1Chemical composition and source apportionment of PM10 and PM2.5 in different functional areas of Lanzhou,China显示文摘To elucidate the air pollution characteristics of northern China, airborne PM_10(atmospheric dynamic equivalent diameter ≤ 10 μm) and PM_(2.5)(atmospheric dynamic equivalent diameter ≤ 2.5 μm) were sampled in three different functional areas(Yuzhong County,Xigu District and Chengguan District) of Lanzhou, and their chemical composition(elements, ions, carbonaceous species) was analyzed. The results demonstrated that the highest seasonal mean concentrations of PM_10(369.48 μg/m^3) and PM_(2.5)(295.42 μg/m^3) were detected in Xigu District in the winter, the lowest concentration of PM_(2.5)(53.15 μg/m^3) was observed in Yuzhong District in the fall and PM_10(89.60 μg/m^3) in Xigu District in the fall.The overall average OC/EC(organic carbon/elemental carbon) value was close to the representative OC/EC ratio for coal consumption, implying that the pollution of Lanzhou could be attributed to the burning of coal. The content of SNA(the sum of sulfate, nitrate,ammonium, SNA) in PM_(2.5)in Yuzhong County was generally lower than that at other sites in all seasons. The content of SNA in PM_(2.5)and PM_10 in Yuzhong County was generally lower than that at other sites in all seasons(0.24–0.38), indicating that the conversion ratios from precursors to secondary aerosols in the low concentration area was slower than in the area with high and intense pollutants. 2Using specific secondary metabolites as markers to evaluate allelopathic potentials of rice varieties and individual plants显示文摘It is a key of the breeding of ailelopathic rice cultivars to evaluate and screen few accessions with ailelopathic traits from numerous rice accessions and individual plants. Rice varieties and individual plants with ailelopathic traits demonstrated their ailelopathic effects by producing and releasing specific secondary metabolites into environment. Therefore, using specific secondary metabolites as markers, the ailelopathic potentials of rice varieties and individual plants could be evaluated by HPLC. The ailelopathic potentials of 3000 rice accessions and some individual plants of F3 and F4 were evaluated by this method in 1 a. If these accessions and plants were evaluated by the traditional method in the field, it would take more than 10 a, furthermore, the breeding process of ailelopathic rice cultivars would be directed and monitored by this method. Isolation and structural identification of specific secondary metabolites was done by LC/MS coupling 1H and 13C NMR. 5Isolation and identification of the thermophilic alkaline desulphuricant strain显示文摘A desulfurization strain that belongs to the thermophilic alkaline desulphuricant is designated as strain GDJ-3 and isolated from Inner Mongolia, China. The colony of the strain shows tiny, yellow, or white-yellow, and it becomes henna with the protracting of cultivated time. The cells are bacilliform (0.3 -0.6 × 1.0-1.2 μm), motive, and Gram negative. The strain GDJ-3 is able to utilize respectively the thiosulphate, sulfate, sulfite, or sulfide as sulfur source, utilize the carbon dioxide as the carbon source, and utilize the ammonium or nitrate as the nitrogen source. According to GenBank data, 16s RNA results of GDJ-3 are in good agreement with Alpha proteobacterrium sp. (97%) and Ochrobactrum sp. (98%). For GDJ-3, the optimum growth temperature is at 45℃, the optimum pH is at 8.5-8.8, and the optimum rocking speed of sorting table is at 150 r/min. Under the optimum culture condition, the cells of the strain can live for about 18 h. In the desulfurization solution, which is prepared according to the composition of DDS solution, the objectionable constituents of sodium thiosulphate and sodium sulfide were added factitiously, and the bacterial cell concentration was set at 107/mL. After the regeneration of the above desulfurization solution by the strain cells, the concentration of sodium thiosulphate was decreased by 14.75 g/L (percentage loss of content 13.21%), the concentration of sodium sulfide was decreased by 0.76 g/L (percentage loss of content 87.36%) in the desulfurization solution in 9.5 hours, and sulfur appeared. 6Practices on rockburst prevention and control in headrace tunnels of Jinping II hydropower station显示文摘Rockburst problems induced by high in-situ stresses were prominent during construction of the headrace tunnels of Jinping II hydropower station. The rockbursts occurred in various forms, and it is necessary to take pertinent measures for integrated prevention and control of rockbursts. In view of the rockburst characteristics during tunnel construction of Jinping II hydropower station, the engineering geological conditions were presented, and the features, mechanisms and forms of rockbursts observed during construction were analyzed in detail. A large number of scientific researches, experiments and applications were conducted. Multiple measures were adopted to prevent and control rockbursts, including the prediction and early warning measures, stress relief by blasting in advance, optimized blasting design and optimized tunnel support in the tunnel sections prone to strong rockbursts. The effectiveness of these prevention and control measures was evaluated. Experiences have been accumulated through a great number of helpful explorations and practices for rockburst prevention and control. 7Chelerythrine chloride from Macleaya cordata induces growth inhibition and apoptosis in human gastric cancer BGC-823 cells显示文摘This study aimed to investigate the ability of chelerythrine chloride(CHE),the main active ingredient of Macleaya cordata,to induce apoptosis in human gastric cancer BGC-823 cells.The results demonstrate that CHE inhibits cell proliferation in a time-and dose-dependent manner with accompanying S phase arrest.It also induces apoptosis by a mechanism involving a reduction in the mitochondrial mem brane potential,the release of cytochrome c,activation of caspase 3 and cleavage of poly-ADP-ribose polymerase.In addition,CHE-induced apoptosis is accompanied by down-regulation of Bcl-x1 and Bcl-2 proteins with no change in the levels of Bax proteins.Taken together,the results support the development of CHE as a potentially useful anticancer drug for the treatment of gastric cancer.Zhengfu Zhang Ying Guo Lingwei Zhang Jianbin Zhang Xionghui Wei 2012Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2012,2,5:7
8Facile shape and size-controlled growth of uniform magnetite and hematite nanocrystals with tunable properties显示文摘Monodispersed magnetite Fe3O4 and hematite α-Fe2O3 nanocrystals have been grown in co-solvents of alcohol and water. Either the shape or the size of the nanocrystals could be easily controlled. Both the phases and nanostructures have been characterized by powder X-ray diffraction patterns and electron microscopy. The magnetic and catalytic properties of these products were investigated and compared with each other. The obtained results clearly demonstrate that these iron oxide nanocrystals are soft ferromagnetic at room temperature and α-Fe2O3 has a more effective catalytic property on the thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate than Fe3O4. Based on the experimental data, it is proposed that the magnetic and catalytic properties of these nanocrystals are dependent not only on the size and shape, but also on the surface structure of the nanocrystals. 9First results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from CDEX-1 experiment显示文摘We report the first results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from stage one of the China dark-matter experiment(CDEX).A p-type point-contact high-purity germanium detector with a mass of 994 g has been installed to detect neutrinoless double beta decay events, as well as to directly detect dark matter particles. An exposure of 304 kg d has been analyzed over a wide spectral band from 500 keV to 3 MeV. The average event rate obtained was about 0.012 counts per keV per kg per day over the 2.039 MeV energy range. The half-life of ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay derived based on this result is T^(0ν)1/2>6.4×10^(22) yr(90% C.L.). 10Effect of Organic Manure,Passivator and Their Complex on the Bioavailability of Soil Cd显示文摘A field experiment of organic manure,passivator and their complex was conducted to study the soil Cd bioavailability in the Cd polluted paddy soil. The results showed that the rice yield increased with the applications of organic manure,passivator and their complex,especially,the rice yields of applying 3 000 and 6 000 kg / hm2 of organic manure increased significantly by 18. 6%( P < 0. 05) and 20. 9%( P < 0. 05) because of the increase of rice economic coefficient. There had no significant change of the soil p H values and the soil available Cd contents,but the Cd distribution ratios in rice were lowered by applying organic manure,and the Cd contents of rice applying 3 000 and 6 000 kg / hm2 of organic manure dropped by 14. 3%( P > 0. 05) and 21. 4%( P > 0. 05) compared with chemical fertilizer treatment,respectively. But applying with passivator and passivator fertilized with 3 000 and 6 000 kg / hm2 of organic manure,the soil p H values increased and the soil available Cd contents decreased significantly,so that to restrain the rice's Cd absorption and accumulation. 11Enhanced removal of organic pollutant by separable and recyclable rGH-PANI/BiOI photocatalyst via the synergism of adsorption and photocatalytic degradation under visible light显示文摘A novel three-dimension separable and recyclable r GH-PANI/BiOI photocatalyst with the synergism of adsorption-enrichment and photocatalytic-degradation was successfully prepared via a facile three-step hydrothermal method.The three-dimension reduced graphene oxide hydrogel(rGH)in with flower-like BiOI photocatalyst uniformly distributed not only possesses excellent adsorption and electron transport properties,but also is easy to be separated from water for recycling.In addition,polyphenylamine(PANI)provides superior hole transport ability due to its delocalizedл-лconjugate structure.The cooperation of rGH and PANI greatly enhances the separation efficiency of photogenerated carriers,and finally improves the photocatalytic degradation behaviors.The removal rates of Rhodamine B(RhB)by rGH-PANI/BiOI-70%composite under visible light respectively reach 100%and 50.13%in static and dynamic systems,which are 12.85 and 3.58 times of BiOI,respectively.The removal rate does not show decrease after 5 recycles indicating the excellent separable and recyclable property of rGH-PANI/BiOI photocatalyst.The work provides an essential reference for designing and constructing hydrogel-based ternary composite photocatalysts with excellent synergism of adsorption and photocatalysis,which shows great potential in the treatment of water pollution.Xin Wang Jiaqian Zhu Xiang Yu Xionghui Fu Yi Zhu Yuanming Zhang 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,18:3
12Preparation of microsized silver crystals with different morphologies by a wet-chemical method显示文摘A wet-chemical method was presented for preparation of spherical,flowerlike,hexagonal,and triangular microsized silver crystals.Well-defined particles were prepared by mixing of iron(Ⅱ) sulfate heptahydrate solution with silver nitrate solution at the presence of different modifiers with high-speed stirring at 8-20℃.It is found that the diameters of resulting products are 0.6-6.0 μm and the morphologies of the silver microcrystals are greatly affected by the introduced modifiers.It is concluded that the microsized silver crystals with different morphologies can be synthesized by introducing appropriate modifiers at appropriate experimental parameters.Scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction were used to characterize the resulting products.CAI Xionghui ZHM Aixia 2010Rare Metals2010,29,4:3

New concepts of dynamic circle and closed point are put forward based on current basic method. 14Effect of current emission abatement strategies on air quality improvement in China:A case study of Baotou,a typical industrial city in Inner Mongolia显示文摘The national Air Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan required significant decreases in PM_(2.5) levels over China.To explore more effective emission abatement strategies in industrial cities,a case study was conducted in Baotou to evaluate the current national control measures.The total emissions of SO_2,NO_X,PM_(2.5) and NMVOC(non-methane volatile organic compounds) in Baotou were 211.2 Gg,156.1 Gg,28.8 Gg,and 48.5 Gg,respectively in 2013,and they would experience a reduction of 30.4%,26.6%,15.1%,and 8.7%,respectively in 2017 and 39.0%,32.0%,24.4%,and 12.9%,respectively in2020.The SO_2,NO_Xand PM_(2.5) emissions from the industrial sector would experience a greater decrease,with reductions of 37%,32.7 and 24.3%,respectively.From 2013 to 2020,the concentrations of SO_2,NO_2,and PM_(2.5) are expected to decline by approximately 30%,10% and 14.5%,respectively.The reduction rate of SNA(sulfate,nitrate and ammonium)concentrations was significantly higher than that of PM_(2.5) in 2017,implying that the current key strategy toward controlling air pollutants from the industrial sector is more powerful for SNA.Although air pollution control measures implemented in the industrial sector could greatly reduce total emissions,constraining the emissions from lower sources such as residential coal combustion would be more effective in decreasing the concentration of PM_(2.5) from 2017 to 2020.These results suggest that even for a typical industrial city,the reduction of PM_(2.5) concentrations not only requires decreases in emissions from the industrial sector,but also from the low emission sources.The seasonal variation in sulfate concentration also showed that emission from coal-burning is the key factor to control during the heating season.Xionghui Qiu Lei Duan Siyi Cai Qian Yu Shuxiao Wang Fahe Chai Jian Gao Yanping Li Zhaoming Xu 2017Journal of Environmental Sciences2017,29,7:2
