| 1 | Insight-HXMT observations of the first binary neutron star merger GW170817显示文摘Finding the electromagnetic(EM) counterpart of binary compact star merger, especially the binary neutron star(BNS) merger,is critically important for gravitational wave(GW) astronomy, cosmology and fundamental physics. On Aug. 17, 2017,Advanced LIGO and Fermi/GBM independently triggered the first BNS merger, GW170817, and its high energy EM counterpart,GRB 170817 A, respectively, resulting in a global observation campaign covering gamma-ray, X-ray, UV, optical, IR, radio as well as neutrinos. The High Energy X-ray telescope(HE) onboard Insight-HXMT(Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope) is the unique high-energy gamma-ray telescope that monitored the entire GW localization area and especially the optical counterpart(SSS17 a/AT2017 gfo) with very large collection area(~1000 cm^2) and microsecond time resolution in 0.2-5 MeV. In addition,Insight-HXMT quickly implemented a Target of Opportunity(ToO) observation to scan the GW localization area for potential X-ray emission from the GW source. Although Insight-HXMT did not detect any significant high energy(0.2-5 MeV) radiation from GW170817, its observation helped to confirm the unexpected weak and soft nature of GRB 170817 A. Meanwhile,Insight-HXMT/HE provides one of the most stringent constraints(~10^(-7) to 10^(-6) erg/cm^2/s) for both GRB170817 A and any other possible precursor or extended emissions in 0.2-5 MeV, which help us to better understand the properties of EM radiation from this BNS merger. | 2 | The High Energy X-ray telescope (HE) onboard the Insight-HXMT astronomy satellite显示文摘The Insight-Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope(Insight-HXMT) is a broadband X-ray and γ-ray(1-3000 ke V) astronomy satellite. One of its three main telescopes is the High Energy X-ray telescope(HE). The main detector plane of HE comprises 18 Na I(Tl)/Cs I(Na) phoswich detectors, where Na I(Tl) is used as the primary detector to measure ~ 20-250 ke V photons incident from the field of view(FOV) defined by collimators, and Cs I(Na) is used as the active shielding detector to Na I(Tl) by pulse shape discrimination. Additionally, Cs I(Na) is used as an omnidirectional γ-ray monitor. The HE collimators have a diverse FOV,i.e. 1.1°×5.7°(15 units), 5.7°×5.7°(2 units), and blocked(1 unit). Therefore, the combined FOV of HE is approximately5.7°×5.7°. Each HE detector has a diameter of 190 mm resulting in a total geometrical area of approximately 5100 cm2, and the energy resolution is ~15% at 60 ke V. For each recorded X-ray event by HE, the timing accuracy is less than 10 μs and the deadtime is less than 10 μs. HE is used for observing spectra and temporal variability of X-ray sources in the 20-250 ke V band either by pointing observations for known sources or scanning observations to unveil new sources. Additionally, HE is used for monitoring the γ-ray burst in 0.2-3 Me V band. | 3 | Effect of HCO_3^- concentration on CO_2 corrosion in oil and gas fields显示文摘The effect of HCO_3^- concentration on CO_2 corrosion was investigated by polarization measurement of potentiodynamic scans and weight-loss method. Under the conditions of high pressure and high temperature, the corrosion rate of steel X65 decreased with the increase of HCO_3^- concentration, while pH of solution increased. SEM, EDS, and XRD results of the corrosion scales indicated that the typical FeCO_3 crystallite was found at low HCO_3^- concentration but Ca(Fe,Mg)(CO_3)_2 was found at high HCO_3^- concentration. Ca^(2+) and Mg^(2+) are precipitated preferential to Fe^(2+) at high pH value. Potentiodynamic polarization curves showed that the cathodic current density decreases with the increase of HCO_3^- concentration at low HCO_3^- concentration. When the HCO_3^- concentration reaches 0.126 mol/L, increasing HCO_3^- concentration promotes cathodic reactions. Anodic behavior is an active process at low HCO_3^- concentration and the anodic current density decreases with the increase of HCO_3^- concentration. | 4 | Mechanism of protective film formation during CO_2 corrosion of X65 pipeline steel显示文摘Electrochemical techniques, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were applied to study the corrosion behaviors of X65 steel in static solution with carbon dioxide (CO2) at 65°C. The results show that iron carbonate (FeCO3) deposits on the steel surface as a corrosion product scale. This iron carbonate scale acts as a barrier to CO2 corrosion, and can reduce the general corrosion rate. | 5 | Overview to the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (Insight-HXMT) Satellite显示文摘As China’s first X-ray astronomical satellite, the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (HXMT), which was dubbed as Insight-HXMT after the launch on June 15, 2017, is a wide-band(1-250 ke V) slat-collimator-based X-ray astronomy satellite with the capability of all-sky monitoring in 0.2-3 Me V. | 6 | Subjective or objective:How the style of text in computational advertising influences consumer behaviors?显示文摘In the era of computational advertising,advertising effectiveness can be measured by different metrics at different stages of the sales funnel.In the upper funnel,the click-through rate(CTR,the rate of click per impression)represents the attractiveness of the advertising;the conversion rate(CVR,the rate of conversion per click)in the lower funnel indicates the persuasiveness of the advertising.Achieving higher CTR and CVR may need distinct advertising strategies:improving CTR requires raising more consumers'interest in the ad,which is more beneficial to publishers;boosting CVR needs the ad to inspire more consumers’desire in the product(service),which is more profitable to advertisers.In order to study the performance of advertising texts in terms of the two dimensions and reconcile the two different goals,this paper draws on Speech act theory(SAT)in linguistics to classify advertising texts into three types(i.e.,assertive,expressive,and directive),and analyzes how advertising texts can impact consumer behaviors.We further categorize the above three styles of advertising texts into subjective type(i.e.,expressive and directive)and objective type(i.e.,assertive).Based on a field study,we find that subjective advertising with more personalization leads to a higher CTR,while objective advertising with higher consistency with the brand information results in a higher CVR.The results suggest that firms with different marketing goals should utilize different styles of advertising texts to elicit desirable consumer behaviors during different stages of the sales funnel. | Minxue Huang Tong Liu | 2022 | Fundamental Research2022,2,1: | 2 |
| 7 | Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells for psoriasis:a phase 1/2a,single-arm study显示文摘Psoriasis is a common,chronic immune-mediated systemic disease that had no effective and durable treatment.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)have immunomodulatory properties.Therefore,we performed a phase 1/2a,single-arm clinical trial to evaluate the safety and efficacy of human umbilical cord-derived MSCs(UMSCs)in the treatment of psoriasis and to preliminarily explore the possible mechanisms.Seventeen patients with psoriasis were enrolled and received UMsC infusions.Adverse events,laboratory parameters,PASl,and PGA were analyzed.We did not observe obvious side effects during the treatment and 6-month follow-up.A total of 47.1%(8/17)of the psoriasis patients had at least 40%improvement in the PASl score,and 17.6%(3/17)had no sign of disease or minimal disease based on the PGA score.And the efficiency was 25%(2/8)for males and 66.7%(6/9)for females.After UMSC transplantation(UMSCT),the frequencies of Tregs and CD4^(+)memory T cells were significantly increased,and the frequencies of T helper(Th)17 and CD4^(+)naive T cells were significantly decreased in peripheral blood(PB)of psoriasis patients.And all responders showed significant increases in Tregs and CD4^(+)memory T cells,and significant decreases in Th17 cells and serum IL-17 level after UMsCT.And baseline level of Tregs in responders were significantly lower than those in nonresponders.In conclusion,allogeneic UMSCT is safe and partially effective in psoriasis patients,and level of Tregs may be used as a potent biomarker to predict the clinical efficacy of UMSCT.Trial registration Clinical Trials NCT03765957. | Lamei Cheng Siqi Wang Cong Peng Xiao Zou Chao Yang Hua Mei Chuang Li Xian Su Na Xiao Qi Ouyang Mi Zhang Qiaolin Wang Yan Luo Minxue Shen Qun Qin Honglin Wang Wu Zhu Guangxiu Lu Ge Lin Yehong Kuang Xiang Chen | 2022 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,9: | 2 |

| 9 | PSP-Finder:A Defect Detection Method Based on Mining Correlations from Function Call Paths显示文摘Large scale programs usually imply many programming rules, which are missing from the specification documents. However, if programmers violate these rules in the process of programming, it is possible to introduce software defects. Previous works on mining function call correlation patterns only use structural information of the program, while control flow, data flow or other semantic information of the program are not exploited in those approaches. As a result, the defect detecting ability is restricted and high false rate is caused. This paper proposes a defect detection method based on mining function call association rules from program paths, which can be provided by simple static analysis. Then, the programs are automatically checked against the function call association rules for detecting suspicious defects. Based on this approach,experiments are carried out on a group of open source projects. The experiment results show that this approach can improve the capability of detecting defects and find more bugs related to program execution path.
