in the isothermal ECAP processing of Ti-6Al-4V alloy显示文摘The thermomechanical coupling simulation of the isothermal equal channel angular pressing(ECAP) of Ti-6Al-4V alloy was conducted.The effect of processing parameters,ECAP pass number and the residual billet on the effective strain,stress and temperature distribution was investigated.Based on the coupling simulation results,it is found that the shear factor,ram speed,deformation temperature,channel intersection angle and residual billet significantly affect the ECAP deformation behaviors.Meanwhile,the experimental study of the isothermal ECAP process of Ti-6Al-4V alloy using route C,in which the repeated rotation angle around the longitudinal billet axis before reinsertion in the die was 180°,were conducted at a deformation temperature of 750°C,a ram speed of 0.3 mm·s-1,an outer arc of curvature of 60° and a channel intersection angle of 120°.Furthermore,a large amount of recrystallization occurs and some prior α phase grains grow in the post-ECAP process of Ti-6Al-4V alloy.The yield strength of post-ECAP Ti-6Al-4V alloy increases compared with that of as-received Ti-6Al-4V alloy.LI Miaoquan ZHANG Chen LUO Jiao FU Mingwang 2010Rare Metals2010,29,6:2

12A trajectory planning method on error compensation of residual height for aero-engine blades of robotic belt grinding显示文摘While the traditional trajectory planning methods are used in robotic belt grinding of blades with an uneven machining allowance distribution, it is hard to obtain the preferable profile accuracy and surface quality to meet the high-performance requirements of aero-engine. To solve this problem, a novel trajectory planning method is proposed in this paper by considering the developed interpolation algorithm and the machining allowance threshold. The residual height error obtained from grinding experiments of titanium alloy sample was compensated to modify the calculation model of row spacing, and a new geometric algorithm was presented to dynamically calculate the cutter contact points based on this revised calculation model and the dichotomy method. Subsequently, the off-line machining program is generated based on a double-vector controlling method to obtain an optimal contact posture. On this basis, three sets of robotic grinding tests of titanium alloy blades were conducted to investigate the advantages of the proposed method.The comparative experimental results revealed that the presented algorithm had improved the surface profile accuracy of blade by 34.2% and 55.1%, respectively. Moreover, the average machined surface roughness was achieved to 0.3 μm and the machining efficiency was obviously promoted. 20A Mehrotra-Type Predictor-Corrector Algorithm for P_*(κ) Linear Complementarity Problems显示文摘Mehrotra-type predictor-corrector algorithm,as one of most efficient interior point methods,has become the backbones of most optimization packages.Salahi et al.proposed a cut strategy based algorithm for linear optimization that enjoyed polynomial complexity and maintained its efficiency in practice.We extend their algorithm to P_*(κ)linear complementarity problems.The way of choosing corrector direction for our algorithm is different from theirs.
