Analyses of circRNA profiling during the development from pre-receptive to receptive phases in the goat endometrium显示文摘Background: Recent studies have revealed that noncoding RNAs play important regulatory roles in the formation of endometrial receptivity.Circular RNAs(circRNAs) are a universally expressed noncoding RNA species that have been recently proposed to act as miRNA sponges that directly regulate expression of target genes or parental genes. Results: We used Illumina Solexa technology to analyze the expression profiles of circRNAs in the endometrium from three goats at gestational day 5(pre-receptive endometrium,PE) and three goats at gestational day 15(receptive endometrium,RE).Overall,21,813 circRNAs were identified,of which 5,925 circRNAs were specific to the RE and 9,078 were specific to the PE,which suggested high stage-specificity.Further analysis found 334 differentially expressed circRNAs in the RE compared with PE(P < 0.05).The analysis of the circRNA-miRNA interaction network further supported the idea that circRNAs act as miRNA sponges to regulate gene expression. Moreover, some circRNAs were regulated by estrogen(E2)/progesterone(P4) in endometrial epithelium cell lines(EECs) and endometrial stromal cell line(ESCs),and each circRNA molecule exhibited unique regulation characteristics with respect to E2 and P4.Conclusions: These data provide an endometrium circRNA expression atlas corresponding to the biology of the goat receptive endometrium during embryo implantation. | Yuxuan Song Lei Zhang Xiaorui Liu Mengxiao Niu Jiuzeng Cui Sicheng Che Yuexia Liu Xiaopeng An Binyun Cao | 2019 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2019,10,3: | 8

Time-variant fragility analysis of the bridge system considering time-varying dependence among typical component seismic demands显示文摘This paper presents a copula technique to develop time-variant seismic fragility curves for corroded bridges at the system level and considers the realistic time-varying dependence among component seismic demands. Based on material deterioration mechanisms and incremental dynamic analysis, the time-evolving seismic demands of components were obtained in the form of marginal probability distributions. The time-varying dependences among bridge components were then captured with the best fitting copula function, which was selected from the commonly used copula classes by the empirical distribution based analysis method. The system time-variant fragility curves at different damage states were developed and the effects of time-varying dependences among components on the bridge system fragility were investigated. The results indicate the time-varying dependence among components significantly affects the time-variant fragility of the bridge system. The copula technique captures the nonlinear dependence among component seismic demands accurately and easily by separating the marginal distributions and the dependence among them. | Song Shuai Qian Yongjiu Liu Jing Xie Xiaorui Wu Gang | 2019 | Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2019,18,2: | 4

Radiation-hardened property of single-walled carbon nanotube film-based field-effect transistors under low-energy proton irradiation显示文摘Strong C-C bonds, nanoscale cross-section and low atomic number make single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)a potential candidate material for integrated circuits(ICs)applied in outer space. However, very little work combines the simulation calculations with the electrical measurements of SWCNT field-effect transistors(FETs),which limits further understanding on the mechanisms of radiation effects. Here,SWCNT film-based FETs were fabricated to explore the total ionizing dose(TID)and displacement damage effect on the electrical performance under low-energy proton irradiation with different fluences up to 1×1015 p/cm2.Large negative shift of the threshold voltage and obvious decrease of the on-state current verified the TID effect caused in the oxide layer. The stability of the subthreshold swing and the off-state current reveals that the displacement damage caused in the CNT layer is not serious, which proves that the CNT film is radiation-hardened.Specially,according to the simulation,we found the displacement damage caused by protons is different in the source/drain contact area and channel area, leading to varying degrees of change for the contact resistance and sheet resistance.Having analyzed the simulation results and electrical measurements,we explained the low-energy proton irradiation mechanism of the CNT FETs,which is essential for the construction of radiation-hardened CNT film-based ICs for aircrafts. | Xiaorui Zhang Huiping Zhu Song’ang Peng Guodong Xiong Chaoyi Zhu Xinnan Huang Shurui Cao Junjun Zhang Yunpeng Yan Yao Yao Dayong Zhang Jingyuan Shi Lei Wang Bo Li Zhi Jin | 2021 | Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,11: | 2
Unsupervised hyperspectral unmixing based on robust nonnegative dictionary learning显示文摘Considering the sparsity of hyperspectral images(HSIs),dictionary learning frameworks have been widely used in the field of unsupervised spectral unmixing. However,it is worth mentioning here that existing dictionary learning method-based unmixing methods are found to be short of robustness in noisy contexts. To improve the performance, this study specifically puts forward a new unsupervised spectral unmixing solution. For the reason that the solution only functions in a condition that both endmembers and the abundances meet non-negative con-straints,a model is built to solve the unsupervised spectral un-mixing problem on the account of the dictionary learning me-thod.To raise the screening accuracy of final members,a new form of the target function is introduced into dictionary learning practice, which is conducive to the growing robustness of noisy HSI statistics. Then,by introducing the total variation(TV)terms into the proposed spectral unmixing based on robust nonnega-tive dictionary learning(RNDLSU),the context information under HSI space is to be cited as prior knowledge to compute the abundances when performing sparse unmixing operations.Ac-cording to the final results of the experiment, this method makes favorable performance under varying noise conditions, which is especially true under low signal to noise conditions. | LI Yang JIANG Bitao LI Xiaobin TIAN Jing SONG Xiaorui | 2022 | Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2022,33,2: | 1

Real-time haptic model for soft tissue deformation in surgery simulation显示文摘The modelling and simulation of deformable objects is a challenging topic in the field of haptic rendering between human and virtual environment. In this paper,a novel and efficient layered rhombus-chain-connected haptic deformation model based on physics is proposed for an excellent haptic rendering.During the modelling, the accumulation of relative displacements in every chain structure unit in each layer is equal to the deformation on the virtual object surface, and the resultant force of corresponding springs is equivalent to the external force. The layered rhombus-chain-connected model is convenient and fast to calculate, and can satisfy real-time requirement due to its simple nature.Simulation experiments in virtual human liver based on the proposed model are conducted, and the results demonstrate that our model provides stable and realistic haptic feeling in real time.Meanwhile, the display result is vivid. | 孙伟 Zhu Jiandong Zhang Xiaorui Zhao Xinping Niu Jianwei Song Aiguo | 2013 | High Technology Letters2013,19,3: | 1

circRNA3669 promotes goat endometrial epithelial cells proliferation via miR-26a/RCN2 to activate PI3K/AKT-mTOR and MAPK pathways显示文摘The development of receptive endometrium(RE) from pre-receptive endometrium(PE) for successful embryo implantation is a complex dynamic process in which the morphology and physiological states of the endometrial epithelium undergo a series of significant changes, including cell proliferation and apoptosis. However, the molecular mechanisms are not yet fully understood. In this study, a higher circRNA3669 level was observed in PE than in RE of goats. Functional assays revealed that this overexpression promoted the proliferation of goat endometrial epithelial cells(GEECs) by activating the expression of genes related to the PI3K/AKT-mTOR and MAPK pathways, thereby inhibiting apoptosis in vitro. Furthermore, circRNA3669 functioned as a competing endogenous RNA(ceRNA) to upregulate Reticulocalbin-2(RCN2) expression at the post-transcriptional level by interacting with and downregulating miR-26a in GEECs. In addition, RCN2, which is highly expressed in the PE of goats, was found to be regulated by β-estradiol(E2) and progesterone(P4). Our results demonstrated that RCN2 also affected the key proteins PI3K, AKT, mTOR, JNK, and P38 in the PI3K/AKT-mTOR and MAPK pathways, thereby facilitating GEECs proliferation and suppressing their apoptosis in vitro. Collectively, we constructed a new circRNA3669-miR-26aRCN2 regulatory network in GEECs, which further provides strong evidence that circRNA could potentially play a crucial regulatory role in the development of RE in goats. | Xiaorui Liu Jiuzeng Cui Mengyao Wei Xiaofei Wang Yuexia Liu Zhongshi Zhu Min Zhou Gui Ba Langda Suo Yuxuan Song Lei Zhang | 2024 | Journal of Integrative Agriculture2024,23,3: | 0
Influence of Temperature Conditions on Dynamic Young’s Modulus Testing显示文摘The Young’s modulus was measured at high temperatures by impulse excitation of vibration method, and the effects of heating rate, holding time and temperature cycle on the test results were analyzed. The results show that the heating rate has obvious effect on the high temperature Young’s modulus of the green body, but has no obvious effect on that of the sintered products;the holding time of the heating process has no regular effect on the Young’s modulus, and the effect varies with the different products at a certain temperature;the method can also be used to test the Young’s modulus during cooling process. | SONG Yanyan HU Piao LI Ruhang LI Xiaorui | 2019 | China's Refractories2019,28,3: | 0
High Temperature Gas Permeability Tester for Refractories and Its Application显示文摘In this paper,an ideal structural model and a scientific and practical mathematical model of high temperature permeability testing technology were established based on the formula of gas permeability at room temperature according to Darcy’s equation and Forchheimer equation and combined with the basic law of gas mechanics and the resistance loss of gas movement process at high temperatures.Through a gas heater, the safe heating of gas from room temperature to the test temperature was realized;the pressure sealing of high temperature permeability test technology was studied using high temperature resistant flexible material instead of silica gel material and combining preloading with system expansion and continuous loading.Based on the above research,a high temperature gas permeability tester for refractories has been developed and the test temperature can be up to 1000℃.The equipment was applied to research refractories, showing well using effects. | HU Piao SONG Yanyan WANG Zhanmin LI Ruhang LI Xiaorui | 2020 | China's Refractories2020,29,1: | 0
Pyramiding of multiple genes generates rapeseed introgression lines with clubroot and herbicide resistance, high oleic acid content, and early maturity显示文摘Clubroot and herbicide resistance, high oleic acid(OA)content, and early maturity are targets of rapeseed(Brassica napus L.)breeding.The objective of this study was to develop new male-fertility restorer lines by pyramiding favorable genes to improve these traits simultaneously.Seven elite alleles for the four traits were introduced into the restorer line 621R by speed breeding with marker-assisted and phenotypic selection.Six introgression lines(ILs)were developed with four-to seven-gene combinations and crossed with two elite parents to develop hybrids. All ILs and their corresponding hybrids displayed high resistance to both clubroot pathotype 4 and sulfonylurea herbicides.Three ILs and their hybrids showed large increases in OA contents and four showed earlier maturity. These new ILs may be useful in rapeseed hybrid breeding for the target traits. | Zhaoyang Wang Fucai Wang Zihan Yu Xiaorui Shi Xianming Zhou Pengfei Wang Yixian Song Dengfeng Hong Guangsheng Yang | 2023 | The Crop Journal2023,11,3: | 0
Soft Tissue Deformation Model Based on Marquardt Algorithm and Enrichment Function显示文摘In order to solve the problem of high computing cost and low simulation accuracy caused by discontinuity of incision in traditional meshless model, this paper proposes a soft tissue deformation model based on the Marquardt algorithm and enrichment function. The model is based on the element-free Galerkin method,in which Kelvin viscoelastic model and adjustment function are integrated.Marquardt algorithm is applied to fit the relation between force and displacement caused by surface deformation, and the enrichment function is applied to deal with the discontinuity in the meshless method. To verify the validity of the model, the Sensable Phantom Omni force tactile interactive device is used to simulate the deformations of stomach and heart.Experimental results show that the proposed model improves the real-time performance and accuracy of soft tissue deformation simulation, which provides a new perspective for the application of the meshless method in virtual surgery. | Xiaorui Zhang Xuefeng Yu Wei Sun Aiguo Song | 2020 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2020,,9: | 0
A Real-time Cutting Model Based on Finite Element and Order Reduction显示文摘Telemedicine plays an important role in Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).The virtual surgery simulation system,as a key component in telemedicine, requires to compute in real-time.Therefore,this paper proposes a realtime cutting model based on finite element and order reduction method, which improves the computational speed and ensure the real-time performance. The proposed model uses the finite element model to construct a deformation model of the virtual lung.Meanwhile,a model order reduction method combining proper orthogonal decomposition and Galerkin projection is employed to reduce the amount of deformation computation. In addition, the cutting path is formed according to the collision intersection position of the surgical instrument and the lesion area of the virtual lung. Then, the Bezier curve is adopted to draw the incision outline after the virtual lung has been cut. Finally, the simulation system is set up on the PHANTOM OMNI force haptic feedback device to realize the cutting simulation of the virtual lung.Experimental results show that the proposed model can enhance the real-time performance of telemedicine, reduce the complexity of the cutting simulation and make the incision smoother and more natural. | Xiaorui Zhang Wenzheng Zhang Wei Sun Hailun Wu Aiguo Song Sunil Kumar Jha | 2022 | Computer Systems Science & Engineering2022,43,10: | 0
Integrative analysis of LncRNA-mRNA signature reveals a functional LincRNA in triple-negative breast cancer显示文摘Purpose:Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is an aggressive subtype of breast cancer. It is still unclear that the mechanisms by which long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)regulates tumorigenesis of TNBC.In this study,we explored the function and regulation of lncRNA in TNBC.Methods:The diferentially expressed and overlapped lncRNAs were obtained from two microarray datasets of breast cancer. The cancer genome atlas(TCGA)data was applied to validate the roles of top diferentially expressed lncRNAs.The potential relationship among lncRNAs,miRNAs,and mRNAs and the efects of them on the TNBC tumorigenesis were further explored through multiple bioinformatic methods. Results:Long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 1351(LINC01351)was frst discovered to play an oncogenic role in TNBC.The highly expressed LINC01351 was signifcantly related to aggressive subtypes, advanced stages and metastasis of breast cancer. The overexpressed LINC01351 was associated with adverse prognosis of patients with TNBC.LINC01351 was found to negatively regulate ELK4 which was involved in the transcriptional regulation in cancer. The high expression of ELK4 showed favorable prognosis of patients with basal-like 1 subtype and luminal androgen receptor subtype of TNBC.Conclusion:The dysregulation of LINC01351 played an important role in triple-negative breast cancer.LINC01351 could be a poor prognostic marker and a potential target for patients with TNBC. | Yan Jia Yongsheng Jia Yehui Shi Weipeng Zhao Jérôme Martin Xiaorui Wang Zhongsheng Tong Yueshuai Song | 2022 | Holistic Integrative Oncology2022,1,1: | 0
LKAW: A Robust Watermarking Method Based on Large Kernel Convolution and Adaptive Weight Assignment显示文摘Robust watermarking requires finding invariant features under multiple attacks to ensure correct extraction.Deep learning has extremely powerful in extracting features, and watermarking algorithms based on deep learning have attracted widespread attention. Most existing methods use 3×3 small kernel convolution to extract image features and embed the watermarking. However, the effective perception fields for small kernel convolution are extremely confined,so the pixels that each watermarking can affect are restricted, thus limiting the performance of the watermarking. To address these problems,we propose a watermarking network based on large kernel convolution and adaptive weight assignment for loss functions. It uses large-kernel depth-wise convolution to extract features for learning large-scale image information and subsequently projects the watermarking into a highdimensional space by 1×1 convolution to achieve adaptability in the channel dimension.Subsequently, the modification of the embedded watermarking on the cover image is extended to more pixels.Because the magnitude and convergence rates of each loss function are different,an adaptive loss weight assignment strategy is proposed to make theweights participate in the network training together and adjust theweight dynamically.Further,a high-frequency wavelet loss is proposed,by which the watermarking is restricted to only the low-frequency wavelet sub-bands,thereby enhancing the robustness of watermarking against image compression. The experimental results show that the peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR)of the encoded image reaches 40.12,the structural similarity(SSIM)reaches 0.9721,and the watermarking has good robustness against various types of noise. | Xiaorui Zhang Rui Jiang Wei Sun Aiguo Song Xindong Wei Ruohan Meng | 2023 | Computers, Materials & Continua2023,,4: | 0
Research on Arterial Stiffness Status in Type 2 Diabetic Patients Based on Pulse Waveform Characteristics显示文摘For patients with type 2 diabetes, the evaluation of pulse waveform characteristics is helpful to understand changes in arterial stiffness. However, there is a lack of comprehensive analysis of pulse waveform parameters. Here,we aimed to investigate the changes in pulse waveform characteristics in patients with type 2 diabetes due to increased arterial stiffness. In this study,25 patients with type 2 diabetes and 50 healthy subjects were selected based on their clinical history.Age,height, weight, blood pressure, and pulse pressure were collected as the subjects’basic characteristics. The brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV)was collected as an index of arterial stiffness.Parameters of time[the pulse wave period(T),the relative positions of peak point(T1)and notch point(T2),and pulse wave time difference between upper and lower limbs(T3)]and area[the total waveform area(A),and the areas of the waveform before(A1)and after(A2)the notch point]were extracted from the pulse wave signals as pulse waveform characteristics. An independent sample t-test was performed to determine whether there were significant differences between groups.Pearson’s correlation analysis was performed to determine the correlations between pulse waveform parameters and baPWV.There were significant differences in T3,A,A1,and A2 between the groups(p<0.05).For patients with type 2 diabetes, there were statistically significant correlations between baPWV and T3,A,A1,and A2(p<0.05).This study quantitatively assessed changes in arterial pulse waveform parameters in patients with type 2 diabetes. It was demonstrated that pulse waveform characteristics(T3,A,A1,and A2)could be used as indices of arterial stiffness in patients with type 2 diabetes. | Gaoyang Li Xiaorui Song Aike Qiao Makoto Ohta | 2018 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2018,,11: | 0
