| 1 | Endovascular stent-induced alterations in host artery mechanical environments and their roles in stent restenosis and late thrombosis显示文摘Cardiovascular stent restenosis remains a major challenge in interventional treatment of cardiovascular occlusive disease.Although the changes in arterial mechanical environment due to stent implantation are the main causes of the initiation of restenosis and thrombosis,the mechanisms that cause this initiation are still not fully understood.In this article,we reviewed the studies on the issue of stent-induced alterations in arterial mechanical environment and discussed their roles in stent restenosis and late thrombosis from three aspects:(i)the interaction of the stent with host blood vessel,involve the response of vascular wall,the mechanism of mechanical signal transmission,the process of re-endothelialization and late thrombosis;(ii)the changes of hemodynamics in the lumen of the vascular segment and(iii)the changes of mechanical microenvironment within the vascular segment wall due to stent implantation.This review has summarized and analyzed current work in order to better solve the two main problems after stent implantation,namely in stent restenosis and late thrombosis,meanwhile propose the deficiencies of current work for future reference. | Jinxuan Wang Xuepu Jin Yuhua Huang Xiaolin Ran Desha Luo Dongchuan Yang Dongyu Jia Kang Zhang Jianhua Tong Xiaoyan Deng Guixue Wang | 2018 | Regenerative Biomaterials2018,5,3: | 13 |

| 3 | Dose-effect analysis of treatment by modified Zhibaidihuang decoction on polycystic ovary syndrome hyperandrogenism显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To observe the efficacy and safety of different dosages of modified Zhibaidihuang decoction(MZBDD) on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) hyperandrogenism(HA) patients.METHODS: Ninety PCOS HA patients and 30 infertile patients due to tubal factor were selected. Ninety PCOS HA patients were randomly divided into three groups: low dosage group(LDG), medium dosage group(MDG) and high dosage group(HDG) and infertile patients were selected as normal control group(NCG). PCOS HA patients were treated with different dosage of MZBDD for 4 weeks. For HA patients, serum total testosterone(T), estrodial(E2), follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), prolatin(PRL), alanine aminotransferase(AST), aspartate amino transferase(AST) were determined before and after treatment, while acne scores(Rosenfield) were signed. Basal body temperatures(BBT) were asked to be measured every day. And for the else, T, E2,FSH, LH, PRL, AST, and AST were determined before treatment.RESULTS: Totally 111 patients completed the clinical research. There were no differences among the four groups on serum T before treatment(P =0.221). Serum T concentration of both MDG and HDG after treatment significantly were lower than that of before treatment(P = 0.039, P = 0.000),while there was no obvious difference in LDG(P =0.829). Serum T concentration of both MDG and HDG were significantly lower than that of LDG after treatment(P = 0.048, P = 0.006). To compared with before treatment, there were no differences in Serum FSH, LH, E2, P and PRL among the three groups(LDG, MDG, HDG)(as for FSH, P = 0.136, P = 0.503,P = 0.062; as for LH, P = 0.473, P = 0.513, P = 0.096;as for E2, P = 0.206, P = 0.927, P = 0.076; as for PRL,P = 0.120, P = 0.903, P = 0.407, as for P, P = 0.308, P =0.866, P = 0480). Acne scores of all the three groups were obviously lower than that of before treatment(P = 0.031; P = 0.033; P = 0.002). 39.5% of the patients had biphasic BBT, but there were no differences among the three groups(P = 0.510). | 5 | Optimization of heat shield for single silicon crystal growth by using numerical simulation显示文摘In integrated circuit-grade single silicon Czochralski growth, the position and material of heat shield are main parameters affecting the heat exchange and crystal growth condition. By optimizing the above parameters, we attempted to increase the growth rate and crystal quality. Numerical simulation proved to verify the results before and after optimization. | 6 | Cytotoxic effects of docetaxel as a candidate drug of drug-eluting stent on human umbilical vein endothelial cells and the signaling pathway of cell migration inhibition,adhesion delay and shape change显示文摘Docetaxel(DTX),a paclitaxel analogue,can efficiently inhibit proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells and has broadly been used as an antiangiogenesis drug.However,as a candidate drug of drug-eluting stent,the effects of DTX on human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)are still not well understood.Herein,we investigated the effects of DTX on proliferation,apoptosis,adhesion,migration and morphology of HUVECs in vitro.We found that DTX had the cytostatic and cytotoxic effects at low and high concentrations,respectively.DTX could inhibit the proliferation and migration of HUVECs,induce HUVECs apoptosis,delay HUVECs adhesion and decrease spreading area and aspect ratio of individual cells.The signaling pathway that DTX led to the migration inhibition,adhesion delay and shape change of HUVECs is the VE-cadherin mediated integrin b1/FAK/ROCK signaling pathway.The study will provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of DTX. | Tingzhang Hu Chun Yang Meiling Fu Jiali Yang Rolin Du Xiaolin Ran Tieying Yin Guixue Wang | 2017 | Regenerative Biomaterials2017,4,3: | 1 |

| 10 | Critical Value Aware Data Acquisition Strategy in Wireless Sensor Networks显示文摘To monitor the physical world, Equi-Frequency Sampling (EFS) methods are widely applied for data acquisition in sensor networks.Due to the noise and inherent uncertainty of the environment,EFS based data acquisition may result in misconception to the physical world, and high frequency scheme produces massive sensed data, which consumes substantial cost for transmission. This paper proposes a novel sensed data model. Based on maximum likelihood estimation, the model can minimize measurement error. It is proved that the proposed model is asymptotic unbiased. Furthermore, this paper proposes Model based Adaptive Data Collection (MADC) Algorithm and designs a distributed lightweight computation algorithm named Distributed Adaptive Data Collection Algorithm (DADC). Based on the error of prediction, both algorithms can adaptively adjust the cycle of data collection.
